Piccola ma.con tutto il necessario, fare attenzione alle scale piccole e ripide

El apartamento olía fatal todo el rato, era insoportable. Para subir hay muchas escaleras estrechas y cortas que ni te entra el pie y tienes que ir con las maletas. Eso no se avisa en ningún sitio. La calle en la que se encuentra es desastrosa: se pasa droga, te intimidan y te llaman desde la esquina, voces y gritos...horrible. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Positive: Welcome center. Staffs are very professional.. Negative: Location. It was very hard to get there. It is located near the observation, it means that I should go up and down everyday. And near the apartment there are pubs, so I can hear people's conversation all night long even though I am not one of them. Weak wifi. No closet. Cold inside.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable and the apartment has everything that needed (hairdryer, iron etc). Negative: Quite noisy neibourhood with many bars and the windows do not protect from the outside noise.

Negative: Eventhough I was asked to confirm the time I was going to pick the keys up, the flat wasn´t available at the confirmed time. I had to pay almost 18 euros for luggage storage. I think thwe should not have paid anything to store our luggage there.

Positif: Bien placé et propre. Négatif: Le chauffage ne marchait pas , selon la responsable nous n étions pas une urgence , nous avons Eu un petit chauffage d appoint plus de 24h après a 23h45 . La télé n a plus fonctionnait également.

Positiv: Bequemes Bett, tolle Lage der Wohnung. Negativ: Die Wohnung war sehr kalt und es hat nach Kanalisation gerochen. Der Geruch war nicht aus der Wohnung zu bekommen. Trotz Air Condition wurde die Wohnung auch nicht wärmer. Außerdem war es sehr laut. Genau neben dem Haus befindet sich momentan eine Baustelle.

Positief: Locatie is goed. Veel leuke cafés in de omgeving. Vriendelijke dame bij de receptie.. Negatief: Erg onhandig dat je na een lange reis de sleutels elders moest ophalen. Dit kost veel tijd. Belachelijk kleine badkamer, niet te doen en ik verbleef er alleen. Vond t appartement veel te klein/ smal. Snoeiharde herrie de hele dag door omdat er pal voor het verblijf flink verbouwd word. Van 's morgens vroeg tot 's avonds boren, zelfs in t weekend. Te weinig goed geslapen hierdoor. 3 steile trappen op naar het appartement. Geen koffie/thee mogelijkheden (waterkoker oid zou handig zijn). Er zit een louche bar heel dichtbij waar de hele dag vreemde types voor de deur staan die je aanstaren en dingen roepen. Ben een vrouw uit de grote stad en niet snel bang maar dit vond ik intimiderend overkomen.

Positive: Posizione ottima per la vita notturna. Negazione: Zona rumorosa ma perfetta per la vicinanza con i locali

Positif: Un petit appartement pittoresque par son extérieur,récemment rénové,bien équipé. Bien situé par rapport aux lieux de visite .Les places à proximité permettent d'emprunter tous types de transports. . Très bon accueil au welcome center.Excellent service de navette depuis l'aéroport. Un choix de restaurants abordables à prlximité. . Négatif: Salle de bains très petite...pas de rangements...une fois la valise,de taille moyenne posée à tdrre, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre....Table pliante en bout de lit peu pratique pour manger. Sommeil entrecoupé par le brouhaha des fêtards jusqu'à 2h00 en semaine et 4h00 ,la nuit de vendredi à samedi.

Positive: Ottima posizione, arredamento nuovo.. Negazione: IL check in alle 16, la camera non era pronta. Il televisore non ha mai funzionato nonostante segnalato alla direzione. Pubblicazione con camera di 40 m quadri ma in realtà non era nemmeno 20 m quadri. Materasso un disastro. Sconsiglio chiunque ad andarci.

Positiv: Die Lage ist relativ zentral. Das Zimmer sehr gemütlich und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Relativ nah ist ein toller Bäcker, bei dem wir jeden Morgen frische leckere Brötchen und frischen Organensaft geholt haben und uns dann im Appartment schmecken lassen konnten mit der Gastgeschenk-Marmelade :). Negativ: Küche und Bad sind lediglich mit einer Trennwand getrennt, was uns vor Ankunft nicht bewusst war. Es war nicht sehr schlimm, aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Positiva: la ubicación es muy buena ,muy cerca del centro aunque con mucha cuesta las escaleras al apartamento ,un segundo sin ascensor ,son un poco tortuosas con peldaños pequeños. lo veo ideal pero para parejas jovenes.... Negativa: sobre todo la escalera que en los peldaños no cabe un pie ..es pequeño pero la limpieza estaba bien

Positive: Ottima posizione. Negazione: Appartamento molto piccolo, adatto per coppie senza troppe pretese

Positief: De locatie was fantastisch, in Bairro Alto. Veel te doen, vooral 's avonds, rondom het appartement. Wel veel geluid na middernacht, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Een ander groot pluspunt was dat ze naar het appartement kwamen om de sleutel te brengen. We kwamen pas rond 12u aan, dus dat was heel prettig!. Negatief: Douchekop zat los en er was weinig wc papier. Ook zaten er geen batterijen in de afstandsbedieningen.

Positiva: El apartamento estaba limpio.. Negativa: Las escaleras eran muy incómodas, escalones muy pequeños y no había ascensor.
