Passei a usar este Posto CTT, quase desde o seu inicio. Apraz-me registar a simpatia, competência e muita paciência dos funcionários que aqui têm prestado serviço, pois, nem todos os clientes são fáceis de atender.

Yes it is true they have very bad behavior , mostly they misbehave with people who can't speak Portuguese , they can speak English but still they don't want to talk in English

Being a local post office for my area needs to go Loja Ctt Forno do Tijolo,. Last week i went there to pick up my official documents and i do accept it was my mistake i loose the pick up cheat given by the courier colleagues,. Sometimes it might happens we could miss the cheat,. Although helping to there clint the both gentlemen and ladies used to shout with me and shown really bad behavior instead of finding good solutions,. We are foreigners couldn’t speak very good local language thats the reason they always makes bad behavior with us, it didn’t happened 1st time with me handling there manner less behavior,. If they couldn’t handle there clint and couldn’t assist there clint with alternative language and fails to give a proper attention than please ctt not take courier of those people who didn’t born in Portugal territory,.

very bad attitude from the 2 employees. very rude....they really hate their jobs....i was sending a letter abroad but i had the address written on the top of the envelope...the dude started yelling at me that they cannot put the stamp in the right top corner...i said just put it on the right bottom corner there is enough white space....then he gave me attitude.. GTFO
