I went with my wife and 2 year old son. Its a lovely all inclusive holiday, with food available all throughout the day on an all you can eat buffet style. The staff were extremely friendly with us and my son. They have an adult pool and an even bigger childrens pool area. There are events happening all day around the childrens pool for both kids and adults like pool zumba and net ball etc. The rooms are really nice and clean for what you stay in them. Every room has a balcony. I would definatly reccommend for anyone to come with children or without. Enough to keep anyone busy. Beach only a couple of mins walk away, small beach but lovely. The food is different every day with loads of choice from hot, cold, meat, veg, fruit, soup, bread and deserts are to die for. Theres even a childrens bit for the food, always the same but children can be picky.

Lieu super... Grand complexe hôtelier, bien aménagé, propre, avec deux grandes piscines, un p'tit bassin, trois toboggans façon "aqua parc machin truc", plein de transats, boissons à volonté même à la piscine.... Par contre, point négatif, les buffets !!! La qualité de 80/90% des produits est de faible qualité, exept fruits et crudités, tout est trop gras, trop sucré ou et trop riche et vraiment pas très bon... Dommage.

Perfect family hotel. Clean, great staff, good food. Plenty of space round the pools. Great walks nearby and evening entertainment fab. Especially the Monday night show called Life. If you only go to 1 of the evening shows make sure you go to this one.

100% top top hotel, food quality and choice is exceptional, staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are huge in comparison and balconies a a fair size also. Plenty of power sockets (look under the bedside tables and dressing table). Should be rated 5 star for me and my two grandchildren (8 & 10).

El sitio muy bonito y limpio, pero para ir a la playa caminando es muy empinada. Y la recepción del aparta-hotel esta en el hotel de al lado y no lo sabíamos y dimos mil vuelvas con dos niños y todo el equipaje y cuando por fin tenemos la llave....o dios! Tercero sin ascensor

Food was fabulous, a lot of care taken over it. Village was immaculate, our room and bathroom great and cleaned every day, clean towels and linen if you wanted every day. Pools beautiful with life guard there who was vigilant. Would have liked a kettle with tea and coffee in the room . Would have thought you could have ice cream/ lolly ices from pool bars. Communication not great about getting round village , we waited 30 minutes for next shuttle bus only to be told we had to buy tickets from reception and bus only small so not enough room then next one an hour later ! Not a proper breakfast when we had an early start home, we were told to go to nibble bar but food not great for breakfast. Bar staff in lobby bar at night were all really nice. Staff in restaurant worked hard and cleaners ☺

The food was absolutely fantastic and there was a wide variety. Plenty to do on the property for kids. The beach is lovely and secluded, and was fairly quiet. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. We had an amazing holiday!

Great hotel, deposits on kettle 20 euros and iron (2hrs) 50 euros but it is fully returned. Great for families, kids activites and watermark fantastic, Especially for toddlers and little ones as a first. I would stay here again.
Lots of French guests, they can sometimes come across a little rude but does not ruin the holiday.

A pocos metros está situada la playa da Rocha, con su pequeña ermita, ubicada en lo alto del un acantilado en forma de cuña,lo habitual es encontrarse a aficionados a la pesca que pasando la noche arriba disfrutan de la pesca y las maravillosas vistas al amanecer, yo las he llegado a fotografiar y creo haberlas publicado. Desde arriba se observan dos playas, arropadas por los acantilados. Lo impactante es que bajando a nivel del océano nos encontramos con un túnel natural, se accede mejor con la marea baja, si somos aventureros nos adentramos en él , con la dificultad de la altura a veces gateando, pero al final la recompensa, el otro tramo de playa, espectacular.

Just cannot fault it, brilliant facilities, service and produce. Staff are friendly and helpful.
2 beaches within walking distance from the hotel. Transport for other activities available nearby.
Leading up to the holiday, my partner read reviews that criticised the food, the staff and the activities favouring a particular nationality. Whilst I'm not in the position to discredit those opinions I can tell you that I've not come across any of the aforementioned problems. I can appreciate that the food on offer is pretty regular but I've managed to find a different option each time that I have sat down, the kids have also ate very well.
Thoroughly enjoying my stay thus far and we're looking forward to our trip to zoomarine tomorrow.

Was für ein Erlebnis , die Speisen waren für uns ausnahmslos köstlich. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich. Sicherlich muss hier und da mal wieder renoviert werden.
Die paar Meter bis zum Strand sind schnell gegangen und dort wartet ein besonderes Erlebnis.
Beeindruckende Felsen mit einem Durchgang von einem Strandbereich zum anderen.
Gern kehre ich hierher zurück um bei einem weiteren Besuch die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Habitaciones cómodas con un buen cuarto de baño aunque con regular cobertura WiFi, en el resto de las instalaciones, la cobertura del WiFi es buena. Buena comida y variada con con amplio margen de comida casi a todas horas entre los 2 restaurantes y el snack. Buena animación y actividades para el ocio. Una buena discoteca con actuaciones en directo.

