Hotel agréable et bien situé,les chambres sont spacieuses et nettoyées tous les jours,le navette gratuite très appréciable pour se rendre à la plage ou à la vielle ville ,une restauration impeccable tant sur la qualité que sur la quantité que vous soyez en début ou fin de service , ne pas oublier les animateurs Vanta et Ruben et l'ensemble du personnel très proche et toujours à l'écoute des clients .

Absolutely fantastic, room great food great, staff are very helpful and work really hard, there would only be one issue, stayed in room 330 the toilet seat had velcro to try and keep it up while you were using the toilet, this didn't work seat kept hitting you In the back, so it really needs looking at, apart from that Portugal is a beautiful country, and hopefully I will be back in September, at the same hotel, thankyou for a enjoyable stay.

Muy buenas instalaciones, trato de los empleados impecable, habitación muy completa, buenas piscinas exterior e interior con jacuzzi de buenas burbujas y chorros, gran bufet con mucho donde elegir, pizzas hechas artesanalmente, pastas, carnes, muchos postres, frutas. Muy buena experiencia, repetiría sin duda. Como punto negativo quizás las horas tan tempranas en las que cortan las horas de comida, cena y barra libre si tienes todo incluido, por lo demás muy buena experiencia.

Tres bon séjour dans l'ensemble...Points positifs: chambres, repas, propreté,sauna, piscine, gentillesse du personnel.navette.
Souhaitable: 2 passes par couple pour l’accès à la chambre, transat sur les grands balcons chambres 1 er étage.
Points négatifs: salles communes très bruyantes, personnel d’accueil
très peu francophone....coordination de l’hôtel avec les différentes agences d'excursion ( horaires et lieux de prise en charge aléatoires).

Las instalaciones muy buenas y limpias. El personal es muy agradable y atento. Aún que la playa no está cerca hay atubus gratis a la playa y al centro a menudo. Lo mejor las piscinas, el agua de la exterior está a muy buena temperatura para ser mayo y la interior es una gozada. Solo poco un pero, los cócteles eran poco variados y no estaban muy buenos. I cannot fault the hotel. We stayed from 03/05/19 to 06/05/19. For the price we paid I couldnt have asked for more. The pool was clean and the food and drink was of a high standard. If the opportunity presents itself I would return here with my family.

Says this hotel is a 4 star but more like 2-3. Does mostly all inclusive.Bar closes 11pm. Food is OK but a bit repetitive. We are in a studio and is clean enough but could do with a lick of fresh paint as is the rest of the hotel.

around the pool does not have enough room for everyone,
inside bar room is not big enough for everyone at night time, very noisey at evening time, all the kids crying shouting parents just I ignoring them,
infact that was the theme just ignoring your kids,
no where to relax and have a quite drink, as outside was too cold,
Cleaners never stop all day,
Lazy people on holiday, can't even put there plastic/paper cups in bin,
Just left plates cups and food on the floor,
Rooms satisfactorily, bed sofa which was not very comfortable, for long term sitting,

El hotel está en general muy bien. Pero lo mejor es el equipo de animación del hotel (Yolanda, Hugo, Inés, Tiago, Marta y Luís ) son fantásticos y hacen que la estancia sea realmente divertida. Se implican al máximo para que disfrutes en todo momento, con un trato maravilloso y muy cercano.

We would have liked to give 5 stars but two of the reception staff let the place down. The manager is very helpful. But the lack of respect to us and lots of other guests should really see the two staff sacked they were that bad. Very rude, not helpful at all. Also when we did complain the lady was talking about me in her own language. Because I had challenged her for being rude and shouting at me in front of other guests on our departure day. The hotel and food are fantastic, the little restraunt on site was fantatic too.

This is a fairly large hotel, though was about to shut for the winter after we departed so nowhere near full. Food was plentiful and nice tasting. Usually there were two hot meat options, plus one fish and lots of salad / cold meats. There is also a show cooking section where additional dishes are prepared / served, and a kids corner for their choices.
Large outdoor pool though very cold water temperature, nice small indoor pool / jacuzzi too, lots of sunbeds with cushions and as the hotel was closing down there was never any problem finding one (or ten!!). The entertainment was ok, on from Monday - Saturday. The entertainment team tried hard to cajole everyone to join in and spoke English, French and Spanish as well as their mother tongue.
AI covered all meals with snacks (hot dots, chips etc) plus drinks (beer, local spirits, soft drinks until 11pm).
Weather was ok for late October. Some rain and brisk winds but also a few days of sunshine. Bring a jacket as the wind was chilly!!

The hotel is really nice food amazing, bar staff could be a little more friendly, reception you could not fault the welcoming we got was the best. The rooms are in need of a little modernisation but apart from that very clean beds the comfiest ever! Would definitely go back.

Currently staying here for a week. Weather is pretty naff but thats obviously pot luck booking mid October. Hotel is nice and clean. We booked a Suite with pool view as we have 2 tiddlers that still nap during the day and that way then we have space to sit outside and chill. Food is nice, breakfast is the same everday but yiu do get a good variety, fruit, cereals, pancakes, full English etc... lunch seems to be better than dinner I have personally found. There is a childrens buffet area too serving nuggets, chips, hotdogs. There is also a snack bar open from 3-6 serving burgers chips etc...
Pool is absolutley freezing cold but the indoor one is open and we have used it daily (very run down though and DO NOT USE THE TOILETS IN THERE!)
Entertainment is good for the kids, their kids club is also very good and all the staff are lovely too. The Disney show was fantastic for out little ones they loved seeing Elsa and Anna and Moanna.
Lots around the hotel. Supermarket accross the road, The Strip is about 5 minutes away full of bars, clubs and restaurant's. Short walking distance to the beach, about 10 minutes and a 20 minute walk into the old town which is where you will find all your souvenirs and lovely sea front restaurants.

