Abbiamo soggiornato qualche anno fa e rivisto da qualche giorno non è cambiato.
Albergo moderno non troppo lontano dal centro città, pulito e confortevole proprio sotto al ponte 25 Aprile. Se si prosegue la strada su cui affaccia l'ingresso si trova un piccolo ristorante frequentato soprattutto dai locali dove si mangia un tipico baccalà. Di fronte all'entrata si trova una graziosa piazzetta.

Dieses Hotel ist keinesfalls für längere Aufenthalte geeignet, äusserstenfalls für 1-2 Nächte im Rahmen von Rundreisen mit Reiseveranstaltern. Es liegt so ziemlich am lärmreichten Ort der Stadt Lissabon, direkt an 2 Hauptverkehrsstrassen, einer Strassenbahnlinie, einer Bahnlinie und schräg unterhalb der Brücke vom 25. April, über die ständig Auto- und Bahnverkehr rollt. Je nachdem, welches Hotelzimmer dem Gast zugeteilt wird, kann man vermuten, am Rande der Autobahn zu nächtigen. So gesehen ist klar, dass die Fenster in der Nacht für Frischluft nicht geöffnet werden können. Der Raum des Restaurants strahlt den Charme einer umgebauten Fabrikhalle aus. Daran ändert auch nichts, dass die Wände mit Plakaten aus Opernaufführungen und Musikinstrumenten geschmückt sind. Der Lärm beim Essen ist mangels Schalldämmung immens. Die Einrichtung der Hotelzimmer ist üblicher Durchschnitt. Die Speisenauswahl dürfte im Rahmen der 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung besser sein.

Ein Kongresshotel. Abgewohnt. Direkt unter der schicken Brücke in der Einflugschneise der vielen Flugzeuge. Die Lärmschutzfenster halten 90% ab. Das Frühstück ist gut, der Kaffee ungenießbar. Der magische Vorteil: das einzige in kurzer Laufweite vorhandene Hotel zum CCL.

This hotel has two great restaurants. The shower in the bathroom sprays both way one in the tub and one overhead. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are small. The whole hotel is clean. No complains. We are at the buffet and eating away.

Gostei bastante... Fui apenas para o circuito de águas e massagem corporal a qual foi bem relaxante... Empregados simpáticos...as instalações estavam bem a nível de higiene.. Lugares a porta e também têm parque do hotel.

Hotel service at front desk is not very good. I have several times stood for more than 5 minutes waiting because only one person available and the just keep talking other times more than one behind counter just keep busy without asking if the can help. Wifi in hotel not very good.

- The noise of the bridge, of the roads and railways are just impossible to ignore. At least, ask for a bedroom on the street, not under the bridge!

O colaborador que nos rececionou está madrugada de 14 para 15 de março, foi impecável.
Profissional muito bem preparado para o atendimento ao público, com atitude eficaz.
E com uma qualidade nata, que não se aprende em Universidade nenhuma. (Empatia).
Cometi uma falha imperdoável em não ter perguntado o nome, mas com certeza se a empresa perguntar-lhe sobre o ocorrido vai nos identificar.
Quanto ao hotel.
O quarto reservado 602,quando chegamos estava com a cama por fazer, com sinais de que alguém lá tinha dormido.
Voltamos a recepção e como refiri anteriormente o colaborador é que nos resolveu o problema.

com muito barulho do comboio e trânsito da ponte. (Se assim o desejarem tenho soluções a sugerir)
Um hotel com a classificação que foi atribuída ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Já deveria e ou poderia as ter resolvido.
Estivemos uma hora, com ajuda do GPS(Google Maps) e mesmo com a pouca sinalização do hotel, foi difícil encontrar o que me parece de fácil resolução, se colocarem as coordenadas.

