Uma experiência com um travo amargo.... Efectivamente ocorreu algo que nunca me tinha ocorrido. As chaves dos quartos não funcionavam ... O que implicava cada hóspede ser acompanhado obrigatóriamente por alguém do staff !!!!
No dia seguinte a situação continuava..... e a resposta era no mínimo bizarra .... Não tinham qualquer informação .... inacreditável!
Outros bombons de algum desnorte na direção
- cortar relva às 9.30 da manhã no jardins ao lado dos quartos parece pouco aceitável
- Quartos r/c não tem qualquer tipo de privacidade.... Ou estamos sempre com as cortinas fechadas ou então quem passa está a ver o que estamos a fazer..... Desconfortável .

Tolle Hotelanlage, guter Service, Zimmer tip top. Mir gefällt daran, dass es ruhiger gelegen ist, als die Hotels direkt am Strand und es kein großer Hotelklotz ist. Sehr schön gelegen an der Flussmündung des Arade und direkt an der Marina. Strand und die Restaurants und Kneipen der Praia da Rocha sind in gut 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch für Familien geeignet. Man muss allerdings körperlich einigermaßen mobil sein.

Had a great time but your excuse for not having enough food and it will take time to make more.... we're not expecting this many people... Sorry you had weddings the day before of course you are going to have more people for breakfast. The staff member doing meet and greet needs to be a bit more approachable in my opinion, your facial expressions give it away... Hats of to the rest of the staff very helpful and friendly. I had reserved my table and confirmed that morning how many were going to attend. So in my opinion the season had just started customer service needs to be worked on please. Thank you for the staff members that made my day enjoyable much appreciated

Nao gostei muito de robo na carga do meu car eletrico. Administracao do hotel faz cobrar 10 euros para carregar menos de 50 % de bataria sem nhuma placa de aviso e sem artigo no programa de faturacao

We stayed here in May 2019, the hotel is very nice, it was clean and the staff are very helpful, We only ate at the hotel for breakfast but it was lovely with lots of choice. We will definately go back.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein Spitzen Urlaub, Zimmer optimale Größe, sauber, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, welches sich im warmen Bereich eher auf den englischen Besucher konzentriert. Aber man kann ja eh nur essen bis man satt ist, es ist für jeden etwas und ausreichend dabei. Geniale Lage beim Hafen an der Flußmündung, hier im Restaurant auf der Terrasse sitzen und dem Treiben zusehen war für uns einfach entspannend. Danke, Gerne wieder!

Bad customer service. I extended my booking for an extra night which i paid for direct to their hotel as per their instructions! 3 weeks later, I am yet to hear from them! Multiple emails and messages and still no response! I'd someone able to come back to me????

Second visit in two years. Very good. We’ll be back. Give it s try! Great location. Near everything. We had a car. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are helpful, enthusiastic and professional. Thank You.Only points to be made; has a coffee maker but no coffee. The kitchen outfit is extremely limited. Has a fridge - helpful. Parking arrangement is good. WiFi is, honestly, quite poor, but did work. Limited bandwidth/speed, but okay for the simple tasks. Mixing in families with very small children made for a lot of interrupted sleep ... but the parents were doing their best, bless them!

Exponierte Lage am Yachthafen und nah zum Strand. Das Appartement ist für vier Personen ausreichend. Betten und Kissen sind gut. Frühstücksbuffet könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, Die Minibrötchen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frisches Omelette wird auf Wunsch zubereitet. Die Pflegeprodukte wurden während des Aufenthaltes nicht aufgefüllt. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, auch in der Tiefgarage. Das Hotel befindet sich quasi ebenerdig zum Strand, nicht so wie die meisten anderen Hotels, die sich oberhalb der Küste befinden. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Superbe chambre, spacieuse et récente, sur la marina avec plusieurs piscines et grande plage à proximité. Un service de voiturette pour aller au restaurant ou à la plage. Le seul bémol est le nombre d’ustensiles de cuisson, pas d’egoutoir par exemple. Nous avions loué une voiture pour visiter l’algarve Et je dois dire que l’hotel est bien placé pour cela. Et ce petit déjeuner...! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Very tranquil place directly on the marina, rooms very basic we had no drawers, furniture a bit tired. Breakfast was average, best part was fresh omelettes or fried eggs. Being a bit out of season found it very quiet, cool at night but great for a quiet break. All the staff very helpful & friendly.