Lugar encantador para ir de fin de semana o para más días, lo mejor el buffet , constantemente hay comida , mucha variedad , botellas de vino para que te sirvas, tirador de cerveza.... Genial todo , las instalaciones muy bonitas, lo único negativo a mí parecer es en cuanto a bebidas alcohólicas, los cócteles están preparados ya en botellas y dejan mucho que desear, por lo demás , animación, trato ... Todo estupendo , volveré seguro

Kaikki tilat hotellissa olivat siistejä, ruoka oli hyvää ja paljon salaatti variaatioita. Ruokailutilat olivat meluisia lukuunottamatta terassia. Altaita ei lämmitetty joten vesi oli liian kylmää. Hotelli huoneet huonosti äni eristettyjä, käytävän melu kuului huoneeseen. Hienot rannat lähellä. Kannattaa käydä kävelyllä rannikon poluilla. Hotellin edestä kulkee turisti juna keskustaan edullisesti.

Wir (2 Freundinnen) haben das Hotel im Sommer 2017 besucht. Ich persönlich habe es als bestes Hotel empfunden, in dem ich war. Das Essen war sehr gut mit abwechslungsreichen Themen. Mittags konnte man den kleinen Hunger in der Snack Bar stillen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und auf dem Balkon ließ es sich abends gemütlich verweilen. Für die Kinder gibt es einen separaten Pool und tagsüber kleinere Animationsshows. Es gab wohl auch noch 1-2 andere Restaurants (?), die haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hier top!
Der Weg zum Meer ist zwar nicht weiter, für Leute, die schlecht zu Fuß sind, jedoch sehr steil und mühsam. Auf Grund von starken Wellen waren wir leider nur 1-2 Mal im Wasser.
Wir haben uns beim Autoverleih, der unterhalb des Hotels liegt einen Mietwagen geliehen und konnten somit die ganze Algarve auf eigene Faust erkunden.
Besonders der Bootstrip zu den Delfinen in Lagos ist zu empfehlen, aber eher nicht für Leute mit schwachem Magen.
Auch ein Trip rund um Sagres (dort gibt's die letzte Bratwurst vor Amerika) ist empfehlenswert für wunderschöne Urlaubsfotos.

Um bom hotel de praia. Com bastante espaço o que pode levar a muitas caminhadas entre as diferentes piscinas. Bom para famílias com crianças. Comida normal para este tipo de hotéis.

Ogromny hotel, smaczne jedzenie, blisko klimatycznych plaż i pięknych klifow do spacerów. Świetna lokalizacja. W samym hotelu sprawna i mila obsługa miedzynarodowa, organizacja różnych atrakcji dla dzieci i dorosłych. Kilka basenów. Blisko możliwość wynajęcia auta.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Bardzo przestronne pokoje z dużymi łazienkami i dużymi balkonami. Dobre i różnorodne jedzenie. Przepiękne klify w bliskim otoczeniu hotelu z pięknymi plażami. Blisko Lizbony. Mały minus za brak podgrzewanej wody w basenach ktora nie jest zbyt przyjemna. W miarę nowy budynek w bardzo zachowawczym, mało nowoczesnym stylu. Tak czy siak godny polecenia.

El hotel en general está muy bien. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El baño también es muy amplio. El comedor está muy bien, con platos variados y típicos. A veces se forman colas a la entrada, pero normalmente la espera es corta. El personal del salón lo tiene muy bien organizado. De todos modos, hay dos salones, para aquellos que no tengan espera. Las instalaciones también están muy bien. Lo único malo es el horario de las animaciones para los niños, que lo veo un poco corto; y que el hotel está apartado de todo. Lo mejor es el "todo incluido", algo de lo que podrían aprender los hoteles de España.

This hotel is a brilliant place to stay. The entertainers were full of energy and made the stay very enjoyable. The food was good. The hotel was very clean and is in an amazingly quiet area. Rooms are very spacious and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from four different beaches. The only negative would be that the mades did not change out bathroom towels until we asked them and that the pools are not heated. Other than that it is a fantastic hotel to stay in especially if you have kids.

Hôtel sympathique mais bruyant et où l'organisation du personnel est à revoir fin de saison ne doit pas rimer avec restrictions, les clients payent pour un service qui doit être assumé ( plus d'ouverture du bar océan, toboggans non ouverts...) si vous manquez de personnel pourquoi accueillir 600 personnes supplémentaires dommage car le cadre est magnifique

Hotel très agréable, chambre propre, personnels agréables. Seul bémol : le non respect des clients, qui claquent les portes et parlent fort la nuit.
Ici encore, les cartes postales données à la réception ( timbrées) ne sont pas arrivées à destination . Incroyable, que les cartes postées à l étranger n arrivent pas en France !!

We had a week at this hotel.
Food was good - freshly cooked at each meal time.
Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
Swimming pools were fab - rather cold, but as the weather warmed up it wasn't so bad. Slides were fun too.
Shame that there was only a selection of one ice-lolly by the pool, and we had to pay for that, although we were on an all inclusive package?!
5min walk to beautiful beach.
Overall we had a great stay.

Het was oké, maar vraag me af of het de 4 sterren wel waard is. Kamers zijn ruim, maar miste een zitje (waar wel plek voor was). Schoonmaak laat te wensen over (een hagelslagkorrel heeft 4 dagen op de wasbakrand gelegen en bedden zijn niet verschoond). Bedden liggen prima, maar de plastik onderlegger moet snel verwijderd worden). Het eten is gevarieerd, maar lauw. Zwembad wordt goed onderhouden.