Window did not seal completely with the rubber so it was quite noisy in the room.No tea/coffee, mug or thing were I could boil water, but my colleague for example had those things in his room & even apples. (and we paid the same amount of money and we had the same type of room). :(

Alte Zimmer und das Hotel liegt direkt unter ner Brücke, vvviiiieeellll zu laut. An Schlaf kann man zwar denken, allerdings muss man sich richtig einen reinhämmern, wenn man tatsächlich Schlafen will, sonst wird das nix.

Hotel zlokalizowany w ciekawym miejscu, dobry dojazd atrakcji turystycznych. Śniadania jak na kontynentalne bardzo dobre, na plus świeżo robione omlety, jajka sadzone, naleśniki. Duża zaletą że można zjeść ciepłe sniadanie. Pokoje przestronne i czyste. Dostępny sejf. Niestety w pokoju jak i hotelu brak dostępu do żelazka bądź deski, więc trzeba korzystać z serwisu. W łazience wanna połączona z prysznicem. Niestety są ślady w wannie z korzystania podkładki antypoślizogowej - wyszorowane natomiast może to kogoś odpychać. Trochę zawiodła mnie obsługa gdy o 3 nad ranem potrzebowałem tabletki przeciwbólowej - nie mamy i koniec dyskusji...

The Hotel is pleasant to stay in, but it lacks the basic cleanliness, vacuuming of the rooms only happen once a week and are not done in detail.The wellness is very basic, the sauna holds 6 people and the Turkish bath holds 8 people, the staff is outsourced, given there is not hotel management supervision it is very evident that the swimming pool is not cleaned properly while swimming I ran into a massive amount of hair floating in the water and cleaning of the changing rooms only happens in the morning.The massage is outsourced as well and to my opinion, it is very high in price.The rooms are ok, although they are outdated and there is no offer of channels that show up to date programs, we winded up watching movies from the 80s and the 90s every evening when in the room.Front desk staff was courteous, bar and restaurant staff should undergo better training and ensure they know English.Overall I rate this hotel as borderline acceptable, they provide you with a variety of coupons but make sure you read the fine print or get a very detailed explanation about them, they have a very unique way of interpreting how they can be used or not used. I believe this location should be the choice if you want to stay in a lower expectation level.

Chambre correcte, propre, dans la norme.
Impossible repasser dans la chambre, on évoque des raisons de sécurité et refuse de mettre à dispo un fer à repasser. En revanche, possible de faire repasser avec un délai de 24h et contre rétribution.
Check in long une seule personne à la réception et 7 personnes en attente.
Wifi faible. Restaurant correct avec de l'attente...
Environnement très bruyant : trains, avions, voies rapides.
Bref c'est moyen.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und guter Service. Das Fruehsturcksbuffet ist gut, wenn auch die Auswahl an Käse und Wurst nicht sehr groß. Mein Zimmer war sauber, die Einrichtung in gutem Zustand und die Ausstattung war gemäss Standard. Paar Steckdosen mehr waeren wünschenswert, so dass man dafuer nicht am Boden herumkriechen muss. Der von vielen Besuchern beanstandete Lärm von der Bruecke hat mich nicht sehr gestört, da er Nachts sehr stark zurückgeht. Da hat mich mein schlafloser Zimmernachbar, der morgens um 3 TV sieht (Jet Lag?) schon eher genervt. ;-)

Ficamos duas vezes. Em ambas foram quarto triplo com a terceira cama meio improvisada com uma cama de campanha. A primeira, ficamos em um quarto no segundo andar, tamanho ok, nada de especial na vista.
Na segunda vez ficamos no sexto andar, o quarto era menor, vista para a rua lateral e o cartão deu erro todas as vezes para abrir a porta. Sinal de wi-fi fraco e Café da manhã variado. A apresentação de ópera que acontece no saguão foi muito boa.

Durch die Lage an der Brücke an der Hauptstraße und der Eisenbahntrasse ist es etwas lauter, besonderst wenn man draußen sitzen möchte. Außerdem liegt das Hotel in der Einflugschneise. Die Licht und Farbgestaltung ist schön gemacht, das Frühstück ist lecker und die Zimmer entsprechen dem Standard, aber auch nicht viel mehr. Es ist sauber und das Personal ist freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man zum Congress Centrum muß,- ansonsten ist in der Gegend -außer der Marina nicht viel los. Ein Lichtblick ist das LX factory Areal das auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist und keiner 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Günstig ist hier nichts mehr - aber nett und teils besonderst.