Cadre très agréable avec vue sur la rivière et le port de plaisance.Personnel très sympathique toujours prêt à rendre service et à tenter quelques mots en français, toujours avec humour.Seul problème lisolation phonique des chambres, surtout quand les voisins oublient quils vivent en communauté et manquent totalement déducation.

Great location right on the marina. Lovely views from our studio across the estuary to Ferraguda on the opposite shore. Wonderful breakfast every morning while gazing at the views of the boats and the river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely go again.

Having an enjoyable week at this hotel. Staff have all being really friendly and breakfast has being good. The pool is a little bracing at this time of year but ok once you are in! Convenient for the beach and places to eat. Great views while having breakfast on terrace. Assuming we get a good deal again will probably come back.

We thought this an excellent location and the hotel was very good in all respects except one................we felt that to charge for the coffe and water in the rooms was penny pinching and spoilt the otherwise good feelings we had about our stay.

Angenehm warm im Februar, viel Sonne, schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, üppiges und leckeres Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. (Zumindest außerhalb der Saison) sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, sehr schöne Gegend.

Fora de época é difícil arranjar melhor pelo preço. Quartos excelentes, PA incluido, acesso ao ginásio gratis, estacionamento... maravilhoso. Se tens um barco experimenta o estacionamento na marina do hotel. Se não tens vai visitar!

Uma passagem de ano fantástica. Muito bem organizada, um jantar bem apresentado e cozinhado, um serviço de cocktail magnifico, empregados todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis, um atendimento durante o jantar top. No verão deve ser im hotel fantástico derivado á sua localização. Só um promenor que deveriam ter em conta, nos quartos não tem uma cadeira e no cocktail tambem. Para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade é complicado esta tanto tempo em pé. Se não fosse esta falha levavam 5 estrelas.

5 star views 2 star accommodation not even got complimentary coffee they want 2 Euros for that, barely passable breakfast menu and the Christmas dinner was appauling 4 bain maries with luke warm tough meat and chips, and no veg for main course 25 euros for that vile experience. So disappointed.

Superb setting, restaurant overpriced , fabulous views of the marina great location for touring the Algarve super breakfast with stunning views of the marina but bar prices far to high especially the wine list no wonder the beautiful bar is deserted most nights would have been five stars if the bar and restaurant brought there prices down a shade as you can eat locally and have a very nice meal and wine for avoid few euros less

sehr freundliches Personal, von den Mitarbeitern der Rezeption zum Restaurantpersonal bis zum Reinigungspersonal alle sehr hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Die Zimmer sehr geräumig mit einer kleinen Küche, im Bereich Marina Sun ein toller Ausblick auf den Segelhafen und den Fluss. Im Herbst scheint im Marina Sun den Tag über die Sonne auf der Terasse.
Das Frühstücksbüffet mit frischen Backwaren und frischem Obst, klasse...........
wir sind das zweite Mal hier und werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Anlage in zentraler Lage von Portimao. Unweit von Restaurants, Bars und Ladengeschäfte welche bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Der bekannte Strand Praya da Rocha liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und hat viele kleine Strandrestaurants zu bieten. Das Hotel hat äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, welche ausreichend Platz bieten. Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, frisch und auch auf laktoseintolerante Gäste abgestimmt. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sowohl von der Lage, als auch vom Service und der Ausstattung absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Nice facilities, but be aware you can only check in after 3pm, which isn't fun when you got the 7am flight in, also, when using the restaurant onsite, the bottles of wine are expensive, especially if you want fizz. Apartments are a little dated but clean. Food is lovely but it's a bit like whacky races at breakfast, but huge choice, only been here 3 days so far........

Seit 8 Jahren verbringen wir unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Hotel - und wir sind nach wie vor sehr zufrieden!Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Zimmer wurden heuer fast nie vor 16:30 h gereinigt und, und das war wirklich unschön, die Terrasse und der Balkon wurden in den zwei Wochen noch nicht einmal gekehrt, geschweige denn von Möwenhinterlassenschaften befreit!

3 star hotel at best. Comfy spacious apartment, but dirty, malfunctional, and in some cases broken. The ac was leaking water. Spider webs behind our tv. Shower head very shaky. Door lock takes 30 attempts to open with the card. Wifi very slow and you need to become a member of something they offer for it to be free.