Das Hotel war sauber und Ordentlich. Das Essen gut und vielseitig. Es gibt WLAN kostenlos in der ganzen Lange. Deutsches Fernsehen ist auch vorhanden. Die deutsch Kenntnisse sind nicht so gut deswegen sollte man schon Englisch können. Wir hatten keine Probleme und Kleinigkeiten die anlagen wurden sofort gelöst. Pool war sauber und der Strand ist auch nur 300 Meter entfernt gewesen.

Complexe hôtelier de 4 Etoiles ,mais je dirai plutôt 3 et demi.La chambre est spacieuse avec des lits jumeaux doté d'excellents matelas .La salle de bains est grande avec baignoire, bidet et un évier mais un peu dépareillé, par contre , il n'y a aucune tablette pour poser ses affaires de toilettes .Les repas sont servis sous formes de buffet,mais dommage qu'il ne propose pas plus de spécialités du pays(, on a eu leur fameux plat de morue le dernier jour) et au bout du 5 ième jour on se lasse un peu.Rien à redire sur la propreté et qualité du service

Atout majeur la propreté des chambres le buffet très basique et pas vraiment bon sauf pour le petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel est très mal agencé. C'est peut-être bien pour une famille mais entre amis il vaut mieux choisir un autre endroit. Les animations très moyenne à part de spectacle sur la semaine et la plupart des animateurs se regarde plus eux même plutot que les gens présents pour avoir fait plusieurs clubs je ne reviendrai pas dans celui-là.

Großer Hotelkomplex hauptsächlich von Familien oder Gruppen genutzt. Daher beim Essen/in der Lobby/ an den Bars meist extremer Geräuschpegel. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick und zwei Balkonen fanden wir traumhaft und alles war sauber und der Zimmerservice kam täglich. Das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt uns hat gut gefallen dass man Rund um die Uhr in einer der Restaurants/Bars etwas zum essen und softdrinks bekam ( bei AI). Auch die restlichen Getränke wie der Espresso/ Cocktails/Bier/Wein fanden wir lecker. Lediglich die Longdrinks wie GinTonic haben uns nicht so geschmeckt was aber nicht schlimm war. Pool war kalt aber schön wir fanden es sehr schade dass man nur bis 18 uhr reindurfte und auch die Poolbar schon so früh zumachte das dies der einzige ort war wo man außerhalb der Essenszeiten im freien ein Getränk genießen konnte.
Die Umgebung mit den vielen Buchten und Stränden gefiel uns sehr gut haben eine schöne Klippenwanderung entlang der Küste gemacht mit herrlichen Ausblicken, sowie eine Bootsfahrt mit Besichtigung der zahlreichen Höhlen vom Wasser aus

Good service. looks clean, but some rooms stink extremely bad. The stink comes mostly from ventilation. The staff new the reason, but pretending like nothing was wrong with it. This is the case for the building on the right side in the picture. But the building on the left side was less stinky. Had to change room through travel agency as the staff was not cooperating so well. On other issues the staff was pretty nice.

Lo único que salva esta estancia son las playas que tiene cerca y las piscinas del hotel. Los apartamentos no tienen secador y la wifi hay que pagarla. El buffet repetitivo y si vas a comer un
poco tarde(a las 14h hora portuguesa)ya no queda nada porque no reponen a esa hora. La carne malísima y dura.Si no vas con todo incluido cobran 9€ por desayuno, 12.5€ por comida y creo que 18€ por cena, y cerca hay sitios donde se desayuna/come mejor y más barato.

Very nice hotel. Room was great, I was in room 1240 and had 2 separate balconies with a decent ish view (see photo). The staff were very friendly even when they were really busy. Food was good for an all inclusive with plenty of choice. The Chinese and Brazilian a la carte restaurants are worth a visit costing €20 and €25 respectively. Plenty of stuff for kids to do with the 2 pools, football pitch, kids clubs and kids disco at night. Reps are great as well, even though I didn't like the night entertainment you can appreciate the effort they put in. Bar staff are really on the case and don't mess about when it's busy. Really enjoyed this resort more catered for families than couples though. Beware of the elderly French guests though they appear to not understand the concept of a queue when waiting for drinks.

All inclusief hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, Engels sprekend. Standaard buffet restaurants zijn prima, voor iedereen wel wat. Wel grote eetzaal waardoor het wat onpersoonlijk word. Thema restaurants zijn uitstekend. Heerlijk gegeten.
Verschillende zwembaden, goed onderhouden. Strand op loop afstand. Er moeten wel een aantal trappen en redelijke hellingen worden genomen.

Todas las instalaciones en perfecto estado. Habitaciones amplias y numerosas. Buffet de 4 estrellas. No te aburres si comes de todo, todo con sabor y en buen estado. Sin casi colas en los diferentes bffettes a pesar de estar casi lleno. Llegamos temprano y ya tenían las habitaciones preparadas. Animación numerosa a todas horas para mayores y niños. 3 piscinas con toboganes.... 3 días que se hacen cortos.
El personal muy agradable. Me he sentido muy bien en este hotel.

Quizás podrían mejorar el salón de juegos que se traga el dinero y no podemos entretener los niños allí por ello.

