We arrived early morning after an overseas flight, very tired, and hoping for an easy check-in and comfortable stay. We got it. The reception staff were extremely helpful and proficient, getting us into our room quickly. Every request for information was accommodated graciously. Check-out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to anyone.

All of the hotel workers are very accommodating. The room was clean and roomy. Super breakfast! Great having a rooftop pool and bar! Location worked well for us as we walk a lot when we travel but there is also taxi service right out front.

I made an error by unknowingly booking a non-refundable rate. Immediately upon notification that I would be charged anyway I contacted IHG Rewards Club Customer Service. On 1 June, 2019 at 16:43 EDT, the same day I made the cancellation, I phoned the IHG Customer Relations line at 877-424-2449 to re-confirm my wife’s reservation for 5 and 6 June at the Holiday Inn Lisbon. After an 18 minute call, most on hold, I was assured by the representative that the hotel had been contacted and her reservation was indeed confirmed. The evening of 4 June we paid a visit to Holiday Inn Lisbon just to be sure she wouldn’t be homeless during the two days I could not be with her. We were told there was no reservation for her and the hotel was fully booked. Despite hours spent on hold, dealing with numerous disconnected calls to both Customer Relations as well as the hotel, I have yet to receive any refund. I’ve only been told that “you booked a non-refundable rate so therefore no refund.” Yet not one of the several different agents I've spoken to about this will address the conversation which was supposedly being recorded for quality assurance purposes.This is how this hotel group treats someone in their rewards program. BEWARE!
My wife was traveling standby on my flight with no assurance of a seat. If it were clearly indicated that my booking was non-refundable I never would have booked it. I feel a victim of a bait and switch scam. Yes, I made a mistake. But I attempted to correct it in a timely manner and was assured it was indeed rectified. Now I can’t get anyone to address the issue beyond an automated response. THIS IS THE CHARACTER OF IHG GROUP.

Quite thin walls so you can hear the neighbours and the flushing of toilets that are in the other rooms. If you're unlucky and in a room next to the elevator, you will hear the lift motor every time it is moving up and down.

I truly enjoy my stay here, the reception kind enough to check me in early even though I prepare to check in later, for that I truly appreciate it. They reception staffs also very helpful when I ask how to go around or places to visit. The hotel is very convenient & easy to walk around or places to eat. This is my first time in Portugal, so i diffenetly will come back and will let my colleagues know about the hotel.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Lisbon at the tail end of our trip to Portugal. It met our needs: it had a reasonably priced parking garage in the building; and it was easy to get to the airport the next morning. The front desk staff is excellent. They were helpful, attentive, and were very interested in making our stay as good as possible (We were bumped up to the executive suites)! The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The hotel is a bit dated. Fixtures in the bathroom show signs of wear, the shower curtain was a bit stained, and there was always a bit of water around what I assume was the access to the plumbing. The hotel is located in a commercial district. The neighborhood is a bit tired and is not that close to the activity and restaurants downtown. It is close enough though to be an inexpensive Uber or taxi ride.
In the end, if you need to get to the airport in the morning or if you have business in the area the hotel is a good choice. If you are more interested in the bustle of the more touristy areas there are better choices.

I found the top expected Holiday Inn quality in Lisbon within walking distance to the university. At the 9th floor, the view is nice and it is very quiet with closed windows - although being in the city. Over this week-end in May parking places in the street were always available. Great city view on the roof with bar and a little swimming-pool.

This is a large hotel - seemed to mainly large groups of travellers or business guests. Our room was huge if a little noisy (we got ALOT of noise from reception- room 103). The rooftop pool/bar was great and a real bonus!! Hotel is clean and staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Cosy 3 star hotel without too much jazz , in a quiet location, bit away but easily reachable by taxi to all tourist location within 6-8 euros, including the airport. Bus stops and metros were nearby, we dinot use. We did take train for Christo Rio, station was a 20 mins walk. Room size was pretty good with one double bed and two single beds with still space to move around, good for our family of four. Spacious and clean bathroom with bathtub, felt fresh.
Decent breakfast with good spread to fill, with option of ordering eggs of choice. Front desk was helpful in guiding how to reach the tourist places.