Excelente localização. Ambiente envolvente de grande qualidade. Piscina e espaço físico de apoio à mesma muito bons. Não utilizá-los o restaurante porque a estadia foi em apartamento. Todas as comodidades ao nível do esperado. Uma referência de elogio ao apoio do Sr. Carlos que nos recebeu. Parqueamento próprio no local que facilita imenso a estadia.

Por unas incidencias acabamos en este apartahotel. Apartahotel genial. Apartamento equipados con cocina, habitación de matrimonio grande y nueva, cuarto de baño muy bien cuidado, salón con cocina. Nuestro apartamento sí tenía terraza ya que era un bajo, pero los hay también en primer piso. Piscina de agua salada. Desayuno tipo buffet increíble. Algo elevado el precio aunque era temporada alta. Recomendable para familias y amigos.

My family and I stayed at Tivoli for a week and overall the experience has been really nice. The staff is friendly and the rooms are cleaned well. They are spacious and do not lack in terms of equipment. The location is great as well, closely located to the beach and the docks with a beautiful terrace overlooking Ferragudo. The Breakfast buffet is exceptional except for a good coffee. The evening buffet offers a lot of variety, but can get boring after a few days. In the end, I couldn’t give the hotel five stars, as it lacks some lovely elements, such as decorations in the room and sun umbrellas for the beach. It just doesn’t have a very cozy feel to it all. However, for a beach vacation, this hotel offers more than enough.

Ubicación excelente. Servicio pésimo. Si deciden ariiesgarse, prepàrense para esperas de media hora en adelante para cualquier tipo de servicio, ya sea restaurante (en estos momentos llevamos esperando cuarenta minutos por dos ensaladas y solo tres mesas ocupadas...), ya sea servicio de buggies para desplazarse por el recinto (última espera veinte minutos sencillamente porque los conductores estaban comiendo, esa fue la explicación)..etc. Si le importa un mínimo de calidad en el servicio, ni lo dude, este no es el sitio.

Localização quase perfeita. Os quartos são óptimos. Tem todas as comodidades que para mim são obrigatórias, de excelente nivel. A água da piscina podia ser menos salgada, mas o tamanho compensa largamente.O serviço é nota maxima. Os empregados são competentes, prestaveis e muito simpáticos. Para repetir, para recomendar e elogiar.

El hotel está súper bien! Y la ubicación es lo mejor, al lado de la playa y en pleno puerto deportivo, una zona muy tranquila donde puedes descansar. Es muy grande y da un poco de pereza ir hasta el comedor...ya que por nuestro apartamento no veíamos muchos buggis que te transportan por el hotel, es la única pega que le encuentro.
Hemos pasado una semana del 13 al 20 de julio pero no creo que repitamos...Portimao es una zona muy guiri, los horarios en las cocinas son muy estrictos, en muchos sitios a las 3 de la tarde ya no te dan de comer...y cenas hasta las 10 (hablo de restaurantes y chiringuitos), a parte del aire que hace en esta zona, toda la semana con aire y temperaturas tirando a bajas...La zona que más nos gustó fue Alvor.

Un hotel muy bonito y curioso. Los apartamentos espaciosos y con una terraza preciosa con vistas al puerto. La piscina muy grande y perfecta tanto para niños como para adultos. Muy buen desayuno. Muy amable el personal. La distancia entre los apartamentos y el edificio principal no es un problema porque hay carritos de golf que te llevan y te traen siempre que lo necesites. Soy una niña de diez años y he estado con mis padres y mi hermana.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und ansprechend gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert mit modernen Möbeln eingerichtet und hatte eine große Terrassemit Blick auf den Yachthafen. Nur das Bad war etwas älter, aber alles sehr sauber. Die vorhandene Küchenzeile konnte nicht wirklich genutzt werden, da es an essentieller Ausstattung (Pfanne, Schneidebrett, Küchenmesser etc) fehlt. Der Pool und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Das Frühstück war super und vielfältig und auf der Terrasse konnte man direkt am Wasser sitzen.Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen (5 Minuten), wir würden aber einen Leihwagen empfehlen, da es noch schönere Strände und Orte an der Algarve gibt, die man dann entdecken kann.

