Not 5 star needs some serious renovation. Our bathroom had a bad sewage smell which was awful the first night our request to have this seen to was ignored, second night someone came to sort it third night they offered a room change... but that was way too late. Indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were grimy as were most of the other facilities. Breakfast was poor budget produce. Staff could do with some incentives to smile and be more polite.It was a shame as you could tell it was once a really nice place just not maintained it's standards. Only positive was it was a great location.

I am surprised there are good reviews. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep in. The hotel was dirty spillages throughout the hotel and inside lifts were never cleaned. Food and rubbish underneath dinner tables never cleared up. A member of staff was very rude to me because my toddler dropped her knife and fork on the floor. He kept repeatedly asking if it was ok to have knife and fork on floor and he shook his head saying he couldn’t understand why we wanted to eat off the floor and told me he has got into trouble by his manager the night before for cutlery being left in the floor. We didn’t dine in the restaurant the night before but that is beside the point. Also our bed was only made once in the 9 nights that we stayed. Our bath was never cleaned and I spilt tea in the floor the first day that we arrived and this was never cleaned. The rugs absolutely stink.

À resposta que deram foi k os meus pais foram Pra praia e nao meteram as coisas no cofre. Que grande lata .Por acaso vamos meter à roupa sapatos malas e tudo o resto . Se vao de ferias e escolheram un hôtel Pra ficar éra Pra ter seguranca Se nao tinham ido dormir na praia É que nem un desconto fizeram. Ñ merecem respeito

Séjour 1 semaine du 5 au 12 mai hôtel très bien avec des chambres appartement exceptionnelles par la taille et les équipements un petit bémol en ce qui concerne la restauration, manque de variété et de choix en particulier les entrées et les desserts. Une animation au top par l'équipe FRAM la coopération framissima est un vrai plus pour l'hôtel ce qui devrait booster la clientèle francophone. En résumé un séjour que je recommande à mes amis

Super tolles Luxushotel mit großen Zimmern! Wie eine 2 Raum Wohnung eingerichtet mit Küche Bad Balkon Wohnzimmer Schlafzimmer. Engländer sind überall und laut aber kann man nicht ändern. Parkplatz vorhanden. Lage super um alles in der Gegend zu erkunden. Das Buffet ist jedoch absolut nicht 5 Sterne!

Wifi in the room was virtually non existent. We were booked from Friday to Monday and despite being out of the room for most of the day on Saturday, our room had not been cleaned by 5:30 pm when we got back. Then we were told that the rooms are not cleaned on Sundays so our room did not get cleaned at all during our stay.

לא מתאים לשלושה מבוגרים!! הבת שלי קיבלה כאבי גב גם לאחר שעברנו חדר.... נאלצה לישון על הריצפה!, הג'קוזי לא עבד במשך ארבעה ימים ובקבלה נאמר "מצטערים הטכנאי בחופש", הבריכה המקורה מאוד מאוד קטנה, הדבר היחידי שהיינו מרוצים זה רק מהנימוסים של העובדים ואנשי הקבלה.

Es un hotel de 5 estrellas que en España podria ser de 4. Está bastante bien en general pero el desayuno tipo buffet es bastante escaso. El apartamento era bastante grande y muy bien equipado. Aparcamiento gratis dentro del hotel. Tambien disponen de una sala con juegos recreativos, billar, piscina, bar con música en vivo...

Absoluta má experiência! Começo por dizer que não merecia 3 estrelas, quanto mais 5! As instalações são fracas e pobres, dando a ideia que foi construída a pensar nos mínimos para ter um certo número de estrelas. Os quartos estão em más condições... As torneiras estão oxidadas, as camas e a mobília são velhas e desgastadas. As toalhas eram entregues mal lavadas e em muito más condições, mais parecendo farrapos da limpeza! O restaurante começou por ser uma péssima experiência, com horários bastante restritos e refeições pobres. Chegando à hora de fecho (21h) a música era desligada e as luzes quantitativamente apagadas... Melhorou devido às recorrentes queixas dos clientes e do staff (novo chef) que mostrou bastante interesse em melhorar, tanto o ambiente como a ementa! É relativamente bem situado, embora um pouco remoto do centro... Os preços foram exageradamente dispendiosos para o serviço prestado!

We all loved the spa and gym, however the hot tub wasnt hot at all. Hotel staff are very friendly. Fresh towels were provided daily, but anything like a shower cap etc wasnt replenished. The hotel is in an ideal location as only 10 minute walk to the beach and strip and 15 mins walk to Old Town. Lots of places to eat nearby. Evening buffet at the hotel is reasonable at €18 but food choice was limited.My only criticism is that there was no drinking water provided upon arrival and as our flight was a late one all supermarkets were closed when we arrived at the hotel. There is a vending machine at the hotel with water but we had no change neither did reception so that wasnt at all helpful to us. But we had a lovely stay at Forte Do Vale!

