I have been coming to this hotel for the last two years and I have never been to such amazing hotel staff so friendly and helpful nothing is to much food is so fresh and tasty bar staff so friendly even the managment are so friendly we are even booking to return. Now for a moan I am totally annoyed about all the people that complain I am the first to complain if there's a problem but with hand on my heart I can honestly say that the hotel real bellavista hotel and Spa go out of there way to make peoples holiday a special time

Frühstück und Zimmer waren ok.
Wir hatten auch nur Bed & Breakfast und ein Standardzimmer gebucht.
Das Bad roch ein wenig. Die Betten waren zu weich.
Das Hotel wimmelte nur so von Engländern und dementsprechend war das Frühstück drauf ausgelegt. Der Frühstücksraum war ziemlich laut und wuselig.
Teilweise gab es noch Pappbecher.
Der Orangensaft schmeckte ziemlich künstlich.
Das Personal war allerdings auf Zack und hat schnell gebrauchte Teller und Besteck abgeräumt. Auch das Buffet wurde von Personal schnell aufgefüllt.
Es wurde ein Shuttlebus angeboten, der mehrmals am Tag 3 Stationen in der Stadt anfuhr.
Man war nicht auf die Hoteleigenen Parkplätze angewiesen, sondern konnte ringsum kostenlos parken.

Hotel sencillo pero bueno, excelente desayuno! La pieza pequeña pero limpia. Mi único pero es que viajando en plan de pareja no sé si era el hotel más adecuado, había mucho inglés ebrio dando vueltas

Hotel muy bonito, personal muy agradable y atento, instalaciones muy cuidadas. La comida de buena calidad.En el todo incluido hay cosas que no entran, por ejemplo solo hay dos cockteles y alguna cosa que puedes pedir tipo San Francisco. Pero bebidas como un simple mojito hay que pagarlas aparte, una granizada por ejemplo tambien hay que pagarla. La verdad es que deberían de estar incluidas cosas básicas como esas. Por lo demás, estupenda la experiencia.

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Aufenthalt.
· Das Personal im ganzen Hotel war sehr nett gewesen. Bei dem Essen ( wir hatten diesmal All Inclusive ) war für jeden etwas dabei. Hungern musste keiner. Außerhalb der Mahlzeiten wurde eine Snackbar mit Baguettes am Eingang des Restaurants aufgebaut. Somit musste auch keiner zwischen den Mahlzeiten hungern. Die Getränke, vom Bier angefangen bis zur Cola waren Europäischer Standard. Die Pools waren sehr sauber gewesen. Auch der Wellness Spa Bereich war außerordentlich sauber. Jeden Tag gab es eine andere Veranstaltung im Haus. Auch die kleinen Gäste hatten ihren Spaß gehabt. Ob Kinderdisco oder Reptilienshow für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber gewesen. Wer mit dem Auto so wie wir nach Portugal fährt,kann wenn man All Inclusive mit Premiumzimmer gebucht hatte, kostenlos im Hoteleigenen Parkhaus parken. Ansonsten kostet es 5 Euro am Tag.
· Die Öffnungszeiten im Spa Bereich sind leider nicht Gastfreundlich. Das heißt. Geöffnet wurde der Spa Bereich morgens um 9 Uhr und schloss um 19 Uhr. Sonntags war er sogar komplett wegen Personaleinsparung geschlossen.
Den Außenpool durfte man nur von morgens 8 Uhr bis 20 Uhr betreten . Also wer Portugal außerhalb des Hotels erleben möchte und kommt später ins Hotel hat leider keine Chance den Wellness und Spa Bereich zu nutzen.

Bonito sitio Albufeira en el Algarve. Me he alojado en el Hotel Bellavista y la verdad que el servicio q nos han prestado ha sido excelente, tanto en recepción, animación, camareros, limpieza,... todos. El buffet en el desayuno, comida y cena ha sido bueno. Las comidas ricas y si son los postres buenísimos. Me llevo muy buena impresión, el único "pero" q se le puede poner es que no está cerca de la playa.

Perfect location between Albufeira Old Town and The Strip allowing easy access to both with a 20 minute walk either way or use of the Hotel courtesy bus. Always clean and tidy with staff helpful and happy. Food plentiful and a good selection.

Di positivo non ha quasi nulla hotel sporco sporco sporco votato solo per inglesi entri nei corridoi per accedere alle camere sembra di percorrere il miglio verde buio sporco e puzzolente colazione allucinante tavoli puliti con stracci riutilizzati per tutti i tavoli va bene per inglesi che sono ZOZZI ananas vecchio di europeo non ha nulla e sono stato gentile personale alla Reception non preparato

Fui en semana Santa con todo incluido y soy intolerante a la lactosa .. No pude comer nada prácticamente y al pedirle para el desayuno algo que pudiera comer ... Me dieron un trozo de pan solo ( con cachondeo ) diciéndome que es lo único que podía comer.... Ni leche ni yogur... Absolutamente nada habiendo pagado un servicio

I would have given this hotel a 5 star review but for the treatment we received the first night we were there. As a group of 10 women(that they knew about as I had been corresponding via email) celebrating y 40th birthday, we were refused the all inclusive that we paid for due to us wearing similar attire. We were not doing anything wrong, being loud or obnoxious, just having a few sociable drinks before heading out. The management were extremely rude (the barman was very apologetic) especially the female staff and we were made to feel like small children that had misbehaved. The other guests were very supportive of us and loved our super-hero capes (nothing risque might I add) so we were definitely not annoying anyone. Apart from that the hotel was nice, weather was awful so what else can you do but eat and drink.....if they let you!!!! Beware if going here in a group.....no costumes unless you are a golfer!!!!!!!

