The fact that it's "Ronaldo's hotel" is a natural draw. The location is excellent... It's just next to the Praca do Comercio. The rooms were nice and the staff were very helpful. Our major grudge is that the breakfast left much to be desired. The variety and quality is not what one would expect from a four star and that too a much hyped one. Aside from that it was a very pleasant stay for us!

Utrolig skønt hotel, med venligt personale, meget hygiejnisk og stilrene værelser.
Servicen er i top, sengene er bløde og personalet er meget hjælpsomt.
Morgenmaden er lækker, der er massere af den og god plads, selvom man ikke er der fra kl. 7.00 hvor den bliver serveret

A proposta é ser um hotel casual, moderninho, despojado. E é, com uma decoração até certo ponto exagerada, carregada no preto e é claro na temática do futebol.
Mas na realidade me pareceu um hostel, não que isso seja ruim, mas um hostel caro. O quarto em que ficamos era exageradamente escuro e para um casal Incrivelmente pequeno. O espaço destinado às roupas (não guarda-roupa) é algo que beira o cômico. Quem sabe se você viajar apenas com uma bagagem de mão e sozinho conseguiria utilizar.
O banheiro um caso à parte. Paredes de vidro um tanto démodé, mas divertido para um casal.
O café da manhã simples e sem variedade, servido no ambiente do lobby, tumultuado e barulhento. Se você ficar mais de 3 noites, no quarto dia irá preferir comer na rua.
Já estive em outros hotéis da rede Pestana, mas este é no mínimo .....estranho.
De positivo o staff jovem, alegre e educado. Com destaque à uma moça do atendimento do café da manhã, de nome Bruna. Angolana alegre, simpática, educada e prestativa.
São as pessoas em sua simplicidade, salvando as corporações, de suas complexidades.

We felt the room was nice but did not have any drawers to use or enough hangers. We would have given the hotel much higher reviews on cleanliness and condition, had we not gotten bed bugs while staying there!!! We stayed there 5 nights. After the first night we noticed some bites which were very itchy. We had been outside a lot, so at first didnt realize. We had bought brand new luggage for this trip. The only place we stayed in Lisbon was this hotel. We are very upset at having to deal with killing eggs now that got into our clothes. I feel a reimbursement of some sort should be provided for our troubles. I have pictures. This ruined our experience and now we are dealing with ensuring they are eradicated from anything we were traveling with. I had to deal with itchy welts and bites on my legs while in business attire and trying to work with physicians from all over the world. Very disappointed.

A nice hotel situated at a historical building at Lisbon city centre. The facilities are new and clean. Best if you want a comfortable bed for rest after a day of tour. Yet the lights in a superior room is far too dim even under the reading lights by the bed. The bathroom facilities are nice with a big overhead shower. Caution has to be exercised when coming out from the bath tub as the width of the opening by the plastic partition on the tub is only average and the bath tub is high. Gymnasium is small n only has basic machines. Service at the front desk is excellent.

Hôtel magnifique le rêve de toute personne aimant CR7 mais j'étais déçu les toilettes des tâches d'urine et autres sur le rideau de la fenêtre ... Vu le prix de la nuit qu'on a payé je m'attendais vraiment a mieux... Sinon la chambre la literie très bien ... Équipe très dynamique et jeûnes ..

A mi me cobraron 2 veces la habitación y después de varios días, mas de una semana, aún no sé cuando me van a devolver el importe a la tarjeta de crédito.
Está mal cobrar 2 veces y mucho peor no devolver el dinero inmediatamente.

Ho prenotato questo albergo perché consigliatomi da amici e devo dire che tutto é stato perfetto! La centralità del posto, la cordialità del personale, la pulizia della camera e la colazione hanno confermato in pieno le mie aspettative. Riguardo al personale una nota in più: avevo smarrito il cellulare su un taxi e grazie alla loro intraprendenza sono riuscita a ritrovarlo!!! Certo non posso nascondere che ho scelto il Pestanacr7 anche per stupire mio marito, juventino sfegatato...
Poi che dire....con Lisbona a portata di mano tutto era semplice. Una città....dolce...moderna....fresca....e interessante da ogni punto di vista.
Unica nota stonata e che nonostante la tv proponesse tantissimi canali...non ce n'era uno italiano!!! Pazienza!!!!per chi cerca un posto comodo e accogliente....CONSIGLIATO.

Lovely hotel, beds were very comfortable and a very convenient location. The service was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only bad points were the lack of tea making facilities in the room and the lack of privacy for the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door and consequently left a gap when closed, the bathroom was effectively a glass box and you had to use a curtain to screen it from the room which still didnt feel that private.

Hotel muy moderno bien decorado, con luces led ambientales bien situado en un centro de la ciudad, ambientado al fútbol pero sobre todo a CR7, el personal amable y gimnasio muy pequeño, habitaciones y baño el cual es abierto y sin apenas intimidad también son pequeños, sin embargo el colchón es confortable. El desayuno por el precio y la falta de variedad me pareció caro.

