Apartamento muito bem localizado e muito confortável com cozinha com máquinas para tudo incluído máquina de café. Muito limpo. Fomos recebidos pela Sandra que nos deu todas as informações que necessitavamos e nos fez sentir especiais. Adoramos e recomendamos.

Discovery Apartment Estrela was a lovely place to stay in Lisbon. We arrived late and arranged with the owner transfer from the airport for only €15. We were met at the apartment by Sandra, who made us feel very welcome and was most helpful about answering questions about the area.The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was great to have use of a kitchen that was well equipped with a cooker with hobs, oven, pod express maker, good sized fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils.The apartment is situated close to a tram/bus stop and the Metro is about a 20 minute walk (or a tram ride).Nearby there are some very good cheap restaurants and excellent mid-price ones (check on trip advisor).The 28E tram goes from outside Basiica da Estrela sometimes is very busy going into town, if so take the tram in the opposite direction and go to the end of the line to catch one back in. You’ll get a seat this way and be able to do the journey in comfort. There is also a cemetery at the terminus stop that’s worth a visit both for itself and the amazing view of the river and bridge.

Très mauvais retour des clients qui n ont pas dormi de leur séjour à cause des rats et cafards et en journée les travaux. A éviter

Appart bien situé Bien desservie par les transports Vous un taxi du centre vous coûtera que 6 euro intreqsant si vous êtes 4 Photos conforme à la réalité Appart bien équipé (tout mm liquide vaisselle capsules lave linge et lave vaisselles ...) Un parking à 10 euro par jour à 15 mn à pied Seuls soucis les odeurs d égout et les blattes qui rentrent de l extérieur malgré les efforts du proprio.

Lo que más me gustó fue la cocina... aunque es compartida en la habitación en la que yo estuve... la habitación está limpia, la cama es cómoda pero, olía mucho a cañería en el baño y se extendía al resto de la habitación

There were several things left out of the property description. The property was under construction. The construction started on the floor below at 7 or 8 am on the weekend-not very considerate. It was not explained to my two neighbors who shared the entrance from the outside hallway to the shared kitchenette that they should not lock their neighbor out of the apartment. I was locked out the first night and the third night of my stay and I had to deal with two different people which should have been done by the property manager. Both of these clients smoked in the apartment. The second one left his door open for a couple of days with his room in a mess. I have no idea where he was or if anyone found him!The bedroom and bathroom part of my section was clean and I did not use the shared or common kitchen which was not. The property manager was late to give me the key when I arrived. Then she came running down the street while I was leaving trying to have me pay the city lodging tax. Considering it cost me hundreds of dollars to stay here, I think I might have been good for the 8 euros tax. I left it on the table as I was walking out the door for the last time. It was not mentioned in the advertising that this apartment was on the upper floors with no elevator and a very narrow staircase that did not have a great deal of light. All in all, I dont think I will be staying here again.

Положительный: Большие апартаменты. Два санузла. Два кондиционера. Недалеко от центра, пешком идти минут 40. Рядом базилика и парк. За углом супермаркет. Есть микроволновая печь, тостер и чайник. . Негативный: Квартира выглядит хуже, чем на фото. Очень затасканная и многое сделано криво. Например, смеситель с отдельными кранами для горячей и холодной воды я уже не видела лет 10... В квартире холодно и пол ледяной. Планировка ужасная. Видно, что чисто для сдачи сделано. Рядом ведется стройка дома. Из ванных принадлежностей было только два мини-геля для душа, у нас было все свое, просто учтите это при бронировании. Кстати, интернет до спальни не дотягивает, но мы использовали свой модем в качестве репитера. В общем, за 50€ еще было бы норм, но за 100€ за ночь - это явный перебор.

Apartamento en un lugar tranquilo, aunque un poco alejado del centro (30 minutos andando), a pesar de ello, es un buen barrio que tiene cerca la catedral y el parque Estela donde se pueden ver patos andando tranquilamente y varias clases de árboles centenarios. La distancia al centro la suple con la cercana ubicación al tranvía más turístico (número 28). Destacar también que tiene varios supermercados cerca. Por otro lado, el apartamento es bastante amplio y está muy bien decorado, los ventanales del salón le dan muy buena luminosidad. Exceptuando que no había cafetera, posee todos los utensilios que se requieren, incluso hay un secador de pelo, que muchos de los apartamentos carecen de ello. Añadir que posee dos aparatos de aire para regular la temperatura del piso, a pesar de ello, al ser un lugar tan amplio que solo recibe luz del salón, es un lugar un poco frío y le costaba coger calor y en la zona del baño si que se notaba la baja temperatura. Las trabajadoras fueron muy simpáticas a la hora de recibirnos y nos dieron bastantes facilidades con la hora de entrada, nos dieron varias recomendaciones y nos explicaron la zona del parking. En relación a esto último, en Lisboa todas las zonas son de pago, hay un aparcamiento que solo se paga 3€/día, en el resto es zona azul y verde. La zona de este apartamento es zona azul, y tuvimos mucha facilidad para encontrar hueco muy próximo al apartamento. El problema fue que cada 4 horas había que renovar el ticket, por lo que nos descargamos una aplicación en el móvil, pero no nos llegaba el mensaje de confirmación, por lo que si viajáis de España, cuando solicité número de teléfono, hay que poner: 0034 y a partir de ahí introducir el número de móvil.