Especatular hotel situado bajo el mítico puente. Muy cerca del puerto donde han habilitado una zona muy interesante de restaurantes y pubs. El hotel tiene varias plantas, las habitaciones son amplias. Cuenta con piscina cubierta y otros servicios similares. El parking es barato y muy accesible. Las cenas del restaurante pueden ser tipo buffet o a la carta, a elegir. Estuvimos muy bien en ese hotel. No es céntrico céntrico pero está a medio camino del barrio de Belem y el centro. Para nosotros, situación ideal.

Apesar de um stress inicial, pois a suíte reservada não estava pronta à hora combinada. O staff tinha-se esquecido de colocar as frutas, o chocolate e o champanhe. Pediram desculpa, ofereceram uma bebida no bar e o assunto resolveu-se.
Tirando isto foi tudo impecável. A suíte era espetacular, a vista magnífica e o pequeno almoço foi divinal tanto emquantidade como em qualidade.
Recomendo.

L’hôtel est bien situé, près de plusieurs lignes de bus et tram qui permettent de visiter facilement Lisbonne et Belém. Les chambres sont correctes avec une salle de bain assez spacieuse.En revanche, étant près du pont ferroviaire et sur la route des avions qui atterrissent à Lisbonne, on subit pas mal de bruit la nuit, à moins qu’ils ne soient couverts par celui de la climatisation de la chambre !Le buffet du petit-déjeuner et du dîner est très bien, avec une bonne variété de mets qui permet de choisir entre spécialités portugaises et plats plus internationaux. En revanche, l’environnement sonore est là aussi un peu bruyant avec une ambiance genre hall de gare.Le principal intérêt de cet hôtel est sa thématique centrée sur l’opéra : un décor qui évoque les grands opéras et leurs personnages principaux et deux soirs par semaine, des artistes viennent interpréter des airs. Leur niveau est variable, mais c’est toujours un bon moment.

El hotel es moderno y cómodo. Bien ubicado por varias lineas de autobuses que llevan al centro. Teniamos buffet para el desayuno y la cena que es muy variado y rico. El único problema es el ruido de las habitaciones que dan al río. Pedid habitaciones de las plantas altas y que no den al puente.

Le personnel était globalement accueillant, lhôtel était très bien situé.Les bémols: chambre mal insonorisée (on entendait les discussions de nos voisins), les prestations de massage ne sont pas disponible tous les jours (dommage pour un 4 étoiles) et accès à la piscine avec bonnet de bain obligatoire, mais il nen proposait pas le jour où on a été; heureusement quils avaient renouvelé leur stock entre temps.

Great for underground parking when you want to visit the suspension bridge. Lobby is bare and without atmosphere. I would not want to stay or eat here, but everything looks clean in case you are just looking for a simple place to sleep. Lobby toilets have strange design as ladies and gents have doors that cannot be fully opened simultaneuosly.

Pessoalmente acho que é uma unidade hoteleira de relevo.
Ao contrário de um comentário de uma "guia" local que aqui publicou a sua insatisfação por a terem obrigado a usar toca na piscina, apenas posso dizer a essa pessoa a começar a pensar nos outros (ninguém mas ninguém tem que ser vitima da sua badalhoquice ou levar com os seus cabelos num mergulho).
Nem vou comentar.... mas um bar de um hotel que fecha as 22h sim tem razão (nao é caso único nem é motivo de dar uma estrela).
A envolvente do hotel é envelhecida de facto.... mas que culpa tem o hotel disso?!?!?!?!??!
Pessoalmente acho bem central de forma estratégica para os meus interesses.
Para resumir:
Fico com pena que algumas pessoas como essa Letícia "Estilo Livre" tenha o poder de dar classificações ainda por cima com argumentos literalmente "parvos" que revelam por sua vez falta de identidade educação berço, enfim deve ser originária de um local baseada no estilo wannbe.
Em suma: boas infrastuturas, bem localizado bom atendimento de resto basta ver os outros comentários (nunca perdi tanto tempo com uma classificação mas odeio injustiças e pessoas que devem viver num mundo de apontar defeitos aos outros sem argumentos válidos)