Nous voila arrivé ;remplis de joie pour une date ( bien précise ) 100€×3=300€ + 15€ petit-déjeuner =0€ .....Finalementente ×2×15€=30€
1er : établissement RIEN a voir avec les photos .
2eme : chambre minuscule.
3ème : un Directeur juste immonde .
Franchement pour ma part je juis Franco-portugaise.
.... Simplement déçu.

Sono stato ospite in questo hotel lo scorso week end , unica nota positiva ottima posizione,centrale e collegata bene con metro ed autobus,servizio altamente scadente,arrivati un paio di ore
prima rispetto all'orario check-in piuttosto che accoglierci ci hanno proposto un altra camera al prezzo di 10euro in più al giorno rispetto alla prenotazione,il servizio di pulizia in camera veniva effettuato durante l'orario pomeridiano disturbando gli ospiti che avevo bisogno di riposare,non consigliato.

Hotel muy centrico y moderno ambientado en Cristiano Ronaldo. Hay fotos y temas relacionados con él por todo el hotel. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y muy limpias. A la última en cuestiones tecnológicas. Muy recomendable. El bar es el sitio ideal para ver fútbol. Lleno de pantallas para ver diferentes partidos. La comida muy buena y abundante. Los precios para nada disparatados.

Posizione ottima , servizi inefficienti .
Siamo arrivati alle ore 10 e siamo dovuti attendere 5 ore per avere a disposizione la camera . Nei giorni seguenti non si poteva fare il riposo perché dovevano riordinare ancora la camera . Nessuno degli addetti conosceva la lingua italiana.

Bardzo dobrze położony hotel w samym centrum Lizbony, mocno nawiązujący w wystroju do Cristiano Ronaldo, który podobno jest jego współwłaścicielem. W pokojach i łazienkach czysto, obsługa bez zarzutu. Jak na taki hotel raczej słabe śniadania i kiepska obsługa lobby (ale samo lobby przyjemne).

No lleno mis expectativas ya desde el principio no fue la atención adecuada y al día siguiente mi novio tuvo un conveniente con la mala calidad del producto que ofrecen las habitaciones y no fueron capaces de hacerse responsables por lo tanto nos toca ir a urgencias volviendo a recalcar por culpa de la mala calidad del producto de las habitaciones y el hospital hemos pagado 130 € y ellos simplemente pusieron cuatro panes de Belén y unas frutas pidiendo disculpas.
No es nada de lo que esperaba en atención y en calidad les falta mucho el hotel lo único que tiene es el nombre de Cristiano Ronaldo de lo demás todo muy mala calidad estamos muy desilusionados, esperábamos mucho más del hotel.

Fui a almorzar y pedí la hamburguesa CR7, riquísima y abundante. El hotel impecable, muy limpio y muy bien ambientado. Excelente ubicación, a pasos de Praça do Comércio. Muy buena atención tanto en recepción como en el restaurant. Sin duda volvería. Además me quedé con ganas de comprar la pelota firmada por Ronaldo :(
Recomiendo mucho este establecimiento.

ik verbleef een maand eerder ook in de CR7 van Funchal en moet wel zeggen dat die een iets betere indruk maakte op mij.
het enige minpuntje dat ik kan zeggen is dat het iets stiller mag zijn op de gang smorgens, maar dat hebben ze misschien niet altijd in de hand.

Camareira de uma atenção especial, não sei quem era mas gostei muito das toalhinhas pequeninas de rosto, obrigada.
Hotel com staff diferente do que o Grupo Pestana nos habituou. Gente sem a acostumada formação, tratamento muito a toa. Lamento, mas a sensação que dão, é a de que simplesmente, não querem saber... É pena...basta um funcionário ou dois para estragar a imagem de um hotel muito bem localizado.
Relato de episódio:
Dia 1 fevereiro 7.45. manhã.
Staff do pequeno almoço chamado a atenção pelo queimado, foi reposto (3 fatias na segunda chamada de atenção) quando já estava de saída!!! Muito gentis!!! Não gostaram que lhes permitissem a correção do erro...assim, deixaram ficar o queimado na mesma...Em 18 anos de cliente do grupo Pestana... Que adoro...deixa me triste encontrar gente assim. Humildade!
Nota 20 para todos os outros trabalhadores que encontrei que sempre foram para lá de gente boa e extraordinários.

Beim Hotel Pestana , handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel mit Sportbar, sondern um eine Sportsbar mit Zimmer Vermietung. Woher die 4 Sterne können ist unerklärlich.... Hotel Lobby nicht vorhanden , Personal extrem oberflächlich. Zimmer , extrem klein , keine Möglichkeit die Kleidung abzulegen , da keine Ablage vorhanden war. Zimmer extrem finster Aussicht nicht vorhanden. Siehe Fotos. Das kleinste Badezimmer , das ich in einen Hotel je gesehen habe.

