Lhôtel est situé dans un quartier très calme mais proche du métro Rato (5 minutes à pied). Laccueil est très bon, personnel extrêmement aimable. Certains parlent même français. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses, le petit déjeuner excellent et le restaurant très correct.Beaucoup de charme avec sa petite cour carrée pour déjeuner le matin et le rooftop offre une belle vue sur Lisbonne.Rien à redire, tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Very nice hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large and comfortable, and very quiet even at the front. The windows are tall and let in good light in the day and are covered by shutters and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.
Breakfast is the best I've had in a European hotel! Lots on offer in terms of fruits and meats and pastries, drinks and cereals etc. as well as full cooked options.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great establishment. Great staffing. Very clean room. The spa is a must visit. The restaurant is awesome no need to go anywhere. Great customer service and food.

Das Hotel hat eine super gute Lage, Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich , haben mit Geduld alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Ich war 5 Tage da, habe ein Eckzimmer am dritten Stock bekommen, was sehr schön hell war. Im Zimmer gab es kein Sessel, was von den Gegebenheiten des Zimmers nicht möglich ist einen hinzustellen. ich war aber eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs, so habe ich mich abends gleich aufs Bett gelegt. Der Spa ist sehr schön gepflegt, Sauna und Dampfbad perfekt, um zwischendurch, oder mal in der Früh zu schwimmen oder saunieren.könnte in der Früh ein bisschen früher öffnen.Die Dachterasse hatte leider zu, dafür hatte ich im anderen Hotel ein Gutschein für einen Drink bekommen, wo die Aussicht super schön war.da ich kein Frühstück gebucht habe , kann über das Essen nichts sagen..

While the place is visually stunning. I was left rather dissatisfied. I don't mind paying more for a good service but when you're being spoken down to by a member of staff on multiple occasions then the price is not worth it. In fairness 1 stuck up receptionist wasn't the only issue, rooms are quite small bed wasnt most comfortable i did really enjoy the view of the streets below. The next receptionist we dealt with was really nice and helpful. Don't recommend this place at all.

Dieses Hotel war für 10 Tage unser Quartier bei unserem Lissabon-Trip. Hotel mit Flair und überraschender Architektur der Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, die Zimmer tiptop. Den 5. Stern hätte es gegeben, wenn wir an der Rezeption Briefmarken bekommen und man unsere Postkarten entgegen genommen hätte. Ungeachtet dessen, eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Nice and clean hotel. Staff was really friendly. Rooms interior was really fresh and nice. It is not far from the city center and shops. Restaurants are also close by. Spa area was also clean and sufficient for a time out. I have nothing to complain!

Wonderful hotel in the city close to the metro station Avenidas. We stayed in here for a week and it was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And the dishes are delicious.

Шикарный отель, на ресепшен есть рускоговорящая девушка. В spa вечный ремонт, пользоваться можно только сауной, весь функционал бассеина не работает и сам бассеин жутко грязный. Заказывал номер с балконом - номера такие закончились ни компенсации ни извинений. Завтрак неплохой, но слабовато.

- Во время пребывания в отеле производился ремонт, о чем нас предупредили за 2 дня, когда уже было всё оплачено.
- Очень мало света в номере.
- Прозрачные двери в душе и туалете...
- Для отеля 5 звёзд могли бы добавить утюг в номер.
- Есть кофе-машина для эспрессо, но нет ни чая, ни чайника.
- Кондиционер сильно шумит.
+ Доброжелательный персонал.
+ Красивый дизайн, номер разделён на два помещения.
+ Есть тапочки, халат, ванные принадлежности хорошего качества, включая шампунь.
+ Бесплатный мини-бар.
+ Бесплатный напиток в баре на 4 этаже на террасе (на выбор не все из меню, нужно уточнить, что доступно бесплатно, но только 1 раз)
+ Хорошая звукоизоляция
+ Близко к центру

Tudo perfeito, exceto que o Spa e a garagem estavam fechados por motivos de obras. Ainda assim tinham acordo com outros hotéis que proviam o Spa e a garagem.

