Good quality food but nothing special, things you can just easily make at home. The prices are just unreasonable high. By far better places to go in Lisbon with better priced and more special food!

Went in early so was quiet but did start getting busy. I had a lemon and ginger tea which is wonderfully fresh (real fresh ingredients instead of teabag) and breakfast. All made there and then and a decent portion.

Sehr feiner, kleiner Laden mit sehr freundlichem Personal! Das Essen/Frühstück war hervorragend, jedoch hat der Kaffee nicht ganz meinem Geschmack entsprochen (etwas zu säuerlich). Aber auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

Friendly staff. Clean and lovely coffeeshop. The carrot cake was to die for. Granola delicious. Great coffee. Just the food (scrambled eggs/ham weren’t that amazing, taste was missing, poor quality of the ham) you need to improve this meal and next time it will be definitely 5 stars!

I highly recommend to visit Hello, Kristof for both coffee and food! Both the coffee and food are of a very high quality. Additionally, everything is fairly priced. I really enjoyed the açai bowl. The cafe itself is nicely decorated and the personnel is very friendly.

Hier kann man ruhig und entspannt frühstücken. Süßes Café mit netten Mitarbeitern. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Aber geschmacklich top!

Excellent place to go solo or with a few friends. The environment is very relaxed, the coffee is well done, and the employees make you feel comfortable. Will definitely be going back on my next trip to Lisbon.

I have never been to such an obnoxious specialty cafe in anywhere in the world. The place is small yes, when I got there all seats were taken so I went in front of the magazine rack to wait for an empty seat. Went to the loo and took 2 calls inside but no one was waiting outside when I came out. I saw 2 girls already finished their food and drinks, literally piled their dishes up, and I asked if they are going in 10 mins otherwise I would go elsewhere, but no pressure at all. They said in 5 actually. The waiter call me to the counter. I told him I am waiting for the girls since they confirmed they are leaving. He told me to wait outside and not to give pressure to customers. I asked if I can view the magazines instead since the girls told me they are leaving. He insisted I must go outside and wait. I left. There is another place called the Mill and Dear breakfast nearby. No cafe controllers like that and super welcoming. Have a swell day.

Super cozy, warm, great food and super nice staff. A price was a bit high for my taste but the space and the food were so worthy.
Highly recommend if you are in the area. Zero waste and a lot of veggie options

Best specialty coffee in Lisbon so far. Tried Fabrica, Copenhagen coffee lab, WISH and The mill and this was was the best.
Lisbon seems to be lacking in terms of specialty coffee with most of the third wave coffee shops offering Brasil as the only origin for espresso and espresso based drinks. Food is also good.

I love this cafe! The space is very comfortable. The service is prompt and warm. Coffee is the best I have found in Lisbon and the offer oat and almond as well as dairy milks. I really enjoyed the scrambled eggs and watching what came out of the kitchen I think it's probably good across the board. I was also so pleased to find a place that welcomed my little dog. People seem very fond of dogs here in Lisbon but the laws and rules are taking a while to catch up, so they are mostly excluded from shops, bars and restaurants which makes finding a place to relax a bit tricky. I was very grateful to find somewhere that is both pet-friendly and excellent.

Staff very rude, we had to wait outside to be seated and when we only came in to see what they have for breakfast they repeat us to stay outside. So we decided to go to The Mill, there they have a kind staff and a delicious breakfast.

Toller Kaffee, aber wir waren zu viert und haben auf noch zwei weitere freie Plätze gewartet. Trotz Absprache mit dem Service wurden die freien Plätze besetzt, sodass wir dann gegangen sind um irgendwann mal frühstücken zu können.

Nice small place, with specialty coffee. We had espresso and cappuccino, both were super delicious, the staff was really friendly and had no problem speaking english. If you are looking for more than international big brands of coffee in Lisbon, Hello, Kristof is definitely a place you should visit.

I have to amend my previous review. Although the coffee is great, for some reason the place has removed all the tables and instead left two chairs and a bench.
Even if they wanted to avoid people with laptops sitting too long, this sends such a clear message of "we don't want customers!" I even overheard a couple on the street in front, saying this exact thing.

I had a great latte here. Staffs were friendly and the homemade breads were nice :) but sometimes there are so many ppl in the early afternoon so you need to queue outside.

Tem um bom ambiente e o espaço está muito bem decorado, embora pense que este mesmo possa ser melhorado, uma vez que tem muitas poucas mesas. É bom para estudar, até porque tem wi-fi grátis e bastante bom. O café e a comida são muito bons embora pense que o preço seja um pouco elevado para o que é.