No deja de ser curioso que este hotel esté creado para mahor gloria de Cristiano Ronaldo, pero si sabes dónde te metes, no te va a defraudar. Además, que en el bar te pongan el fútbol en un montón de televisiones, está muy bien. El hotel está bien, es limpio, cómodo y la localización es muy buena, a un minuto de la Plaça do Comercio. Me gustó especialmente los ascensores, que en cada piso animan como un partido de fútbol.

Soggiorno complessivamente positivo ma abbiamo prenotato una stanza vista fiume o città mentre nella realtà la vista era su un cortile interno pieno di condizionatori e a incrementare la delusione abbiamo notato un bel lenzuolo bucato. L'hotel punta tutto sulla tecnologia mettendo a disposizione degli ospiti un cellulare da utilizzare per navigare gratuitamente e per richiedere servizi e/o contattare la reception, abbiamo provato ad usare la chat per richiedere gli asciugamani che avevano dimenticato di sostituire ma dopo un'ora nessuna risposta. La TV non ha canali italiani. Molto bello il corner TV all'ingresso. Ottima la posizione.

They were so eager at the reception to charge extra money for a late check out that they decided to double charge the room. They will hopefully pay it back but I will loose money on the currency anyway. Very disappointing.

The best thing about this hotel is the central location and very friendly and helpful staff. This trendy hotel is steps from the waterfront. It has a great modern lounge bar to relax or mingle and a nice restaurant area with reasonably priced/good food. Modern decor throughout but not over the top (some of the room photos show the neon or mood lighting but these can be turned off so the room decor was not off putting). The room was clean but smaller than expected (also considering this is a 4 star hotel). It was difficult to walk around the bed and get ready once suitcases are in the room and the desk chair in the room didnt fit under the table so taking some precious space. The very large and comfy bed with quality linens and pillows helped make up for the small room. Had a good nights sleep despite hearing the guests in the next room in the morning. The bathroom was nicely done with large shower and great water pressure. Opted not to have the hotel breakfast since there are plenty of cafes nearby offering delicious breakfast at half the price. Overall, cant beat the great location & friendly staff. And enjoyed the nice lounge area.

Espaço muito agradável, com um conceito muito fashion e intimista. Tem uma decoração muito elegante e extremamente cuidada! As bebidas são algo caras, mas atendendo ao conceito Pestana e associado ao CR7, podemos dizer normal.
Os empregados foram extremamente simpáticos e amáveis!! Gostei!!

Love this hotel! Great location! Most places are within walking distance from this hotel. Hotel even provides an iphone for navigation and calls so you do not have to use your own. Rooms were clean and as shown in pics.

Ok, hotel itself is in good location where you can access to all places where you need to go. Services - excellent, Reception staff - very friendly and with good talkative manners. I enjoyed talking to them.
We just went to make a meeting with Pestana Group for marketing purposes, meeting was held at Pestana Palace but we stayed at CR7, bcos there was not avalibilty at Pestana Palace. But anyway, all was in excellent way.
Good luck to CR’s hotel and hope for future we could make a good job with Pestana Group!

Rooms are stuffy and claustrophobic, wouldn't describe as 4 star, but some nice touches like the free mobile, and the interactive tv , staff are friendly. A bit over the top with the football thing , theres only so much ronaldo you can take ... hotel is well placed for convenience

Definitely one of the best hotel I have ever stayed! Everything was perfect. right from the day I checked in to the day I checked out! The front desk staff was super knowledgeable and well trained. They provided me with some egg tarts and fruits as a gift for my birthday! Room wise, it was spotless at every inch and bed was comfortable! Every room is equipped with a smartphone that you can take out with you during your travel around the area. Location, it's about 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro (Baixa). Every attraction in the area is walkable too! Will definitely come back!!

Tempo de espera demasiado grande para o tipo de serviço prestado assim como os preços demasiado inflacionados dos produtos. Decoração banal tendo em conta o nome que apresenta e o estilo que promove. Rotura de stock no merchandise. Funcionários educados e atenciosos.

