A nice place to have a breakfast and listen to the good selection of music. Also a record store with some noticeable pieces.

Serendipity!
Newly opened (Novemebr 2019), this is a cafe/record store with hints of hipster. Welcoming and super friendly staff, eclectic tasty food with an awesome selection of drinks - and to cap it all, it's ridiculously reasonable.
Very highly recommended.