The Holiday Inn (Av. Antonio Jose de Almeida, 28-A, Lisboa) was an ideal base for me to attend a conference at the nearby IST (Congress Centre of Instituto Superior Tecnico). The room was a good size, and clean. The shower worked well, with combined bath. Staff were all very helpful.

It was a pleasent stay here. The hotel is good in terms of service like housekeeping, laundry, restaurant and others. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast had may options and was good in taste. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for your personal or official trip.

Pleasant hotel in an attractive neighborhood, 10-15 minute drive from downtown. Beds were great, view from upper-floor windows fantastic. Having just joined the IHG rewards program, I was given an upgraded room. We parked in their garage and were able to leave the car there after checkout time, all for the less-than-10 euro fee. Nice, plentiful room-service breakfast for 2 for 23 euros. The US website said kids were free, but on arrival, I was told I had to pay 10 euros extra for my 17-year-old. Other than that, great hotel experience.

I received exceptional service from the moment I arrived and received an upgrade due to my platinum status, until my departure when I was able to relax by the pool whilst waiting for an evening flight.
The rooms were large, clean and completely although the walls are extremely thin and I felt I was sitting in the conversation going on in my neighbour’s room.
Nonetheless, with its exceptional customer service, lovely rooftop bar, huge suite and decent breakfast, this was a great stay.
The hotel is not stylish nor is it central but it’s a cheap Uber ride from the centre. Highly recommended- best Holiday Inn I’ve ever visited.

Apenas a metade do box é vedada. É impossível tomar banho sem molhar o chão inteiro do banheiro, o que causa muitos transtornos. A vedação tipo blindex deveria fechar a área inteira do chuveiro.

I was pleased with the friendly and helpful service of the staff. The front desk folks answered all my questions and gave great directions for my first visit to Lisbon. The wait staff in the restaurant were gracious and went so far as to inquire of the chef about the spices in the fish dish I ordered.

Сам отель интересен.И нам попался агент рецепции Дмитрий.Все рассказал подробнейшим образом обо всём.Куда,как добраться.Что делать.Спасибо ему большое.Отель находится всего в 3км от центра.Но не нужно этого пугаться! Потому,что когда прогуливаешься,проходишь столько интересных мест,скверы,магазинчики и тд.Можно увидеть столько интересного.И это подготовит к тому,что тебе ещё предстоит увидеть.Всю красоту,величие и монументальность.При этом такую душевность.Обаятельных людей,добродушных(во всяком случае, нам попадались, именно такие!!!). #Единственное,что огорчило...это номер.Дико шумный лифт(рядом).Вместе со стуком,без вопросов, вламывающаяся уборка номеров.И 2 пакета чая.Я, всегда пью очень много чая и мне этого оказалось мало!! Завтраки не плохие,но опять же странно,нет никакой рыбной нарезки.Ведь рядом океан.А ещё,что странно,так это отсутствие копеечных одноразовых тапочек(свои дома забыла).Холодный пол и без тапок не комфортно!4 звезды отель...А ещё хочется,чтобы заменили или совсем выкинули резиновые коврики в душе(Толи плесень,толи грибок на нем.Ребята очень не приятно!!!)

Der Pool auf dem Dach wäre wirklich noch ausgezeichnet gewesen. Leider hat das Wetter nicht entsprechend mitgemacht, sodass wir diesen nicht nutzen konnten.Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Das Abendessen würde ich lassen und im Stadtzentrum essen.

We’ve stayed in this hotel many times over the past 20 years because it’s in a great neighborhood and is good value. The hotel could use a freshening up, although some rooms have been redone. Need grab bars in the tub/shower. They should go back to serving real coffee in the restaurant instead of those machines that give watery coffee with powdered milk. The staff should also sweep the sidewalk more frequently and make the entrance more welcoming.

Die Unterkunft liegt circa 10 Minuten von der nächsten Metro-Station entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad hängt ein Föhn an der Wand, wie aus den achtziger Jahren im öffentlichen Schwimmbädern bekannt. Das geht bei einem vier Sterne Hotel gar nicht. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist fast unmöglich. Es sollte liegt in einer gut befahrenen straße und man hört die ganze Nacht Verkehrslärm. Wir hatten Übernachtung ohne Frühstück. Wir haben die 15 € fürs Frühstück dazu benutzt in umliegenden Cafés vorzüglich zu frühstücken.