Un hotel refinado, moderno, lujoso y confortable. Ya simplemente al entrar se nota un ambiente de calidez y calidad. El servicio muy atento y la calidad de la comida muy buena. Je recommande énormément cet hôtel,
Personnel très sympathique et toujours souriant.
Ambiance au top pour les amateurs de foot, tombée un soir de match de la Juventus, nous étions tous réuni au bar de l’hotel pour vivre ces 90 minutes et c’etait fabuleux.
Les chambres sont très propres, climatisées, mini bar avec deux bouteilles d’eau offertes, une salle de bain très design. Pas très grande mais suffisante.
Un large choix au niveau du petit déjeuner, pour ceux qui aiment le salé comme le sucré le matin.
Bref... J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Très bon hôtel !
-Il est très bien situé dans le centre.
-Il est très propre.
-Le personnel est sympathique et se soucie du bien-être des clients.
-Nous sommes arrivés à 2h du matin à cause d'un gros retard de notre avion et il y avait quand même quelqu'un à l'accueil pour nous accueillir avec le sourire.
-Une surprise nous attendait dans le petit frigo de la chambre pour l'anniversaire de mon compagnon (une part de gâteau et un plateau de fruits).
-Seul petit bémol : les femmes de ménage qui font beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs de l'hôtel dès 7h30 du matin.
En conclusion : hôtel que je recommande vivement !

I cannot thank the staff enough for extraordinary service. It was my Birthday and they brought a special desert and drinks with a card. The special touch of seeing your name and welcome on the TV when you enter the room makes you feel special and your patronage is appreciated. The bar is fun and I was shocked with the quality tea service I was able to enjoy at the bar. This is not just a Futbol Fan's destination, it is an excellent choice for any traveler...but I happen to be a great Fan...so it was even more special. And the elevator photos are a great touch to bring back memories of incredible matches and spectacular goals.

Great hotel staff, facilities also.. you get a mobile phone to use during your stay included all good restaurants and places to visit... Phone calls can be made .... Don't eat at RIB restaurant they don't like serving tourists... If they do they will make you feel un wanted... CR7 is one of the best hotels I've visited with a bang for the buck !!!

Luxuriöses und dementsprechend preisintensiveres Hotel! Aber: das kann man mal machen :) es liegt mittendrin und fußläufig ist alles um einen herum zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war toll - wirkt auf den ersten Blick nach einem überschaubarem Buffet, aber es war sehr gut! Bitte beachtet die Lage inmitten der Altstadt - da fährt alles und jeder vorbei und dementsprechend ist das Schlafen mit offenem Fenster eher schwierig, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte ;)

Buon hotel, posizione invidiabile, alla moda, personale efficiente, camere non molto spaziose ma con buoni arredi. Purtroppo, le camere che non si affacciano sulla strada sono un po' rumorose. Però, si fanno perdonare con l'offerta di un cellulare da poter utilizzare durante il soggiorno.

Zu zweit haben wir für 4 Nächte das CR7 Hotel im wunderschönen Lissabon besucht. Der Namensgeber des Hotels und portugiesische Fußball-Ikone - Cristiano Ronaldo - findet sich in dem modern und sehr liebevoll designten Hotel an vielen Ecken wieder. Die Räume sind sicher dem ein oder anderen zu dunkel, uns hingegen gefielt die optische Aufmachung sehr. Einzig sind die Straßengeräusche im Zimmer sehr deutlich zu hören und auch, dass die Badtür lediglich eine leicht abgedunkelte Glasfront darstellt, ist sicher ebenfalls nicht Jedermanns Sache.
Das Personal am CheckIn/Out ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Man fühlt sich willkommen und einem 4-Sterne Hotel entsprechend professionell behandelt. Ein Zustand, der sich leider nicht in allen widerspiegelt. Generell ist das Personal sehr jung und freundlich. Erfahrenes Personal im Service jedoch braucht man vor 22 Uhr nicht zu erwarten.
Insgesamt entsprach das Hotel unseren Erwartungen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Ihan siisti ja avara huone hotellilta, maksoi 145e yksi yö. Saimme Ronaldon allekirjoitus jalkapallon kun yövyimme 2 yötä ja sen pallon takia menimmekin sinne. Odotukset oli korkeammat kun maksoimme kuitenkin paljon huoneesta mutta petyimme meille oli laitettu huone varaston viereen jolloin kaikki aamuiset melut kuuluivat selkeästi eikä ovi ollut hyvin äänieristetty sillä jouduin aina heräämään siivoojien äänekkäisiin keskusteluihin kello 8 aamulla. sijainti oli keskustassa mutta julkiset yhteydet sinne oli huonot, lähimmäiseen metroon oli 6 minuutin kävely. aamiainen olisi maksanut 15e. näkymä ulos oli kerrostalo asunnon ikkunat jotka olivat aika lähellä meidän ikkunaa. Parisänky oli yhteen liitetty 2 yksilösänkyä. tämä oli toinen hotelli jossa yövyimme lissabon matkan aikana ja verrattuna wc hotelliin, tämä oli paljon huonompi. Halvemmallakin saisi parempaa

Тематика отеля-футбол.Он везде и во всем.(Ведь отель принадлежит Рональду КриШтиану;).
На 1 этаже около ресепшена продают сувениры от Рональду-футбольный мяч с автографом звезды 60€.Туалетная вода,открытки,футболки...
Когда вызываешь лифт в его ожидании звучат голоса трибун .Класс...
Классный бар;где и вкусняшки(октопус очень хорош) и пиво и коктейли.
Некоторые приходят просто семьями-подарок детям в виде мяча и атмосферы футбола.Хороший,кстати,подарок.
Однозначно бы его выбрала и для повторного посещения Лиссабона.Рекомендую.