Vi har oplevet Tivoli Marine som et fantastisk godt sted. Fin udsigt til havn og vand, fin sandstrand, og særdeles flink og imødekommende personale. Der manglede en pande i vores køkken udstyr da vi ankom, men den blev straks fremskaffet. Gratis transport i små elbiler til strand eller andre steder på resorter, så snart man ønskede det, var fint. Søren og Tove.

Realmente, pensando melhor, vou perder algum tempo na avaliação.
Não vou comentar sobre a estrutura do hotel, que nos obriga a andar enormes distâncias em longos corredores dentro e fora de portas (o que no inverno é arriscarmo-nos a uma pneumonia).
Não vou comentar em relação ao facto de não existir roupa de cama suficiente para o frio que se faz sentir nesta altura, nem ao facto do quarto não estar aquecido quando chegámos. Nem vou falar do facto de no jardim se sentir um cheiro desagradável.
Vou falar do aspeto que verdadeiramente me desagradou. Excetuando os funcionários da receção do hotel, que foram prestáveis, não gostei da forma como fui tratada pelos funcionários do hotel. Parece que nos fazem um favor. Necessitam de formação ou renovação.
A localização é interessante e o preço não é desajustado, mas há sem dúvida outras opções a considerar.

We needed somewhere on our drive that gave us easy access for a long drive the following day, and this popped up in my search.What a lovely resort it was to stay in, especially in the winter months when it is nearly empty.Everything was easy. Weve been staying in the middle of cities, so it was a nice change to not be hunting for a carpark, and wandering through lots of people.Lovely room overlooking the marina, in the main building. Down the hall to the restaurant for dinner, while our rental car sat safely in the basement carpark.We did the 4 course set menu for dinner and it was spectacularly good. Really enjoyed the food and the service in a restaurant with around 8-10 tables of guests. While it is winter in the Algarve, it is certainly nicer weather there, than the home-bases of some of the other guests who were escaping winters in England, Germany and France.Great breakfast next morning, and off we went.Im sure it gets busy and crowded in summer, but for an off-season stay, it was fantastic. Unlike a lot of resorts it still was looking great, rather than having been winterised.

Nice location for a beach holiday. Room had nice view of marina. This is a typical hotel for mass tourism. Walls are paper-thin and you can hear the sounds from other rooms. The breakfast room was 15 minute walk from our room. Breakfast room overcrowded. There was complimentary bottle water only on first day, the rest of the time a 75 cl bottle was charged at 3 Euro.

Wij verbleven er drie weken in HB . Zeer mooie locatie . Buiten ontbijten in een prachtige omgeving en veel keuze. Vers gesneden fruit, allerhande broodjes , vlees en kaas. Ook alle dagen vers gebakken eitjes. Avondeten in buffetvorm en volop keuze. Enkele minpunten zijn: steeds dezelfde groenten en de kamers worden niet grondig gekuist. Alles samen een goede 8 op 10.

Top Anlage im Jachthafen von Portimao. Schöne Studios/Appartements mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Zum Restaurant in der Mitte der weitläufigen Anlage, kann der Weg schon etwas weiter sein. Die Studios "Sun" sind über 200 m entfernt. Die Studios/Appartements um den großen Pool heißen "Deck", die in Richtung des Meeres "Beach". Hervorragende Lage am Arade Fluß, mit Blick nach Ferragudo, auf der andere Seite des Flusses. Hierbei fällt besonders die Festung ins Auge. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand Praia da Rocha. Freundliches Personal, was allerdings kaum deutsch spricht. In Anbetracht der vielen deutschen Gäste nicht zu verstehen! Große Tiefgarage für die Gäste. TV mit SAT; aber keine ARD Programme (das 1., Arte, 3sat) Seltsam!!!

It is a great location to chill out and relaxing. Great view to the marina and close by the beach.Excellent service from the staffs.Only negative comments will be when you rent a studio unit, there are no comfortable chair to sit in the room. The room has plenty space for two chairs. It is ok for one or two nights. If you plan to stay longer period it would be better to rent one bedroom apartment unit instead of the studio.

