It was a beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Its a little hectic out front since its on the main road and not a lot of space for parking but we managed.

Leider mussten wir täglich (teilweise mehrmals) wegen nicht funktionierenden Zimmerkarten, Klimaanlage, nicht gemachtem Zimmer bis 17 h etc. an die Rezeption. Bei der Buchung war uns auch nicht bewusst, dass zur Zeit sehr lärmintensive Renovationsarbeiten im Hotel stattfinden. Ein Aufenthalt im Zimmer während den Arbeiten war aus unserer Sicht unzumutbar. Die meisten Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Pool sehr schön und der Fitnessraum sehr gut ausgestattet.

Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast and attention to detail. Only problem we experience was that renovation is currently in progress, and we had to change rooms to a lower floor so we could take a much needed nap after arrival. This was done quickly, with a minimum of fuss. The breakfast was full of options. It was a pleasure to have gluten free options for those of us with Celiac disease. Great omelet bar.

Comme jétais malade à mon arrivée a lhotel et que je suis restée une jounée au lit jai pu me rendre compte de lexcellence qualité de la literie. Je laurai ramenai à la maison. Bravo, je serai bien resté encore dans ce lit.

Nice and comfortable hotel. The only thing which was negative was the high price to pay for using the sauna 30€ per person per hour. For a 5 star Luxus hotel this should be included. Also the pool area was very cold including the water. Metro Station nearby, with taxi around 5€ to get to inner city

No cumplio mis expectativas. Para ser un 5 estrellas, deja mucho que desear. Estan llevando a cabo obras en el hotel en los pisos superiores, nos pusieron en una habitación en la que se oia el ruido constantemente. Tardaban mucho en hacer las habitaciones (eran las 16H y todavia no estaban hechas). Se hizo un cargo en mi tarjeta nada mas llegar de 500€, que se anularia una vez hicieramos el check out. No existe relación calidad precio

Très bon hôtel en général. Nous regrettons que lespace SPA ne soit pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Les courants dair sont omniprésent à la réception et dans les espaces communs du Rez.Le personnel de lespace SPA nétait pas accueillant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent, mais aucun produit noble pour le buffet de Noël.

I have now been here multiple times and have nothing negative to say about hotel or staff.I only stay at this hotel when I go to Portugal and there breakfast .. make sure you include when purchasing your room, well worth the $$

Since I am a gold member at Expedia I got an upgrade from Executive room to Junior Suite.Breakfast was served in the Sky lounge to which I also had access the whole stay. Very nice to sit there and have a cup of coffee and just enjoy the view over Lisbon.The room was big,clean and had all the comforts one could ever ask for.

Clean, luxurious but not cheap.
Good breakfast but at €18 a head not sure you can eat enough to get value for money.
Pool is nice but not large enough for proper lane swimming - and you need a swimming cap.

We chose the hotel for the indoor pool so our 11 year old could swim. The location is okay. If we returned to Lisbon would stay in the downtown area but no one downtown offered a pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was somewhat overpriced for the quality but there was a wide variety of options and the staff there were great as well. The food at Erva was very good. Overall a very nice experience but based on location we would not likely return there.

A great long weekend in Lisbon! Room was very spacious even with the child's fold out bed and the condition of the facilities is great. Lovely breakfast, friendly and competent staff, really great pool and Spa that my wife used for a treatment. Erva restaurant was ok. One night really good, the second one, one of the dishes was a bit hit and miss. Overall definitely recommended and very close to public transport- metro takes you in the city in 15-20mins. Would recommend.

The Lisbon Zoo was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there were two convenient stores within 3 minutes and and ATM right next door to the hotel. The Concierge (Walter) was awesome. He scheduled us for a private tour to visit beaches and a tour in rock caves that are literally over 176 million years old. I would highly recommend this hotel. The entire staff was very professional and polite and the free breakfast had piano players play each day during the breakfast times.

Magnifique, la vue du 24 ème est unique, chambre irréprochable comme le service et le petit déjeuner. Ambiance verdure très branchée mais musique du resto soir trop forte et inappropriée. Nous n'y avons pris qu'un seul repas à cause de ça. Mais repas excellent.