Agreat location, a big and comfortable bed but the room was very small for three people and has no espresso machine, which we had at other places we stayed in on this vacation. Relação qualidade preço muito mau.
Quarto e casa de banho muito pequeno.
Apenas tinha uma janela pequeníssima em que se via um prédio com escritórios e cheio de ares condicionado, muito feio.
Sinceramente, para um hotel de 4* e do pestana CR7 esperava muito mais, completamente desiludido.
Por seu lados os funcionários eram 5*,muito atenciosos e muito simpáticos.

El personal excelente, un buen desayuno y por encima de todo al atención de proporcionarnos una habitación a nuestra llegada veníamos en el Lusitania desde Madrid y se llega muy temprano. Así que agradecemos la atención de darnos una habitación pronto para poder descansar ducharnos y salir a ver esta preciosa ciudad. Solo nos falta una camiseta de Cristiano del Real Madrid.

I've been staying in plenty of hotels and plenty of 4 stars.
This has many flaws.
First there is the stuff that doesn't work or doesn't exist.
Supposed to have a somemo app or whatever.. Doesn't exist anymore on any appstore. Why still leaving it on every booking website then?
Second, for the fan of Ronaldo, I'm not, what exactly is the link to Ronaldo? There is a sentence and some merchandising next to the lobby. That's it.
Third, we are supposed to be able to connect Android 4.2+ phone to the TV. Doesn't work.
There is a Bluetooth button in the room. Impossible to connect.
Internet is supposed to be blazing fast. It's 12mb at best at 1am.
Now let's go to the really annoying stuff, we got room 211.
2 morning in a row. We were awaken at 8am or even slightly before by people running in the so called "gym" which contains 3 machines.
The noise was un érable for our room and I believe for probably 3 other room.
I went to complain and I got offered a "superior" room. Which was supposed to be an upgrade. Well yes there is a view on the street but everything else is inferior. No space to hang clothes unlike our first room etc.
Many other stupid design issues makes the room unpractical and borderline lies are to be found across the hotel.
Like... Do you like to see people on the toilet and hear them?
Well you sure will in this hotel. Amazing for romance.
If I have to compare with a standard 4 stars like a novotel. I would take a novotel every day!

Fomos experimentar o CR7 corner bar & bistro e toda a experiência foi uma desilusão. Serviço lento, faltava staff (como é que um hotel destes tem falta de staff?! Uma pessoa na happy hour a servir?!) e a comida estava medíocre, para não dizer horrível. Ambiente frio e despersonalizado. Sentimos que é apenas marketing com o nome do melhor do mundo, porque em termos de qualidade, de melhor do mundo nada tem.

Hotel was lovely! Perfect location to see the main sights in Lisbon, and not too far from the main airport.Rooms are really modern and clean. The bar is the perfect location to rest your feet after a day of sight-seeing. Dont forget the daily happy hour!Only minor gripe was the breakfast, the hot food was cold on both days which was disappointing. But top marks for everything else!

Check in was hassle free and simple. Loved the location of the hotel- near to all the shops, cafes & a 10-15 min walk to the time out market. The bar was perfect if you fancied a night cap (was always buzzing with visitors) I would definitely stay again. Good hotel and very friendly staff.

Excellent location with restaurants and shops close by. The rooms were clean and a housekeeping staff entered the room without knocking. We were given a room in third floor with the shower inside the bathtub whereas most of the #luxurygold fellow passengers were given rooms in the second floor which is a premium floor. These rooms had walk in shower. We requested for the change to such a room and they readily provided a room in second floor. The bar was well equipped with several cocktails that are reasonably priced. The coffee making machine in the room is an added bonus.

It was a great choice as for the location and if your a soccer fan. I loved everything about the room. However when booking a room choose a quiet room not near the window. The walls are pretty thin. I could hear when people above my room were walking in there rooms. I probably wouldn’t recommend the hotel if you have an early morning flight. Check in and check out was a breeze

Good location, small rooms, close to many spots by walking distance, like the elavador st justa, Praça do Comércio, near the sea, many restaurants in the streets around, esplanades.
No toothbrush, but the rest is provided! So you need to improvise lol unless you do it with fingers!
Room cleaning was very late, around 3pm, maybe lack of staff.

Conveniently located with historic district, shopping, and night life in walking distance. "CR7" stands for Cristiano Ronaldo. Hence the sports bar on ground floor and theme throughout the hotel. Cool urban design and vibes (i.e. DJ in lobby). The suite has a play station with FIFA soccer, waiting for your girlfriend getting ready was never better, and partial ocean view from a small rooftop terrasse. Person in charge of the reception team could have been less Spanish and more accomodating. But since a very pragmatic hotel manager fixed it, we can't complain. All things considered 5 stars.