Non vale 4 stelle, ma 3 scarse. Posizione lontana dal centro, sotto il corridoio aereo. Camere ampie e pulite ma vecchie, lenzuola di scarsa qualità e letti mal fatti. Condizionamento rumoroso e finestre bloccate. Spazio tra wc e bidet che rende quest'ultimo inutiluzzsbile. Sala colazione con servizio lento e quindi tavolo sporchi

un bon rapport qualité -prix . Nous avions pris la demi pension avec 2 enfants . Une très belle vue sur le pont du 25 avril la nuit . Finalement le bruit du pont n est pas si gênant . Service impeccable et superbe piscine . Excellent petit déjeuner . Repas du soir très bien les soirs de buffet, pas génial lorsqu un menu est prévu ( lorsqu il y a moins de30 clients) . c est dommage , c est la seule fausse note.

Food was a bit disappointing. Looks good but quality is realy tacky. Buffet night and only chicken legs and pork chops were available in meat session. Pork chops???really? In such a fancy hotel and they serve the most comen pork meat. Cammon. Expected better meat and cuts.

Very nice and confortable. Best pillow ever in a hotel. Great location to go for a walk near the Tejo river.
A bottle of water in the room when you arrive would be great, but no complimentary treats.
WARNING / if you need internet to work, better choose another hotel. I stayed on the 7th floor and NO BARS. Breakfast area 2 bars. Needless to say you need to use your internet to do work or something as simple as send a photo via whatsapp.
Vila Galé...please upgrade your Wifi.!

Dieses Hotel liegt zentral, nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Service ist einwandfrei, Küche sehr gut. Leider lag unser Zimmer unterhalb der Brücke, es war eben sehr laut. Wenn auch der Blick sehr imposant war, etwas leiser hätte unseren Schlaf begünstigt. Im Gegensatz zu den ersten Übernachtungen hatten wir zum Ende ein komfortableres Zimmer.

Bom cafe da manha os quartos precisam remodelação urgente muito bem situado a 1km de belem parte historica e 1 km da baixa onde se encontra as principais lojas de lisboa e 1 km da vida noturna do bairro alto com seus bares e restaurantes de tapas . Close to the river and a railway station with near by bus routes. Ideally situated for the sightseers, with Belem to the west with all it's attractions and Baixa to the east, both within walking distance but both reachable with public transport, as well being able to access the beaches further along the river from the nearby railway station. The staff are friendly, the food is good, there is a pool, sauna and steam room. Had a lovely stay.

Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Animations dans le hall de l'hôtel très bien (chanteurs opéra). Grande variété de choix pour le petit-déjeuner qui est de bonne qualité.Par contre bonnet de bain obligatoire pour la piscine et pas sûr que cela soit indiqué sur le site de l'hôtel qui vend un bonnet 3€.Sinon piscine très bien, de bonne dimension. Dommage que le hammam soit en plastique mais c'est juste une question esthétique.

Bem situado. Quartos razoáveis e dentro do esperado para este tipo de hotel. Faltaram os roupões e chinelos no quarto, como seria de esperar num hotel com oferta de "health Clube" como este. Bom pequeno almoço. Simpatia do pessoal. Só é pena o parque de estacionamento na garagem ser pago, especialmente quando não existem lugares públicos suficientes nos arredores.