The hotel and rooms are nice and we'll kept. The staff are all incredibly friendly. The entertainment on an evening was hit and miss. The food was a bit disappointing. There were a few days where we struggled to find something that we liked.

It had a heated indoor pool which made me love it even more. It's not 5 stars because the food wasn't 100% great but I enjoyed it all the same. I recommend this holiday to family's with small kids because a lot of the activitys involve 5year old kid stuff. It's a beautiful place and you should try it!

Pretty standard. Rooms had no minibar eller toiletaries. I asked for iron, because at this 4 star hotel they don’t come with the room. It costs 25 euros to go and get it youself and then they also charge 5 euros pr hour to use it. What a hustle..

Old hotel, heavy doors bang all the time, party goers are not controlled and 3am is loud, gym is restricted hours only 9 to 7 so you miss out if you go to the beach... shuttle bus was not available during stay. Too far from any beach to walk. Nothing around it for water or necessities. Decor is old. Charged extra for a sea view room, the bit of sea to see was miles away.

Lovely hotel, staff are very social and friendly. I enjoy the events this hotel do for their guests. Most, if not all, staff speak English. I highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic family holiday hotel. Friendly helpful staff across the board. Very clean and well maintained complex, couldn't ask for more. Kids club for the ltl and not so ltl ones was very good. Evening entertainment was good and varied during our stay. Definitely a recommendation, thanks too everybody.

Sehr schönes Hotel aber durch viele Kleinigkeiten werden die Urlaubsfreude schnell getrübt. Die Bar Zeiten werden auf der Minute eingehalten auch wenn eine Bar schon geöffnet hat. Es ging um 2 Minuten wir sollten eine andere Bar aufsuchen das geht gar nicht.
Meinem Manager ist das Armband gerissen uns sollte das Essen verweigert werden wobei wir auf der Liste im Restaurant namentlich eingetragen waren. Erst ein neues Band an der Rezeption dann sollten wir unser Essen bekommen. Was wir ganz schrecklich finden das man sehr nach seiner Kleidung behandelt wird als wir im Anzug angereist sind wurden wir ganz anders behandelt. Wir hätten gerne für unsere Mitarbeiter dieses Hotel gebucht aber so ist das für uns nicht möglich.

Leider nicht gut. Keine Empfehlung. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel sollte ein Gast in Freizeitkleidung nicht wie ein Straßendieb behandelt werden,weil er vor dem Einlass in das Restaurant darauf hinweist, dass sein all- in Bändchen gerissen ist. Zumal wir beim Check- Inn, in unserer Berufskleidung, einem dunklen Dreiteiler hofiert wurden, wie die Könige. Ich wurde mit Nachdruck aus dem Restaurant rausgebeten. Das ich gerne zuvor essen und trinken wollte,wurde eher aus Angst vor Stress mit finsterer Miene"geduldet", als verstanden. Kaum saßen mein Kollege und ich, kam der Schichtleiter (übrigens nett) und wies mich darauf hin, ich hätte eine falsche Zimmernummer angegeben. Das stimmt nicht- wurde falsch vom unhöflichen jungen Mann informiert, hatte ich doch für fünf volle Tage bezahlt und gebucht. Am Ausgang wurde ich abgefangen und zur Rezeption "genötig" mein geschientes Bein - frisch an der Kniescheibe operiert, reichte nicht um die Nutzung des Fahrstuhls zu erklären. An der Rezeption, warteten nebst dem Schichtleiter noch drei weitere Mitarbeiter, zusätzlich zu dem unhounhöflichen jungen Mitarbeiter, der die Treppen nahm, womöglich um eine Flucht, nach der vermuteten Zechprellerei zu verhindern. Danach war nichts mehr, wie man es als als gut zahlender Gast erwarten darf. Mein Kollege wurde weiter höflich begrüßt und verabschiedet, während man mich, direkt daneben ignorierte. Schikanen wie- “die Bar öffnet erst in vier Minuten also bitte warten Sie!” während ZWEI Mitarbeiter grinsend eine Armlänge von der gewünschten Wasserflasche entfernten standen und sie trotz des all- in erst minutiös herausgaben, gehen in der Preisklasse nicht. Wir mussten auf die Minute genau warten, so auch die nächsten Tage. Wir waren für ca. 110,- € pro Tag in der Nebensaison, als Tester unterwegs, um für unsere 26 köpfige Belegschaft eine Bonusreise für 14 Tage in der Hauptsaison für bis zu 270,- € zu buchen. Die MasterCard für das Spesenkonto trug ich derweil in meinen Shorts, ebenso die Vollmacht umgehend für das ganze Team zu buchen. Die Woche zuvor waren wir zum Test im Hotel Quarteirasol. Wir werden am Donnerstag auschecken und dem Hotel Apartamento Balaia Atlantico die Chance geben. Schade, zumal ALLE MITARBEITER IM RESTAURANT, bis auf den einen, wirklich nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend sind. Tut mir leid, aber ich lasse mich ungerne für mein gutes Geld massregeln! Sorry, leider KEINE EMPFEHLUNG ! ! ! Wer erzogen werden möchte, ist hier jedoch richtig.

