Happy-Donkeys Sanctuary Algarve: I bought a pair of sunglasses from Alberto Oculistas in Continente Portimão especially for riding a motorcycle. Before I tried 4 different models at the shop and was assisted by one of their salesman who accompanied me outside the shop so I could try them in natural sun light. I explained I needed them to drive a motorbike, and he advised me the model I ended up buying. When I arrived home I soon noticed that at a certain angle the colors suddently change and returned to the shop 2 days later and was attended by a lady salesmen who confirmed that these changing of colour is very dangerous by riding a motorcycle. She than discussed the issue with the shop manager, who refused to reimburse me. When she came back she had changed her behaviour towards my partner and me, said that I had tried out 4 glasses and therefore she could not give me the money back. When we approached her, that she previously agreed that these glasses were dangerous for motorcycling she answerd that this was just her personal opinion and had nothing to do with the glasses!!! They offered to replace the sun glasses, but did not have the model I wanted and needed time to research, and had they found one in stock, the price was 57€ more than in other shops, as I later researched. They insisted that it was very clear on the invoice (small letters, barely readable) that they do not give a refund ! That is preposterous, as you only given the invoice after payment is completed !!!!! As it was clear they were not going to refund me the money, i asked for the Complaint Book, which they could not find and we were asked to wait, about 20 minutes, while they get one at their other premises ! This is a law infringement, and we had the right to make an official complaint to the police. Well, Alberto Oculistas: giving wrong advice, not willing to correct the mistake and getting disgusting unfriendly.

Pete Rowell: We had a great experience with Optica Arade, and I would highly recommend them. Miguel was very professional and patient in giving me and my wife advice on our options for lenses and glasses which we really appreciated and would return again when we next need eye tests and glasses.

Comprei dois pares de waders para os meus rapazes no ano passado. Ambos os pares são inúteis este ano. Não compre as waders da marca da loja deles, a menos que você planeje usá-las apenas por uma temporada - então eles são um par de waders decente na temporada e depois jogam fora. O jovem no departamento de wader é incrível, testou alegremente as minhas waders no tanque lá atrás, e pediu desculpas sinceramente por todas as fugas. Praticamente cada costura vazou profusamente. Ele até me deu seu tubo pessoal de Aquaseal, mas eu só consegui retardar um pouco as fugas nessas limícolas que foram usadas três ou quatro vezes. Substituirá as limícolas pela marca não-Fort Thompson. Já agora, comprei uma sonda, e tive-a e outra montada. Eles trabalharam muito tempo tentando fazer com que os escopos fossem vistos de forma entediante, e até tiveram que trocar de montagens algumas vezes. Quando os tentei avistar, os dois estavam ambos fora cerca de 3 metros às 4:00, na posição de 50 metros. Se você comprar uma esfera de ação para um parafuso, faça-os realmente olhar através do furo para dentro, e economize algumas munições!

Esta é, de longe, a melhor loja de tiro com arco! Todo o pessoal tem sido muito gentil, acolhedor e disposto a ajudar em todos os sentidos. Se não fosse por esta loja e especialmente pelo Jarrod meu filho e eu não teríamos levado a este novo esporte que amamos! Estamos ansiosos por passar várias tardes aqui juntos. Não só é um grande momento de união para o meu filho e para mim, como ganhamos novas amizades com aqueles que estão por perto. Obrigado mais uma vez Jarrod e todos os outros funcionários que viemos a conhecer!