I really liked the hotel, good bedroom, good breakfast, excellent people, but the TV on the restaurant was not working properly and I could not watch the World cup and the swimming pool was not in the correct temperature (below the mentioned temperature). But again, really good hotel. I will come back, for sure.

Lovely place to stay!
Local gin on arrival, which is a really nice touch.
Comfortable beds, pillows and doonas.
HIGH standard of cleanlines (which I have a really HIGH standard.)
Great cocktail bar with a view on the 4th level.

Lovely decor, great choice for breakfast, enjoyed the spa and massage and the roof top terrace is delightful when the sun is out. Staff are all so helpful and friendly. I’d definitely book again at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need.

Well this hotel is located in a good place in the city you can walk to most of the city from here a bit hilly but there are trams and the taxis are priced well the metro not to far

Muy buen hotel. Camas muy cómodas. Desayuno muy bueno pero monótono... en 7 días no variaron nada la oferta. Abusan un poco del ambientador ( es de Rituals). El spa muy bien equipado. Para llegar al hotel desde dos calles diferentes hay dos cuestas bastante empinadas. Personal atento.

Bon hotel, bien situé. Toutefois pas au niveau dun 5 étoiles : personnel sympathique mais parfois désorganisé (oeufs brouillés attendus 1/2 heure au petit dejeuner le premier jour, obligés de deplacer nous mêmes 2 tables pour les regrouper au diner...)Chambre assez petite et salle de bain pas du tout fonctionnelle : une vasque unique pas tres grande, porte des toilettes qui ne se ferme pas (ouverture de 10 cm...), idem pour la porte de douche. Salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre donc lumière empêchant de dormir si quelquun est dans la salle de bain.Des eclats sur la peinture aux murs.Rien de tout cela ne nous a empêché de passer un bon séjour mais deception compte-tenu de la classification de lhôtel en 5 etoiles.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I almost hesitate to share, as this is sure to be my go to hotel in Lisbon now. Free gin and tonic fixings on an adorable bar cart in my room on arrival along with smoked almonds. Plus a robe and slippers for visiting the spa downstairs. Beware though, the limited spa hours for guests could prevent you from getting to visit unless you prioritize it in your schedule. Come instead for the amazing decor.

I cannot emphasize how much I recommend this hotel. Ive been to other hotels in Lisbon and for the same price, this hotel is amazing. Fancy, very clean and comfortable, great friendly staff and best part of it all is the complimentary gin tonic and beer the first night. The only comment I have is that the doors to the bathroom and shower dont close very well but compared to everything else, its a minor adjustment. I wish I could have spent my whole stay there but couldnt afford it.Thank you for your amazing service!

I liked the deco, style. Breakfast is really nice. Smily service people.Nice team at reception, roomservice, spa and housekeeping. The spa is cosy but the quality of the treatments is disappointing. Room was dark and rolling stores or veil would have been appreciated to be able to enjoy the shower, the WC without having to clise the dark curtains!!!

We stayed with the Vintage on our honeymoon and are very happy to have done so. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated. The complimentary gin & tonic bar was very appreciated as was the delightful honeymoon welcome gift. A quiet night sleep on a comfortable bed. Good location; easy to get to the places we wanted to get to. There are nice breakfast spots and cocktail bars nearby. We would easily stay there again.

Although recently redecorated in a stylish mid century theme, it didn’t reach 5 star quality for me (comparing it to many other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in).The basement pool/spa was all brown, gloomy and a bit depressing... It’s difficult to know how clean things are when it’s that dark. In our room, a basic bathroom, poor lighting, and very firm bed.My main gripe is that I paid significantly more for a better room with a ‘city view’. Coming to Lisbon for the first time I thought this would be worth the expense. Lifting the closed blind (a clue?) on our small single window on the top floor revealed it looked out at the taller block across the street, which filled any ‘view’.Secondly they don’t explain in their advertising on Expedia (only in a follow up email, after you’ve paid the non-refundable payment) that the swimming pool use has restricted hours, unless you go to the expense of buying spa treatments on top. A pool was one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel, thinking we could cool off after a hot day sightseeing, but it’s ‘treatment customers only’ 10-2 and after 5pm. And it’s tiny, not for swimming.The restaurant was empty, had a basic, uninspiring menu, and roof bar was unexceptionable for 5 star Lisbon. All in all, a very nice hotel, pleasant helpful staff, in a safe, quiet, business area of town.If it priced itself more humbly and with 4 stars it would have been more honest.

