Very good location. 4th floor (feels like 7th), the elevator was not working the last two days. Breakfast OK, but no warm food. Nice service. Relaxed attitude, which is cool. Parking not far away, 10€/day (or if you lucky outside the building, the same 10€). Despite 4 bathrooms, needed to wait 1hour for a shower (on peak time:)) once.

Déco superbe. Le concept est sympa. Par contre, faut se faire aux désagréments de l ancien (parquet qui grince, murs fins)

Son 4 baños para 14 habitaciones, en mi opinión o faltan baños o sobran habitaciones. Ademas, aunque grandes ( 2 de ellos ) no están bien equipados. No hay secador y ninguna banqueta o mueble donde dejar la ropa y el neceser. Comedor pequeño para tanta gente.

Very clean n comfy. Mary the host was so sweet. The whole experience in this air bnb altho its a shared bathroom (my first) was very good. Plus its not in the very center of Lisbon yet close to everything

Apartado del ruido del centro. A pocos minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad. Cerca del Tren y del Metro. Impecablemente limpio. Buen desayuno. A comparacion de otros hostels q estuve es muy tranquilo ya q no fomentan las reuniones ruidosas, etc q pueden generar ruidos. Se descansa muy bien.

Nous avons adoré le principe. Une hygiène au top.il est juste navrant que certains ne respectent pas les autres apres leur passage aux toilettes et a la douche..tres bien situé et qualité c est a la porté de tout les portes monnaies.

La habitación era increíble, muy luminosa, la cama comodísima... Lo único malo es que la por la ducha no salia mucha presión (para la gente de pelo largo esto supone un problema) y los baños no estaban demasiado limpios. El desayuno muy bueno y el trato también.

A lovely place for a weekend in Lisbon, walking distance to most places and well connected to bus routes. My room was stylish and clean with a beautiful view from the Juliet balcony. A bit chilly in the winter but the air con on the wall heated the room up quickly. Breakfast was nice, the staff very friendly, generally value for money. Would stay there again!

Really nice hosts. Lovely place, great breakfast. Bathrooms are shared for the floor but there are 4 of them so it's not really a problem.

Нашли сразу. Персонал разговаривает на английском. Номер на двоих, под крышой, потолок скошенный. Завтрак шведский стол.

Presque excellent séjour dans ce guest house. A noter un excellent petit déjeuner. Une chambre propre et deco moderne fraichement rénovée, spacieuse, claire, mais quelques défauts tout de même : salle de bains commune moderne, mais pas de prise de courant pour se raser, et pas de glace dans la chambre, donc nécessité de se connecter au ras du plancher. Les prises de courant avec terre françaises ne s'adaptent que sur une seule prise murale sur quatre. Télévision de la chambre parallèle au lit et non orientable, et pas de chaine TV d'information française (TV5 Monde ou France 24) alors que la présence d'une TV était dans nos critères. Il manque une petite table (et une 2eme chaise) pour écrire. Rangement des vêtements très rudimentaire. Par contre wifi excellent. Présence de l'ascenseur appréciée. Une suggestion pour les touristes de passage : la liste des stations de bus ou de trams environnants avec les lieux desservis, et des infos pour accéder au réseau de bus de Lisbonne (en portugais ou en anglais). En définitive, c'est un bon endroit malgré tout

Nach kurzer Fahrt mit einem guten vorgebuchten Shuttlebus von Admirable wurde ich direkt vor der Tür abgesetzt. Der Aufzug brachte mich direkt vor die Tür des Lofts. Der freundliche Empfang machte mir das Einchecken leicht und ich bekam mein Zimmer übergeben. Ein nach sauberes nach innen gelegenes Einzelzimmer mit TV erwartete mich dort. Das ganze Loft besteht wohl aus drei zusammen gelegten umgebauten Wohnungen mit zweckmäßigen Toiletten und Duschen. Ein großes zentral gelegene Frühstückszimmer mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten bot sich von früh bis Mittag an um hier in Ruhe am kleinen aber feinen Buffet sich für den Tag zu rüsten. Kaffee, Tee, Mich, Äpfel- und Orangensaft wurden zügig ergänzt, wie auch das angebotene Wurst- und Käsetablett. Marmelade usw. war ebenfalls wie Müsli in vieler Auswahl vorhanden. Das freundliche Personal ersetzte zügig die benutzten Dinge an den Plätzen, sodass niemand warten musste. Das Loft ist sehr gepflegt trotz hoher Frequentierung! Toiletten und Duschen zwar manchmal je nach Leibesfülle etwas kleiner geraten, und in den Morgenstunden muss man gegebenenfalls etwas Wartezeit vorm Toilettengang/Duschen einplanen.. aber das weiß man ja vorher!! Kurzum, ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem gebotenen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr sauber, gut organisiert- zentral gelegen! Ich komme hier gern wieder her! LG. Jörg Kuhlmann

Alles perfekt in der Unterkunft, aber leider nur 4 Bäder für viele Gäste. Early Breakfast für früher Abreisende war großzügig und sehr lecker.

Beautiful little boutique hotel with lovely views. In spite of some malfunctions (broken shower head;faulty door lock and window which wouldn't be open);staff made every effort to rectify this and moved me to another room. The only downside to this place is, that it is a 14 room space, and noise travels a lot. You can hear locks turning,people walking and moving about and then staff preparing breakfast early in the morning. If you're hoping for a quiet stay;I'd say this place isn't for you.

Guesthouse bien situé. Lits confortables. Maison de maître à l’ambiance calme et tout est très propre. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Super rapport qualité prix.

Уютные номера, чисто, все что нужно для проживания, 3 санузла на этаже с душевыми, есть номера с красивым видом на город, есть с окном но во внутренний колодец, TV, кровати очень удобные, новые матрасы, 4 подушки на 2х человек, завтрак кофе, чай, тосты с джемом, шоколад, паста ореховая, йогурт, сыр, бекон, масло, кексы, сок, молоко, печенье и т. д. Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал

Guesthouse on the 4th floor. Nice white rooms. Clean and good equipped bathrooms. Breakfast served daily. Coffe, tea, some cakes available all day long. Very nice staff.

Sehr altes, heimeliges Hotel. Boden knarrt, sehr ringhörig aber gefiel mir. Preis leistung stimmt. Gutes, kleines frühstück buffet.

Nice place, clean and tidy with lovely atmosphere and tasty breakfast. A bit smelly bathrooms but it isnt their fault. I have enjoyed my stay here.

Bel appartement bien décoré par contre il fait très chaud dans les chambres même en novembre, et les toilettes ne sont pas assez propres et puent ( problème de ventilation). Petit déjeuner trop tardif pas avant 8h30.

Hemos pasado cuatro noches y la verdad es que nos a encantado el lugar, el trato muy bueno y todo muy limpio. Lo unico malo es aparcar pero hemos tenido suerte ya que es zona verde que es la que menos se paga, nosotros no pusimos ticket algunas tardes y no pasó nada... sábados y domingos no se paga el aparcamiento.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft mit gemütlichem Charme zum guten Preis. Sehr sauber, zuvorkommendes Personal und relativ gute Location. 5 Minuten bis Cais do Sodre und 10-15 ins Zentrum zu Fuß! Klare Empfehlung

Very friendly staff, the are attentive to all the guests. It is very clean here, very convenient location. Enough bathrooms and toilets and thee is also very, very clean. And here you have really nice breakfast. Nice place to stay