This is a really lovely hotel. Good food, stunning views. The staff were so helpful. It was my friends birthday and they sent up a surprise bottle of champagne. The restaurant had a huge variety to choose from. My friends and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Christina!

Fabulous food. Good entertainment team.fun aqua dance. Clean. Friendly. Close to the strip. My only problem was we had early morning flight and arrived at hotel at 11 and apparently check in was 4. They did let us have room at 1.30 but I was dizzy with tiredness. Also we left at 7.30 so missed breakfast. But we had. Lovely time here

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. When we arrived we were first put into a room that was a bit noisy as there was a motor outside, however the following day when speaking to the assistant manager we were promptly moved to another room with a pool view and was fantastic. The staff were all really friendly, the food was great and entertainment good also. Overall highly recommended!

De este hotel me ha wncantado todo. Las habitaciones son grandes con cocina baño microondas nevera y cafetera ... El servicio es impecable pero acogedor donde te sientes comodo desde el primer dia. Y lo mejor sin duda es su equipo de animacion que evitas que te aburras en ningun momento con sus actividades y show.

Went there last year with my little sister and dad as a first proper holiday and it was lovely. I would highly recommend staying here as a family, couple or week away with friends. The beds were comfortable and the fans worked well, the food was fantastic and the pool was amazing. The staff were always nice an the entertainment was very well put together. Great hotel.

The hotel is listed as 4 stars, but I will only give 3 stars. The room was larger than we thought. The staff could have been more friendlier. We went from England to Portugal to have Portuguese food, but we had breakfast on 4 days at the hotel and the only option was English Breakfast. Why we go to Portugal to have only English Breakfast as a option???? For Lunch and Dinner had a little variety, but all the food tasted the same. I end up eating only fruits on the last day because I was so fed up.The pool is smaller for the number of rooms. The entertainment team done a great job to keep everyone happy and they are the only ones had happy faces. 5 stars for them. They were in from early morning till late night and they have done a fantastic job. Other staff in the hotel rarely had happy faces and it clearly shown they were not happy with their jobs.

Hotel em si com boas condições, mas os funcionários são antipáticos e arrogantes, nomeadamente com os portugueses. A menina da receção tem sempre uma resposta desagradável para oferecer. Há uma grande distinção de tratamento em relação aos estrangeiros. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Era suposto mudarem as toalhas de dois em dois dias. Numa semana mudaram uma vez porque insisti e, mesmo assim, parecia que estavam a fazer um grande favor! Destaco pela positiva a equipa de animação! Já estive em vários hotéis do género e este foi, sem dúvida, a pior experiência. Não recomendado. Demasiado caro para o serviço prestado.

El hotel está mut bien calidad precio.Los animadores buenisimos.La limpieza muy bien.La comida buena aunque el desayuno siempre el mismo.Lejos de la playa.Nosotros estuvimos en un estudio y estuvimos muy comodos y puedes poner el coche cerca de los apartamentos, para ir con niños es muy como esa opción, solo que por la noche esta un poco oscura esa zona.En general muy bien

Beautiful clean hotel. Very helpful staff. There is a wide range of food which catered for us fussy eaters. Could have been hotter but not really a problem for us. Well located with a short walk to the strip (maybe 10 mins). A free shuttle bus to the old town and beach. Activities around the pool, my daughter only did these once as we were out a lot but she enjoyed them.

Here at the moment on a 10 day holiday and it's been amazing. Super helpful staff, rooms cleaned almost every day, amazing diverse food and different every lunch and dinner and the best part is the entertainment crew! Every night a show, for all family, by the pool during the day a variety of aqua based activities and exercises as well. So far it's been amazing. Some reviews state that rooms are a bit dated, but not that much and I'm only in my room to sleep as me and my family are mostly out. Albufeira old town and marina is a must see. And the beaches? You'll be spoilt for choice.

This hotel was in a perfect location - about 5 minute walk to the strip and 15 minute walk to the beach. The hotel staff were lovely. Room was cleaned everyday - we stayed in a suite for 3 people and it was a very good size and it looked exactly like the photos on the website. The food at the hotel was amazing - lots of selection and there were different choices every day. The mojitos in the all inclusive drinks were our favourite. Great hotel and would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel in great location. My room waaca great size and balcony was huge. The food was nice as we were all inclusive we are mainly at hotel. I was able to relax. It was busy and mixed with families , couples no large groups which was great. The entertainment team made the holiday all worked so hard and got to know everyones names and got us all involved In activities, shows were great to. I would definatley reccomend had a great week and we will hopefully be returning next year ;) x

Mi experiencia fue muy buena. Es verdad que estuve en primavera y la ocupación no era muy grande. Estuvimos en un apartamento grande, limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Los trabajadores muy amables. Y alrededor pueden encontrar todo lo necesario para unos días de vacaciones. Recomendable.