LOVE!!! This place was so beautiful and they were so friendly and accommodating. I wish I had spent even more time here so I could have gotten some spa treatments. The rooms were so cute and well designed. Basically every designers dream hotel. The attention to detail is spot on and so cohesive. The location is also great as it is close to so many places. LOVE.

Such a lovely hotel and the staff have been super helpful for everything we needed. 15min walk to the train station Rossio suitable to day trips to Sintra and 5min from metro 2 different metro stations. It is a super tiny pool as we had wanted a pool but apart from that, the gym is ok and the steam and sauna rooms are v good. Would definitely come again. The breakfasts are good and we overate everytime (!!!!)

la douche est vaste ( on a l impression qu'on est dans le hammam! ) mais pas commode pour donner la douche pour les enfants de bas âge !

Heerlijke kamers en zeer behulpzaam personeel!
Met een groep van 19 personen (bedrijf) zijn we een weekend naar Lissabon geweest. Tijdens dit weekend hebben we overnacht in het Vintage hotel. De kamers waren ruim en de bedden sliepen heerlijk. Daarnaast was het personeel zeer behulpzaam. Ze hebben ons geholpen met het regelen van taxi's en met het kiezen van leuke restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden! Tot slot ligt het hotel ook nog eens in een top wijk met leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand.

5 étoiles en carton : SPA avec la moitié des choses en panne. Room service de 20 minute pour du hoummous chimique immangeable. Personnelle du Room service indélicat. Carte d'entrée ne fonctionnant pas en arrivant. Bref après le pessoa hôtel 4 étoiles la veille, nous sommes passé de la poésie à la chanson paillarde.

Passamos uma ótima temporada no hotel, desde a primeira recepção fomos muito bem atendidos, por pessoas bem capacitadas, educadas e prestativas. As acomodações são ótimas: limpas e muito confortáveis.
E a localização é o ponto alto: 5 minutos de caminhada ao metrô mais próximo (na Av da Liberdade), 10 minutos do Chiado, 10 da praça dos restauradores.

Das Hotel ist für einen Städteurlaub sehr gut geeignet. Die Lage ist so, dass man das Hotel gut erreicht (vom Flughafen her mit der Metro mit einem Umstieg und einem kurzen Fußweg), es ist nur einige Minuten Fußweg von Hauptstrassen entfernt, aber ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und modern. Das Hotelpersonal jung, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gäste aus Portugal, dann vorwiegend aus Frankreich und der Schweiz. Die Verständigung auch auf Englisch kein Problem, auf Französisch einfach.

Lamentablemente no es un para nada un 5 estrellas. Habitaciones con calefacción estropeada, spa con agua fría, duchas de dos grifos difíciles de regular, tuberías rotas inundando algún pasillo.... pero por contra, el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones amplias, la localización, sin ser céntrica no es mala....en fin, se trata de vigilar que no nos cobren más que un 3 estrellas dela zona

Estuvimos siete noches, no llega a ser un 5 estrellas. Aun así buena relación precio calidad. Camas muy cómodas y buenas instalaciones. El personal muy atento, salvo un desagradable camarero del bar de la azotea . El spa mas que correcto para un pequeño hotel. Cosas a corregir: el desayuno no varió NADA en los siete días que estuvimos, las toallas necesitan renovarse faltan amenities propias de un 5*, y por último la red wifi va muy lenta. Lo de que esta al final de una calle empinada es cierto, hay pistas de esquí con menos pendiente. Mejor acceder al hotel desde estación de Rato, desde Liberdade o Pombal el ultimo trecho se hace muy largo. Un hotel muy recomendable.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Bad ist geräumig, durch seine offene Gestaltung zum Wohnraum etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber offensichtlich in Lissabon so üblich.
An dem Frühstücksbuffet findet man alles was man für den Start in den Tag braucht.
Die Metrostation ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