The Vila Gale Opera hotel is very close to the Congress center (<5min walk) which is why I chose to stay there. The hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet had many good options. I was disappointed that a clothes iron was not provided in the room nor was one available for use from the front desk. I had to pay the housekeeping staff to have clothes pressed prior to the start of the conference (extra fee for faster than 48 hr service). While a hair dryer was provided, there were no available outlets for use in the bathroom. Also the hotel provides soap and shampoo but not hair conditioner. The WiFi was slow and when tour buses showed up with a large number of guests (happened 3x in 1 week) it was difficult to login to WiFi or get decent internet speeds. The hotel staff was unable to provide recommendations for local restaurants when asked. The street noise is also substantial, light sleepers will definitely want ear plugs.

Como muitas coisas ultimamente em LISBOA o que era bom já não é!!!
A feijoada buffet aos sábados era boa com um bom preço... Agora subiram o preço de 18 para 25 e adicionaram um grupo de música que, embora muito simpático, faz muito barulho... Assim já não se pode falar entre amigos e faz que a experiência do almoço seja desagradável (tipo coisa para turistas) além de cara.
Já não quero ir lá até que mudam e voltam a ter um ambiente onde se pode almoçar sem ter ous ouvidos agredidos...

We had a two night stay for work (a conference at the nearby Congress centre that is about a 5 minute walk away). The location of this hotel is great, only a few minutes away from the water and iconic bridge. It is also only a short walk away from central Belém with many cafes and restaurants nearby and a 40 minute walk to Belém Tower. Additionally, the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and I would personally recommend the breakfast and heard good things about the dinner buffet. However the WiFi at the hotel was spotty at times and made working from our hotel room difficult or impossible which was quite inconvenient. Also our experience with the reception desk staff varied, and at times there seemed to be a language barrier or some lacking courtesy. The pool and facilities were good (bring a swimming cap!) and the room was clean and comfortable. I would consider staying again but for a work trip I would expect stable WiFi from a quality hotel so I might consider other options.

The Vila Gale Opera was ideal for my business trip as it was in walking distance to the Lisboa Congress Center and also a cool 15 mins walk to the shopping area.The food was yummy - having an open buffet had lots of options.The staff was friendly and accommodating.There are a few negatives that caused me to not have an excellent experience:- the hotel has no irons in the rooms - apparently there was an electrical fire a few years ago and so the hotel changed their policy and chose not to have irons in any of the rooms. You have to use laundry service to iron your clothes and its not free. Additionally, there is a 48 hour advanced notice to be given to Laundry service otherwise you have to pay an additional 50% of the total cost of the fee to have express service. I was very bothered by that as my meeting started the next day and so I had to pay the extra for express service to have all my clothes ironed. This is something that guests should be aware up front - I packed for 4 days in a carry on. I definitely needed to have the wrinkles removed before attending my meetings.- the hotel was fully booked and ran out of adapters - I had to make the 15 min trek to find a store selling them. It was an inconvenience as I was bone tired and needed to do last min prep for my first meeting.- the air conditioner dripped water constantly such that I had to use one of the bath towels to keep the floor dry.

The elevators are very slow and some didn't operate. We had to ask the waiter for coffee cups. The window must be closed to block the noise from the trains running on the bridge. Breakfast and dinner were good. Bed was comfortable.

Abgewohntes Hotel. Für den Preis völlig inakzeptabel.
Essen würde ich maximal als durchschnittlich ansehen. Lieber in der Stadt frühstücken bzw. Essen gehen.
In der ersten Nacht hatte ich ein Zimmer Richtung Brücke. Alle aus unserer Gruppe mit einem Zimmer in der Richtung konnten die Nacht nicht schlafen...
Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben zum Glück ein Ersatzzimmer organisiert. Verwohnt war auch das.
Ich werde alleine schon wegen der Lautstärke nicht wiederkommen.

We got to this hotel in the evening, I got the key card for the room at the reception and as I got to the room and opened the door I was very shocked to discover it was already occupied by another guest. There were his luggage, items, dresses around... I should even stole his belongings. I started to get worried about this hotel reliability. If they give the key of my room to some stranger and steal my items?!
At the reception they apologize and gave my the key for another room. This one has the windows if front of four enormous motors/pumps/fan for warm/cold air of the hotel which were incredibly noisy. I can't sleep with that terrible noise. They told they couldn't even change room for the 4 nights I booked.
I strongly advice not to book in this hotel. I can't even understand how it's possible it has 4 stars!!!