arrived late at night so ate out first night loads of places just yards from hotel the dining room had loads of foid on offer for everyone the drinks are all in small cups only 1 bar person most time so long queue for small glass of beer or wine very hard to get a sun lounger you are able to hire a towel and when you return it you get your money back can be changed once a day rooms cleaned daily but towels only changed twice weekly brilliant entertainment through till near mid night free bus goes ti town every monday outside pool chilly but inside pool grand brilliant hotel with very friendly staff around 30 minutes from faro but dont use greenbus we waited 2 hours at airport then they sent us by uber

Perfect for what we needed. It’s definitely a budget hotel but good location, parking and decent facilities.
The pool is nice and restaurant has everything you need. The only downside is the quality of the interiors and rooms, but you’re not paying for that so overall would recommend for couples and families.

Staying here in October was fantastic for the weather. The rooms were spacious and laid out like apartments each with its own kitchen, living room, toilet and bedroom. We also had balconies with our rooms which provided a great view of the city.
The food selection for the all inclusive was very tasty on some days, but quite bland on others, but it got you by. The drinks were quite hit and miss and you’d have to order two beers to get a pint sized measure and the most of the cocktails weren’t very nice, we’d usually stick to pineapple and Malibu as it was the nicest.
The poolside was quite nice but filled up quickly as the weather would always be sunny. The albufeira sol had great pools, inside and out but I preferred the inside as it was warmer!
Service was ok, I loved the enthusiasm of the entertainment staff who were always happy and motivating to get you to take part in activities.
On the hole, a good hotel to stay in if you’re staying in this area of Portugal. Close to the strip and bars such as bar 33, grease bar etc

Entertainment staff brilliant with adults & children alike, shows great 100%! Reception staff helpful but didnt put themselves out for you! On arrival 12 tired and hungry adults and children in my party, made their way to snack bar at pool side to be meet with a female brasil faulty. Vira her name, when one person tried to use h.p. sauce she grabbed her arm and said" No only allowed at main meal time. Another tried to use machine to get a drink, filled glass to have it removed from her hand and she was told drink only available at bar. This reported to reception staff, who said they would advise manager, we heard no more about it. No explanation or apology just dirty looks from this 'lady' at meal times!! Food good,plenty of variety.Rooms quite comfortable and clean.

End October half term break. Weather pleasant, room excellent, staff efficient and friendly. Entertainment poolside and evening is good, especially Carlos.
Food choices are excellent as is the quality. Drink choice ample and bar service first class.

Rooms were much better than expected pretty spacious and up to date, the customer service was fantastic from start to finish, the entertainment was fun I played football, tennis, shooting, among various other things food was the usual all inclusive but was all ways something to eat all in all fantastic stay and would stay again.

I have been on holidays around the world and I can say this is the worst possible place to stay in the universe. We stayed for 10 nights the food was poor and not labelled clearly very limited options to eat when we went down for lunch and gave our room number we were escorted to a table that still had finished food and drink on it and was told to stand there while they got someone to come over and clear it. The entertainment was shocking and nothing for kids to do over the age of 9 When eventually got into our room after waiting for more then 2 hours I rang down to reception to say the safe was not working and was told we had to pay 26 euros to use it the drinks or in little party cups and the bar closes at 11 o’clock and was told after 11 o’clock the drinks are chargeable in my opinion please please give this place a miss you will be wasting your hard earned money on something that will be better spent somewhere else it should be demolished and put something like a car park in its place it would serve a much better purpose than that he’ll hole and by the way even your staff have agreed with me on your poor standards I would rather spend 10 nights in Beirut than that hell hole be warned it is not how it comes across in the travel guide and no games room or sky tv

Excelente atendimento por parte da equipa de serviço. Mas mediocre naqualidade do serviço. Ao pequeno almoço falta talheres a menos que venham as 8h da manha. Politica do hotel de nao mudar toalhas todos os dias , mas sem tarifas degressivas em estadias mais longas. Serviço de tudo incluido muito fraco. Bebidas das mais fracas, e no maximo de 2 por cliente (mas nao indicado no momento da reserva!).
Por fim, baseado no lucro sem grande qualidade. Ja visitei hoteis de 2 e 3 estrelas com muito mais qualidade.

Nous avons été surclassés : F2 avec cuisine, salon spacieux. Petites attentions pour famille avec bébé. Climatisation et des rangements en veux tu en voilà. Salle de restauration très bruyante de type cantoche. Coin dessert très satisfaisant. Piquette et boisson à volonté. L'hôtel a eu son heure de gloire, rafraîchissement côté déco à envisager. Pas de parking. 1 heure d'attente avec bébé avant d'avoir la chambre censée être disponible à 16h00. Proximité de nombreux restaurants pour les fêtards.

