Отдыхала сдесь в августе 18го целую неделю. Что могу сказать? Хостел на твердый трояк. Скрипучие полы, нет шкафа куда можно повесить одежду. Вешали прямо над кроватью на торчащие из них гвозди... Из запирающегося -только выдвигающиеся под кроватью ящики, у половины из которых не работал замок. Сушить полотенце после душа тоже негде. Малюсенький балкон выходит на оживленную площадь, спать очень шумно. На балконе шмотки не повесить, так как они становятся грязными от копоти, а половину вообще удувает ветром на проезжую часть. Также а 0остеле просят оставить залог за ключ. Плохая практика. Типа заплати за проживание, но мы тебе все равно не доверяем. Не хочу никого пугать, но В этой комнате на 8 человек мы с соседями видели клопов. Жесть. Они ползали по кроватям в которых мы спали. Противненько. Есть три душа, кабинки. Но они все из прозрачного оргстекла. Все видать. Личные вещи при принятии душа и одежду положить некуда. Есть малюсенькая лавочка, на которой поместится только одно полотенце и телефон. Двум другим моющимся раздеться уже негде. Из удобств есть лифт. С чемоданом удобно добираться. Территориально очень хорошо расположен, метро и весь центр рядом.

Nao gostei nem passei la noite

Este hostal es muy muy agradable. Estuve dos noches alli y el hambiente era super comfortable. Ademas, permitieron qué me quedara en la misma cama sin necesidad de tener qué cambiarme cada noche. Te dan toallas limpias cada día y está todo limpísimo. Hay baño para chicos y otro para chicas, cocina común y las habitaciones que yo vi tenian 4 literas (8 por habitacion) El ruido es común Pero no hay nada que no arregle un antifaz y unos tapones. Durante mi estancia conocí gente muy maja y esque no me puedo quejar de nada. Estaba completemte en el Centro de Lisboa. En la plaza Luis de camoes. Además, Los recepcionistas me ayudaron en todo momento con lo qué necesité de taxis etc. En total las dos noches me salió porenos de 30 euros. Adjunto las vistas desde el balcon

Really good hostel, the location is perfect, extremely close to the party area (could be noisy, not perfect if you are looking for peace ), good bedroom, can be more clean and not the best hostel to hangout (no bar...)

My boyfriend and I were supposed to stay here for 4 nights. After 2 nights we noticed we had bites all over us (which we initially thought were mosquito bites). Turns out they were bed bugs and we found one huge one crawling around. The receptionist was very friendly and after calling the manager they refunded us all 4 nights and we found a hotel to stay in for the last 2 nights (all at 10:30pm on a Friday night). Other than the bed bugs we had a cool looking private room (it was the red music room) and shared bathroom on the top floor. The room itself is very dark. If you stay here I would check for bed bugs right away.... The location is perfect.

Cómodo lugar, muy buenas camas, la gente muy amable. Lo único malo fue que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y se hacía difícil dormir con tanto calor, y además no se sirve desayuno. Pero es un buen lugar para estar de paso, muy bien ubicado en el centro de Lisboa.

Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Hostel. Jedes Zimmer hat ein anderes Thema. Extrem hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Mitten im Herzen der Stadt.

Excellente localisation pour cette auberge de jeunesse accueillante, propre, agréable, avec une salle de petit déjeuner conviviale. Les chambres pour deux ou trois sont à thèmes, très chouettes. Un peu bruyant la nuit si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes, sinon parfait. Place Luis de Camoes juste en dessous, parfaite pour partir explorer le Lisbonne nocturne !

Increíble ubicación, excelente servicio, todo muy limpio.

Spent 3 nights in the private suite overlooking the square. Can't beat the location, super close to amazing restaurants, bars/nightlife, and outdoor grills. Very easy walking to all the main tourist attractions, and the hostel on the line of historic Tram 28 - it literally stops right out front. Quick 3min walk from the Metro too, and a pretty cheap uber to/from the airport. King bed was huge, loved it. Room was quite dark, needed more lighting, especially the bathroom, which also had a minor mold smell - more ventilation in there would be nice. Didn't ever try the breakfast. Wifi was okay - would be nice if there was premium (paid) option for HQ streaming. The in-room AC was great. TV was comically small (Michael Scott plasma!) Overall, would absolutely recommend for the location and value!