Hotel a 15 minutos de Belem andando tranquilamente ,del monasterio de los Jerónimo con paradas de autobús y buses turísticos a 3 minutos en un lugar llamado Pilar 7 . El hotel está bastante bien ,muy limpio, un poco ruidoso pero pasable la comida es buena pero si tienes en cuenta que estas en portugal es demasiado caro su menú, los desayunos a 8 euros; a dos calles a la izquierda encontrarás unas panaderías llamadas (( a panadería Portuguesa )) que están geniales a tres euros . Por lo demás bien

Não se consegue dormir com o barulho do comboio e do tráfego na ponte. Não compreendo como pode ser possível aquele hotel ter os quesitos legais para funcionar e as autoridades concederem os alvarás nas condições descritas.E a Hotel de 4 estrelas!!!

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, HICIMOS CHECK IN por 9 noches presentamos la tarjeta de crédito y todo bien, 5 días después llegamos y nos dejan AFUERA DE LA HABITACIÓN que porque no habían cobrado el monto total, POR UN ERROR DE ELLOS, la dependiente y el jefe de ellos, PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
BAD SERVICE, WE DID CHECK IN for 9 nights, we presented the credit card and everything was fine, 5 days later we arrived and they left us OUTSIDE THE ROOM that because they had not charged the total amount, FOR AN ERROR OF THEM, the dependent and the head of them, SHI***T SERVICE.
PESIMO SERVICE, fizemos o check-in por 9 noites, apresentamos o cartão de crédito e estava tudo bem, cinco dias depois chegamos e eles nos deixaram FORA DO QUARTO que, por não terem cobrado o valor total, por um erro deles, o dependente e o chefe de equipe eles, PÉSIMO SERVIÇO.

Two blocks away from the Congress Center.
Looking for places to eat nearby is tricky however... 1 km walk to the docks and the LX Factory.
Accessible to trams and buses midway between Belem and City Center.
The room was fairly simple.. no coffee.
There is this particular odor through out the hotel which I previously smelled when I leave a room closed for a long time. It may be due to the air fresheners they use or failure to vacuum the carpets.
The staff are pleasant anyway.

The hotel is next to the convention centre so it was very convenient. The shore, the suspension bridge and the famous Belem area are all within walking distance. It is situated also fairly close to the airport which is helpful. The hotel itself is functional and it does serve its purpose as a conference or business hotel. I find it odd that the water flow from the tap seems to go on and off sometimes which I suspect it is a water pipe pressure system issue. It does not bother me so much but you got to give it a few seconds for the water to come on again. I would also appreciate if they could replenish our complimentary water bottle daily especially it is the hot summer with temperate going up to 33 degree celcius outside.

Preço do buffet extremamente caro para a realidade de Portugal. 25 euros por pessoa não compensa. Comida simples. Melhor comer fora do hotel. A estrutura da piscina é péssima. Poucas espreguiçadeiras. Local fechado sem ventilação e extremamente quente. As portas de vidro deveriam ser móveis para que pudessem ser abertas no verão. O quarto no qual fiquei tinha cheiro de esgoto vindo do banheiro.

Estrema meraviglia che non c'è acqua sui nostri tavoli. Chiesta una spiegazione ci rispondono che dobbiamo ordinarla e pagarla. Chiamata la ns guida al momento assente la cosa si chiarisce,una svista dei giovani camerieri che sostituiscono per le ferie i più esperti. Risultato per 20 mn senza acqua ne vino precedentemente pagati dalla organizzazione.