It was our first time in Lisbon and was hoping to trust the standard of holiday in , however that was big mistake.
With exception of the stuff we couldn’t be more disappointed.
The bed was small and uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep well (our worst sleep on a vacation ) the baby in the room next door woke us up early in the morning and the low stream in the shower was very disappointing too.
The breakfast was poor with no omelette station and having to wait for essentials to be filled up and almost no fresh vegetables.
The gym that I was planning to use turned out to be a mini gym but the only thing that worked there properly was a bike.
Over all I will never be able to convince my girl pro set foot in a holiday in

The room was spacious but is clearly due for an update (i.e. hairdryer was a vacuum attached to the wall). Table was broken in our room. The glass door in the shower doesn't do a great job of keeping the water in the tub, so you have to be careful when getting out due to the slippery floor. The hotel was non-smoking, but there were people smoking in the rooms and the smell was extremely unpleasant. Breakfast is okay, nothing noteworthy, but definitely appreciated the refreshing fruit-infused water at the front desk. Staff was also quite friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

If you want a quiet environment removed from all the action, then the Holiday Lisbon will suit you. It was a convenient distance from the airport and the city center. The hotel was pretty desolate and it was difficult to find a restaurant around our hotel. There is a small bar located in the lobby but the restaurant was closed for renovations and the rooftop bar with the pool was not available either. This hotel has desirable amenities but do call before booking to check if they can be used especially if you travel on the off season.

First, start by saying It was our first time in Lisbon and it was a super amazing trip. Lisbon is now in our fave return-to places. Very high up there with Zurich. Anyway, Pedro at the front desk was great. He was very patient and helpful — kinda set the tone of our impression of the warm people of Lisbon. Everybody was nice and welcoming. Only thing is that the distance to the metro is a good 8-minute walk on hilly, albeit charming, streets. If you love shopping, Uber is the way. The hotel is clean. Served the purpose for our 4-day trip to sumptuous Lisbon.

we had the best stay ever at this place - nice and centrally located; amazing breakfast area with lots of space (never got any queues); the view from the 8h floor was amazing. Local Secret - there is a park for childern (age 1 year to 6 years) just 3 mins of walk from the hotel (south diection). Amazing stay as always with IHG holiday Inns.

とても素晴らしいスタッフもいるけど？という人もいる。
掃除は行き届き清潔感はあります。周辺にいわゆる日本的コンビニは無いので不便といえば不便いだが対応していれば問題なし。
交通機関はそれなりだがUberが安いのでもっと便利な場所はある。
リザーブ状態で途中で他のホテルも泊まったがやはり安いなりですね。それと、火災に対する装備が不安。スプリンクラーが見付けられず消火器フロアに１個は如何なものかと。

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Man sieht zwar, das das Hotel etwas älter ist, es ist aber insgesamt, bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen, recht gut gepflegt.
Positiv: sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter, recht gute Lage.
Verbesserungswürdig: der Kaffee beim Frühstück, der Lärmschutz in den Zimmern, Matratze könnte härter sein, sie war insgesamt zu weich, aber nicht durchgelegen. Somit keine Rückenschmerzen. Der Zimmerservice könnte in Details besser sein (Staubwischen, Auffüllen von Kaffee/Zucker).

De forma geral o Hotel é impecável, bom atendimento e conforto nos quartos. Perceber-se o esmero em agradar o hóspede com amenidades no quarto e bom atendimento por parte do Stags. No entanto há ausência de serviços básicos na localidade , poucas lojas, cafés e restaurantes nos arredores bem como pontos turísticos. Funciona melhor pra quem vai de carro.

Located not so busy area, and reasonable hotel, parking cost, but easy to reach central city by Metro.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I left my watch in my room and went to have lunch. When I’m back my watch is not there anymore. At the end they said they couldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t have any proof my watch was stolen. I’m never staying in this hotel again. And if you’re looking for safety you shouldn’t stay there either.

Passamos alguns dias em Lisboa incluindo o Natal de 2019 e tivemos a felicidade de escolher o Holiday Inn para estadia. Fomos muito bem servidos por toda equipe e ficamos muito satisfeitos com toda atenção que nos foi dispensada. A ceia de Natal foi excelente e nos sentimos em casa.
Se tiver oportunidade de regressar a Lisboa certamente utilizarei os serviços do Holiday Inn caso estejam disponíveis.