2008.11.23-25に連泊しました。
対応も内装も料理もみな素晴らしかったです。
もちろんスタッフさんも大変良かったと思います。
寝心地も良かったし、モーニングもおいしかった。
たまたま来ていた中国人観光客がやたらにうるさかったのだけはしっかり覚えているが、これはホテルのせいではない。
星を1つ減らした理由はただ一つ。
こちらのホテルで忘れ物をしたのですが、
そのことを日本に戻ってから問い合わせしても返事をしてもらえなかったことです。
旅の大切な思い出の入ったポーチ。仲にはかけがえのないものが詰まっていました。
hotel staffなら見つけられると思うんですが、返事がもらえなかったのが10年経った今でも残念でなりません。

5 stars for the first two nights we were there. Francisco on the front desk is super polite and welcomed us on arrival. Rooms are decent size and clean.
However, on the third night of three nights we stayed (Sunday) night, the building works began. And they were very loud. Very loud. Drilling. Hammering. Was poor form and a really bad end to an otherwise fantastic stay.
Previous reviews advising to get a room as high up are spot on. The music at the bar downstairs goes on till about 1am. We were in the 14th floor so it wasn't super intrusive. But if you're a light sleeper like me, and you get a room on a lower floor, you might struggle to get a good night's rest.
5 star for 2 nights. 1 star for the last night. Noise was unacceptable.
And also, they'd do well to do something about the room doors. They swing shut rather loudly. Again, not good if you fancy sleeping in!

Première fois dans ce type d'établissement. L'accueil, le service, la gentillesse, la disponibilité, la propreté des chambres, la qualité du petit déjeuner. Tout y était vraiment au top. Le métro est à 2 pas et pourtant on ne l'entend pas. Il dessert le centre de Lisbonne très rapidement. Merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour ce séjour.

Very nice english speaking recption and concierge desk. Safe lift systems. Very nice breakfast, cartering for all nations. Even got the hang of an good old English pot of breakfast tea . Rooms clean. And location close to metro underground. And only 15/20 mins taxi away from the airport and no plane noise over hotel.

Staff excellent. Rooms very nice (we received an upgrade too). A little disappointing that you had to pay for the sauna/steam room which was not hot enough which I said repeatedly and was kindly reimbursed. Breakfast was fantastic. Concierge very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel but not as good as expected. Booked an Executive Room in the mistaken belief all Executive rooms had been refurbished but were allocated a tired room in need of refurbishment. Only a one night stopover so we stayed put as we arrived fairly late, but had to ask for an extension lead as there is no spare mains socket near the bed. Lounge was very nice. Very good service and a good selection for breakfast. Overall a decent stay - just not quite the room standard expected, especially compared to other Corinthia hotels elsewhere.

Bad service , Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights , it is definitely not value for money , They are definitely lacking in service took 45 minutes for the luggage to come after 3 reminders , Room service is bad , they serve you cold food and towels are not changed , the room size is small , the hotel is far from the attractions, Only plus being the breakfast which is definitely the one thing to be praised about this property , with this kind of money you can definitely get a better hotel

Second stay and I love the quality of the property, pleasant staff and well thought out touches which shows they pay attention. For example breakfast opens at 7am but because so many people get up early from jet lag they put out breakfast breads killer coffee and juice around 6am. Also when I checked in and arrived to my room I had an email survey waiting for me to see how was your room and can we help make it better. I filled out the survey and they met my request right away. First class hotel and very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast as well.

Man hat mir von der Fluggesellschaften einen voucher ausgestellt.
Da die Rezeption istin Angst hatte, musste ich mit Kredit Karte zahlen und um meinen Taxi voucher hat die Dame mich betrogen.

Hotel 5 étoiles, personnellement pas du tout notre budget mais le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme remarquable !!!

Lovely hotel with friendly reception staff. The hotel isn’t a city centre hotel, it’s very much in the outskirts, with little surrounding it.They’ve clearly spent a lot of money on designing the rooms however there were a few designs flaws in the rooms which meant the room wasn’t quite as functional as it could be.Also we paid for executive lounge access as we were celebrating a special occasion. Unfortunately one large group dominated the lounge on both the days we were there. Their inconsideration for their surroundings meant it was uncomfortable for other patrons. This group were there for several hours on both our nights which meant we vacated the area and didn’t use the facilities.Would make sense for larger groups to be in a different area/room so not to impact other guests enjoyment.The additional money we’d spent on the executive lounge was wasted.