O melhor de Lisboa , Fantástico e Perfeito
Podemos começar pela localização do hotel, centro de Lisboa, a alguns passos da Praça do Comercio, Rua Augusta, Metro, Rossio, e de todos os meios de transportes urbanos e fluviais, facilitando muito o deslocamento para conhecer essa bela Lisboa. “Fiquei muito impressionado com o atendimento dos colaboradores “principalmente com o” Duarte”, ótimo profissional, atencioso e muito carismático. acomodações muito bem decoradas , suítes bem decoradas , TV grande , cama king com lençóis super macios e um conforto nota 10 . O café da manha é tomado num local confortável e possui uma variedade boa ,podendo solicitar omeletes ou ovos feitos na hora . O bar temático funciona como uma sala de estar especial. A comida e aperitivos são bem produzidos e saborosos,podendo ser solicitados no quarto . A diferença deste hotel que admirei foi a disponibilidade de um celular com direito a 15 minutos por dia ,para ligações locais e internacionais sem custo para o hospede. Apenas uma resalva a falta de uma área de internet , mas compensado pelo atendimento sempre atencioso e gentil dos colaboradores da recepção.O elevador possui um painel que conforme sobe ou desce os andares passa um vídeo da carreira do CR7, muito legal. Com certeza mais um Hotel com nível do Grupo Pestana .

We had a meeting in CR7 Hotel in Lisbon.
The organization was simply fantastic. Joana and Francisca as well as all the staff very sympathic and professional, helping us accommodating our constant change in schedule. The rooms were clean, bright and spacious enough for business. Loved the USBs on the wall to charge the iPhone and iWatch no my side desk. The food was fantastic and the drinks great. The bar is very amusing and fun. Try to take a picture with the man himself Mr. CR7 while you have a drink. Fun and will make you laugh.
The location is perfect, close to Alfama, and Praça do Comercio, as well as close to Rua Augusta.

Great location. Great bar with amazing food, cocktails, and foosball. Weirdly designed rooms: the shower is competely visible from the beds and you can only cover it with a curtain from the outside. Lots of unnecessary but cool lights everywhere too. We got a free ball signed by Ronaldo though. Overall a good experience.

Stylish hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Only 100 m from Rua Augusta and 600 m from Baixa-Chiado Metro station.
The rooms are very small, just enougk for a short stay in Lisbon.
The bathroom walls are made of glass, you may like it or not.
They serve a good breakfast.
The hotel bar offers a wide choice of drinks for reasonable prices.

Don't get a room at the 1st floor, the noise and music from downstairs will be your roommate.
Was also a bit disappointed by the staff, asked for an iron and received 40 min later, had to call twice for it.

Super Lage, ruhig, gepflegte Hotelanlage, durchaus nettes/hilfsbereites aber nie aufdringliches Personal, sehr gute Tipps bezüglich Restaurants non-touristic (thanks Joana!). Die besten Orte Lissabons kann man zu Fuss erleben. Zimmer modern und sauber eingerichtet, riecht gut im Hotel. Generell ist die ganze Stadt ziemlich sauber. Fitness-Raum sehr klein, tut aber nicht wirklich viel zur Sache. Frühstück sehr gut. Das Buffet ist nicht 10 Tische gross, aber was man kriegt ist von guter Qualität: Früchte frisch, O-saft frisch gepresst, gutes Brot, und ab Karte gibts noch diverse Dinge auf Bestellung ohne Aufpreis (Frühstück preiswert mit ca 10Euro). Jeder Rezeptionist/-in war freundlich (im Bistro auch) und wusste was zu tun war, plus sehr gute Tipps über die Stadt.

Gostei da experiência. Os brócolos grelhados com maionese de anchovas e amêndoas são saborosos, a maionese estava muito leve e equilibrava o prato. Os lombelos com a batata doce e os grelos salteados também estavam muito bons e a tábua de frutas é bem servida e variada. A carta de vinhos também é de qualidade. O serviço, apesar de atencioso e simpático, foi um pouco lento, uma vez que só fui esta vez é difícil avaliar se foi uma situação pontual ou não. A ser sempre assim dificulta a ida em dia de semana. Apesar deste pequeno senão recomendo a ida.