El hotel dispone de muchos servicios de entretenimiento, los chicos de animación muy amables, al igual que el resto del personal. El Buffet bastante completo y variado. Al hotel no le falta ni un detalle, es bastante amplio, con zonas verdes y varias piscinas.
La habitación amplia, limpia y camas cómodas.
Lo recomiendo si estás buscando desconectar, buena relación calidad-precio.

Fuimos para un fin de semana en habitación doble y al tener alta ocupación nos cambiaron a una premium. Trato amable y muy atento del persona. Comida y bebida de buena calidad. El precio bastante ajustado y económico. Actividades tanto para adultos como para niños. Lo único a mejorar, las instalaciones que están un poco anticuadas. Muy buena experiencia, probablemente repetiremos.

Decir que el todo incluido es muy deficiente: bebidas de marcas desconocidas y de muy poca calidad, no hay merienda para los niños, las comidas se reducen a las 3 establecidas ya que luego te ponen durante unas horas algunas pizzas y poco más... las habitaciones son muy cómodas y grandes y el servicio muy correcto.

Brilliant week away at this hotel, yes your a little distance from the beach, but you get a free shuttle bus there, staff were gracious and always willing to help in anyway, housekeeping was superb, even putting teddy to bed everyday, entertainment staff were always smiling keeping children entertained from the first to last moment they saw them, and always striving to encourage everyone to join in a variety of activities, yes the hotel has a couple of minor flaws but the staff more than make up for these, will definitely go back again as enjoyed our break so much, thankyou all at real bellavista for making bethanie and caryns first trip abroad so fun

Trop de monde bruyant. Le petit déjeuner est de mauvaise qualité et mal organisé dans sa présentation.
Il vaudrait mieux présenter de bons produits que cette abondance non raffinée.
Par contre, la vue était belle sur notre terrasse.

Bra htl, utmärkt service. frukosten var bra bara ngt andefattig då den var lika i 14 dagar, men helt ok. Personalen var mycket service inriktad, inga problem med språket. Byn hade tyvärr inte vaknat riktigt då det var tidigt på säsongen, annars trevlig. har rekommenderat till vänner.

Ottimo hotel in zona tranquilla con giardino e piscina,posto sulle prime colline di Albufeira.Camere spaziose con letti ultra confortevoli e climatizzazione perfetta.Camera con balcone corredato di poltroncine e tavolino per gustare il clima mite dell'Algarve.Menu cena a buffet €23 ricco di tanti/troppi piatti insapori.Meglio meno scelta ma più di qualitá.
Buona la colazione inclusa nel prezzo,che è veramente ottimo per questa struttura.Shuttle gratuito che porta alla spiaggia dei pescatori e al centro commerciale.Servizio reception al top!

Very nice hotel with excellent indoor facilities to make it suitable for out of season stays.Really large comfortable beds . Great rooms and wi fi throughout the hotel.Reasonable food and some effort went into the displays.The temperature of food could be improved and maybe some more meats could be made available without the sauces and toppings applied.The cold meats and cheeses were good but could be varied a little from day to day.

Hotel kept really clean and tidy by the staff, food good but lacking in variety, bar staff seemed a miserable lot, .as though they were sick of serving greedy guests. In my opinion the hotel needs a little updating and the bar staff need to learn how to smile a bit more and appreciate that hotel guests are there to have a nice time, they have already paid there hard earned monies for "there enjoyment"

Listed as 4 hotel, in my view struggles to qualify as 3 . Self service buffet at all meals some hot food only luke warm, fresh pasta bar very popular could take up to 40 minutes to get served. Located in a built up area limited grass area beside outside pool. Recomend dedicated Italian restaurant in basement.

Myself and my husband are just after staying for 4 nites and 5 days in this hotel. We overall had a great stay, only reason we gave 4 stars was for the outdoor pool been extremely cold, and my husband found the memory foam mattress uncomfortable to sleep on. I had no problem with the bed. Other than that we would highly recommend real bella Vista hotel. Staff are very friendly and very prompt if u need anything sorted. We also stayed all inclusive which we found fantastic, there was such choice. Even for me been coeliac I always found something to eat. Very enjoyable stay!!

Staff were wonderful, everyone was helpful. Issues:There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so it steams up and remains that way unless a door is open. The bathroom has an open drain in the middle of the floor- which stinks, constantly. Our sheets werent changed when we had the room cleanedz but everything else was replaced. When moving some of the furniture, like the TV on the table, there was a layer of filth underneath it.Admittedly, it was a good stay simply because it was a decently priced hotel, with a good bus service ( a massive plus!), However the walls are thin so if you have loud neighbours you *will* hear everything they say or do. The staff are exceptional, the food isnt too great, but theres a massive range. I feel almost guilty for being negative about it.

We have been to this hotel five times in a row. The staff are very friendly and willing to help at any given time. The amenities are brilliant.the food is good .a nice walk to the beach. There is a kids club too

Un hotel muy confortable, con todos los servicios, pero algo lejos de la playa y del centro. Cuidado con el día que llegan! En la reserva dice que están los servicios disponibles, pero en realidad el SPA no trabaja el día domingo, por lo tanto no está disponible ni pileta climatizada ni yacuzzi.