Here are my thoughts
Pros:
Great bed and pillows which resulted in good sleep.
Room size was OK.
Very convenient parking and free for IHG club members.
Christmas Dinner was amazing.
Staff where friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Room layout was odd and decorations was outdated and cheap looking.
For a 4 star hotel we where expecting a better looking lobby and hallway

Clean, efficiently run Holidsy Inn. Front Desk staff excellent and efficient. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms immaculate although decor perhaps a decade out of date. Underground parking and very low rate for 24hours in a city where parking can be problematic and pricey. Great location for city centre shopping and only 45 mins walk to sea front or just ten minutes to nearer metro entrance. Recommended for Lisbon stay.

❗️⚠️No 4.º dia de hospedagem os mesmos bolos enormes de cabelo que estavam no banheiro quando cheguei, ainda estavam lá! Limpeza terrível! Um nojo! Um dia quando cheguei tinham colocados outos cabelos do chão, que estavam lá quando cheguei, em cima da descarava com um plástico!
Se não tiram a sujeira visível também não vão higienizar a sujeira invisível! Eles nem repunham todas as toalhas! Triste!
Férias é para ter um mínimo de conforto e um lugar higiênico para ficar!
A pia sempre entupida! Que raiva! Imagina ter que enfiar a mão em uma pia entupida que não seja a pia da tua casa!❓ Falei na recepção mas, nada mudou! Recomendo fortemente que se hospedem em outro lugar! A beirada da banheira estava sempre com a mesma poeira por dias e dias! Nem um pano passavam!

Minha experiência com o Holiday Inn Lisboa foi excelente. Minha estadia junto com minha família foi muito boa.
O serviço oferecido foi excelente desde a recepção, passando pela arrumação do quarto e o restaurante que foi impecável.
Ontem, véspera de Natal foi oferecida uma ceia muito bem preparada que agradou demais.
As instalações do hotel são muito bem conservadas... O acesso é fácil, a localização é ótima e as instalações são acessíveis.

Habitación espaciosa, baño excelente, limpieza impecable, cena maravillosa pero el desayuno una gran decepción una cola de 45 minutos, el café malísimo aunque una gran variedad de alimentos de calidades medias.

Stayed at this hotel with my family, kids aged 9,7. It was an excellent experience. The breakfast was outstanding! Not as close to the city center which I enjoyed. Some very nice local restaurants near by. Staff and hotel were very nice.

We stayed here with two other friends in other rooms. We had a room with a pull out couch and it was fine. Not huge rooms, but clean and with basics and mini fridge. The breakfast was great, the parking was below hotel and easy/affordable. The staff was kind and helpful. The bar had amazing cocktails and good food. Was the perfect trip and place for family who don’t wan to be in the middle of it all. €5 to uber or taxi down town. We loved our stay and Lisboa

As this was my first time in Lisbon, I was looking for a hotel that was mainly near the airport for an early departure, but a place with no unpleasant surprises. My hopes that the familiar name would be such a place where I could relax my last day was confirmed. I rated the room as average only because my room had an odd layout with the entrance and bath doors position in an awkward manner. There may be more glamorous hotels or better located hotels for sight-seeing, but this one was clean, nice and a short ride to the tourist areas and the airport.

The traffic noise was so bad that I did not sleep at all on the first night of the stay. This was compounded by being completely unable to open the bathroom door in the morning, apparently, if the lock is turned inside the room while the door is open, it will lock upon closing. As I had not touched the lock, this was a surprise. The hotel responded quickly to open the door and move me to a quieter room, but this was the only good service received during my stay. Upon check out, I was accused of using the mini bar in the first room I stayed in. When I advised that I had not, the front desk staff member made a call, and spoke at length about the situation in Portuguese. This is Portugal after all, but I do not speak the language and was offered no explanation as to the discussion or why the mini bar charges were suddenly dropped. I have travelled extensively and overall, this was the most negative hotel experience I have had.

I did not plan to stay in Lisbon, however, my friend who was meeting me had two flights cancel.
I was at the airport awaiting her arrival for a few hours when she finally told me that the delayed flight was cancelled.
I was tired and frustrated and wanted a place that I knew would be comfortable and clean. In my search I found this hotel so I booked and took a taxi right away.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt so relieved that I was in a comfortable safe place to relax and enjoy the city while I waited for my friend to arrive.