Wir haben hier vor kurzen einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage am Hafen perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich, sprachen fließend Englisch und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Auf Wunsch wurden Ausflüge organisiert, welche alles reibungslos geklappt hatte.
Was uns leider nicht so gefallen hat, war die Arbeit der Zimmermädchen z.B. war auf einen der Kopfkissen deutliche sichtbare Flecken von einer Sonnencreme zu sehen. Das befleckte Kissen wurde sichtbar platziert, nach der Arbeit der Zimmermädchen wurde das weiterhin befleckte Kissen einfach unter ein sauberes gelegt, 2 Tage lang, bis der Kissenbezug von uns abgezogen wurde und dann auch gewechselt wurde. Desweiterin scharbte die Badezimmertür an den Fliesen im Bad, sodass diese erschwert zu öffnen war, auch dieses wurde erst am vorletzten Tag behoben, wir waren insgesamt 11 Tage da.
Leider müssen wir auch die Arbeit einiger Kellner hier anmerken. Vorzugsweise am Abend ist aufgefallen, dass einige Kellner sehr gestresst wirkten, Getränke einfach hingestellt wurden, ohne zu öffnen oder einzuschenken, das konnte der Gast dann selbst machen. Anmerkung es war an diesen Tagen nicht besonders voll im Restaurant. Besonders nervig war, dass wir am Tisch mit dem ersten Gang fast fertig waren und die Kellner dann schon rumliefen und abräumen wollten. Sie hatten zwar höflich nachgefragt gehabt, trotzdem fühlten wir uns sehr beobachtet und konnten unser Abendessen kaum gemütlich genießen.
Unser Fazit zusammengefasst: Wir werden wiederkommen und empfehlen dieses Hotel auch gerne weiter

Wir waren super zufrieden, es hat alles gepasst, eventuelle Probleme wurden sehr schnell und einfach gelöst. Alleinig das nachlassende Speisenangebot in der zweiten Urlaubswoche war nicht so schön, aber das tat dem wunderbaren Urlaub in einem großartigen Resort keinen Abbruch!
Der leider kleine Abzug in der B-Note: Man merkte den Wechsel der Speisenvielfalt anhand des Reisezeitraums. In der ersten Woche waren wir noch in der Hauptsaison und es war ein sehr reichhaltiges großes Angebot, das wurde weniger in der Nebensaison. Die BBQ-Griller sind MEISTER ihres Faches!
Kinderanimation gibt es eigentlich bis auf eine montägliche Reptilienshow zum Essen keines. Spielplätze sowie Kindershow ebenso nicht. Das Kindgerechte Essen bezieht sich auf Nudeln und Kartoffelprodukte. Keine Eigene Abteilung.
Das Animationsprogramm ist beschränkt auf Musik-/Tanzeinlagen sowie die Reptilienshow beim Essen.
1 großer Pool, 1 etwas kleinerer Pool an der zweiten Zimmeranlage und ein Kinderpool sind völlig ausreichend und es gab immer Liegen - trotz dem 'deutsch-englischem' Reservierungswahn.
WLAN-Repeater in jedem Zimmer, Safe inklusive, Klimaanlage pustet ordentlich ins Gesicht trotz Entfernung.
Super freundliches Personal, für jedes Problem wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Was ich schade finde ist das Anspruchsdenken mancher anderer Gäste. Wenn das Personal 'Rührei' nicht versteht - dann sag ich eben 'Scrambled Eggs' und werde nicht noch pampig.

Nice location on the port. The Tivoli is set over 3 buildings. Main block (middle) south block near the beach and north block. We stayed in the north block (sun block) which is about 1/4 mile from main block. In 33c it’s a lot of walking to and from the main area. There is a free buggy but you have to wait about for it. The room was fine, basic but fairly modern and had a small kitchenette with fridge and small hob, kettle & microwave but the balcony was tiny. The length of the patio door and 1m across. There is no entertainment, no currency exchange and the food & drinks were expensive. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Overall we had a nice long weekend but I wouldn’t recommend for families as there is nothing to do.

Haben uns einen Roller gemietet und sind auf eigene Faust los.
Die Pools sind super, viele Liegen eine Bar für Getränke und Snacks an beiden Pools.
Das Zimmer war sauber und der Balkon hatte eine große Schiebetür aus Glas. Schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen.