I booked this hotel mistaking it for a hotel with a similar name that i’d previously stayed at. By the end of our stay I was so pleased the mistake had been made as the hotel proved to be better. Food fabulous, extensive choice, friendly staff & exceptional cleanliness. The only negative I have is the inconsiderate guests who are on a mission to get their pool towels on the sun beds first. If you’re not in the race & up early then you’re not getting a subbed as they are all covered with towels. I think the hotel could make an effort to stop this by removing the towels of unoccupied beds as guests are openly doing this as early as sunrise., Throughout our stay we were unable to get a subbed. One other thing to mention is the tables in the restaurant being crammed in. On a few occasions I nearly had my fork rammed down my throat after diners sitting in the chair behind moved to sit down/get up, there’s no one room for manoeuvre & was hazardous (be warned). Overall Excellent

Hotel is clean. Wouldn’t class as a 4 star. They charge extra €5 to use the gym (free in other 4 star hotels we’ve stayed in) 5 bits of equipment (2 were broken) my partner said the cocktails were terrible ( not worth drinking) slush puppies are not all inclusive either. Included in other hotels we have stayed in. The kids entertainment staff are excellent though. Kids park disappointing. 2 swings and a slide.

The hotel is very nice and clean. When I was looking for a hotel I was looking for one that had a gym. When we checked in I asked about the gym and was told that it falls under the spa and would have to pay an extra €6 a day if I wanted to use the gym. They also ask for €100 deposit when you check in for damages. Remember to ask for this back when you check out because they will not volunteer it back.
You also have to pay if you want to use the safe in your room. The woman at redemption was helpful but not overly so. That’s all that is not positive about my experience, the rest is brilliant.
Fabeo, who meets you at the front door of the hotel is a wealth of information and is very helpful. Explained where to wait for the bus to the beach, nice walks, dolphin viewing boats nice places to see. Very helpful.
Daniel the barman is also very friendly and helpful. Gave good advice of where we can take nice photos and rent sea kayaks.
The entertainment staff are brilliant but don’t badger you. Shooting, archery and table tennis are on Offer. They also do fun team games.
Nice way to meet other guests if you want to.
Overall a very good place to stay with amazing food. Can’t overstate how good the food is.
Wide selection of fish and meats as well as loads for vegetarians.

I have no idea how this is posted as a 4 star hotel. Pool area is a daily melee to find cheap white plastic sun loungers that aren't cracked and broken. Common areas like reception are paved in cracked, dirty tiles. The restaurant is more akin to a gulag ran canteen. The halls to the rooms are like the deep bowels of a 40 year old container ship. The 2 stars are purely for the staff. Some of them anyway. Those that handle the kids club etc are brilliant. All others, try to avoid

Despite reviews, I’ve just come back from a trip here and thought it was excellent, food was amazing with so much choice and different options every meal. As a vegetarian it’s hard on holiday to find a buffet that has a good veggie option and this place even had its own mini vegetarian buffet with 3 different meal options every night. Never met a rude member of staff all very friendly and helpful, reception, pool area restaurant classy and clean, treat myself to a massage at the end of the hol and it was one of the best I’ve ever had and was so affordable too. There was even a free direct bus to the beach! Only downside was the corridors were long and drab but easily overlooked because we were having such a good time

Me ha encantado el hotel.
El buffet sencillo pero variado, la atención de los camareros inmejorable, super cariñosos. Necesité purés y papillas para mi bebé y sin problema los preparon.
La animación infantil excelente, los monitores eran estupendos, muy buenos profesionales, preparaban espectáculos para niños muy buenos! Siempre tenían una sonrisa . Y también hacían clases y juegos para adultos.
No le pongo 5 estrellas porque considero que en las habitaciones los baños necesitan algún cambio.
Sin duda volvería.

Hotel situé à 15 min à pied de la 1ère plage, 45 min de la vieille ville.
All inclusive : bon petit-déjeuner, pour le midi et le soir seuls les entrées étaient bonnes. Plats chauds mediocres, hormis les fruits, les desserts sont industriels : surtout fait pour les anglais qui représentent une grande partie de la clientèle. Bon goûter.
Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas manger dehors en terrasse.
Piscine ok
Il y a à 5 min à pieds une location de voitures très bien !
Chambres ok nettoyées tous les jours.

We are sitting in the airport on the way back from 10 days in the Albufeira Sol hotel and spa....What a fantasic holiday!! We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children-9 and 11.The KIDS CLUB was fantastic....and the major positive for this hotel. We could not praise the staff enough. Bellux entertainment went all out to make the children feel very special-they knew all the kids by name..They did face painting, arts and crafts and put on amazing shows and mini discos. The disney show is a MUST SEE....the makeup and costumes were fabulous....Hugo as the Genie was a real star. There were pool games and acqua aerobics for the children and adults, as well as other outdoor games...and this made for a very relaxing holiday for us parents knowing that the children were so well looked after. Hugo, Luilli, RUI, Iolanda, Tanya, Reuben, Dario,Vanda had amazing high energy from morning til night.
The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean (if a little dated. Hotel could do with new hall carpet. Evening lounge entertainment was sedate background music mostly....singers with organ...one night it was lively which was good fun and people joined in singing) The hotel received a new delivery of sun loungers while we were there....which were plentiful...no need to reserve,as always loads available. Ricardo- pool guy was lovely,very friendly and kept the place immaculate. Theres an indoor pool with a jacuzzi also,which is great. Christine and Miguel were lovely front desk staff.
The food was FABULOUS..great variety.Big thanks to the wonderful talented chefs and all the waiters and maitre D. The bar staff, especially Daniel were professional, courteous and kind.
All in all this is a lovely warm welcoming family friendly hotel. The staff go out of their way to see that holiday makers have a great time.