Very nice experience. Was upgraded to a suite which was superb, making the room on par with a crowne plaza. Breakfast was nice but not outstanding. It does have cereals, fresh fruit, cold cuts, pastries and a small selection of hot foods. Staff were attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

Tired hotel that has clearly seen better days. Strange room layout with uncomfortable dated furniture and mini bar on its last legs. Can hear everything going on in corridor. We bumped our heads multiple times on pointy corner of bedside furniture that could not be moved Bathroom had strange layout too, I had to sit with my legs straddling either side of the sink. Difficult to use shower over bath.Check in and out was fast and efficient, not unpleasant, but not friendly either.

I paid for the breakfast, it was only EUR10/pax. The price was very valuable but the hotel charge me EUR6/pax in tax. And the staff didn't inform me in advance about the high tax, only when i checked out, I received the invoice and knew. I can't image 60% tax in Lisbon. It makes me so unhappy.

Our experience with the Holiday Inn in Lisbon was a positive one. The hotel staff, especially the reception staff, were excellent. The hotel itself was well situated, near several subway lines, with good restaurants within walking distance. The roof-top bar had spectacular views of the city. I would stay there again.

A única coisa que tenho a dizer é sobre o facto do quarto onde fiquei alojada (115) é barulhento por causa do ruído que vem da rua.
De resto gostei imenso de todo o Staff, principalmente dos elementos que estão nos pequenos almoços: divertidos, simpáticos e muito prestaveis.

As GE member I got upgraded to a larger room, which was really big, with a connecting living room. Hotel was nice and clean in general, and very spacy compared to many other Holiday Inns. Good bed and silent to work. Breakfast had plenty of choice for the price paid of just 10 Euro. Only the cappuccino was too sweet, but there were several types of coffee to select.

This hotel is situated outside the touristic centre of Lisbon, but it is close to two different underground stations so you can easily access the Rocio and Praça do Comercio from there (20 min). The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served until 10h30, so you can calmly wake up and profit from local pastries and the more usual food, such as scrambled eggs, fruits and bread.
The room I stayed in was huge, with a king size bed and a lounge room. You'll find two different pillows in your bed, from which you can choose considering your preferences (softer or harder).

Location is pretty good. Downtown. If you want to stay in touristy alfama disctrict not your hotel, but if you want a more local experience then it is great. Its a lited dated and small. Rooftop area is great. Hotel staff were all very good as well. Not a bad option, would definitely consider other options. I litterly picked this hotel because of the pool for my kids.

If only there was choice for vegetarian food! Pleasant service, close to the airport and metro stations, wonderful rooftop pool and bar and nice rooms make this a good choice. The concept of having a fruit bowl at the reception desk encourages guests to have at least a fruit every day! Breakfast choice is quite limited compared to other properties.

Staff muito atencioso, fizeram upgrade para um quarto fantástico. Cama muito confortável, quarto bastante luminoso, espaçoso e limpo.
Piscina pequena, poucas espreguiçadeiras quase sempre cheias, mas a vista compensa, da para refrescar e passar uma tarde muito agradável. A comida do bar um pouco cara para a qualidade que é.
No geral excelente estadia, os pormenores menos bons referidos acabam por se tornar irrelevantes.

Staff at Holiday Inn Lisbon were extremely friendly and helpful. It seemed that no request was annoying to them. Both the check in and check out went smoothly. Breakfast was great and congratulations must go to the staff that worked that roster- they were superb. It was lovely to come back from a day of sightseeing to spend some time in the roof top pool.

Far from the center. Do not book a taxi at the front desk, you will pay 2x as much. Taxi to the airport costs arround 7EUR, the hotel will charge you 15EUR.

There are only couple of IHG hotels in Lisbon that have rooms for four. This is one of them. Although hotel is not located in the historical center, it is 10 min walk from metro station, or short and cheap ride on Uber.

Good value for money and it was good to have a pool , however the hotel is a good 45 minutes walk into the town centre though Uber’s are good value . The breakfast was poor and overpriced. The rooms were clean and comfortable but our shower didn’t work properly.
There were a few broken sun beds around the pool and there wasn’t enough beds for the usage of the pool .
The staff were all lovely and everything was clean .