Hotel que me sorprendió positivamente en algunos aspectos, y negativamente en otros.....
Positivo: lo mejor del hotel la animación, y los toboganes para los peques. Piscina que no disponía de toboganes, era mucho más tranquila, y había más espacio en las hamacas,buenas zonas verdes.La limpieza era buena.Personal amable. Acceso a la playa muy cómodo. Ubicación.
Negativo: Las hamacas en la piscina de toboganes, estaban excesivamente pegadas unas a las otras, hasta el punto que no tenías espacio por el lateral para las piernas....muy incómodo.Suelo de los exteriores de esta piscina muy deteriorado. Falta de zonas verdes.
Comida muy poca variedad, las hamburgesas, calamares para los niños de muy mala calidad.Para pedir bebida t.i, se formaba una cola,muy ordenada (eso está estupendo) , pero la falta de rapidez de los camareros alargaba el tiempo de espera para que te sirvieran una copa.
En definitiva un hotel salvado por la animación (es estupenda), y por los toboganes que tiene entretenidos a los peques casi todo el día. Si quitamos estas dos cosas, es un hotel justito.

Hotel podzielony na dwie strefy: relaksu i rozrywki. Druga przeznaczona głównie dla dzieci. Mają tu swój mały raj z basenami, zjeżdżalniami i niezawodnymi "piana party". W hotelu do dyspozycji gości jest kilka restauracji, które na zmianę serwują przepyszne jedzenie. Jest ono dostępne 24h zatem nocne głodomory też się tu odnajdą ;) Lokalizacja blisko plaży, polecam jednak zapytać w recepcji o " tajne" hotelowe przejście ;)

Bueno pues el lugar no esta mal para pasarlo en familia, pero:
-El primer dia, hacemos el chekin, a toda prisa, nos dan la pulsera y no nos explican nada mas....llegamos a la habitacion y sorpresa no estaba lista....ni habian puesto la cuna que habiamos solicitado.
-Buffet de los peores que e vivido...estuvimos 4 dias, comida repetitiva, pizas quemadas, bolleria del desayuno horrible, yogur, nocillas,...todas a granel. (Una falta de higiene tremenda. Para la fruta ponian un cuenco con agua para lavarla...
-Limpieza de la habitacion la justa....
-En las zonas de piscina no se podian reservar las tumbonas, a las 9 de la mañana todas ocupadas y sin gente en la piscina, la gente se iva al mediodia a comer y dejaban la tumbona reservada, sin ningun control por parte de los empleados.
-Un bar cerca de la piscina sin ningun tipo de snack, ( señores que es un todo incluido, si queria comer algo tebias que vestirte e ir al interior del hotel) ahi solo bebidas y granizados ( las cuales nunca tenian).
-Los vigilantes totalmente pasivos (no llamaban la atencion a nadie por nada), los toboganes grandes, solo tenia un vigilante en la parte superior, no al final.(donde deberian estar para ayudarte en caso de que te pasase algo en la bajada)
-Actividades bastante variadas, solo que no te enterabas por la pesima megafonia que tienen (si es cierto que los monitores se pasaban por las tumbonas a avisar)

Hotel na naprawde wysokim poziomie. Pokoj czysty pachnacy, codziennie sprzatany. Lezakow pod dostatkiem. Baseny duze, czyste. Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo smaczne i niesamowicie duzy wybor dan! Na pewno kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Owoce pyszne, pomarancza niesmowicie slodkie i soczyste. Ciekawostka byly truskawki - bardzo smaczne i slodkie. Estuvimos 10 días en agosto.Hotel muy masificado, colas para comer, para pedir en las barras, recepción, imposible coger tumbonas ya que siempre están ocupadas. Lo peor la comida sin variedad y baja calidad, las bebidas del todo incluido totalmente intomables salvo la cerveza y la limpieza de habitaciones muy deficiente. Lo mejor la ubicación y playa preciosa y las instalaciones y servicios para los niños.

Aceptable porque las instalaciones para los niños están muy bien. El personal del kids club es encantador y la recepción salvo alguna cosa rara el perdonal es atento. Pero el todo incluido es deficiente sobre todo en las bebidas y cócteles. La comida del bufé muy repetitiva y de calidad media baja. La limpieza de las habitaciones es malísima. El entorno está muy bien. Hay una playa muy cerca que está fenomenal con chiringuitos y actividades acuaticas. Y alrededor hay varias playas que merecen la pena. En general es aceptable si no eres exigente. Si vas, vete por las instalaciones para los niños y el entorno.

Nice clean hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but was a couple very rude as well which the reception staff didn't care for when we brought it to their attention. Do not book taxis through reception as they are over priced. We used the uber app and found it a much better service.

Nous venons de séjourner 15 jours dans l’hôtel. Il dispose de belles infrastructures dans un cadre très agréable. Je vous conseille notamment de prendre le petit train pour 3€ ou une voiture pour vous rendre à la plage de la petite ville d’Armaceo située à 3 Kms pour prendre pour 20€ les petits bateaux qui longent la côte et rentrent dans les grottes de Benagil, c’est inoubliable. Les chambres de l’hôtel sont grandes climatisées et propres même si la salle de bain manque de rangement. L’animation est sympathique et très présente près de la piscine à activités et il y a une grande piscine face au chambre sans animation. Les deux restaurants principaux offre la même nourriture variée. Voilà pour les bons points et on s’y sentirait bien s’il n’y avait pas autant de bruit et d’enfants qui chahutent un peu partout. L’hôtel dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour occuper les enfants et cela se sait, ils sont partout et semblent mêmes particulièrement exubérants ici. Pour les autres il faut renoncer entre autres aux repas paisibles et aux spectacles car les petits restent jusqu’au bout de la nuit empêchant les grands de s’amuser à leur tour. La soirée dite dansante consiste en fait à reproduire les chorégraphies inspirées par les animateurs sur des musiques exclusivement ibériques. Les aliments sont à volonté mais malgré quelques bonnes surprises, la qualité est souvent insuffisante notamment les viennoiseries du matin mais le plus souvent en raison de trop de mets préparés à l’avance ou de cuissons très approximatives. Cela manque en particulier de spécialités locales. Nous avons été très très déçus par le restaurant asiatique (cuissons encore ratées, ne se creuses, appellations des desserts trompeuses) et nous avons fini le repas au restaurant normal. Auprès des piscines, c’est la bataille pour obtenir de la place à l’ombre comme dans beaucoup d’hotels et les piscines sont beaucoup trop froides si bien que de nombreux vacanciers renoncent à se baigner. En conclusion si vous avez des enfants je vous recommande cet hôtel, pour les autres ...