Positivo: As condições do alojamento, no âmbito geral. Negativo: O estacionamento e a informação da localização, para quem não conhece a cidade.

Boa localização, muito boa relação qualidade preço

Positif: Accueil sympathique. Appartement spacieux et très propre. Peu lumineux mais bien éclairé. Bonne isolation phonique. Accès facile.. Négatif: Le jour dans la chambre car pas de rideau pour occulter le puits de lumière situé au dessus du lit. Il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine ce qui est dommage car il y a la place pour les ranger.

Positiv: Stort og to toalett. Rolig og trygg beliggenhet. Relativt rent og grei seng. Det er vaskemaskin og alt annet du trenger av ting. . Negativ: Det er litt langt unna sentrum og selv om det i seg selv ikke er ett problem, så er det ett problem at det er langt unna nærmeste Metrostopp Rato, ca 20 min. Det er ett busstopp rett nedenfor der du bor, men bussene går ikke like ofte og det er tungvint å bytte hele tiden. Så med en del baggasje er dette ikke lett og spesielt hvis man har med barn. En annen ting er måten jeg ble møtt på. Jeg sendte både mail og melding den dagen jeg skulle lande vedrørende innsjekking, fikk ingen svar på flere timer. Til slutt måtte jeg ringe og da jeg spurte om de hadde fått meldingen og mailen, fikk jeg til svar "ja, det hadde de". Dette gav meg mye uro da jeg ikke visste om de kom, så en melding at alt var ok hadde vært hyggelig. Utover det var vertinnen hyggelig og rolig.

Negatywna: W obiekcie " grasowały " karaluchy i to było bardzo stresujące, osoby odpowiedzialne za obiekt nie bardzo się tym przejęły. Panował zaduch, czuć było zgniliznę- obiekt ma dwa małe okienka, a drugi pokój ma tylko klimatyzację. Warto nad tym popracować.

Positive: Molto ben attrezzata con utile piccola toilette aggiuntiva dotata di lavatrice.. Negazione: Stabile infestato dalle blatte. Mancanza di finestre per adeguata areazione dei locali. Qualche dettaglio da migliorare quale serratura del bagno non funzionante, cable TV non sempre funzionante.

Positiv: Küche war super Left over waren vorhanden Geschirrspüler war super Bad war sauber Zwei Toiletten vorhanden Großer Esstisch war toll Theoretisch für 6 Personen Schlafgelegenheit vorhanden Flat TV vorhanden Staubsauger und Bügelbrett Falafel laden und Minimarkt um die Ecke . Negativ: Kakalaken im Zimmer Bettrost rausgefallen beim schlafen Couch instabil Andere Couch sehr harte Schlafgelegenheit Beim kochen ist häufig die Sicherung gekommen! Beim Geschirrspüler einräumen leichte Strom Schläge bekommen beim Klappe anfassen!! Klappe war an Kühlschrank gelehnt!! Flüssigseife im Bad nicht befüllt

Positive: Beautiful, modern decor. Comfortable bed, couch etc. Close to local grocery store. 15 minute walk to nearest metro. Nice big tv. Well equipped kitchen. Very hot water, great pressure. So quiet at night. Nice area. Great value. Nice owner.. Negative: Nothing I didn't like.

Positiv: Da unsere Gruppe aus zwei Pärchen bestand war die Raumaufteilung ideal für uns und es gibt sogar zwei WCs und Waschbecken.. Negativ: Es war Schade, dass die einzige Belüftung über die Klimaanlage erfolgte, dadurch war es für uns meistens etwas zu kalt oder zu warm.

Excelente apartamento com todas as comodidades, Wi-Fi, TV, cozinha muito bem equipada. Recomendo.

Pozitív: Hatalmas apartman, csendes, nyugodt, barátságos környék, jó közlekedéssel. A közelben több élelmiszerbolt van, illetve hentes, zöldséges is található. A wifi hibátlan, a légkondit szükség esetén fűtésre is lehet használni, a meleg víz pillanatok belül jön.. Negatív: A lakásnak két nagy ablaka van, de ezeknek csak kis részük nyitható, így a szellőztetés különös tekintettel a hálószobára, nehezen oldható meg. Ha viszont használod a légkondit akkor ez nem probléma.

Positiv: Sehr schöne Wohnung. Altstadt ist mit Tram 28 und auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit.. Negativ: Parken ist schwierig. Münzautomaten erlauben nur max. 4 Stunden Parken.

Positivo: A delicadeza do atendimento; da forma como está organizado o espaço interior (casa) e envolvente; monumentos, espaços culturais e jardins muito cuidados - Basílica e Jardim da Estrela, Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga, Palácio de São bento/Assembleia da República; do facto de poder optar entre andar a pé ou de transportes públicos que estão ali à porta; da oferta em matéria de restauração

Positiva: Todo excelente nos sentimos en casa...el apartamento está tal cual lo promocionan en la página y aún mejor..y al lado de la basílica da Estrela y un jardín hermoso.. próxima vacaciones volveremos . Negativa: los vitrales sobre la cama son románticos pero a las 6 de la mañana nos despertaba y yo creyendo Que era una luz encendida.pero era la luz natural jaja. . Luego como Q nos acostumbramos y terminabamos por salir temprano a conocer Lisboa.