At the check in they were very quick to take the money from my account for the 3 nights accommodation plus £50 extra per night (they assume you will sped this per night) however, on the check out they messed up my bill and the money that I didn't spend (£50 per night) they changed me again!!! Their communication is very poor between one another and there is a lack of experience with all the staff. They all seem lost and unexperienced. The accomodation is good but becarful with your bill, they are not payinf attention and just charge you for whatever. I asked for an adaptor for my room and it arrived 2 hours later (after having to call them 3 times).
The breakfast is terrible! Not many options like fruit, bread, sausages, juices etc - very basic for a 5-star hotel, especially considering this is Corinthia. I would never return there. And trust me, I barely give a hotel less than 5 star. This one really dissapointed me.

Nous avons adoré : la piscine, lénorme choix de mets au petit déjeuner.Nous navons pas aimé : un SMS qui nest jamais venu pour nous prévenir que notre chambre était disponible. Labsence de gout de la plupart des mets proposés au petit déjeuner. Il serait plus judicieux de restreindre le choix et de proposer des aliments de meilleure qualité gustative.

Perfekt! Eine Unmenge an Auswahlmöglichkeiten am Frühstücksbuffet. Eigentlich bleibt kein Wunsch mehr übrig. Die Qualität des Essens ist ausgezeichnet. Auch die Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Metrostation « Zoo ».Dieses Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen!

Fantastiskt rakt igenom. Jättetrevlig personal. Stort, fint och helt tyst rum (flygplan som kommer in för landning hördes över huvud taget inte). Frukost med allt di kan önska. Ligger precis vid tunnelbanestation/tågstation. Plus en av de bästa Executive Loungerna vi varit på.

Das Hotel ist luxoriös, die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber mit bester Ausstattung (Handtücher, Bademäntel, Hygieneartikel, Bettwäsche...). Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gigantisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gartenterrasse und wunderschöne Loungebar (mit entsprechenden Preisen) laden zum Entspannen ein. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen...

Nice property 15 min taxi and train away form city center. Metro station is 4 min away so pretty handy. Pool is only inside pool but let down was expecting outside pool. Small downside. Big rooms great breakfast. Had some issues with check-in it lasted 30 minutes have never seen that.. we had 2 rooms .. some other issues popped up during weekend. Everytime taken care by management in a great way.. thats why keep my high score.

Das Personal war nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat, war der sogenannte Soul Garden. Wo man sich zu jeder Tageszeit hinsetzen, etwas essen oder trinken und die Atmosphäre genießen konnte. Die Aussicht aus dem 24 Stockwerk war beeindruckend.

Von aussen ist das Gebäude nicht schön, aber innen ist alles sehr ästhetisch. Freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen. Sehr bequemes Bett, alles ist komfortabel und entspricht 5 Sternen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wunderbar. Ganz entzückt hat mich, dass bereits zum Frühstück Piano-Live-Musik gespielt wurde! Der Garten ist sehr hübsch. Die Metrostation befindet sich in einer Minute Gehdistanz und man ist schnell im Zentrum. Was mich erstaunt hat, war die Tatsache, dass man 50 Euro/Nacht Depot bezahlen muss. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibts für die Tatsache, dass ich den Orangensaft vom Frühstück nur in einen Kartonbecher umgeleert ins Zimmer hätte nehmen dürfen (was ich natürlich nicht gemacht habe)! Das gehört sich nicht für ein 5*-Hotel. Alles in allem aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel! Ich bedanke mich noch speziell bei dem freundlichen Personal!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough - the staff is very professional and helpful (kudos to the team at the reception), the rooms are clean, big, and very comfortable with good amenities, the hotel grounds (bar, restaurant, garden) are very enticing and the breakfast is unbelievable. I will definitely choose it in my next visit to Lisbon.