Spędziłem w hotelu 7 dni w maju, hotel bardzo dużo, codziennie była impreza w klubie w którym były lane drinki all in, ale niestety po godz 12 kończyli imprezy i zabraniali siedzieć przy basenie gdzie było daleko do okien ludzi którzy byli w pokojach. Przez to ludzie często imprezowali poźniej w pokojach. Nie rozumiem. W hotelu tak naprawdę jest wszystko żeby pojechać na tydzień i kompletnie nic nie robić, klub muzyczny, siłownia, różne zajęcia np. Waterpolo lub crossfit.W okolicy nic zabardzo nie ma oprócz pięknych plaż i klifów, gdzie można zrobić fajny spacer aż do jaskini Benagil wzdłuż oceanu. Piękne widoki z klifów. Hotel jest dobrą bazą do wypadów w okolice.Pod samym hotem nie droga wypożyczalnia aut. W hotelu bardzo czysto,cały czas ktoś sprząta. Jedzenie w dobre, typowe w all in,na śniadanko fasolka parówki, obiady zróżnicowane od owoców morza po baranine. Do kolacji lub obiadu mozna było wziąć butelke wina na stół. Co do alkoholu w hotelu to był ok, nie rozumiem ludzi którzy piszą np

It like two hotels in one. A secluded quiet section near the main hotel, and a more lively section down near the slide pools. The food was good, and choice reasonable. The a la carte restaurants wet nothing special in terms of food or service, and we paid to go. The location is out the way, and the transfers can take a few hours if you're first/last pickup/drop-off. Rooms are clean and tidy. The drinks are ok, diluted from my experience, and the slush machines regularly don't work. However, the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 7 jours lors de notre semaine de vacances.
Globalement, nous sommes assez satisfaits des prestations proposées mais il y a néanmoins quelques bémols.
Concernant notre arrivée, cela s’est très bien passée car nous sommes arrivés le soir, donc pas de soucis de chambres non disponibles, donc pas d’attente.
Concernant les repas :
Petits déjeuners très corrects, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Repas du midi et du soir assez variés, un buffet pour les enfants est à disposition, cependant déçu car peu de plats locaux.
Si vous arrivez aux heures de « pointe », vous ferez la queue quelques minutes.
Propreté de la chambre plus ou moins correcte, car les draps n’ont été changé qu’une fois dans la semaine. Mais cependant correcte.
Concernant les prestations aquatiques, il y a deux piscines à disposition + des toboggans et jeux pour enfants. L’eau demeure TRÈS froide malgré le soleil.
Soucis de transats : pas assez pour tout le monde. Les vacanciers se lèvent à 6h du matin pour aller déposer leurs serviettes, malgré l’interdiction figurant dans le règlement intérieur de l’hôtel. Il suffit d’être absent le temps du repas de midi pour que des vacanciers irrespectueux vous prennent vos affaires et les mettent par terre pour prendre votre transat.
Enfin, concernant les prestations nocturnes, pour les enfants, cela est relativement bien, pour les adultes c’est autre chose.. assez déçu et pas intéressants.
Néanmoins, nous garderons un bon souvenir de nos vacances !!

De momento me parece un hotel con buenos servicios. Buena animación infantil. Menús decentes (pero nada en especial). Su área acuática infantil pirria a los críos. Las habitaciones están muy bien.

Kelner na pytanie czemu klimatyzacja jest wylaczona odpowiada ze on tylko tu pracuje I ze jemu tez jest goraco. Duzo much na jedzeniu. Jedzenie monotonne ziemniaki I jajka to podstawa. Nalesniki odgrzewane z poprzedniego dnia, na dodatek surowe. Brak przypraw na stolach jak I kieliszkow do wina . W automatach zamiast soku woda. Kawa obrzydliwa dostepna tylko rano jak I herbata w glownych tylko dwoch stolowkach. Pozniej tylko przy basenia albo snack barze. W porze obiadowej jak I kolacji przykryta maszyna do kawy obrusem. Sznurek w pizzy mi sie przytrafil (dolaczam zdjecie) ktory skaleczyl mi dziasla. Dlugie kolejki by cos zjesc ok 20 do 40 min. Kolacja czy obiad!!
Posciel ani razu nie zmieniana nawet gdy zrzucilam ja na podloge. Reczniki pod warunkiem ze zostawisz w wannie. Dostarcza ci swieze czasem dopiero wieczorem.
Kaucja na pilota do tv 10€ i sejf . Toalety przy basenach brudne I smierdzace ( dodaje zdjecie). Animacje pozne bo od 22:00 I bardzo ubogie. Nie polecam tego hotelu I napewno tam nie wroce nawet za darmo. Portugalia jest przepiekna I jesli mam polecic to resort super w ktorym bylam 3 lata temu "adriadna"... traz bylo brak miejsca I trafilam na podstawie opinii do tego ubogiego hotelu a raczej motelu!!