The Tivoli Marina hotel is ideally located on the estuary.The staff were absolutely brilliant, really polite and helpful at all times.The two issues I had, which prevent me giving it top marks in Expedia’s poll are not necessarily the fault of the hotel but worth a mention for other people nevertheless: -1.At the far end of the Marina is a bar (called No Solo I think) that during our first week played very loud and very monotonous ‘dance’ music from the early afternoon until very late at night, even shutting the patio doors did not shut out the sound (it was not possible to sleep through it)2.The hotel organised a taxi to take me back to faro airport, they told me the price was set at 75 Euro’s but when the taxi driver got to the airport he would not take less than 90 Euro’s (I gave in to avoid a scene but it made me feel like I was ripped off)

Well here’s pure greed in action from the Tivoli hotel chain. Europe’s largest Afro Nation concert is taking place less than 100 metres from some of the rooms. The walk to the beach and the steps are now a complete no go zone. Drugs are being openly taken, smashed beer bottles everywhere, people screaming at the top of their voices at 1,2 and 3am. Pizza boxes were dumped outside our room for us to tread in. The hotel chain must have known this event was taking place and to allow families to stay here while this depraved event is taking place is utterly wicked of them. We are now prisoners in our hotel as the entire area of Praia Da Rocha (the alleged jewel in Portimão’s crown) is host to thousands of people partying with all that involves. The shops and restaurants surrounding have security on the door, police riot vans drive by your hotel room. These restaurants are now totally off limit to families. Oh and the concert runs till midnight for the next 4 days, so we can expect the noise to go on well into the morning as a passing bonus. If you go to Magaluf or Aya Napa you would expect this but not here in a supposedly family hotel and area.Our holiday is ruined, we have moved room once as our room was literally outside the main route for the party goers. Family Holiday makers from all nations like ourselves are now surrounded, even poolside by lewd and antisocial behaviour. Apparently this will be taking place every year so this will be one to avoid year after year!!!

Fantastic staff, very friendly and approachable nothing is too much trouble for them.
Breakfast was amazing with so many choices, fruits, bread(s), cooked food, fruit juices, coffee, tea and Belgian Waffles.
Room service is also moderately priced.
You are a stones throw away from the beach and can get 'the buggy' if you feel that way inclined. There are 3 pools two salt water in the main part of the hotel and 1 chlorine at the far end of the marina.
We had a fantastic stay thank you!

Terrible hotel!
The check in process was so long and unthoughtful; they tried to put two single women in a double room until we challenged and showed that we paid for a twin room.
They don’t ever clean the rooms unless you beg. They’ll arrive to clean at 4pm and throw some bleach around and leave.
They don’t know the meaning of customer service and will try to argue with you even when you can prove that they’re in the wrong.
The only well mannered staff are the porters and wait staff. Reception desk and cleaners are unhelpful and argumentative. Not a 4 star hotel more like a 3 star.

The staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing, with fruit, cooked food, coffee machines, bread(s), cereals, belgian waffles and various fruit juices. The rooms are spacious, with adequate towels, and toiletries for a family of four no problems. There is a mini-bar in the fridge, you do have to pay for it but you can easily put them into the bottom of the fridge - Just make sure you tell the receptionist on check out. If you have any issues during your stay contact customer services and they will try their hardest to rectify them. There are 3 pools, two in the main area which are salt water and one hidden away, which is chlorine. They operate a buggy system as well so if you are feeling tired you can easily call a buggy to take you to the beach or back to the hotel if needs be.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con un tema de mantenimiento en el hotel y Cristiana lo resolvió rápidamente , incluso siendo un domingo lo que complicaba la situación Lo único para mejorar es el wifi que por las noches , al menos en nuestro departamento , casi no se podía acceder.

Beautiful hotel integrated in the Portimão marina. Great place to stay for the holidays.. Loads of idyllic beaches in the neighborhood and look at the view during breakfast :-)

It’s a fab location close to beach and places to eat/drink. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The complex is quite large and spread out so walking to and from breakfast and the centrally located pool was quite a hike from our apartment. It was pleasantly quiet tho you could say it lacked atmosphere.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel, eines der wenigen Häuser, welche nur 2-geschossig sind. Super nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, super gute Küche, sehr saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Yachthafen, ein Traum! Ein besonderes Highlight auch der Shuttle-Service. Das Deck (Terrasse), wo Frühstück und Abendessen eingenommen werden können, ebenso traumhaft schön. Wir kommen gern wieder und können die Anlage zu 100% weiter empfehlen

Great location, sort of... had to walk 0.8km to go get breakfast or any beverages at the main reception which isn't good. Apartments are nice but lack of cutlery and glasses is appaling. Mini bar is very sparse and there are no free tea or coffee facilities.
To top it off there is a 30 euro a day parking fee which we were assured was free but wasnt.
The breakfast when we got there was okay, what was there was good but dont expect a full English fry up.
General location is excellent but for the price I wont be returning to this particular hotel but I would go to one close to this venue.

