Happy-Donkeys Sanctuary Algarve: I bought a pair of sunglasses from Alberto Oculistas in Continente Portimão especially for riding a motorcycle. Before I tried 4 different models at the shop and was assisted by one of their salesman who accompanied me outside the shop so I could try them in natural sun light. I explained I needed them to drive a motorbike, and he advised me the model I ended up buying. When I arrived home I soon noticed that at a certain angle the colors suddently change and returned to the shop 2 days later and was attended by a lady salesmen who confirmed that these changing of colour is very dangerous by riding a motorcycle. She than discussed the issue with the shop manager, who refused to reimburse me. When she came back she had changed her behaviour towards my partner and me, said that I had tried out 4 glasses and therefore she could not give me the money back. When we approached her, that she previously agreed that these glasses were dangerous for motorcycling she answerd that this was just her personal opinion and had nothing to do with the glasses!!! They offered to replace the sun glasses, but did not have the model I wanted and needed time to research, and had they found one in stock, the price was 57€ more than in other shops, as I later researched. They insisted that it was very clear on the invoice (small letters, barely readable) that they do not give a refund ! That is preposterous, as you only given the invoice after payment is completed !!!!! As it was clear they were not going to refund me the money, i asked for the Complaint Book, which they could not find and we were asked to wait, about 20 minutes, while they get one at their other premises ! This is a law infringement, and we had the right to make an official complaint to the police. Well, Alberto Oculistas: giving wrong advice, not willing to correct the mistake and getting disgusting unfriendly.

Pete Rowell: We had a great experience with Optica Arade, and I would highly recommend them. Miguel was very professional and patient in giving me and my wife advice on our options for lenses and glasses which we really appreciated and would return again when we next need eye tests and glasses.

Vim buscar a minha encomenda que encomendei online porque era o último dia e foi uma encomenda especial a pessoa que me ajudou disse que alguém já a tinha levantado e devolvido 20 minutos mais tarde de manhã perguntei-lhe como é possível que outra pessoa a tenha levantado se não sabia o meu número de encomenda e ele não sabia o que dizer. esta foi a segunda vez que encomendei este produto a primeira vez que o camião de mudanças disse que não conseguiam encontrar a minha morada Estou mesmo chateado

Eu não sou fã da Best Buy. As pessoas agem como se estivessem a fazer-te um favor, tirando tempo para falar contigo. Fui aqui à procura de um relógio inteligente. Eu tinha feito a minha pesquisa, sei o que quero e onde posso consegui-lo, mas pensei em dar uma chance à Best Buy. Em vez de apenas dizer que não temos isso, mas aqui estão algumas outras opções, fui feito para sentir que não sei do que estou falando e sonhei com o produto. Pelo amor de Deus, ensine ao seu pessoal algumas habilidades! Escusado será dizer que eu não irei para lá tão cedo, se é que alguma vez irei. Eu também não o recomendo. Desperdício total de tempo.