Moje ogólne wrażenie jest pozytywne. Hotel posiada również apartamenty, których klienci korzystają z całego asortymentu hotelu:restauracja, basen itp. Sam hotel jest też bardzo duży, co dla mnie jest raczej minusem
Od rana brakuje miejsc na leżakami, większość jest zajmowana wczesnym rankiem. Hotel posiada dwie restauracje, do których są kolejki w porze obiadowej. Co do plusów, jest czysty, posiłki są smaczne, hotel zapewnia dużo animacji przy basenie oraz wieczorem w klubie (zwłaszcza dzieciom) polecam rodzinom z dziećmi, nie polecam komuś kto chce wypocząć w ciszy. Gwar do późna. Ogólnie wolę mniejsze hotele ale byliśmy z dzieckiem, a córka była bardzo zadowolona

Lo peor la cama de los niños, reservamos habitación superior para dos adultos y dos niños, y teníamos dos camas pequeñas y un sofá-cama malísimo. Se notaban todos los muelles y estaba muy hundido en el medio. Fue lo peor del hotel.

We enjoyed our week's holiday here. A nice hotel where the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed on arrival with a glass of sparkling wine and shown to our room. The pools were all nice and clean but we struggled every day to get loungers as people had been down early and nabbed them all. Not much to do within walking distance but we went on day trips to zoomarine and a boat trip round the coast which broke the week up nicely. Food was OK although quite repetitive but there was always somewhere open if you got hungry. Drinks were good. Entertainment, we didn't go most nights but we did see the circus show one evening which was very good. Two weeks here would be too long in my opinion. If you're looking for a friendly environment I wouldn't recommend going here I'm afraid. Majority of people we encountered around the hotel (guests, not staff!!) were extremely rude and it wore pretty thin with me by the end of the week. Not very pleasant unfortunately. Also a bit of an ant problem in the room but nothing too major. All in all we did enjoy our holiday but would go somewhere else next time, maybe albufeira old town where there was more to do and a nicer atmosphere.

Nie mozna sobie wziasc jedzenia na zewnatrz tez w stroju kapielowym nie mozna tam wejsc!!!!! Napoje podawane sa w kubeczkach 0.2 l .I tylko 2 kubeczki na osobe jednorazowo . Czesto jest wylaczany prad w pokojach popoludniu. Itd!!!! Kawa to chyba z odpadow komunalnych nie da sie pic. Zamiast soku jest woda w automacie.. No chyba ze personel sobie przypomni I wymieni. Pilot do tv kaucja 10€, sejf kaucja 10€ i 2,50 za dzien. sa tylko 2 restauracje czynne z duzymi kolejkami by cos zjesc, pozostale platne 7 € od osoby czynne tylko wieczorem. W toaletach przy basenie smierdzi.

A localização do hotel é significativa se quiser fazer exercício físico diário para a praia.
É um tudo incluído com refeições variadas, até presunto vi, o pequeno almoço , igualmente abundante.
O colaboradores são atenciosos e afáveis.
A higiene dos quartos é diária .
O meu parâmetro negativo o bares de apoio fecham muito cedo 18:00 horas( parece me um horário de inverno).
Muita animação e profissional para as crianças e adultos.
Um outro parâmetro negativo não deveriam de deixar os adultos andarem nos escorregas para as crianças.
Bem organizado, é um tudo incluído bom e funcional para famílias com crianças.

I was there in May and I had to request them to kindly turn on air condition in my room. They did it after my request, but it was quite hard to communicate with the reception personel. Regarding all-inclusive option, there is a limit of 2 drinks you can order simultaneously which was described nowhere. I wouldn't complain on the 2 drinks limit, however how not to complain if their whiskey/vodka have outstanding 20% max :) so I spent more time on walking to the bar instead of enjoying these drinks. Food was delicious, I was very surprised that they have all night restaurant open, so in case you got hungry in the middle of the night you always can go there and get something to eat.

Hotel com instalações boas para famílias com crianças, boas piscinas e animação para pequenos e adultos. LAMENTÁVEL a falta de profissionais no staff do hotel, muitos aprendizes que dão o litro mas como quem os coordena também são fracos eles não podem fazer melhor... falta de organização nas limpezas, não trocam as toalhas, é necessário solicitar em várias vezes aconteceu isso, não repõe um simples sabonete gel de banho, lençóis 10 dias e não se trocam... enfim muito fraco para um 4 estrelas como erguem em seu nome. Alimentação, fraca pessoal da cozinha e restaurantes muitos deles são estrangeiros comida com pouco sabor ou por vezes sabores muito diferentes de uma cozinha de hotel português... E preparem-se para NÃO se sentirem em Portugal desde o check-in começam por nos receber em ingles, alemão, holandês e arranham um pouco PORTUGUÊS. Enfim em conclusão vale a experiência pelas piscinas pelo que se paga e pelo serviço não vale nem um EURO.