Location is perfect. Right at the marina, close to restaurants and the beach but far enough away to be quiet. Staff are lovely. Rooms are good with some cooking utensils. Nespresso cofee machine is a nice touch. Will definitely be back.

Just returned from a great weeks holiday. The hotel is really nice with super friendly staff and great food; it's spread across and around the marina itself which makes for lovely views from the rooms but is also 10 minutes walk from the main shops, restaurants and beach so is quiet on a night. The central pool area is fantastic with a good bar area and the staff at the kids club made such an effort with our 2 year old son; they were superb. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, in a lovely position by the river, the restaurant deck is particularly attractive and the breakfast is excellent. Spacious room overlooking salt water swimming pool,immaculately kept grounds and very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient for the beach and the resort of Praia de Rocha, good bus service to Portimao. A great place to spend a holiday.

Beautiful place great location and close to the beach and far enough away from the main strip for it to be quite.. friendly staff great food delicious and evening entertainment breakfast had plenty to choose from and was 1st class....really have to complement the bar man who was there every evening had the quests talking and came up with brilliant cocktails and shots . Would stay here again...only down thing I have to say was the rooms weren't very well sound proof could hear upstairs and people beside us quite clearly.

A beautiful relaxing place. With fantastic view over the marina. The rooms are very good size and clean. The breakfast's are amazing-there's something for everyone. The staff at the Tivoli are extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Un îlot dans la ville...une superbe marina.
On se sent comme dans un autre monde!
C'est grand, coloré, agréable...c'est surprenant. Un très bon accueil, l'équipe est très sympathique et avenante, très agréable.
Ne cherchez pas un petit bungalow isolé, on retrouve ici des bâtiments "unicolores"...mais l'architecture reste très agréable...une grande chambre...très grande chambre!...une terrasse...et vue sur la marina...tellement agréable.
Un très beau restaurant...vue sur l'eau...une bonne carte...de bons plats...un personnel très sympathique...cependant je ne recommande pas le fromage en dessert...pour un français c'est une tragédie.
Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est impressionnant...très beau petit déjeuner

Wir fahren in diesem Jahr zum dritten Mal nacheinander in diese Anlage. Waren schon beim ersten Urlaub begeistert von der tollen Lage.
Haben darauf geachtet, dass unsere Zimmer mit Blick auf den Yachthafen bzw. den Fluss sind. So hat man immer was zu sehen bekommen. Empfehle die Beach Classic Suite, da ist der Weg zum Strand nicht ganz so weit wie beispielsweise vom "Sun-Bereich". Wir haben lediglich mit Frühstück gebucht, da man in Portimao am Abend sehr gut und günstig essen kann. Man sollte auf jeden Fall mit dem Wassertaxi nach Ferragudo rüber fahren (Abfahrt direkt vom Tivoli). Dort ist am Wochenende im "Club Nau" immer Live-Musik.
Freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub im September `18.

Had the honour of decorating this venue for a wedding. The Tivoli hotels are wonderful (my personal favourite is Tivoli on Avenida Liberdade in Lisbon). Tivoli Marina Portimao is a wonderful hotel in a perfect peaceful location. The views of the river towards Ferragudo are amazing, staff friendly and polite, food delicious!

Até o Front Office é como que único (o edifício é um círculo de 2 andares) sendo que os alojamentos se encontram como que espalhados!

Wir haben in einem Deluxe Two Bedroom Beach Apartment übernachtet. Das Zimmer war insgesamt gepflegt, wobei der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer hätte besser sein können und die Klimaanlage einmal getropft hat. Wir hatten nur das Frühstück gebucht, was gut und lecker, aber nicht abwechslungsreich war (Omelette, frische Spiegeleier und frische Waffeln waren hier definitiv das Highlight!) Der Strand Praia de Rocha ist schön gepflegt, groß und das Publikum sehr angenehm (relativ viele Einheimische). An verschiedenen Tagen gibt es hier für alle Sport unterschiedlicher Art. Auch im Hotel gibt es an manchen Tagen Shows, ein Kids Club ab 3 ist auch verfügbar, leider waren zu unserer Zeit keine deutsprachigen Animateure da. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend, aber dezent gehalten. Insgesamt würde ich jedem das Hotel weiterempfehlen, außer man ist nicht gut zu Fuß, die Wege sind durch die flache Bauweise generell etwas weiter!