La chambre pour 3 personnes de luxe est dépassée côté deco. La salle de bain est à refaire entièrement, kitch ( bidet) , pas de rangement et les robinetteries en mauvais états .
Les draps du lit de mon fils étaient sûrement propre mais des tâches imprégnées !!
Le ménage fait à 15H30 est aussi limite , quand on souhaite rentrer pour se reposer un peu en milieu d’après midi .
La salle de petit déjeuner elle aussi très passée côté décor :
Les chaises en bambou avec assise tissu tachée . Pas très agréable ,
En plus bondée et bruyante entre 08H00 et 09H30 .
Par contre le personnel était très sympathique et agréable.
La piscine en terrasse est plutôt bien , mais victime de son succès et de sa place restreinte : Il y avait foule chaque jour .
Donc en conclusion :
- un peu déçue de la prestation globale ( hôtel vieillissant, matériels fatigués, petit déjeuner standard )
pour les tarifs pratiqués et l enseigne IHG .

Room assigned to us had many problems.
Dark room and lights not working.
Bathroom sink did not drain properly and started to leak under the sink down to floor bathroom.
I had the request a new room, so management was considerate and upgraded us to a better larger room.

Very clean, quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. Parking on site. My only complain is that the double beds are really full size beds equivalent in the US. Since we were traveling with kids we found the beds very small for sharing with another person.

The location of the hotel is nice as it’s in the middle of the city center, however I didn’t realize that directly across the street is a strip club which I had a direct view of from my window. The hotel staff was helpful with the exception of room service being unavailable. I called about 3 times around 12:00, 12:30, and then 1:00 for some food and no one answered. The gym facility was closed as it was under construction. Parking overnight (coming from Boston) is incredibly cheap, but be careful in the garage if you use it.
Overall a pretty decent experience. I can’t say it’s 4Star quality, but for the price you pay it is a bargain.

The room was very small, and very hot. The walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING as if it was happening in your room. After sleeping in the room one night on the 2nd floor, we asked to switch to a quieter and cooler room. They moved us to the 8th floor. Same issue. And to make it worse, the cleaning crew chats right outside your door. We had the do not disturb sign and they were "cleaning" a.k.a talking loudly right outside our door for at least 2 hours each morning. The bed and pillows are also very uncomfortable. Do not stay there.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 4 nuits. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Le petit souci que nous avons rencontré concernait la demi pension et a été réglé très vite et de manière agréable. (Nous avions réservé 4 repas en demi pension mais si il est indiqué entrée-plat-dessert, il n'est pas noté le montant maximum : 25 euros par personne). Il n'y a pas eu de malaise car le personnel nous a bien expliqué et a tenu compte de nos remarques mais il faudrait le préciser sur le site pour que les gens ne soient pas pris au dépourvu en arrivant. Ceci dit, nous avons très bien mangé !

Tinha vindo de uma estadia em outro hotel de 4 estrelas que considero ter superado as minhas espectativas, ao chegar a este, a decepção foi muito grande pois não encontrei a qualidade esperada. A unica coisa que posso dizer que gostei foi a cama que é muito confortavel. Falta de simpatia por parte do pessoal, inclusive passamos por empregadas de andares e apesar de termos cumprimentado não houve sequer um sorriso ou um bom dia.. O quarto não é ruim mas não corresponde a um quarto num hotel de 4 estrelas, para ligar a cafeteira do café tive que desligar o frigobar. Frigobar com bebidas banais e carissimas que estariam de acordo se o hotel tivesse mais qualidade. Casa de banho banal também, deparo-me com um bidé no meio da casa de banho que quase toca na banheira dificultado o caminho até chegar à sanita que estava no fundo da casa de banho. A recepção muito deslavada, com aspeto velho e sem vida, tampo de uma das mesas rachado, faltava odor no ar, pessoal da recepção sem grande simpatia, iamos para a piscina mas deparámo-nos com as espreguiçadeiras estragadas, pouco espaço e muita confusão pelo qual desistimos. Enfim... riscado da lista de próximas visitas e não recomendaria certamente. Sería bom caso fosse uma residencial ou hotel de 3 estrelas, não está minimamente à altura de um 4 estrelas.