Friendly staff and alright amenities for a hostel. Great location in centre of barrio alto. We stayed for 2 nights and they provided a turn down service which was a nice surprise

Buen lugar para pasar unos días

La ubicacion inmejorable. La habitacion en la huardilla sin ruidos con baño propio. Estuvimos muy agusto. Cama muy comoda. Habitacion un poco pequeña pero suficiente.

Really good price. Nice beds. Everything needed is available (locker, kitchen, bathroom, wifi, electricity)

Ótimo custo-benefício. O café da manhã é incluso no valor.

Очень оригинальный дизайн интерьера, приветливые сотрудники, удобное расположение - в самом центре города, на оживленной площади. Рядом много интересных мест, до набережной реки пешком 15 минут.

Excellent location and price. Great service. Room was cleaned immaculately everyday. Always left smelling fresh and clean when we returned. We had an open balcony to view a huge main square in Lisbon which made me think it would attract insects etc but had no critters whatsoever ! Also continental breakfast was quite nice and humble and kept us going till lunch. No complaints.

We stayed at Passport hostel for 5 nights in late September. The position is great, heart of the old town, many restaurants and bars nearby. The main train station is just 10min away. We had a room for 2 with shared bathroom. The room was nice looking but only that. Actually the hostel is like a airbnb apartment that you get to rent a room. It had a specific smell and the mattress was bad!(made from polystyrene or something) highly uncomfortable. Also the breakfast they are offering is not fresh food neither the pastries. You get bread, cheese and some kind of pastrami. Not the quality one. For me breakfast was a mess, tried it one time and decided to not try it ever again. As a feedback maybe it’s best to not offer any kind of breakfast. Maybe a croissant and coffee( fresh ones).

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, aber für 4 - Bett - Zimmer viel zu teuer!

Die zentrale Lage ist echt super. Straßenbahn Nr. 28 fährt vor der Tür ab. Im 5. Stock das Zimmer hinter dem Spiegel bewohnt. Der Fahrstuhl sehr eng und mit einigen Jahren auf dem Buckel. Der Haupteingang durch das Kiosk ein Erlebnis.

Bon lieu, à côté du centre de Lisboa

Schönes, gemütliches kleines Hostel, das auch private Zimmer mit Bad anbietet für moderate Preise. Lage erstklassig, direkt im Zentrum. Dementsprechende Lautstärke nachts, aber schön. Im 4. Stock sogar Blick aufs Wasser und kleiner Balkon!

Bon emplacement, hygiène correcte.

só agora com coragem pra comentar sobre minha passagem por lá. Estivemos, num 1o momento, 4 pessoas em 2 quartos no 4o e 5 andar. A recepção fica no 2o andar e os atendentes nem sempre são simpáticos, tudo bem, a gente se ajeita com isso. A localização é excelente. Café da manhã basico. Roupas de cama até limpinhas, banheiro meio mal cheiroso e na 2a. vez, quando voltei sozinha para meus 2 últimos dias em Lisboa vindo de Porto e fiquei no 5o andar, o banheiro tinha o ralo entupido e a água empoçava. Me ajeitei tb. Porém, o pior e que agora me encorajei, foi minha surpresa ao constatar o quanto fui picada durante a última noite, por percevejos. Agora que li um relato de alguém que tb passou por isso, acho que é importante relatar pq o hotel tem que providenciar, urgentemente, uma solução para isso. A quantidade de picadas que tomei e só percebi no aeroporto, antes de embarcar e toda vermelha, coçando e quente nos locais, poderia levar uma pessoa alergica ao hospital. Fica aqui o alerta e o pedido para que o hostel tome as devidas providencias, URGENTE para que ninguém passe pelo que passei. Fui numa farmacia do aeroporto antes de voltar para o Brasil senão não aguentaria viajar. E aqui estou me cuidando, toda marcada, braços e costas. E tive que deixar minha mala e roupas de quarentena, lavei tudo em agua quente e providencias mil . bem chato, como podem ver.