Some aspects of this hotel were excellent ie the rooms and public areas are immaculate and the location is excellent however I got an eye infection from swimming in the pool and had a fall over a raised pavement Albany-the staff did nothing for me other than direct me to limp the the bar to get ice.My husband had diarrhoea and vomiting-we believe caused by fish soup and I had severe diarrhoea which delayed my return home.Foods which should have been cooked entirely separate ie pork and fish were being cooked side by side by someone who was using different tools but the same gloves-not good when he was handling the raw foods.The children's buffet is very limited and extremely unhealthy- the foods on the main buffet varied hugely-some days it was easy to feed our fussy toddler,others were not so good.The food which is pre cooked is not kept hot enough.This could be a great family hotel.There is plenty for the children to do.It is badly let down by failure to monitor the pool water- the toddler pool was often visibly cloudy and the standards in the restaurant- we have never become Ill in Europe before.

Je séjourne actuellement dans cet hôtel, à notre arrivée, le personnel de la réception était très accueillant, nous avons reçu les clefs de la chambre sans patienter (vers 12h) contrairement à d’autres vacanciers (15h)
La chambre se situe au 5 ème étage, elle est spacieuse et nous avons une jolie vue sur la piscine, frigo (vide ) télévision (télécommande en caution) et air conditionné
Deux restaurants possibles dans la formule all Inclusive le Caribe avec terrasse vue sur la seconde piscine. L’autre « le rocha » les plats sont identiques au premier mais beaucoup plus bruyant. Attention préparez-vous à faire la file matin, midi et soir !
En ce qui concerne les restaurants, ne vous attendez pas à manger du 4 étoiles, les plats ne sont jamais variés, pas typiques et gras, le menu kids est identique depuis notre arrivée (midi et soir) (spaghetti sauce tomate ou Bolognese, frites, saucisses, nuggets ou hamburgers) le café proposé par les machines dans les restaurants est imbuvable, fort heureusement il y a deux bars dans l’hôtel où il est possible d’avoir un café de meilleure qualité par contre les cocktails sont de piètre qualité. (Ils sont déjà en bouteilles préparés)(Impression de boire un jus de fruit)
Autres bémolszr pas des moindres en pleine saison, il n’y a pas assez de transats et de parasols pour le nombre de vacanciers dans l’hôtel. J’en ai fait l’expérience, pendant que nous étions au restaurant, quelqu’un a pris le parasol qui était entre nos deux transats. Je ne blâme pas la personne qui l’a pris car il a peut-être lui aussi un enfant en bas âge. Je me suis donc dirigé vers le maître nageur qui me dit que ce n’est pas son job et me renvoie vers la réception. Dans un premier temps, il n’est pas possible de m’en fournir un, je demande donc de rencontrer une personne de la direction, après 15 minutes d’attente une personne me propose d’accompagner un ouvrier afin d’en trouver un..après avoir fait le tour de l’hôtel et une heure plus tard, nous en avons enfin récupéré un ! Bien dommage dans un hôtel sois-disant familial de ne pas avoir un parasol pour deux ou trois transats. Autre anecdote, le lendemain une altercation assez violente a éclaté entre deux familles pour un problème identique tout cela sous les yeux des enfants.
Aussi, les chambres sont parfois nettoyées après 14h et les serviettes arrivent encore plus tard. Déjà deux oublis en quelques jours et plus d’heure pour nous les déposer après un nouveau au passage auprès de la réception et pour cause le téléphone de la chambre n’est pas raccordé.
Points positifs : Les animations du soir sont correctes (mini-club et spectacles), le personnel de l’hôtel est assez sympathique. Les piscines sont propres mais un peu froides, les toboggans sont amusants.
Bref à mi-parcours bilan plus que mitigé pour un hôtel sois-disant familial qui plus est 4 étoiles.
Je ne reviendrai certainement pas.

Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Hotelanlage, jedoch haben zwei Punkte gestört.
Zum einen haben die Damen vom Housekeeping zwar die Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt, aber weder das Bett wurde bei 11 Nächten Aufenthalt einmal frisch bezogen, noch der Boden hat in irgendeiner Form Beachtung bekommen. es muss um Himmels Willen nicht täglich gewischt werden, aber bei sandig-knirschenden Schritten kann man mal durchfegen oder saugen. Man muss auch am Rande erwähnen, dass noch keine Hochsaison war.
Der zweite Punkt ist der Organisation für die Kinderanimation anzukreiden. Ziemlich zur Halbzeit unseres Urlaubs sollte die deutschsprachige Animation beginnen, wovon wir irgendwie rein gar nichts mitbekommen haben. Weder abends in der Mini-Disco hat sich die Liederauswahl geändert, noch tagsüber haben wir anderweitige Spiele oder Ablenkungsmöglichkeiten für die Kids bemerken können.
Wir haben das Recht gut kompensieren können, aber bei anderen Familien stand die Frustration förmlich ins Gesicht geschrieben.
Das war's aber auch an negativen Erfahrungen. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und das Essen war zum größten Teil lecker. Auch die Auswahl war recht groß.
Die Pools haben wir nur ein oder zwei mal in Anspruch genommen, da wir die ruhigeren u d zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbaren Strände bevorzugt haben.