Our stay could not have been better. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and gave advice on where to eat in the area. Our room was upgraded and it was very modern and clean. There was a welcome message on the TV screen on arrival into the room. We were provided with a mobile phone which had free internet and calls, which helped getting around the city. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they left a birthday message, cake and fresh fruit in the room for the occasion. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the Commercio Square, sea, elevator and shops. Thank you Pestana for a great stay. :)

Monumental disappointment! They have trashed our 4 day Lisbon vacation in a second! We've arrived on thursday and upon arrival they had charged our credit card the full amount of our stay. On monday when we were checking out of the room they told us that they will cancel the charge they did on thursday and will charge our card again! Anyone who knows how credit card transactions work know that this does not work like that at all! And of course it did not work! I did not get a chargeback and I can see on my online bank account that the hotel has successfully charged for the stay on thursday! And now they wanted me to pay for the stay in cash! I had no choice but to pay as our flight was leaving in the morning and I didn't have time to deal with this. As of now I have payed TWICE for the hotel: once on thursday with my credit card and once more on monday with cash. If you are coming to this hotel prepare a second credit card and additional cash as this is how it is done here! I'm not a beginner in terms of travelling but never in my life have I seen such shameless daylight robbery as this! If I had the time then I would have surely gone to the police as this is the same kind of theft that happens on the street - only difference is that they do it in a high-profile elite environment! I would really like to know why they had decided to "cancel" my payment done on thursday? Does the hotel not want us to pay with credit card? Can it be that something is wrong with their bank account? It is inexplicable and outrageous!
Update! Our double paid "deposit" is blocked till 25th of January (information from my bank), so at the moment I paid double and I am not sure, that the payment was really canceled!

Отличное расположение. В стоимость номера входит смартфон с 4g интернетом и 30 мин звонков в день на любые телефоны. Большой телевизор у которого входы hdmi выведены на стену. Usb зарядки в стене. Бар на 1 этаже вечером всегда заполнен народом. Завтрак качественный, но однообразный. На ресепшене только один диван для гостей.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum. Nächste U-Bahn ca. 400 - 500m entfernt. Personal war jederzeit freundlich und Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück war für ein Stadt-Hotel ausreichend.

O menu executivo a ser servido foi muito bem pensado com opção de carne, peixe e vegetariana, entrada, sobremesa, água aromatizada e café incluído no preço do menu.
A comida estava muito bem confeccionada e deliciosa.
O serviço não é despachado, e por vezes a única pessoa a atender parece que desaparece por períodos longos de tempo. Não aconselho a quem não tem disponibilidade de tempo ao almoço.

Waren in der Bar bei CL Spiel von CR7. Leider verloren. Stimmung im Keller. Ist aber auch kein Wunder. Bar strahlt Gemütlichkeit einer saubergefegten Fabrikhalle aus. Brrr. Wollten Old Tawny Port degustieren wie es so schön heißt. Preis war io aber die Menge halb so viel. Lol. Bedienung unterkühlt bis gelangweilt. Apropos der Port hat geschmeckt als ob er an offener Luft "nachgereift" wurde. Wurde! Genau der gleiche in Porto hat frisch reif und fruchtig geschmeckt. Mei wenn eine Flasche zu lange auf ist und der Alkohol weg ist dann gehört er nicht mehr in eine Bar. Sorry mehr Schein als Sein. Abzocke will ich jetzt nicht sagen. Aber der grosse Name steht hier für gar nichts.

Es mag sein dass die Sportsbar Auszeichnungen erhalten hat.
Aber die müssen lange zurückliegen. Von der stylischen Beleuchtung auf den Bildern ist nichts mehr geblieben. Keine warmen Farbleuchten und Lichtschienen mehr. An deren Stelle wurden Neonlampen mit gleißend hellem Schein an die Tische gestellt. Uns ist beim Besuch schier der Kopf weggebrannt. Wir haben sie ausgeschaltet. Danach war es stockfinster. Wir waren zentral in der Bar am Fenster gegenüber der Hotelaufzüge. Auf den eingestellten Bildern sind dort noch dezente Beleuchtung. Jetzt nicht mehr. Zum Service. Manche Tische waren nicht gewischt obwohl nach dem CL Spiel nichts mehr los war und die zwei Bedienungen gelangweilt herumstanden. Also bitte keine Ausreden. Die Zeiten nach der Eröffnung sind vorbei. Jetzt versucht man vom ehemaligem Ruhm der Auszeichnungen zu leben. Besser: Weiterzuleben!

Roooonaldoooo... wo bist du?? Nach 2 Tagen warten war er nur als Hologramm, in Aufzügen, in Büchern und auf vielen Bildern zu sehen... die Zimmer sind relativ klein aber dafür mit allerlei Schnickschnack rund um Fußball ausgestattet. Geile Regendusche, gute Betten und ein Service Plus war die Nutzung eines Handys für 30 min am Tag... zum telefonieren oder um im Internet was zu suchen. Schränke sucht man vergebens aber wer braucht schon einen Schrank, wenn in der Stadt so viel geboten wird. Das Frühstück ist gut gewählt und auch sehr lecker... alles frisch (Säfte..Brötchen..Obst)... und falls noch Wünsche offen sind, die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