If could give this no stars I would. My friend and I stayed in a six bedroom room with three bunk beds. The location was in the heart of the city so it got very loud at night but not a big deal cause you're so close to everything. At 3 am one woman woke up and brought the man working at the front desk into the room. After a conversation in portugese he left and she moved beds. Since no one said anything to us we assumed everything was okay and went back to bed. At 8 am a maid and the man from the front desk were back in our room with the woman having another conversation in portugese and processed to partially strip the bed. The woman left and again since no one spoke to us we assumed everything was okay. Around 10 am we noticed that the bed in question had bed bugs on it. Alarmed we addressed the hostel staff and they confirmed that they were indeed bed bugs and added that they were waiting for us to leave to strip all the beds. I cannot believe that the staff had known about the situation and not told us. Shocked that we had not been alerted before we promptly took all of our stuff and left. We called the hostel back and asked about the situation and they reassured us it was limited to the one bed. However urged us to clean all of our stuff. We insisted that they help us with this extensive process of potentially killing bed bugs in our clothes and luggage and they responded with it's not their problem and since neither of us has yet been bit they wouldn't do anything about it. We are now hoping by some miracle that we are not carrying the bugs in our luggage and clothes. We are at a lack of options and have tried to inspect and bag as much stuff as possible. This process took a long time and we are very stressed. Bed bugs are a travellers worst nightmare and unfortunately if precautionary measures are not taken they can spread easily. I understand that bed bugs happen - but how the staff handled the situation is unacceptable. If we in fact do bring these bugs home I will be in contact with the staff once again to insist on them funding the extermination process. Shameful behaviour passport hostel!!

Péssima experiência. Exceto a boa localização do hotel, central, e a cama confortável, de resto não recomendo a ninguém. Entrada por um estreito corredor, elevador minúsculo (2 pessoas por vez), recepção no segundo andar, cheiro de esgoto nos banheiros, ralo meio entupido, empoça água nos pés durante o banho. Apesar de fazer 3 reclamações não houve nenhum atendimento a elas. E o pior é que enquanto tomávamos café da manhã, roubaram aprox. R$200,00 da bolsa que minha esposa deixara no quarto (ainda bem que os Euros e cartões estavam comigo). Nova reclamação e nada de atendimento. Alegaram que poderíamos ter perdido os R$ em outro sítio e que nada poderiam fazer. Como era meu último dia no hotel, não tive tempo hábil para ir à polícia denunciar. Portanto, pessoal, A L E R T A !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[ 장점 ] 호스텔 위치가 리스본 관광의 중심에 위치해 있어서 교통도 편리하고 대부분의 관광지로 도보 이동 하기에도 좋습니다. 메트로 Biaxa-Chiado 역 출구가 까몽이스 광장 바로 앞쪽까지 연결되어 있고 Rossio역 까지도 걸어서 금방이에요. 리스본에서 유명한 28번 트램 정거장도 바로 문 앞입니다. 와이파이도 속도가 괜찮은 편이며 리셉션에 요청시 무료 대형 수건도 줍니다. 8인실 혼성 도미토리를 이용하였고 사진에 나와있는 수준으로 청결한건 아니였지만 외출시 침대 위에 소지품을 치워두고 나가면 매일 침구류 정돈을 해주었어요. 특히 도미토리 2층 침대중 1층은 커튼으로 사면을 모두 가릴 수 있어서 사진에 나와있는 스텐드 켜도 다른 사람 눈치 보이지 않고 침대 사이즈도 넓은 편이라 완벽한 나만의 공간을 가질 수 있습니다. 블라인드가 아니라 커튼이라 소음도 없고 개인적으로 저는 늘 커튼있는 도미토리만 예약하는데 가장 넓고 편하게 지낸 곳이라는 생각이 들어요. 하단 사물함은 개인 자물쇠가 필요하지만 대형 케리어가 들어갈 정도로 큰 크기라 오래 머문다면 케리어의 짐을 꺼내어 안에 내 집처럼 물건 정리해두고 쓰면 매일밤 지퍼여닫는 소리에 눈치보고 쭈구려 앉아 고생하지 않고 편하게 생활할 수 있어요! [ 단점 ] 워낙 번화가의 중심이고 까몽이스 광장 바로 앞이라 매일 밤 늦게까지 사람들로 북적이며 공연도 하기 때문에 매우 시끄러워요. 특히 금토일 밤은 거의 동틀때까지 술마시며 소란피우는 사람들 때문에 잠 못 이루는 밤... 화장실 안에 샤워장이 매우 비좁고 해바라기 샤워기라 무조건 샤워만 해야 하며 선반이 없고 물때가 끼어있는 등 청결하지 않아요. 특히 옷 갈아입는 곳이 따로 없어서 옷 두기에도 마땅치 않고 민망합니다. 화장실 문이라도 열리면 복도에 다 보여요... 변기가 있는 칸은 문이 위아래 뻥 뚫리고 중간만 가려져서 넘보면 다보입니다...ㅎㅎ 왜 그렇게 만들었는지 이해 불가. 매일매일 호스텔 클린 하시는 분이 오시는데 룸에 바닥 쓰래기도 그렇고 침대도 그렇고 정리해두지 않으면 오해의 소지가 있을까봐 그런지 절대 치워주지 않습니다. 처음에는 이런 더러운 곳이...했는데 남들 버리고 간 쓰래기 한쪽에 정리해두니 치워주시고 침대 시트도 물건 다 치워두고 나가니 매일매일 정리해 주었어요. 도미토리의 경우 2층은 커튼이 없습니다... 혼성인데 건너 2층 침대분과 훤히 생활공유... 너무 밝아서 스텐드는 켤수도 없고 특히나 높은 2층 침대라 역대급 사다리 타기 힘든 곳이였어요. 전 당연히 커튼이 있는줄 알았는데 2층 줘서 다음날 체크아웃 하는거 보고 바로 리셉션에 말해서 1층으로 피신해 남은기간 호화롭게 지냈습니다.