We have had a fantastic week at Real Bellavista hotel. Our room was amazing. Food was very good. I rally can't fault this hotel. All the staff are so welcoming and very pleasant. We will definitely be booking for next year

The management should put a big sign up telling parents to not let their children run around screaming. The entertainment team did their best to keep them busy but they only wanted to run around. A lot of people book holidays in October when the children should be at school to have a quiet holiday and not expect kids to be playing hide and seek up the stairs under the chairs etc. The parents were to blame and let them get on with it.

Lovely Hotel, Beautiful food & plenty of it, lovely staff, most speak English so no communication problems. Pool area is pleasant. Sauna indoor pool & Jacuzzi great did them today, even got a gym for those of you feeling fit. Room is spacious clean and comfortable. Only downside TV doesn't work in the room but to be honest after walking around or even sitting by the pool for part of the day in this heat. Just want to sleep when you get back in your room. Only on day 2 of our holiday so clearly first impressions all good would recommend Hotel & going all inclusive. Thank you to all the Bella vista staff. Looking forward to spending rest of our holiday with you.

Very good hotel nice size rooms.great staff always polite. food ok not always the best but the pasta station is amazing cooked with stuff you pick out of bowls and a sauce of your choice and pasta that you chose it is cooked right in front of you. The beach is quite a long way from the hotel but they offer a bus service which takes you the and back again for free which runs seven times a day. It is just a short walk to the centre down a hill just five minutes there and five minutes back there are lots of shops don the hill to get water and snacks. When we had a problem the shower it was fixed really fast and when we requested a fridge it was fitted the next day all in all a really good hotel with good evening and day time entertainment.

The staff are all very very nice and professional, the hotel is clean and kept clean, but the only thing that is letting this hotel down is the food and the entertainment, we went all inclusive here, breakfast they hardly ever put sausages on the menu, and the bacon was massively overcook I mainly ate eggs beans and toast, lunch and Dinner was not nice at all, we ate out 2 of the 4 nights that we stayed there for. They need to change the food in a big way then this hotel will be great. I'm not usually a complainer but when you pay so much to stay in a 4 star hotel you expect the food to be good, it spoilt my time in Portugal.

Rooms are spacious and look better than on the pictures. Almost exclusively English guests. We did not have all inclusive but the food didn't look good either. Pool is cold but facilities are ok. Located ~ 15 min walk away from the old town or the strip. If you want a fridge in the room you have to request it at the reception.

Lovely place to stay!! Great staff, clean spacious rooms. Good entertainment for children and adults. The bus service was highly convient and was always on time if not a couple minutes late. Having the facility to use a towel for the day around the pool was useful because it meant having plenty clean in the room for showers later on. Definitely going again they made it such a pleasurable experience!!

Hotel was really good.. Rooms were nice and clean too.. We went all inclusive, which was maybe a mistake, the food was just OK, depends what you like really.. Alcohol wise, I was mostly buying my own bottled lager.. All the spirits I saw were all copies of the real stuff.. Still give the hotel 4 out of 5 Stars though.. Nice staff to help all the time

Very nice hotel, rooms good, beds very comfy, clean, staff really friendly, kids entertainment excellent and the staff are really great with them, but the food is definitely not up to a 4 star rating, it is like something out of the 80's, the pasta station is the better choice but because the food is not that great the station is very busy. Breakfast time there is never enough eggs out and you are always waiting around, toasters are useless. The waiters are very friendly but a bit too quick to take your plates away, often reaching over you whilst you are eating.
3 days at the out side bar the soft drinks machine didn't work, not good when you have paid a pretty sum of money to get all inclusive My husband one day will was told by the bar attendant he had had two much beer!!!!! He wasn't drunk by any means, it was just that they didn't do pints only small glasses that wasn't even a half, so he had to go back to the bar more often as you could only get 2 drinks at a time, I found this to be very rude, we work all year to come and holiday and this year we chose The Real Bellavista but we won't be going back there. Last year we were at a barcelo hotel and they could do with taking some tips from these.
PS, hotel real bellavista nobody wants scrambled eggs and sautéed sprouts or vegetable and jelly desserts. You keep getting good general feedback but the foods letting you down, listen. I know people are saying you can find something to eat but come on we are on holiday we don't just want to make do.

Excelente escolha. Espaço amplo, com animação e programas familiares todos os dias. Adorei a experiência. Os meus filhos divertiram se com a animação, especialmente a que foi realizada na piscina. Já lá passei o fim de ano duas vezes e espero conseguir repetir este ano outra vez. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. As suites são espaçosas e muito confortáveis.

An awful place sited in amongst a residential area a bus journey away from the main beach area. No comfortable bar to sit in, loud TV with men watching football all night. Noisy hen and stag parties every night. The restaurant is like a works canteen and the food similar, during the week we stayed here we didn't have one decent meal. The drinks are awful, the only alcoholic drink palatable was the larger, forget the gin, rum, brandy and whisky and whatever you do don't drink the Baileys. A complete waste of a week of my life!!!

Rooms are "cleaned" every day if you call 12 dead flies on your window for 10 days cleaned!!! Lights completely off in a dark corridor!!! No one watching food buffet to 're fill when needed so guests stood around waiting for vegs whilst other food goes cold. Lots of debris at bottom of pool. Oh can not sit outside after 11.00pm.Looks fab on the pictures but Would never give this 4 stars.