Hotel was clean and tidy, rooms were nice with bath and shower. Almost all the staff friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were very good cant complain. The kids disco was good our kids loved it, nibble bar was open when main restaurant closed even through the night. Went to the Asian restaurant for our complimentary meal which was gorgeous. Plenty of places to eat in hotel grounds. Hotel and grounds well maintained and clean and plenty of room. The evening entertainment was good, the staff worked very hard and were friendly and helpful even off duty. Beach was lovely and few minutes walk and clean (no rubbish). Shuttle bus available from hotel and reasonably priced. Alcoholic cocktails were pre-mixed which i found disappointing as i like to watch em being made. Non-alcoholic cocktail selection poor, only a san francisco available. Food was average but was nice although saying that a few nights the food was gorgeous. We went in May and the pools were freezing our kids lips went blue after a few mins in the water so we hardly went in the pools. Hotel could do with heating pools early in season. Kids activity pool was great. Plenty of sunbeds and pool games and exercise classes if u cld brave the very cold pool. Our patio doors were faulty which we reported at beginning of the first week of our holiday, it only got fixed the day before we left after complaining again. Our rep was inexperienced but friendly and helpful. Despite the slight negatives above yes we would go back as overall hotel and staff were great and faclities. Infact we have booked this hotel for 2020, kids loved hotel and wanted to go back. There is a kids club although we didnt use it. Only one member of staff working on the pool bar near the hotel was rude so we avoided her.

Villaggio All Inclusive situato in ottima posizione a metà strada tra Albufeira e Lagos. In pratica le spiagge con le coste rocciose partono da qui. Proprio di fronte c'é Spiaggia Senhora Da Rocha dove parte più volte al giorno il tour di visita alle grotte. Tornando al Villaggio. Camere grandi, spaziose e pulite. Personale tutto molto gentile e disponibile, animazione top! Peccato sia frequentato da pochi italiani. Cibo a volontà, qualità nella media.

We tried to check when we was dropped off from the airport only to be told we can't it's not 3 o'clock we was traveling from 2am so no food or drink I think it should be stated when booking that you are not able to book till 3pm the blond lady behind reception was very rude in not explaining what we was to do ,had to ask another person where we could put our cases who was very helpful in explaining to us .

Nice offer but nothing special. Did not enjoyed the food and water in swimming pools is cold as it can be. Hotel is far from new but well maintained and clean.

Bel hôtel.chambres confortables et spacieuses.buffets variés.Le gros problème : le bruit et les hurlements des très nombreux enfants en bas age,pendant les repas,dans les bars ou les halls très mal insonorisés.A déconseiller aux personnes calmes.

Bom local para umas férias em família. Espaço um bocadinho antigo para o preço. No entanto, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e sempre prestáveis. Boa oferta de alimentação 24 horas. Apenas a apontar a distância do espaço de snacks em relação ao espaço de animação infantil.
Os dois espaços de piscinas estão muito bem cuidados, água límpida em qualquer uma das piscinas. Atrações para crianças muito boas.
Dispõe de alternativas de entretenimento indoor e outdoor. Equipas de animação para crianças e adultos excepcionais.

Mega fajny i przyjazny rodzinom hotel, świetne jedzenie. Bogata oferta atrakcji dla dorosłych jak i dzieci prowadzona przez cały dzień i wieczór.
Pokoje przyjemne i zadbane (czystość jest na wysokim poziomie) jedynie jak dla 4 osobowej rodziny mogły być odrobinę większe.
Okolica cicha i spokojna.
Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel!

Hotel bardzo duży, ładny, wygląda efektownie. Sporo atrakcji, zjeżdżalnie, baseny, boiska do grania w koszykówkę i piłkę nożną, ping-pong, bilard (płatny 2 euro za grę). Mnóstwo atrakcji, animacji, zajęć dla każdego. Kilka barów z wieloma drinkami, przekąskami. W przypadku jak się dogada z obsługą barów - robią fajne drinki, których nie ma w karcie do wyboru:) Snack bar otwarty 24/7, gdzie można dobrze zjeść. Samo jedzenie bardzo dobre, porządna jakość i nawet nie nudzi się po 2 tygodniach. Lepiej jeść w restauracji przy basenach na tyłach hotelu - siedzi się na dworze i jedzenie trochę lepsze:) możliwość korzystania za darmo/z dopłatą z restauracji tematycznych - z opinii znajomych jedzenie bardzo dobre. Pokoje czyste, ładnie sprzątane i dosyć duże. Obsługa w recepcji na mega plus, pomogła nam w nietypowej sprawie bez żadnego problemu. Co do minusów - obsługa w restauracji zabiera talerze z jedzeniem bardzo szybko, często nie pytając klienta, czy już skończone. Raz sprzątaczki nie zostawiły nowego mydła do mycia? Lokalizacja hotelu nie każdemu będzie odpowiadać. Hotel położony w małym miasteczku, które ma swój klimat, ale nic tam praktycznie nie ma. 10 minut drogi piechotą do Intermarche i jakieś 15 minut drogi piechotą do drugiego miasteczka - Armacao de Pera, gdzie jest znacznie więcej do roboty. Jeżeli ktoś lubi spędzać czas w hotelu, to nie będzie zawiedziony. Lokalizacja pokoju mojego i mojej żony - niezbyt trafiona. Pokój z widokiem na pole + położony blisko miejsca, gdzie były dostawy towaru do hotelu, codziennie o 8 i 23-24 bardzo dużo halasu, co było mega niekomfortowe. Mimo to ogólnie polecam.