Have just arrived back and the Hotel is definitely not 4**** as we have stayed previously in Hotels whose facilities are much better. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is in a good Location. The Pool is clean and had no trouble finding beds. The Rooms are clean and spacious . Showers are in the Bath Tub which is narrow and it would be better to have walk in shower.
However we were very disappointed with the food. There was not much choice and some of the same food was served for Lunch and Dinner. Some Food was not Labelled . None of the Desserts were labelled . Despite mentioning this at Reception No Action was taken. 4**** hotels have lots of food choices but food here is mundane.
If you want to eat at the Hotel would recommend only Breakfast . There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby

Well I wish I could give it 0 but it doesn’t let me.
This is defiantly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
The whole stay was just below standard, expectations and it was just really poor to say the least.
Checked in and they refused to give 2 keycards which I thought was odd and weird. Asked why and the person who was at the desk. I forgot his name (his the George clooney wannabe) said they only give one.
So went up to our room which they located us at the opposite and far side possible room number 238 and at the door couldn’t even enter because the keycard wasn’t working. Made wait 10mins for another keycard whilst they suggested I sit in the lobby. I mean really how long does it take to swipe a new card ?
Get to our room and now the WiFi isn’t working. With a 2 year old whom after having a long flight want to watch his favourite stuff on the iPad is now going off the wall because the damn WiFi is not even reaching the room.
I made a complaint about this 4 times whilst the first 2 days of my stay and we get no response. Absolutely zero. Had to make do without it and use phone data to make ends meet.
Their response was the I.T shall look into it and when asked about the problem thereafter then none of the staff knew what to do, who to call. I take it every time I had a complaint it wasn’t even recorded.
The corridors to the rooms are disgusting. Stained carpets needs paint the lot. It’s needs a makeover and it is defiantly not clean. Oh and would be nice to having working lights down them to least see where your going. Lights by the corner lifts again do not work. Not a nice place to be especially with your children.
The beds are hard and my partner said from day one but I thought it’s just her lack of sleep due to the noise you can hear from their “entertainment nights”. Like how do your guests sleep when you have such loud music ? I was lucky my child went to bed before that racket started.
Food is absolute rubbish. There is only so much salt, pepper and hot sauce you can put on your food and their food is like the cheap stuff and not to standard of a 4 star hotel. Lack of choice and same repetitive menus day after day.
Even their “grill restaurant” is a waste of money it was like being served Maccies Fries and dry chicken. Waiter got my order wrong, beers were not cold, no a/c and no kids menu.
They charge 6 euros a day to use the gym.... like ok firstly 6 euros to use 4 machines is a lot of money. To make it worse especially if one of those machines is not even working so now your paying for 3 machines which I thought was a rip off.
I have more to say but I feel not wasting my energy and want to be so negative but this is defiantly not a 4 star hotel like they make themselves out to be. I’ve stayed in 3 stars that is better than this and for the money I paid I wish I did just stay in one.

Calme, le restaurant propose de nombreux choix 2 poissons dont 1 grillé divers garnitures en salades mélangées ou séparés et 2 viandes.. les desserts aux couleurs british et quelques uns différents aussi des fruits et 4 choix de glace. Le tout est bien ré alimenté au fur à mesure de la consommation. Les horaires sont larges jusqu'à 22h. Des animations de qualité un chanteur vraiment top un soir

A comida era bem confeccionada e variada. Os bolos das sobremesas eram muito bons e os croissants da manhã.
Apesar do regime tudo incluido, o facto de ter cozinha com frigorifico e microondas, é uma mais valia para quem vai com um bebé que acorda de noite para comer. A vista magnifica para o mar. O parque infantil.
Perto da farmácia, mini-preço e intermarché.
Autocarro de hora a hora para levar e trazer até à praia de Albufeira.
MENOS BOM: Poucos funcionários para um hotel com tantos hóspedes. O barman fazia a copa, o serviço de mesa (recolha da loiça suja) e ainda o serviço de barman...
O bar da piscina não servia bebidas alcoolicas, recaindo tudo no bar interior na maioria das vezes só com um barman a fazer todos os serviços e os hóspedes à espera...
As limpezas dos quartos deviam ser feitas até ao máximo 15h da tarde, porque no nosso caso, 5°andar, as limpezas coincidam com a sesta da filha e por duas vezes não tivemos limpeza por causa disso.
Apesar de conseguir conviver com elas, tínhamos formigas na cozinha do apartamento.

Very good resort with good size apartments with separate kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom, living room and balcony with sea views. The resort is spacious and has a variety of activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening. You can opt for all inclusive and it is good value

Absolutely lovely hotel. Really big rooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay. 10 mins walk to two beaches, or relax by the outdoor pool. I just can’t find fault with this hotel at all. Would definitely stay again.

A pesar de la magestuosidad de su recepcion, no os dejeis engañar. Es un hotel ruinoso, la habitacion que nos dieron olia raro, tenia una ventana rota, manchas dudosas en los tejidos y la cisterna del baño, no funcionaba. No me extraña que nos hicieran pagar la estancia antes de subir. Cuando bajé a pedir alguna solucion, me dijeron que mantenimiento pasaría a las 9 de la mañana. Tras mi negativa, me dieron otra habitacion, con caracteristicas similares y estado mas o menos igual a la primera. Inutil volver a reclamar, viendo semejante panorama. Al parecer, tambien tienen una politica diferente de horarios al del comun de los hoteles, tienes que salir antes de las once. Ojalá no nos hubiesemos hospedado nunca alli. No merece ninguna de las estrellas que tiene.