Excelente hotel, algo lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero vale la pena desplazarse.El restaurante Erva con un concepto de cocina experimental es un poco complicado pero existe la alternativa de la cafetería que es muy buena.

Everything was great. I stayed a while ago, so I forgot some details but overall, it is an excellent hotel. It is a little bit of a walk from downtown but you can take the metro. I recommend it. I would stay there again.

I made a mistake in the original booking due to the fact that my family was meeting me in Lisbon. We told them upon arrival that there were actually 4 people knowing that we would need to pay extra. The hotel said they could not put 4 people in a superior double room and required us to pay for an entirely new room on top of what I had already prepaid without crediting us. Funny part, housekeeping still only thought there was 3 of us as our first night they only left only 3 treats as the standard wlecoming gift and then 3 chocolates. They still clearly had us in the system as a group of 3. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms large, but we feel as if we were ripped off and the new room didnt have 2 beds. Be very careful when booking. It could cost you!

Had a very nice stay during a weekend. Corinthia is luxurious both still personal and the staff gave very good attention. The breakfast was one of the best I have had among 5 star hotels. Will be back soon!

tolle Stadt ,ausgezeichnete Küche mit klasse Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Funktionierendes Nahverkehrssystem.Klima durch Atlantiknähe erfrischend.Freundliche Mitarbeiter in Restaurants und Hotel,ebenso unterwegs.Viele sprechen Englisch,oft auch noch Französisch.Richtig Urlaub fürs Geld.Wer sich für Geschichte interessiert hat einiges vor sich..

bien que situé en dehors du centre ville, la proximité du métro (ligne bleue) nous a permis davoir accès facilement à tous les centres dintérêt de la villepiscine peu fréquentée et bien agréable, dommage que le spa soit une prestation payante (hotel 5 * !)excellent petit déjeuner, bar très agréable, le restaurant de lhôtel est de bonne facture sauf les desserts très basiques; chambre très spacieuse et personnel à lécoute

I have never stayed at a hotel that has been so relaxing and comfortable. We booked here for our stay in Lisbon. The staff are excellent and there are plenty of them. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is fantastic. The beds are huge and so comfortable. The hotel pool is very tranquil and there is a terrace to sunbathe whilst watching the aeroplanes come passed the hotel into Lisbon airport. We stayed bed and breakfast and it was perfect to wake and have breakfast on the terrace. The location is perfect for the metro and transport for around Lisbon. We used the metro daily. €6 for a daily 24 hour ticket. We also booked a 3 day yellow bus ticket which covers boat trips, the funicular train, trams around Lisbon and hop on and off buses covering the whole of Lisbon costing €40 per adult.
We loved our stay here and would definitely stay in a Corinthia hotel again. The only downside I would comment on is if you wanted a night in the hotel having a few drinks then this would be quite expensive as the price of drinks are a little on the high side. Top class!

Die Lobby und die anderen öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Da bewegt man sich auf 5-Sterne-Niveau. Die Rezeption ist fit. Wir hatten im 13. OG die Zimmer 1322 und 1326, wobei die 1322 den schöneren Blick hatte. Die Größe ist Standard und der Zustand irgendwo zwischen 3 und 4 Sternen. Wir hatten z.B. lose Bodenfliesen im Bad und einen stark abgenutzten Teppichboden. Das Housekeeping schien etwas überfordert. In einem Raum wurde die zweite Karte entfernt, wodurch die Klimaanlage nicht lief. Im anderen war die Bettdecke am zweiten Tag falsch aufgelegt, außerdem fehlte der Badvorleger.Das Frühstück war im Hinblick auf Qualität und Auswahl recht gut, lediglich der Kaffee schmeckte an beiden Morgen merkwürdig. Eine nette Idee sind die lokalen Spezialitäten, dafür ist die Wartezeit an der Station mit Eierspeisen zu Stoßzeiten inakzeptabel.Valet Parking kostete 18€ pro Nacht.