Beds were excellent, room was spacious and the shower was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. However our air con didn’t work, our fridge didn’t work and the all inclusive was really disappointing. Breakfast was good but lunches and dinner didn’t have enough options, especially if you’re not a big fan of fish. Drinks only served until 11pm and after that it was €17 for 2 spirits & mixer! Local beer & wine were good but spirits and cocktails weren’t great. The pool area is nice but I think the sun loungers need to be cleaned more regularly, they’re a bit tatty. It’s a really nice hotel but I’d do B&B if I was going back and the air con would have to be fixed for the summer season!

Booked for all inclusive 07/03/20 not worth. The barmen keep trying to charge for drinks. All inclusive here is a joke.drinks are in kiddie size glasses. Food is rubbish hence no signs of stray dogs. They don’t hang around for the scraps.

WOW. What a place, never been to Portugal before and never done all inclusive!!!! So glad we did, this place is wonderful, we will definitely be back, the staff are so lovely, the rooms so clean and the food is to die for , I think I've put on a stone but I don't care it was worth every mouthful, so much choice. From the time of check in, youre welcomed by a warm smile and politeness. The staff go the extra mile to assist when ever. The hotel location is in the heart of the centre, easily accessible and amongst many eateries. The only downside was the room wifi didnt work since being on the third floor.

For a 4* hotel it's not bad. But I'll mention a few things that may be beneficial to others looking to book:
Very little option for vegetarians when dining in. Breakfast is best.
In the rooms, whilst nice in themselves, lacked any creams or lotion so do pack them yourself. They offer hairdryer and shower gel/handwash.
No kettle in the rooms, you'll need to leave a 25€ deposit at the desk for it.
Indoor swimming pool is great for all ages although it's 1.35m depth all round. For swimming you will have to adhere to strict rule of swimming hats have to be worn at all times in the pool
The free shuttle is great, regular trips to the beach and town. But make sure you know exactly when and where they collect you back from as they sometimes differ from drop off point

The property was nicer than expected. There are areas that require upgrading, but the overall care of the hotel was very well maintained. The buffet was okay, but for an all inclusive it was probably on par to other hotels. The staff was friendly and the shuttle service to the beach was awesome. I’d definitely return for another stay in the future.

O hotel é muito giro, pessoal simpático e atencioso, tentam prever e resolver as necessidades dos hóspedes. Dispõem de restaurante com almoço (13 €) e jantar (23€) buffet com uma ampla variedade de comida. Quarto limpo e espaçoso. Dos pontos menos agradáveis é que a piscina estava um pouco fria, o jacuzzi e o banho turco estavam fora de serviço. O mini bar estava vazio e das amenities só tinha gel de duche multiusos.

Pour nos vacances en famille nous avons opté pour un hôtel tout inclus.
Les chambres sont grandes avec un grand lit. Par contre pour les enfants, c'était un canapé. La salle de bain est spacieuse. Le ménage n'est pas fait à fond tous les jours.
Côté repas, c'est international et rien d'extraordinaire. Le buffet n'est pas très grand et la salle de restauration bruyante.
Pour les boissons du tout inclus, il y a le minimum: eau, sirop, bière, sangria pas bonne et 3 cocktails moyens. Des ruptures de stocks sur certains produits limite encore plus le choix.
L'hôtel est bien situé, à l'abri de la foule de touristes mais la contrepartie: c'est en hauteur et donc pour revenir de l'hôtel à pied, ça grimpe!! Sinon possibilité d'utiliser le bus de l'hôtel pour aller/revenir en ville et à la plage.

Pela segunda vez ficámos pela mesma altura neste hotel. As pessoas que lá trabalham são todas muito simpáticas, sem excepção. É um dos favoritos na zona do Algarve.
A comida é boa e o quarto o expectável... este ano só não ficámos satisfeitos do facto do jacuzzi não estar em funcionamento.

Las instalaciones muy buenas. Fuimos con los peques a pasar unos días y fueron unos días maravillosos. El personal muy amable. En recepción nos atendieron genial y las camareras del buffet las mejores a mis hijos les trajeron nuggets ya que no les gustaba mucho la comida que había. Lo único a mejorar, bajo mi punto de vista, la comida. No se come mal no mucho menos pero la variedad escasea.

Comida pésima, hacia tiempo que no iba a un hotel que no sabia que seleccionar para comer. Ningún cocinero en vivo.
En comida no tiene nada de un cuatro estrellas, por lo que el todo incluido es más para beber que comer. Estará más enfocado a guiris británicos que españoles.
En definitiva, me ha defraudado bastante, así que no volveremos.

This hotel is lovely and clean. Rooms on minus floors not so good. Staff very helpful. One major let down and the reason I wudnt go back is the poor selection of food. I have stayed in lots of hotels and have to rate the food in this one the worst. Also if u like being close to shops supermarkets and bars it's not for you. They do run free bus to the town and back but only at certain times. Poolside not as clean as it should be for 4star. Sun loungers old and moulded.

Mi estancia ha sido de un fin de semana del 11 de octubre al 13 , la habitación estupenda , la impiezq impecable , las instalaciones buena , piscina upequeña , aunque no me importó mucho porque tiempo no nos acompaño , la piscina climatizada está bien el , una de las cosas buenas el autobús gratuito que tiene tres paradas y las playas son muy bonitas , , en resumen ha estado muy bien por poner alguna pega poca variedad de comida para mi gusto

Good location for getting to beach. About 15 mins walk. Close enough to old town and the strip but far enough away to not be affected by lively atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable. Enough variety of food for everyone. Sunbeds and umbrellas are readily available at poolside. As an all inclusive customer, the hotel need to reconsider the need to pay for food at the poolside bar when the restaurant is open. However this is my second time here and I am very likely to return.