Cosy coffee place not too far from the shore. Staff was friendly, coffee was guud, food was super tasty and we loved the collection of books displayed on the back wall. They also sell cute totebags with illustrated portraits of the dogs that regularly visit the place. We loved it.

This is place is the ideal hide-out if you want to escape the busier city life and love to discover some new and mostly Portuguese magazines. We ended up staying all afternoon enjoying reading our books and magazines.

Essen und Café schmecken und sehen gut aus. Mitarbeiter ließen uns 20 Minuten vor verschlossener Ladentür warten, obwohl das Café schon geöffnet sein sollte. Mitarbeiter scheint überfordert und ignorierte Gäste. Nur Touristen hier.

Delicious breakfast and coffees, made with care. The scrambled eggs and the goat cheese toasts are absolutely delicious. The staff is super friendly, and the place looks very stylish and radiates relaxed vibes. If you're in a hurry, go somewhere else. If you have time, this is the place for a good start of the day.

Well, we came for breakfast, there was place to sit, I put my order and waited. And waited... and after 40 min we left without eating. Also I understand that hipsters think that sower coffee is good, I don’t think is a guarantee of quality... it’s just really not yummy.

É uma pena que só com a chegada de turistas a Lisboa é que podemos ter acesso a coffeeshops de qualidade na cidade. O café é de grande qualidade com uma carta simpática de salgados e doces que nos convida a um momento relaxado e descontraído, a ver o eléctrico 28 a passar à porta cheio de turistas.

This is such a cute cafe with great food options. We stumbled across it while looking for places for breakfast and made it our daily. They offer gluten free and vegan options as well as more traditional and simple options like scrambled eggs. Everything is made to perfection, great coffee, highly recommend!

I understand this was my personal experience. I ordered at the counter and was told to wait outside for a table because it was full. After a couple of minutes the brought me my cake and filter coffee to go. Coffee was going to get cold and my hands were full to either eat the cake or drink the coffee (all the way to the top and no lit) I felt it kind of rude so I left (there were other 5 people waiting outside)
Last but not least, using La Cabra beans I expected a more tasteful filter. Still, I know this is just one experience, next time I’m in Lisbon I might give it a try once again.

Lovely! So far the best coffee we had in Lisbon (I know, everyone says that about everything, but trust me). Place has a trendy Insta-worthy interior and food, good Melbourne-style coffee and a good selection of magazines and books to pass the time with. Can be a bit packed + some people tend to hog seats for hours with their laptops. Breakfast and coffee prices are similar to London (so not exactly cheap), but it's worth it if you're after a good cup and perfect avo on toast.

June 2019. I stumbled in here for brunch, and I’m glad I did! The coffee was excellent and the space cozy. While I didn’t have a chance to review any of the magazines on the wall, I’ll be sure to do so next time. I ordered the scrambled eggs on sourdough with salmon. It was well presented, a good size, and reasonably priced. One star off due to small size of location (lack of table seating) and the bread quality. It could have been sliced thicker and less crispy.

Great spot to grab a coffee, bite to eat and whip out the laptop for a bit of work. The space has a relaxed vibe and friendly staff. Definitely worth checking out if you need to do a bit of work while on holiday in Lisboa.

Really nice coffee. Great eggs on toast with avo. Banana bread was a little bland. Really nice chilled vibe. However, limited menu and slightly pricey (by like a Euro or two). Still well worth a try for a quick or long breakfast.

Best coffee I've found in the city. Selection of cakes and pastries was good and delicious too. More substantial food items available. Staff were really friendly. A popular place with a calm yet buzzing atmosphere. It's a small place and it gets busy so if you have no chill about you then don't go.

With a lot of excitement we wanted to spend my birthday breakfast at hello, Kristof. We found out that the 5 tables of this rather small establishment were occupied by people with their laptops drinking coffe for several hours. The service was neither friendly nor helpful. What a pity....

The staff is really friendly, the food is nice but don't expect to get a decent breakfast and a cup of Joe for under €10,-

Hello, Kristof is an absolute gem in Lisbon. The coffee beans they use are roasted locally and not only are their beverages perfectly executed but they offer many dairy & lactose free options. Their food menu is equally as fresh, delicious and accommodating to various diets including a variety of baked goods, bowls and toasts with gluten-free bread available. The space is thoughtfully curated with gorgeous art and a plethora of reading material creating a calm oasis and escape from the heat. A trip to Lisbon isn't complete without a stop (or two here!)

Cool little coffee shop with a delicious vegan friendly avocado toast! They also make almond cappuccino and açaí. None of their sweets are vegan though. They have wifi and a few plugs to sit in and work or study. Seats are limited so don't be surprised if you want in there and it's packed.