Ganha pela localização e pela vista magnífica que proporciona para o estuário do rio Arade.
Peca por pouco cuidado nos detalhes dos quartos. Não tem cortinas finas para manter iluminação natural e manter privacidade dentro dos quartos, particularmente grave nos rés-do-chão.

Delighted to have come across this place. Apartments are absolutely spotless clean, views of the marina are fabulous and the staff are extremely helpful. Beds are very comfortable which was a lovely bonus. Pool area is lovely, but water was fairly cold, too cold to swim in unfortunately.
There isn't really a proper bar as such, which is a shame as it's such a nice location on the water. Also the drinks and eating area is away from the sun in the evening so it's a bit chilly if sitting out.
Electric buggies on site if people need to be ferried to and from apartments but it's a pleasant walk along the marina anyway so didn't use them, but a nice feature nonetheless.
Taxi ferry very closeby if you want to cross the water and literally a five minute (or less depending on your apartment location) walk from a stunning beach.
All in all very impressive and would happily return! :)

Local paradisíaco envolvendo a Marina de Portimão, ali mesmo ao lado da Praia da Rocha e com vista para a Praia do Ferragudo. Excepcional pequeno almoço, onde nada falta quer a nível de comida/bebida quer a nível de serviço; não deixe de experimentar tomar o pequeno almoço no Deck sobre a marina... Lindo!

Not 4 star by any means. The staff were very helpful and friendly but the rooms are basic with costly minibar and cofee facilities, the tv is impossible to hear and the lighting is minimal. The bar is expensive as is the restaurant. However breakfast buffet is good. Room rates are excessive for the quality provided.

Lovely hotel but we were in the furthest point of the hotel which meant a 10minute walk up he main building and breakfast room. They have a buggy you can call. But it’s a long walk if your not fit.

Paikka on erinomainen. Marinan/hotellin sijainti Arade-joen suulla on upea ja lähellä ovat Praia da Rochan hiekkarannat. Hotelli on kaunis ja ympäristöön sulautuva. Huoneet tilavia ja mukavia. Henkilökunta asiansa osaavaa ja jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta, koska split-laite ei toiminut ensimmäisessä, niin se hoitui nopeasti huolimatta joulun ajasta ja asiakkaiden määrästä.

Wir fliegen in diesem Jahr hier zum dritten Mal in das Tivoli und machen die Zwillinge glücklich. Die 14-Jährigen haben es sich von uns als Eltern gewünscht, weil das Frühstück fantastisch ist. Ich denke an die frischen Waffeln und den super freundlichen Service. Es wird immer gelächelt und alles erdenklich Mögliche ermöglicht.Die Apartments und Zimmer sind großzügig und ordentlich sauber. Es gibt wirklich keinen einzigen Punkt zum Jammern. Die Anlage und die Nähe, die Häfen und dieser Flow von Ruhe und leichter Betriebsamkeit ausgewogen. Ich freue mich sehr auf die Zeit mit den Kindern und dieser romantisch verklärte Blick über ein opulentes Frühstücksbüfett zum Hafen. Dazu muss ich erwähnen, dass ich nichts frühstücke. Quiet complex, could do with some updating but we had a nice time. Marina a good area with a few restaurants. 15 Min walk up to the main tourist shops area or 10 to the big clean beach with restaurants along the way. Friendly staff, rooms cleaned & tidied every day. There were a few golf buggies which the staff would take you around the Marina, ideal if you struggle with walking. Not particularly cheap anymore to eat & drink out.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Man ist schnell am Strand (ca. 4 Minuten zu fuss) und die Hotelangestellten sind sehr nett. Das Zimmer bietet eine kleine Küche und einen schönen Ausblick. Es ist Zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist sehr gross und liegt im Innenhof von Hotel. Auch das Morgenbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl.

Si vous êtes logé au rdc, oublié l'intimité ! Si en plus vous êtes près du resto avec un mariage prévu, alors prévoyez une nuit courte. Appartement moyen, pas de sèche cheveux (moi je suis chauve, mais ma femme pas encore). Lave linge et lave vaisselle, interdit d'utilisation. Youpi, le parking est gratuit.