Over the years, I have stayed here multiple times. Recent room renovations are nice and fresh. Good location with easy access to airport ... and public transit (metro) that can get you pretty much anywhere in the city ...or just get taxi that are in the area. Also not necessarily being in the center of the tourist areas means a quieter area at reasonable rates.

Good hotel, check in experience was smooth. Hotel room was roomy with powerful air conditioning. Wi-fi is fast and reliable. Roof top pool is more of a splash pool, however is great to relax and cool off - was never really busy when we used it. Hotel could improve by being better organised, we booked one room for a couple and our 11 year old, therefore we expected a third bed to be made up and ready, with an extra towel, teacup for him - none of these were provided and I had to request them. The extra bed was very creaky and this does impact the quality of sleep - if these issues were addressed I wouldn't hesitate in giving this property a five star review.
On a positive the hotel is within walking distance (ten minutes leisurely stroll) to two metro stations, and this made getting around the city really easy.

The double bed is 140 cm only which is not suitable for two persons and the bed is noisy. It supposedly maximum 3 stars only. The breakfast is expensive. The swimming pool is really cold although it’s summer.

We have stayed at this hotel before but it was quite a long time ago, so we were curious to know how the hotel has evolved.

The hotel has a very central location in Lisbon with some attractions at walking distance. The underground lines are not far away too.
The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very reasonable in area as well as the bathroom where one could find useful amenities.

The breakfast buffet was quite nice, with a lot of fresh fruits, cold and hot food, and a wide choice of bread. The sweets, including the ‘pastel de nata’, were present and very tasty. The usual morning beverages were plenty and at discretion.
.
We decided to have dinner at the hotel as we had tickets to the Theatre and we had to arrive strictly on time. And it was a very nice surprise!
On the first night we had the Chef’s Menu of the day, which included a crab soup, a chicken entrée and a chocolate dessert. The broth of the soup was clear and bright and the crab ravioli superb; the chicken breast was well cooked but juicy and the sauce joined together the baby vegetables and the chicken; the chocolate cake had a number of thin layers, was very smooth and accompanied by a basil sorbet quite fresh and nice to finish the meal…
On the second night the dinner was ‘a la carte’ only and we had two meat dishes: a nice medium/rare stake with vegetables and a small amount of fries, and a nice and tasty small pork stakes with baby vegetables. As dessert we tried a cheese cake of red fruits and an apple pie with vanilla sorbet.
As far as wine is concerned, we had two standard wines of the restaurant –‘vinho da casa’–, the ‘Terras do Crato Branco’ from ‘Alentejo’ on the first night and the ‘Pérola Branco’ from ‘Douro’ on the second night. As the first one was a little bit too citric for us we did prefer the second one that was softer on the mouth.
Two nights and two great dinners that were beyond our expectations!

We did not bring our motor car to Lisbon this time, but we checked the car park of the hotel, in the lower floors of the building, which have a good entrance and four parking floors with good places for the vehicles.

In all, a great weekend in a nice hotel with a good restaurant. An experience to repeat and a hotel to recommend!

Chambre pour 2 personnes avec un lit minuscule (130cm à peine) et salle de bains tellement petite que l accès aux WC était difficile.(chambre 805)
Après 2 mauvaises nuits, nous avons changé de chambre et avons été placés près de la cage d ascenseur qui fait un bruit insupportable toute la nuit.
Nous avons été habitués à des Holliday Inn de bien meilleur qualité sans être des 4 étoiles.

A garagem é de difícil manobra, e encontramos vagas 'reservadas' com caixotes de madeira(!)
O banheiro precisa de apoios para evitar escorregões na banheira, muito perigoso, assim como solução para evitar molhar o piso com o banho.
O frigobar precisa ser renovado, é silencioso, porém de pouca capacidade.
Seria de muito valor uma lavanderia de auto-serviço.

The hotel was awesome. Roof top provided a fantastic view of the city. The room was great and breakfast had a lot of choice. I did find some of the food in the warmers, cold. A newer hairdryer is also needed in the bathroom. Overall it was a fantastic hotel! I would stay there again!

The view from the rooftop and our window facing the street was fantastic! The service was phenomenal, the only negative was the prices in the restaurant. The food was delicious, but after paying one third of the bill for fantastic food everywhere else...the sticker shock of the restaurant was a bit much.