Stayed here and went all inclusive for a week. I very very impressed, and I room 212 had its own private balcony and got the sun all day long. I massive double bed and amazing bathroom and bedroom. The food in the buffet was great and changed daily. I then the unlimited house drinks made the trip for me

Wonderful stay, staff were really lovely, beds were super comfy and the pool and sun beds were perfect, albeit a little chilly in the pool. The buffet style food for the majority was brilliant and I'm gluten intolerant and thougt they had ample choices on most nights and had gluten free bread for toast in the mornings which was great. The only thing I could fault with the place was the use of small plastic bottles at the bars and no place to refill other than the buffet area that was closed after breakfast, lunch and dinner. They had environmental awareness posters and advised to be conscious of reusing towels and what not but using these bottles and having nowhere to refill throughout the day was counter productive. Other than that it was such a wonderful stay, close to two supermarkets, old Town and new Town and we would definitley go back in a flash.

Super hotel. We will definitely go here again. Fantastic food and the hotel was very clean and lovely rooms. The swimming pools were lovely and the staff were great. I booked this hotel, with my two sons who are 11and 8, we stayed 14 nights, all inclusive, the hotel is immaculate the staff are very friendly and great fun, in fact they could not do more to make you feel welcome, they fussed over the boys, and nothing was ever a problem, all the pools and outdoor areas are very clean and very safe, even the indoor pool and Spa the boys were very welcome, the food was fantastic, at least 2 fish options and 2 meat options everyday, with salads and different vegetables on offer, and if you love cakes like my oldest son, it's a dream, 10 minutes to the beach and the town centre, but to be truthful, everything you need is at the hotel, with daily activities for the adults and the children, all professional put together, to keep everyone happy, once again I can not recommend this hotel, and staff enough, we'll done we had a blast.

Staying in a room (239) and we couldn't be happier. Massive balcony.. in fact can't see any others this big! The sun comes round in the afternoon... perfect. Staff and service has been second to none. Even the maids folded up my daughter's bed clothes and put her toy rabbits together in a cute cuddle!
The drinks are very good and the food is excellent. The deserts are amazing. Especially the custards and cakes.
The chefs are simply BRILLIANT. And coming from an ex chef and ex restaurant manager I know how hard they work! We hope to extend our stay by a few hours.. if the room is available for a late checkout.

First time here, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, room was 1st class, staff are friendly and welcoming, the facilities are brilliant. I went in the spa every day and the staff in there are super, the food is very good, the cleaners give you a big smile everytime you walk past them. The staff in the restaurant are friendly and helpful. If you need to get out there is a free bus that leaves the hotel several times a day that is free. Brilliant place I will definitely be back..

So we stayed here for 2 weeks arriving July 31st and leaving tomorrow 14th aug.
Hotel is clean cleaners are fab at there jobs, food is terrible so salty it's almost impossible to eat, restaurant staff are lovely, bar staff are nice especially Bruno he's a credit to the hotel,Augusto from animation team is fab and does his best but the entertainment if you can call it that is shocking the worst a have ever saw. I unfortunately broke my foot at this hotel due to a corroded pathway with no handrail on the steps. I am appalled at the lack of care I got from the hotel. With no ask of how I was or apology, overall we tried to make most of this hotel but we definitely will never be back.

It was a really lovely hotel, extremely clean everywhere without exception, the staff were all very friendly throughout the hotel with a ready smile and were very happy to help. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable beds, nice big bathroom and very good air-conditioning. The breakfast was lovely although there was no outside area to eat which I always like to do when away but the choice of food was amazing there was not one breakfast item I could see that was not catered for.Outside was lovely but I have to say I found the pool area a little small for the size of the hotel. Sunbeds were reserved before we even got up which may be a problem if you are a late riser, or even early morning. There are more sunbeds around the corner which is lovely and quieter. The hotel has a spa and inside pool and lay on a lot of activities over the day, we attended a wine tasting evening and I have to say it was fabulous to taste the local wine and see what was to your taste or not, with nibbles of cheese it was a really informative couple of hours to not only learn about the wine, but taste it and mix with guests within the hotel too.We had the food from the bar and it was more than plentiful and well cooked. I would definitely book this hotel again I think all round for the price you could not ask for more. Thank you very much for a relaxing start to our holiday.

A free shuttle bus to sister hotel and beach is also available . My grandson highly recommend the kids club staff exceptional. He cried leaving we will be back

Stayed here last week for my 21st birthday had nothing but an amazing time, the hotel was modern and clean as well as the beautiful spa included.. Faultless really, the only issue was the food, it was really nice however their wasn't much choice when it comes to different meals.
As I mentioned it was my 21st birthday, one afternoon someone knocked on our hotel room door and it was room service. They delivered a free bottle of champagne with a lovely personalised note which was lovely and couldn't be more grateful.
I had a fantastic week stay at the hotel and will definitely be returning when I come back to portugal, thanks for an amazing week!