Un complejo hotelero con muy buenas instalaciones y muy buen servicio. El servicio de habitaciones es eficaz y completamente discreto porque no se les ve, pero hacen las habitaciones y cambian las toallas a diario. Formato hotel-apartamento, puesto que la habitación dispone de una pequeña cocina, con nevera, microondas y vitrocerámica. En verano debe ser espectacular cenar o tomar algo en la terraza, sobre todo si estás en la quinta planta que es donde se disfrutan las mejores vistas. Un fin de año, 5 noches x 365 euros es una ganga con desayuno incluido. Un desayuno buffete completo. Una magnífica piscina y una zona de spa y jacuzzi idónea para relajarse con un bono de 10 euros diarios. Ubicado en una zona con muchos lugares para visitar. Lugar recomendado para repetir en vacaciones de verano. Público propiamente lisboeta, familiar y parejas. Las instalaciones completamente limpias. La calefacción funciona super bien, se podía dormir con una sábana. El SPA recomendado y también la piscina interior

E um muito mau hotel muitas vezes fica-se sem agua para tomar banho a limpeza deixa muito a desejar so trocam toalhas 2 vezes por semana as empregadas fazem a cama e nao limpam o pavimento dizem no site que tem hifi francamente um hifi si na area comum nos quartos o sinal vai passear resumindo este hotel nao recomendo as pessoas que trabalham na rececao quando veem que sao portugueses trabalham lentos e sem sentido para estrageiros correm nao e igual o dinheiro portugues?

Muy buen hotel. Habitaciones amplias, muy buena comida en el buffet e instalaciones en buen estado en general. Los chicos y chicas de animación siempre están buscando nuevas formas de entretener a niños y a adultos, y el personal es muy amable y siempre intenta hablar en tu idioma.
La única pega que le pondría es que la comida no tiene advertencias sobre los alérgenos o al menos una descripción de los ingredientes, que desde mi punto de vista es imprescindible en los tiempos que corren.

I have just arrived home today after staying in this hotel for a week. Myself my partner and 2 other couples all booked this together. Originally it was being booked as a golfing holiday. The lad's played 3 days of golf and said it was well worth it. Hard but fantastic courses. I was a little bit worried after reading the reviews on this hotel.lots of reviews stated that the staff here were very rude. After reading the reviews I made a point of looking out for this, I must say I only found one very rude lady who worked in the indoor bar. Just needs a nudge to try and be nice every now and then. Other than that everyone was lovely and went out of their way to make u smile. Daytime entertainment team fantastic. Evening entertainment let it down so we went out in the evening. But would like to gorder there again.

Everyone stares at you especially if your black the staff don't welcome you I barely got a cab Portugal isn't the one and everyone seems not happy and the food is stone cold I have to force myself to eat it and everytime I eat the food here I have direriea and the staff are rude here and they just shout at you and serve cold food it looks good on booking website but it's a bunch of bullocks.!!

Rooms clean and comfortable (after you remove the childtens waterproof sheet from the adults bed!). Staff are generally very good with a few ignorant desk staff.
Food is OK and never got ill, but I longed to eat out after a few days. Drinks are usual cheap unbranded bottles and weak beer, but drinkable.
Good size in and outdoor pools with plenty of sun bathing areas. I was just out of season so no issues finding space.
Poolside entertainment would be OK in season for families, but damned annoying and loud when you have come away for a bit of peace, quiet and respite..... And geez, the reps love the sound of their own voices on the PA, Yap, yap, yap.
Loud speaker... "I want to see everybody in the pool for aqua aerobics". 2 people get up. 150+ stay on sun beds..... Get the message, the kids have gone back to school, it's adults time now. Leave us aloooone!
Other than that it was OK.

Reasonable hotel. Slightly dated and could do with a facelift. Food is reasonable but not too exciting. Enough variety for my vegetarian wife. No bottled water, drinks coffee or other similar provisions in the room was a big minus. It wouldn't take much to make this an excellent hotel but as it stands it's inoffensive and slightly lacking.

Hotel excelente para famílias. Excelente comida e serviço. Preço/qualidade do hotel excelente. Caso melhorem nos seguintes apontamentos o Hotel passa a ser o melhor da região. Transporte para a praia passar a ter uma saída às 9h15, obras de requalificação das casa de banho para mais modernas, mudarem as toalhas todos os dias, pois são brancas e ter alimentação infantil no período da manhã (um iogurte, fruta ou umas bolachas). Quanto ao global do hotel fiquei surpreendido pois já estive em hotéis de 5 estrelas e novos, no entanto muito inferior a este hotel de 4 estrelas. O grupo de animação é fantástico e do melhor que já vi e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

El sitio está bien , es limpio y los camareros del hotel y los animadores son encantadores , por ellos un diez. Pero el sitio está lejos de la playa , lejos del centro y lejos de todo la verdad. Para un español es demasiado tranquilo ya que las actividades empiezan a las 3(hora de siesta ) y acaban a las 6 de la tarde ... en fin , el sitio está bien y con nosotros se portaron genial pero yo no volvería a repetir.