En la esquina de la Rua da Prata con Rua do Comercio vimos unas letras impresas en el cristal de una ventana que ponía CR7, por lo que habíamos llegado ante nuestra sorpresa al Hotel Pestana CR7, propiedad de Cristiano Ronaldo, un gran hotel de 5 estrellas. Vimos la carta en la puerta y nos pareció que tenía unos precios razonables por lo que entramos para tomar unas cervezas. Los camareros entendían perfectamente español por lo que no hubo ningún problema. A esa hora había muy poca gente en el interior, y en el exterior uno o dos clientes fumando porque al ser las aceras tan estrechas no tiene sitio para terraza.
La decoración del bar está hecha para disfrute del fútbol televisado porque detrás de la barra del bar hay dos grandes pantallas para ver la TV, pero un poco más atrás hay otras colgadas del techo para ver el mismo u otros partidos a la vez. Nos sentamos en unos sillones con sus pequeñas mesas para las bebidas, y allí desperdigamos todos nuestros enseres.
Era la hora de visitar los lavabos pero no me gustaron nada porque para llegar hasta ellos hay que bajar unas escaleras con poca luz y las paredes pintadas de negro, como el resto del bar, hacen la experiencia casi peligrosa. Tampoco hay mucho espacio dentro de los lavabos por lo que si acude mucha gente van a tener que esperar su turno.
Volvimos para cenar al CR7 Corner Bar and Bistró. Menos mal que nos adelantamos casi tres cuartos de hora al partido porque entramos poco antes de las 20:00 cuando aún había mesas libres, casi la misma que la de dos horas antes cuando lo conocimos por primera vez. Nos acomodamos pero esta vez sin desparramar todo nuestro arsenal de mercancías porque teníamos el sitio justo para sentarnos cómodamente compartiendo el espacio con otros clientes venidos de Málaga.
En la mesa estaba la carta de productos de comida rápida que sirven en este refinado local. Montse y yo nos decidimos por la hamburguesa grande CR7 a 13€ cada una, mientras que Antonio prefirió la bandeja de tres pequeñas hamburguesas a un precio de 12€. Para beber, yo volví a la cerveza de medio litro por 5€, Montse pidió otra de botellín de la marca Imperial creo de 1/3 con un coste de 3 €, mientras que Antonio siguió como todo el viaje bebiendo agua, y medio litro le salió por 2,5 €.
La hamburguesa CR7 es tan grande que no se la come uno de un bocado. Consiste en el típico pan redondo abierto por la mitad y recubierto por una fina capa dorada al hornearlo más las semillas que le añaden. Sobre el pan había una buena y generosa capa de carne picada con su salsa de cebollas, muy jugosa, fácil de comer y agradable para la digestión. Sobre la capa de carne reposaba un huevo frito con su clara blanquecina y su yema amarillo naranja. La tapa que cerraba la hamburguesa estaba aparte sobre la tabla que hacía de bandeja porque esto no se come a bocados como leones sino con cuchillo y tenedor. Yo no soy muy hamburguesero pero me estuvo excelente, y a Montse también le gustó mucho. En cuanto a la cena de Antonio, no puedo decir cómo eran sus tres pequeñas hamburguesas porque estaba tan concentrado en la mía y en las pantallas de TV que no me enteré, pero confirma que estaban deliciosas. Además como acompañamiento a nuestras peticiones teníamos cada uno una pequeña bandeja llena de patatas fritas onduladas, que estaban sensacionales, pero no las pudimos acabar porque ya estábamos muy saturados de comida.
Cristiano Ronaldo no paraba de meter goles mientras cenábamos llenando el local de gritos de júbilo y algarabía, donde la gente alborozada entonaba el grito de guerra del jugador: ¡¡¡ Siuuuuuu !!!. Fue un gran espectáculo pero en otra pantalla jugaba el Sevilla contra el Liberpool, y también lo mirábamos de vez en cuando.
En definitiva, un buen sitio para cenar si te gusta el fútbol y el deporte, y donde se come bastante bien. Visitamos los servicios, pagamos los 48,50 €, y nos marchamos recorriendo las calles de noche para buscar nuestro hotel en poco más de media hora.

Under average bar. Nothing at all special about it besides the fact that it has a 'name' behind it.
As a bar... There's hundreds more that are as good if not better just a short walking distance away.
My beer was warm.
My partners martini didn't taste like martini.

Entrámos no bar para beber um copo e trincar qualquer coisa. Pedimos o Ballon d'Or por sugestão e outro cocktail. O ex libris da casa é muito doce e o outro cocktail bebeu-se.
A oferta para trincar não era muito tentadora e acabámos na beringela. Comeu-se.
Não deslumbrou este bar que tem um bom nível de serviço embora algo demorado no que toca aos cocktails.

Great hotel. We had a room, though, where the next building was extremely close so you didnt actually get the feeling of being able to look outside through the window. In effect it felt like a window-less room.