Hotel corresponde ao valor cobrado, mas fica atrás de outros na mesma gama de preços em Albufeira (não querendo dizer que é mau pelo contrário, é bom).
É muito limpo, tem bons quartos com boas áreas, pessoal atencioso, áreas comuns também boas e limpas.
Tem alguns detalhes que mostram preocupação com a qualidade, como no TI terem água sempre em garrafas, molhos de marca e em doses individuais e não em doseadores comuns, gelados da Olá individuais, etc.
Pontos a corrigir: a comida pouco diversificada e confeccionada de forma não muito saborosa e pouco à imagem de Portugal (que tem uma ótima cozinha)
A animação também tem que melhorar, tem que ser mais imaginativa, mais activa e promover mais o convívio entre os hóspedes (com excepção do animador Augusto que tem muito jeito tanto com as crianças como com os adultos)
Existem hotéis que tem inclusive verdadeiros espetáculos todas as noites desenvolvidos pelas equipas de animação. (Sugiro que consultem empresas como a bellux entretainement)
Se melhorar estes dois pontos ficará excelente podendo até subir o preço entre 5 a 10% no valor cobrado.
Dito isto, é um hotel que recomendo.

This hotel was a lovely hotel,very clean ,lovely rooms with lovely comfy king sized bed and large bathroom consisting of bath,toilet shower and Bidet.Food good but evening meal didnt have a wide variety ,only one meat dish and fish,and then pasta corner.Our biggest dissapointing was the large female and male gangs it attracted and they were very nosey,not having much respect for other holiday makers,yet it said in brochure no large Male or Female groups.Position of hotel was not good to far from beach and amenities,shuttle bus was good but ,not regular enough and didn't run in evenings ,so was no where to venture to outside hotel in evening.Very friendly staff.Snacks very poor ,same every day ,also fries and pizza cold.coffee was lovely.

I was led to believe this hotel was for families and after speaking to other people.. I wasn't alone. First few days were lovely ..then a crowd of about 30 people arrived. Immediately took over the children's pool area. Forcing children out of the pool who had happily been in it all day. Very disrespectful to others around them. Loud and swearing in front of children. Taking towels off sunloungers that belonged to people who had just gone to lunch. I know people go on holiday to have fun..but come on..show some respect! Complained at reception but nothing was done . Had no choice but to remove my 4 year old daughter from the pool area. Very disappointing.
Good points..rooms are lovely and clean. Food is excellent . Shuttle bus to beaches and strip very reliable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The guy who runs the kiddies club ....what a great guy! My daughter who is very shy around strangers took to him straight away. He made a point of coming over every day to joke around with her. That man is an angel who knows his job.
Overall..we had a great holiday apart from feeling we had to go elsewhere when the crowd was about. Come on Real Bellavista. .if your website says you don't allow big groups.. follow it through.

Stayed here last week for 5 days on a golfing break. Not one bit impressed as soon as we arrived they took €200.00 per room as a deposit. Bar prices around pool area were extortionate €2.00 for a tiny plastic cup of local beer €3.00 for a slightly bigger one. I could have put 3 of them into a pint glass. So equates to around €9.00 per pint. Also a small bottle of somersby cider €5.00. I found a local supermarket selling them at 15 bottles for €10.00
All in all this hotel is on par with Premier Inn
Nothing special and won't be back.......

Las habitaciones están muy bien, son amplias, con un buen baño y están muy limpias. Tienen una terracita con una mesa y sillas para aprovechar el buen tiempo de verano.
Está un poco alejado de la playa pero tienen autobuses para acercarte.
Hay piscina climatizada, sauna y baño turco, además de gimnasio.
La comida buena y variada, pero se echa de menos un poco más de la excelente comida portuguesa.
El personal es amable y servicial.

Se supone que debería haber un sofá cama doble, había un sofá que apenas cabía una persona acostada. El todo incluido es de vergüenza y soy normalmente los que se quejan poco, no reponían comida. Y pedimos 2 mojitos en el bar. Les pedí que me echarán azúcar al mojito contestación del camarero era el azúcar hay que pagarlo aparte. Con eso ya creo que doy mi opinión de que 1 y no más.

Mi experiencia fue un poco mal, pille una habitación familiar con todo incluido, se suponía que la habitación era de 44 metros cuadrados y por sorpresa me faltaban 25 metros cuadrados. Viernes y domingo fueron bien en las comidas pero sábado hubo que esperar mucho para que repusieran comida. los cócteles son de máquina al tener un sabor demasiado ácido pedí un sobre de azúcar para el mojito y me dijeron que tenía que pagar la azúcar aparte. Con eso me valió para todo lo que pudieron hacer bien. Gente muy amable exceptuando el barman del bar de abajo del -2 prepotente y antipático.

Excellent hotêl avec piscine exterieur/interieur (piscine intérieur chauffée)et spa, pleins d'activités pour enfants et adultes. Pour y manger, il y a un buffet à volonté (petit déjeuner, déjeuner et diner). Et pour ce qui est de la chambre, ecran plat, lits confortables et salle de bain très propre, mais un petit poin faible : la fenêtre peut être assez dangereuse pour un enfant.
Sinon tout est parfait.

Hotel clean & tidy, food is of the worst I have encountered in my life. Staff helpful, friendly and pleasant. Location is a bit far from everything, strip a 40 min walk one way and the old town a 30 min walk the other. Bus provided to the areas, but is a small minibus, so you have to walk or get a taxi, reasonably pticed at around €4-€5.