Je possédais une formule pension complète incluant le petit-dejeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner ainsi que boisson à volonté au bar jusqu'à 23h et un repas offert au restaurant "Grill". J'avais une suite (salon, une chambre, salle de bain, cuisine) avec vue sur la rue.
Commençons par la nourriture. Le buffet à volonté est assez redondant mais il y a du choix. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Cependant, le restaurant "Grill" qui se veut un peu haut de gamme est à éviter, la nourriture n'y est pas spécialement bonne (elle est simplement correcte) alors que les prix sont excessifs.
Les chambres sont propres et assez grandes. On y dort bien, c'est calme mais apparemment, ça l'est moins côté piscine. L'assenceur est un peu lent.
L'extérieur s'étale sur une assez grande superficie. La piscine est jolie et bien entretenue. Elle est assez grande donc on n'est pas les uns sur les autres. En revanche, les transats sont toujours pris d'assaut. La piscine intérieur est moins agréable en été mais l'eau est plus chaude évidement.
Rien à redire sur le spa. Il est propre, calme, peu fréquenté, paisible et pas cher. Présence d'un jacuzzi, d'un hamam, d'un sauna, d'une salle de sport et de relaxation.
Des activités sont proposées tout au long de la journée (sauf le dimanche), on ne peut pas s'ennuyer. De plus les animateurs sont très sympa et parlent plusieurs langues. Le soir il y a souvent des petits spectacles et de la musique. C'est très agréable d'y assister après manger, juste avant de remonter dans sa chambre. En journée c'est surtout du sport qui est proposé (tennis, pétanque, ping-pong, tir à la carabine ...).
On peut cependant être déçu en arrivant pensant arrivé dans un bel hôtel 4 étoiles, je pense pas qu'ils les méritent toutes les 4. De l'extérieur l'hôtel n'est pas très beau et le quartier n'est pas exceptionnel. Les chambres sont cependant pas très chères.

All going well until the smell of raw sewage in our room
We are currently saying in this hotel. And all going well apart from a slight smell in the room well slight until 2nd day when the smell got unbearable. Spoke to front desk who said they would send someone up. After 30 mins nothing so called again to be told someone came up and smelt outside the rooms and the smell was just people showering. This was unacceptable so they came up and opened the door and agreed the smell was too much! They then sent up housekeeping with a air freshener when she came into the room she was nearly sick with the smell so we were told we would be moved room. Now we have a 1 year old and a 5 year old moving at the best of times is not easy never mind being 2 hours after bed time so now have 2 very upset children but the end was in sight! Packed every thing up and went to reception to pick up the key and ask for help with our 3 suitcases 3 inflatables 1 buggy and 2 bags to be told no one can help until the morning and we would have to do it ourselves. Any hotel never mind the stars would help especially after having to incur such a horrid smell. Staff on front desk complete shambles and rude also told no management not even duty manager works at night?! Complete upset for our family on this holiday and beware of this if staying in room 210!!

Lovely hotel our room was amazing & we had a very large veranda but would have been even better if we had a couple of sunbeds there! Food very good lots of choice especially the salads which were so nicely presented. The pool had a little bit of algae round the edges in places and sum tiles & grout needed attention but apart from that pool area was good. Only gripe was the shuttle bus this seemed to be a free for all and some days too many people wanted to use it so maybe the hotel should have some kind of ticket system for each journey. Also it wasnt always there for the return journey later in the day.! Such a shame as this is a plus service for the hotel . Would definately return and staff always helpful and friendly.

This place is wonderful. I would definitely come back again. For every meal you have a buffet and it's only a 10min walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and the hotel rooms are really big and have a balcony. I have the best holiday experience ever.

Nice selection for breakfast range of fruits, breads, breakfast serials and hot food.
On Saturday night there was an even entertainment provided, live music and all. Food in the bar and restaurant not too overpriced. Generally love this place.

Cet hôtel est un 4 étoiles « moyen » à comparer à d’autres de la même catégorie. Il serait bien qu’il soit rénové. Les chambres sont plutôt bien agencées et spacieuses. Elles sont bien entretenues mais les draps et serviettes ne sont changés que deux fois par semaines (voir petit feuillet fourni en FRANÇAIS à la réception. Le nettoyage est quotidien.La partie restauration nest pas digne dun 4*, il y a du choix mais la qualité fait penser à une cafétéria sauf certains jours où vous avez des spécialités. Vous avez toujours un petit coin « cuisson sur place ». il y en a pour tous les goûts du petit déjeuner au dîner. Assez bruyant surtout après 13.15 Hrs. Personnel très disponible surtout en cuisine et au service Bar où tout est servi dans des gobelets en plastique, même le soir. (Parfois des verres lors de l’apéritif avant le dîner). Manque de parasols à la piscine. Heureusement qu’il y a des arbres pour vous abriter du soleil. J’avais demandé une chambre pas près de l’ascenseur dans un endroit calme. Elle était située au 3ème étage à 70 m de l’ascenseur. Parfait pour moi. C’était prévu vue sur jardin. J’ai reçu une vue sur piscine. Donc un grand merci à la direction. Une navette est à disposition pour aller à la grande plage et au centre ville par contre la première navette est à 10h15. Il y avait des places disponibles tant pour l’aller que le retour. WIFI : OK. - een wachtrij van min 10-15 min. bij de eetzaal (in de morgen middag en in de avond) maw de eetzaal is te klein! Vlees droog en groente rauw.
- bij de zgn poolbar werktempo van een slak, dus ook hier vaak een wachtrij om drinken of eten te halen.
- binnen (loungebar) is voor drankjes overdag geen wachtrij en sterke drank sowieso alleen binnen te verkrijgen. Max. 2 drankjes pp tegelijk meenemen.
- de zgn gratis WiFi is slecht. Wordt er steeds afgegooid en Moet wel 20x per dag de gebruikersnaam en Het wachtwoord invoeren
- handdoeken worden maar 2x per week gewisseld en beddengoed maar 1x (toiletpapier zijn ze ook niet scheutig mee)
- nette ruime kamers. Iets gedateerd, maar redelijk schoon. Kluisje 15,-- per week en borg van het ouderwetse uitneembare slot 17,50.
- handdoeken bij de pool 20,-- euro borg per handdoek
- te weinig ligbedden bij en om het zwembad (mensen leggen kennelijk voor 0800 uur hun handdoekjes al op die bedden, dus kom op tijd, anders heb je alleen een stoel of lig je op gras (in hoogseizoen dus als alle kamers bezet zijn)