Wir haben hier drei Nächte verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer mit Stadtblick war in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool mit Bar auf dem Dach des Hotels. Der Pool ist klein aber fein. Wir haben hier einen Nachmittag nur entspannt und uns vom netten Personal einen Drink mixen lassen. Die Aussicht ist wirklich genial. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und die frischen Früchte waren sehr lecker. Die nächstgelegene Metrostation heißt Saldanha und von dort ist man in kürzester Zeit direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Man geht ungefähr 10 Minuten zu fuß und das ebenerdig. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt unten im Hotel auch eine gute Bar die bis Mitternacht geöffnet hat. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

I do not think it is necessary to have the towels and bedding changed everyday. Certainly, Holiday Inns in the UK provide a hanger so that guests are able to decline these services. The normal practice is to put towels in the bath or shower tray if you want them changed. For my stay, (10 days), I would not expect to change the towels or bedding more than once.

1st I must say I got confused when booking as there are two Holiday Inn’s in Lisbon. This one DOES NOT have airport shuttle service. (As a result our car rental return was so difficult.) Not Holiday Inn’s fault. It was a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was good with a large variety of foods for everyone. Warning: 1. The croissants were of the egg batter style not the flaky buttery flavored ones in most of Europe. 2.The coffee from the machines is much preferred. They try to make American coffee but it was horrible. I don’t think they have the right coffee for the brewing. Also get clarity on the 2 110 sockets in the bathroom. Other than those couple of items I loved the stay. Very restful after a busy 2 week vacation. Traveling in Europe you have a variety of hotel levels. This one is very much like an American experience.

Bom local para ficar em Lisboa muito central perto de tudo, os quartos são antigos e não aconselho a ficar nos primeiros andares virados para a rua ouvimos os carros durante a noite e no 10 andar tem o barrulho das condutas de ar condicionado.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, o pessoal da recepção nos tratou com muito educação, respeito e carinho, os quartos são amplos e arejados. Apenas não gostamos do serviço de quarto, pois a limpeza deixou a desejar. O que valeu foi a localização que é próximo do transporte público, restaurantes e pastelarias ótimas.

Hotel located within a short drive to the Lisbon airport and with public transportation (metro and bus) around. Underground parking for an extra fee. Breakfast is good, including typical Portuguese cakes and pastries but the breakfast area is rather small. Bar and restaurant at the property. Outdoor pool and bar on the roof (very windy there). The pool has a cold water. Bathroom is small, rooms are of a suitable size for a single traveler or for a couple but for a family of 2+2 are little bir too small. Frigde in the room but without a free space for your own food / drinks. Reliable, free WiFi. Prices on a high side and you have to pay extra, on top of your reservation a city tax of 1 € per person per day. Summarizing, value for money spent is medium.

Chegamos cansados de um traslado de Barcelona, vale ressaltar que estava com 2 crianças, 10 e 12 anos mais a minha esposa , precisávamos de um excelente quarto, bom banho e atendimento amigo, e tal qual aconteceu...
Precisamos de serviço de quarto para comida para as crianças e foi prático e rápido além de ótima qualidade, fui jantar com minha esposa e de modo muito cortês o recepcionista nos indicou um excelente restaurante próximo ao hotel para comermos um autêntico bacalhau português.
Resumindo excelente experiência principalmente pelas condições que chegamos, mental e físicas.

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The first night room was #603 and it was the worst room related to washroom and room layout in my experiences. I could not believe that this hotel can provide this room#603 for their guests and charge for the room under Holiday Inn brand. I had to ask them to change my room and could move from the 2nd night. However, I would like to request IHG auditor visits room#603 and check if they have similar type of room in the hotel. I love IHG membership program. But this is the worst experience.

Located close to both metro and hop on,hop off bus service. 10 minute walk. Upstairs pool was nice for lounging after touring the beautiful city during the day.
Anna at the pool bar was extremely helpful as were all staff.
Would recommend for anyone touring Lisbon.

Holiday Inn is not the same hotel chain I previously knew. It is acceptable but not warm and exciting! For those of us staying in hotels every week we need more than just a good bed. We need to feel that we are at our second home.
But thanks for trying.
