Thijs Kleemans: It should've been called "medium" steakhouse, as the food and service wasn't rare (well, maybe in the way that it was nearly nonexistent), nor was it well-done. Visited for lunch, restaurant near empty, yet I had to go in myself to get a waiter (5 staff, all more busy with their phones than customers). After a while I finally got my food, which was slightly better than regular fast food, but should in no way be aligned with a steakhouse. Meat was dry, even though it looked medium/rare. Best part of the meal was actually the onion rings, which kind of says it all. Drinks were okay though (hence the second star, instead of just one). Then, of course, I had to go in myself to request the bill, and when presented, they tried to guilt trip me into giving a tip... First I paid the bill, then got the: " usually, there's 10% added towards it, would you like to pay this by card or cash?". I just feigned being a dumb tourist and not understanding what was meant, but for mediocre food and horrible service there's a snowball's chance in hell that I will ever pay anything more than the bill, actually I should've gotten a discount, as I did most of the "service" part myself. Don't believe the 5 star reviews here, it's probably from people who never actually ate here.

Horrível serviço ao cliente. As pessoas que lá trabalham não sabem o que fazer, incluindo a gerência. Adquiriu um banheiro e instalou; pagou mais de $550. O banheiro funcionou por uma semana e ninguém no Home Depot nunca me ligou de volta a respeito de ter seu encanador contratado de volta. Eles têm uma senhora que coordena isso na loja e ela nunca retorna chamadas e não tem nenhuma consideração pelos clientes. Pessoas assim devem ser despedidas! Eu irei para HomeDepot corporate e para o Better Business Bureau. Vá para o East West Connector Home Depot. Trabalhadores muito simpáticos que se preocupam com os seus clientes.

Bons preços boa ajuda na procura, mas a equipa de geeks pode ajudar-me com o meu portátil, mas disseram-me que o podiam enviar para a fábrica por 85,00 o que uma cintura tendo-os e pagando mais de 200 quando não o conseguiam arranjar na casa.... para um computador externo para substituir a luz de fundo não deitar o seu dinheiro fora se procura a ajuda deles....