- A queue of at least 10-15 min at the dining room (in the morning, afternoon and evening), the dining room is too small.!
Dried meat and vegetables raw.

- Animation is pretty ok.
For 1000,-- euro's per person, 8 days all inclusive it's quite ok, but don't imagine there again too much for it so you don't get disapointed.

Great weeks stay at the hotel, food was somewhat repetitive but we always found something to eat on all inclusive, always something new to try and decent quality. Good bar service and although only 2 drinks per person we never went dry. The entertainment is top class all full of energy and make sure everyone gets involved. Only a 5/10 minute walk from the main strip and about 25 min walk from old town or a 5 euro taxi. Rooms were clean and quiet though we were in the back of the hotel and only noise was a dog Barking out the back. Overall a great stay

All inclusive without ice cream. Seriously. On a serious note though, the buffet food was mediocre at best, we would always go to the snack bar at lunch as it was much nicer, and breakfast never changes. Coffee isnt allowed at any meal other than Breakfast. Hotel isnt situated amazingly, a few restaurants and shops nearby, but in order to get to the beach and the town a 15 minute bus has to be taken which the hotel provides at hourly intervals. Bar is very limited, at only 3 cocktails, all poorly done without fresh juice, and all the spirit drinks are mixed very very poorly, with a cup of half spirit and half soft drink. We ended up getting one spirit drink and 2 soft drinks and making our own. Pool staff are brilliant, activities every hour, amazing with children, although the kitchen staff seem like they dont want to be there, one waiter scowled at our 7 year old child for knocking over a drink, and didnt even exchange words with us when we apologised. Reception staff are hit and miss, some are lovely, but some also seem like they dont want to be there, and seem to be particularily unhappy that we got our ZooMarine tickets from Jet2. Also to note, the hotel asks for a €100 deposit upon arrival, or credit card details, which was not included on the hotel information. Overall it wasnt a bad experience, but would not go again.

Stayed there twice nice now and cant fault the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed on all inclusive and the food was very good a lot of choices. Would definitely stay there again

Family of 4 with 17 and 11 year old. Room was very good with separate bedroom living area and kitchen all modern the only area that needs a bit of upgrading is the bathroom its a bit tired looking and I really dislike shower curtains. Food was good a bit repetitive but always something to eat kids section could have been better. Bar area was not big enough to accommodate the very busy hotel so we often found ourselves sitting outside at night. evening entertainment was terrible we struggled to find a night we enjoyed. Pool was good always found somewhere to sit we had bad weather so it was great to have the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Animation staff were really good at there jobs and always so friendly. Most staff members were very nice and friendly.

Suite junior spacieuse avec petite cuisine. Propre. Le complexe dans son ensemble est agréable (piscine, spa). En revanche, la nourriture du Resto nest pas top et il faut parfois patienter pour accéder à la salle du restaurant faute de place.Lhôtel ne se trouve pas dans le centre dalbufeira, il y a des navettes mais seulement 1 fois par heure en journée.

Hôtel à ne pas recommander,loin de la plage excentré, pas danimation, activités laissent à désirer, chambres médiocre, propriété a revoir. .nourriture recyclée pas dinnovation, En un mot hôtel à éviter ! !!!Cher pour ce que sest. .

From Check-in to check-out, the experience of 4 lively girls wanting a birthday weekend celebration to remember could not be faulted. Every member of staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The All-inclusive deal contained fresh fish and exciting salads at every mealtime. The Junior Suite which we had was spotless and even contained a mini-kitchen. 10 mins walk from the strip or a 5 min taxi ride to the Old Town and the beach. All of which are definitely worth a visit. We are looking to book again for next year and are all devastated that the 4 day break had to end. A really wonderful experience! Thank you x

We stayed here for a week and found our time here to be very enjoyable. The staff were always very helpful, maids were around everyday to clean the room. The swimmingpool was massive and the grounds were well maintained. The hotel is in close proximity to a supermarket, bars, restaurants and the strip.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber mit Kochgelegenheit und Kühlschrank. Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet mit dem wir Tagesausflüge unternahmen, dafür war die Lage des Hotels optimal. Für jemanden der einen Strandurlaub verbringen möchte ist die Entfernung zum Meer etwas groß.