Doskonała lokalizacja, w centrum imprezowym miasta. Odpowiednie ceny do jakości. Skromne śniadanie.

Excelente hostal. Ubicación perfecta, recepción 24 horas y desayuno incluído.

Très bon accueil. Ils parlent anglais et français correct. Déco original. Pas de petit dej en chambre. Salle avec télé, choix de DVD et console. Wifi correct.

Óptima relação qualidade preço. Bom atendimento, interior renovado e com decoração "travel and crafts". Pequeno almoço incluído. Desde o último andar terá a melhor vista sobre a cidade e o rio Tejo. Boa localizacao, no coração da cidade e com o metro à porta.

Hostel arrumadinho e bem decorado, limpo mas um tanto quanto apertado e claustrofóbico. O quarto para 08 não tem espaço para abrir a mala.

Double room - MONEY STOLEN! During our stay at Passport Hostel in May, 2016, 120 € were stolen from our room while we had been upstairs for breakfast! As a friend and I shared a double bed, we left our valuables and money in our room while taking a shower or having breakfast. Unfortunately, during that time, somebody entered our room and stole 120 € out of our purses. We informed the Hostel’s staff and were promised that investigations would take place. After several e-mails (weeks later), I was promised to get the money back. I was even informed that the transaction had been made. In the end, the promises were not kept and I never received any money from Passport Hostel. I can definitely not recommend that hostel!

Auberge de jeunesse très bien placée dans un quartier très animé, idéal pour sortir le soir. Hygiène et confort ok.

Muy céntrico. Camas confortables, limpio, trato amable. Sin lujos pero baratísimo. Eso si el aparcamiento de la plaza sólo para descargar. Si se va en coche mejor llevarlo a otros aparcamientos mas baratos. Y la plaza es muy ruidosa lo que podría ser un problema en verano pues no se está climatizado.

O hostel estava com overbooking e não tinha quarto para a gente no dia da reserva. Ofereceram um apartamento pior e mal localizado, no meio da bagunça, dizendo que era do lado, mas era mentira. Por sorte resolvemos ver o apartamento antes de pagar a diária e não ficamos. Reservamos sozinhas um outro hotel.

I stay in a room with 8 beds. They have a nice kitchen and bathroom, but it's noise on 4 am in the morning, people walking not stop. Free Wi-Fi.

Prático, central, a preços baixos. É para isto que serve um hostel. Ter uma dormida calma abaixo dos 20 euros.

My favourite part was talking with the cute girl at the front desk, but aside from that, it's clean, it has good bedding, and the location is perfect. This hostel kind of straddles the border between Chiado and Bairro Alto, and it's really close to the train station. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I'm super happy I stayed there.

Perfect location. superb access to all around Lisbon old town. We took a studio,never stayed in a hostel b4 but this ain't bad place at all, don't judge by cramped elevator or congested entrance way through grocery store or the funicular reception desk. Its a good place!!!