Wir wohnten zwei Nächte in diesem 500 Zimmer-Hotel, welches zu den größten in Lissabon gehört. Obwohl das Haus bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist, wirkt alles sehr gepflegt, neuwertig und in sich stimmig. Gleiches gilt auch für den Service. Das Personal ist sehr gut geschult und zuvorkommend, was für ein gutes Management spricht. Wer Ausflüge machen will, sollte sich einen Mietwagen holen. Das Alter des Hotels ist nicht zu übersehen, ist aber trotzdem gepflegt, da vor nicht allzu langer Zeit eine Renovierung standgefunden haben muss.Als Gast ist man hier noch „König“.Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der oberen Exekutive-Etage gebucht. Das Einchecken erfolgte an einem separaten Counter in der Eingangshalle. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und mit hochwertigem Mobiliar eingerichtet. Das Fenster konnte zum Lüften geöffnet werden. Das große Bad war sehr funktional eingerichtet und exklusive Pflegeprodukte lagen bereit. Für die Exekutiv-Gäste gibt in der 24 Etage einen eigenen Club-Bereich. Hier bekommt man den ganzen Tag kostenlos Getränke, incl. Bier und Wein, angeboten. Das Buffet-Frühstück (Eierspeisen werden frisch hergestellt) wird hier ebenfalls serviert, wie auch mittags und abends warme Gerichte. Es sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, aber für den kleinen Hunger reicht es. Das kostenlose W-Lan funktioniert hervorragend. Das Hotel ist für Stadtbesichtigungen sehr gut geeignet. Insgesamt können wir das Corinthia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

空港からタクシーで10ユーロ弱、帰りはUberで6ユーロ強で済んだ。室内は広くて清潔。ジムも機材が揃い、スタッフがフレンドリーに声を掛けてくれる。朝食は種類が多く、コールドミールは毎朝少しずつ変化あり。タコのマリネが美味しかった。朝食込みで1万円そこそこで宿泊でき、かなりコスパの良さを感じた。

Nice hotel but not in the city centre we had to graba taxi.Breakfast was not five stars neither was dinner and the fact that we had to pay 20 euros per person for 2 hours to use the spa was not made cleared when I booked.

One of the best hotel we stayed in Europe. Staff are professional and the service are brilliant. Definitely, we will comeback. The only downside are the restaurants prices, its a bit expensive. Overall, thumbs up to the management and staff, you made our stayed special..

Also this is in the capital of Portugal. But the economy there is quite poor. The junior suit price is more than 900 USD a night is ridiculous , compare the better 5 star hotel in Shanghai: JW Marriott ,same junior suit is nearly half of their price. Today, when I check their recent price, it is down to 268 a night. This is their price they should be. How come to 900 a night?!This hotel is not in the center of downtown area. The people next the door coughed all night made me awake the whole night. The breakfast buffet you needed to find seat yourself. Food were not as good as it should be. No one served you for cafe etc. When checked out, it was a long standing queue.

Overall I was very happy. The room, even though rather small is size, it offered everything what I could possibly need, the bathroom however, was rather large. The view from my window was fantastic: The Roman Aqueduct. The Executive lounge was simply perfect, a place to relax, have a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee and the most delicious "pastels de nata" (typical pastry from Portugal). The negative side to my stay there was the temperature of my room. The heater was too high and even after turning it off, my room faced the sunlight during the whole day, making my room like an oven. They offered to move me to another room because apparently they could not make the air condition to work. I decided to stay in the same room and kept my window open, the heater off and slept with a towel filled with ice every night.

Close to mass transit system, easy access to/from airport and big room. Would highly recommend high floor for the spectacular view of Lisbon. Big beds and huge bathroom.

Very pleasant. The location is good, close to the public transport hub. The staff is very friendly and with an grandly uniformed porter that impressed the local friends who took us back to the hotel very much.

The hotel is a very nice property with a good location, a few meters from restaurants, the zoo and the train and subway station.The staff is very friendly and outgoing, and the breakfast buffet offers very healthy options, as well as the standard fare.The pool is partially enclosed, offering nearly year-round swimming. The fitness center is also quite nice.On the negative side is the rooms- they are a little bit on the small side, compared to some of the international chains, but they are well laid out and if traveling on business, they are adequate. The rooms quite tidy and are clean enough, and while not exceptional, certainly on par with most other hotels in the range.