,Olá, Do Vila Galé Opera não tenho qualquer experiência porque nunca lá estive hospedado, mas tenho sido cliente do vosso grupo em Tavira, no Albacora, no hotel do centro de Tavira, no Clube de Campo em Beja e diversas vezes na Ericeira. Pois só tenho a dizer bem,sempre bem recebido posso dizer que é o meu grupo de hotéis de eleição. Obrigado

Second day at the hotel and amending my first review: we have been approached by the hotel manager who has dealt with the challenges we faced in our first day VERY PROFESSIONALLY. We moved into a different room, a suit , much more comfortable and far less noisy. We are very grateful that our concerns have been worked out in such a professional and kind way by Mr. Geirinhas. By the way, we also enjoyed breakfast buffet.

Malgré un passage éclair pour cause de vol annulé, j'ai apprécié cet hôtel vila gale opéra qui m'a semblé rassembler les critères attendus pour passer un bon séjour à Lisbonne... Cela est sûrement dû au fait qu'il soit un peu excentré du centre ville de Lisbonne...

Best feature is that it is about 3 minutes walk from the Congress Center! Otherwise the neighborhood is quite bland. There are great views of the April 25 bridge which is very close and you may have a room looking out to it. The staff were great and allowed late checkout. WiFi was a little slow occasionally but easy to access. Shower pressure was also not as strong as it could have been. The room was spacious and clean. It costs 10 euros to come here by minicab.

Ben hier geweest voor een congres: mooie zaal met goed geluid en extra beeldschermen zodat mensen achter in de zaal ook in staat waren de dia's te lezen. Cathering vanuit het hotel voor het congres was ook netjes. tevens is er gratis wifi die ook nog best snel is. Het hotel ligt wel wat uit het centrum, maar is goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer (lees; gele tram van lijn 15E). Taxi's weten het hotel ook prima te vinden en die zijn in Portugal ook niet duur (rit in de avond vanaf het centrum kostte ongeveer 7 euro).

Check in w Catriana very easy. She was most accomodating to our needs. Helpful recommendations from her as well as evening staff. Beautiful location, across from Tagus River to start exploring. We head north for a week before returning to LIs for deep city style experience.

Hotel Vila Gale Opera states it’s a four star hotel, but they really aren’t. It seems they are mostly catering to tour groups. Furniture in the hotel room a bit tired, one of the mattresses was sagging. Safe had no slot. Bathroom with good water pressure, but damaged bathtub. The bathtub was also very slippery and outright dangerous. Front office staff was slow. The restaurant has good buffet for breakfast, luncheon and dinner. Friendly waiters and waitresses and so is the guy serving drinks in the bar.

Good location. Rooms are clean,but it was very noisy due to loads of traffic crossing the bridge close by. Breakfast is underwhelming for a 4* hotel.

Clean well sized rooms, however you will be rocked to sleep by the tire rolling sound of cars on the near by steal bridge, occasional train passing on the same bridge and risk being awaken before the alarm clock by your next room guests dwelling on the bathroom... If only the room were better soundproofed...

Nice Hotel, it's located in the coolest areas of Lisbon, and everything can be reached by public transport quite nicely. A taxi ride from the airport is around 13 euros. Downside of the room: no ceiling light (only standing lamps) and only two wall outlets, none of which are near the bed :)

Excelente. O hotel fica muito bem localizado; tranporte público de qualidade à mão, bons restaurantes muito próximos. Alta qualidade, como os bons hoteis da Europa. Diferente da maioria dos hotéis europeus, serve um excelente café da manhã, mas qualquer pedido extra é cobrado à parte. Coisa boa na Europa; falam português. Se algum dia , e espero que seja breve, retornar a Lisboa, farei o possível para hospedar-me nesse hotel.

Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen ausserhalb, aber man konnte es super von überall mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Sogar vom Flughafen kann man wenige Stationen mit der Metro fahren und den Rest mit dem Bus (1.50 Fr p.P.). Wir fandes es sogar gut, da man ausserhalb der Stadtmitte viel weniger für das Nachtessen in den vielen kleinen Restaurants bezahlen musste.Das Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück was vielseitig und frisch.
