The appartment is in the moddle of the nice town Ericeira. Close to a lot of fantastic beaches and nice old mediaval cities. The appartment is very bright and a lot of room. The airco is also a heater in winter. The welcome was very nice with fresh pastries. We would like to come back in summer some day!

Très bien en centre ville , tout confort et proche de la plage à pied . Prix très intéressant .

Positiv: Wir hatten das Apartment Sardine, liebevoll renoviert in altem Stadthaus, mit 2 Badezimmern, sehr hell, super Zentral, geniale Dachterrasse, Kaffeevollautomat für alle auf dem Flur, sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, wir haben als wir ankamen angerufen und nach 5 Minuten war der sehr freundliche Gastgeber da. Alles sehr unkompliziert.. Negativ: -

Positive: Location is superb in the old, authentic part of the town. Close to all restaurants and shops, as well as the ocean. Rui restored this old building beautifully, with lots of artistic touches, yet with modern amenities. The decor is original and colourful and makes you want to smile all the time. Loved having our first morning coffee (there is a great coffee machine with good coffee) on the patio overlooking part of the neighbourhood. Great washing machine and racks to dry our things. Rui was easy to talk to and quick to respond if we had questions.. Negative: Nothing not to like.

Positive: So close to many restaurants and the ocean.. easy to walk everywhere we needed to go...the home decorations were really nice..,. Negative: Everything was great

Positiva: Está todo muy nuevo. La cocina está bastante bien equipada. La cama muy cómoda. La cafetera común, estupenda. Los patios y terrazas muy agradables. La calefacción perfecta y la tranquilidad . Negativa: Que no tuviera cortinas en la puerta de entrada del apartamento, para que fuera un poco más íntimo. Las escaleras pueden ser un poco incómodas para gente que tenga poca movilidad.

Positiv: Modernes Dekor. Negativ: Die Glastüren zu den Zimmern sind extrem schmal. Mit Gebpäck oder dick angezogen ist das Eintreten nur möglich, wenn beide Flügeltüren geöffnet werden (umständlich, Zeitverlust). Schade.

Positiv: Wir wollten auf die schnelle eine einfache Unterkunft mit guter Lage und sind hier nicht enttäuscht worden. Der Gastgeber war zwar zum Zeitpunkt unseres Eintreffens nicht da, was aber kein Problem war, da die Ladenbesitzerin von nebenan uns in das Haus gelassen hat und der Schlüssel steckte an der Zimmertür. Der Platz des Apartements war großzügig und ausgestattet war sie auch ausreichend. Am Morgen unseres ersten Tages haben wir eine kleine Dessertüberraschung an unserer Tür vorgefunden. Und der defekte Wasserkocher wurde auch sofort ausgetauscht - sehr zuvorkommend und alles ohne Probleme.. Negativ: Die Bratpfanne hätte größer sein können.

Positief: Bijzonder vriendelijke gastheer die ons handige tips gaf. Hij zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelde. We hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad.. Negatief: Niets

Positive: Ottima posizione nel centro storico molto caratteristico. Vicinissimo al mare. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato molto bene, è accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort. Struttura silenziosa. Il proprietario e molto gentile.

Positive: Host fantastico, appartamento bellissimo in pieno centro ed economico. Abbiamo passato 3 giorni molto belli in questa struttura. Da consigliare assolutamente !!

Positiva: Excelente ubicación, tranquilo y muy cómodo. Todo un detalle la cafetera para los desayunos.

Negativ: Väldigt lyhört från grannar och från gatan. Rekommenderar INTE detta boende om man vill ha det lugnt på natten (otroligt mycket skrik och skrän från gatan) eller på morgonen (extremt lyhört från grannar).

Muy buena ubicación, en un apartamento donde puedes cocinar y lavar la ropa. Aunque esta céntrico es silencioso.

Decoração top com estilo retro e urbano. Muito limpo. Existe um pátio comum agradável. Cama muito confortavel e muita luz natural. Situado mesmo dentro da zona turística perto de tudo. Sem estacionamento fácil e peca por algum odor devido a algumas peças antigas presentes na decoração.

Muito acolhedor, simpatia, limpo, central. Os apartamentos são pequenos mas agradáveis. Não tem estacionamento fácil.

Положительный: Мы приехали очень поздно, поэтому ключи были просто в двери) Хозяин очень гостеприимный оставил нам на завтрак традиционные португальские паштельки.

Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to great shops, restaurants and the beach. Clean and spacious accommodation, the host is very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be coming back!

Lovely apartments, carefully renovated traditional town house/riad. Stylish up cycled building materials from original features mixed with modern minimalist comfort and everything you need for self catering accommodation. Really friendly owner. Centrally located in a beautiful traditional but tourist/surfer friendly small town. Due to being in the heart of town there is some noise at night, great if you want to be close to the old town and plenty of restaurants and bars. It's possible to see the surrounding beaches and towns including Sintra by using local buses and walking. Everyone in the area seem really helpful and friendly.