This hotel was absolutely marvelous! Everything from the service, to the room, to the breakfast were outstanding! It has a wonderful location about a 10 minute walk downhill to shops and the center of town. It is located in a wonderful and very safe neighborhood with amazing restaurants about an eight minute walk away.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a centrally located hotel with large comfortable rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable, the AC works went very well, and the TV has many channels including quite a few in English.

Découverte de Lisbonne du 19 au 23 avril dernier, dans cet hôtel de grande classe, à deux pas de l'avenue de la Liberté ( les Champs Elysées lisboètes ) et du centre ville.
Chambre très confortable ( seule l'isolation phonique sur la rue bruyante pourrait être améliorée ).
Nous avons été impressionnés par la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel qui nous a fourni de nombreux conseils judicieux.
Délicate attention le jour de l'anniversaire de mon épouse.
Restaurant testé le dernier soir : classe et raffinement. A ne pas rater.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié ( conseil : prendre une table plus calme dans le salon du restaurant ).
Un très bel établissement, qualitatif et chaleureux.

Schönes Hotel,sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. Gute Wahl für den der Lissabob zu Fuss erkunden möchte und dennoch ruhig schlafen will !Lediglich das Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein,reicht allerdings alle mal. Sollte ich mal wieder nach Lissabin kommen,so werde ich wieder hier übernachten.

Great location, lovely building and really nice rooms. The staff might be one the nicest I have experienced at a hotel. The Turkish bath at the basement was a nice addition. I would love to return.

Great service, rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is also top notch with a variety of warm and cold options, even has champagne and yummy pastries to start off your day in Lisbon. Tip: There's a turkish bath, steam and sauna in the hotel, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Certainly lives up to its status. This 5 star hotel is a gem on top of a nice steep hill in Lisboa.
We moved to this hotel after a couple nights in another spectacular hotel, and aside from hauling our broken luggage up the aforementioned hill, everything here screamed 5 star hotel. The room was great, view was a little to be desired as we looked right out into a gaping construction pit. There is a lovely terrace bar on the roof which gives you some amazing views, but be prepared to pay "real world" prices for your drink. When you are having glasses of wine for 2 Euro all trip a 6-8 Euro glass comes at a bit of a shock, for the same wine. However this is a hotel and they tend to charge hotel prices.
There was a spa although we didn't get to use it, it looked delightful. The breakfast was also very good, but I still don't really care for the extra charge for breakfast at hotels when you can go find something way better for way cheaper outside. But this one was very good and convenient for this point in our trip. Best bed we slept in during our 3 and half week tour of Spain and Portugal. Didn't want to get up in the morning.

Am vizitat Vintage Hotel in 2014, mai. Servicii excelente ! Personalul, pe cat de tanar, pe atat de profesionist. La receptie cel putin, niciunde, nici chiar in Wiena, nu am intalnit personal mai profesionist si amabil. Datorita lor pana si Lisabona este mai frumoasa, cand pleci sa o vizitezi plecand dintr-un hotel unde te simti "acasa" si te intorci seara la hotel...la aceaisi oameni amabili, binevoitori, care parca se bucura ca ii vizitezi.
Toate serviciile la cel mai inalt nivel. Nu il ocoliti !

excellent staff. rooms big and comfortabke, the lobby has leather seats and a fire place where you just feel like staying all night. centrally located. the spa area is a plus in these kind of hotels. woukd stay here again

Trevligt. Ljuvlig väl tilltagen frukostbuffé. Ta bort plastskydden i sängen så sover man perfekt.