Recently returned after a fairly brief trip all inclusive trip. . Arriving late at the hotel we received a very warm welcome , escorted to a newly refurbished 1 st floor room with pool view. To our surprise the hotel had even arranged for some food to be prepared and left in our room.
Throughout the trip we found the food to be excellent with plenty of choice , alcohol spot on , accommodation clean and ideal for a brief trip.
We will certainly return .

Before reading this review please be aware I am writing this on behalf of my 27 year old daughter, after helping her book it for her and her friends.
This hotel seemed the perfect place for a group of "young" women (all 26+ years of age) to celebrate their friends marriage. (All very sensible hard working women, mothers & 1 man, a Heart Surgeon!)
On arrival they were ushered into a room by a woman (management) to be spoken to like they were a bunch of 17 year old raucous women! in fact its better to say they were spoken to like children who had been naughty at school.
During this "scolding" the management woman told them the only way they were staying in her hotel was with a 200 Euro PER ROOM (4 rooms in total!!) deposit!
This outrageous demand was not in any literature or contract but the management advised them they wouldn't be staying if they didn't pay it.
The surgeon, being the gentleman he is, stepped forward to pay it.
They proceeded to check in to their average looking rooms and began their long weekend.
Rather than tell you every detail it's easier to list some of the shocking ways they were treated by staff and management (so much so that a group of retired firefighters were appalled and offered to defend them):
* 40 Euros stolen out of 1 girls room
*Ants nest in a room - resulting in room change after a long argument with staff.
*More euros demanded for a safe after the missing money episode (not paid!)
*"Staff" member letting himself into a sleeping girls room to "test the phone" - rang a random number and said yes fine and ran off quickly
*Cleaners cleaning around sleeping girls in a room - without knocking or asking!
*Being told they couldn't wear their sashes in the hotel, yet a grown man was okay to walk through the hotel and bar in a used sanitary towel fancy dress - when questioned the management "didn't see him".
*Constantly harassed by the hotel staff and told they don't take groups , yet there were the firefighters, a group of rowdy golfers and more - interestingly the other groups were all male.
*On checking out, the staff were unaware of the 800 euro deposit - after discussions this was finally found but refused to give it back as one hand towel was missing out of the room (this was found later!)
Basic food, very samey but the pool bar waiters were gentleman and treated the girls respectfully.
Overall, if you are young women looking for a nice break in Portugal this hotel isn't for you.
Rude, sexist, obnoxious, arrogant management and (most) staff with a megalomaniac persona running through the place.
Avoid this place at all costs!

Got an all inclusive deal for a family of four here during the October half term. The pool bar was closed as it wasn't peak season, however there was still a kids club running and entertainment in the evenings.
The outside pool was blooming freezing in October. Fortunately all inclusive allowed the use of the heated indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath.
There was a wide variety of food during the lunchtime and evening buffets, with a snack selection available between mealtimes. They will give boiled water to make bottles for babies / infants. Also have high chairs available (fit best under the round tables).
The bar showed sport from a variety of countries including EPL matches, though not much seating in the bar.
Overall a very good experience with very helpful staff, would highly recommend.

The hotel was in very nice location although a good walk from the main tourist areas, however there was a free bus to take guests into the old town, the beach and the strip. I stayed with my boyfriend who knows Albufeira well due to having family living there, because of this we didnt use the facilities much in the hotel but from what I saw it was all very clean and tidy and seemed to cater really well for families. There were also regular activities happening throughout the day and in the evening. We didnt stay all inclusive but we did have the buffet breakfast and there was a really good variety of food on offer. The level of comfort in the room was good although we both felt the beds could have been more comfortable.

Bon accueil et personnel daccueil et de ménage très aimable.Chambre propre, agréable, malgré une literie et un décor un peu surannés.Belle salle de bains avec baignoire (nous aurions préféré une douche à litalienne).Accès à la piscine impossible sauf très tôt et très tard, compte tenu dune clientèle all include avec enfants occupant tout lespace en journée. (mais pas gênant pour nous, qui avions dautres objectifs touristiques)Petit déjeuner buffet très varié.Parking en sous-sol spacieux et daccès facile (desservi par ascenseur direc)

El hotel no está mal pero para repetir como que no.las habitaciones grandes y limpias eso así. La comida fatal mucha comida basura,es decir no había variedad ninguna la carne no se veía solo pastas verduras y pisas.el sdesayuno muy bien pero la comida a media mañana y la merienda fatal no malisimo.la calidad de comida también. El tema de eventos y animación para niños un fracaso(todo en portugués y inglés. Nos tenían d como descriminados).mejor que ese grupo de chavales se dediquen a otra cosa porque hechan abajo el negocio.y para terminar.la muchacha del mostrador y algunas camareras estupendas muy bien pero otros ni cuento....en fin para ser la primerara vez un pase pero para repetir como q no.pq de lujo no tiene nada y lo de las fotos no tiene nada q ver....

2nd time I have stayed at the real bellavista, we payed 300 all inclusive Inc flights for a weeks stay, the hotel is lovely and clean with really large spacious bedrooms,We play golf everyday so don't have breakfast or lunch we just have evening meal which is average but for 300 quid can't complain,The lager on the all inclusive is super bock which is really nice and they serve till 11pm the spa is really nice, only 5 euros from the old town and the strip, the staff are very professional and we would definitely stay again.