I really cant fault this hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. If a have a tiny complaint its the fact that the room safe cost 2.80 euro a night to rent, I think it should be like wifi, free of charge. To be fair the manager said they would look into this fee. Everything else was superb, I didnt try the food however as there are so many dining options nearby. Lovely hotel, you wont be dissapointed !

Hotel was nice, stayed here before usually with the wife, this time with friends. We had several rooms most of which were great, some of which needed slight attention. Hotel is starting to look tired in certain areas. Would highly recommend the hotel due to great value (This is obviously dependant on date of stay) Reception desk staff were great very helpful with a vast knowledge of the local area.

Outstanding. Beautiful hotel. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to the strip, 10 mins to large shopping center and supermarket and mcds and kfc. Moped hire near mcds, highly recommend it. Hotel very clean and defentiley 5 star. We had one bedroom junior suite, highly recommend it, overlooking pool with sea view in distance. Beautiful decor. Very clean and spacious. Extras including iron, hairdryer, washing machine and dishwasher. Very quiet. Clean towels arrived everyday. Staff extremely friendly. Games room such fun. Didn’t use spa facilities but looked good. Breakfast all you can eat 7.50 euros. Mini supermarket 2 minutes at the side with a lovely restaurant next to that that you get 3 course for 9.50. Land train stops right outside to take you around albuferia. Albufeira is a beautiful place. This hotel is highly situated to enjoy both the peace and quiet and the bars and clubs if needed. Beaches out of this world.

Excellent experience lovely welcoming staff. I would like to specially thank chef Mustafa a lot he made really delicious food for my family and went out of his way to make us halal food. Very high standard 10 out of 10 Excellent service from restaurant and reception very polite helped us to bood our excursion. Apartment was very spacious was excellent with my 2 sons had a lot of room to play. Had all facilities fully equipped kitchen. Apartment as cleaned up everyday. Bar star were really nice offered drinks and snacks. Games archade area kids room to play downstairs also park 5 mins down the road and crazy golf. 10 mins walk to the beach. Tourist train stop is right outside the hotel stop number 2 takes you around town for 5 euros full day on off anytime. It comes every 20mins at each stop you can visit old town highly recommend the shopping centre. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to Every1. Many thanks to the chef Mustafa for everything enjoyed my holiday here with my kids.

He tenido el placer de disfrutar de este hotel este fin de semana ayer fue mi cumpleaños y todo el personal del hotel hizo que fuera un día muy especial todos muy amables y pendientes con todos y la comida pues como en todo portugal pocos platos pero muy elaborados lo único a mejorar los licores del todo incluido no existen ni con ni sin alcohol ni cokteles por lo demás muy bien en mi caso uno un percance con el agua de la bañera que se salía y avise y enseguida 3 personas para solucionarlo gracias por todo

L'appartement était sympa, grand et on avait tout le nécessaire pour y passer 5 jours. Vu sur la piscine qui au mois de mars était agréable puisque personne dedans mais la vue sur la piscine en plein été doit être bcp plus bruyante. Les repas de la demi pension étaient corrects. Buffet à volonté pour le repas du soir et le petit dejeuner. Avec toujours du choix. Le personnel de l'accueil sympa. Le moins agréable, était le froid qu'il faisait dans les grands couloirs de l'établissement et aussi la mauvaise insonorisation des lieux. Même si pour nous, début mars c'était encore très tranquille. Mais lorsqu'il y a une animation au bar, c'est tout l'établissement qui profite du bruit que cela engendre et c'est bien dommage.

Avoid like the plague good luck getting a drink in the day all inclusive doesn't start til 12 and then the staff come and go as they please it then finishes at 11pm but you won't get served after 10-40 .It is not geared for all inclusive the restaurant is very poor with only a couple of choices and always cold food.

The Hotel was in a good position to get to Albufeira old town, but the hotel itself was very cold as well as the apartment we stayed in.We where all inclusive for x2 nights for the first time & to be quite honest it did not live up to my expectations.The first night the food was very ordinary & all together not very good , we where so disappointed that we ate out on the 2nd night.The breakfast was quite good but the restaurant was not very big & sometimes you have to wait to be seated.The bar area was not very big also & again seating was a problem.A very disappointing stay .

Hôtel avec 5 étoiles ????? Nous y sommes actuellement et même si de prime abord les lieux paraissent impeccables, plusieurs choses dénotent rapidement. Par exemple les lits sont faits tous les jours mais alors "faits" est un bien grand mot. En effet, ils sont faits de manière sommaire (drap et dessus de lit juste remis em place vite fait), c'est complètement indigne d'un hôtel de ce pseudo standing. Des hôtels bien moins étoilés offrent de bien meilleures prestations. D'autre part pour le spa, il n'y a jamais d'accueil ou presque après 18h00 j'entends, plus de serviettes ou presque, en gros il faut se débrouiller soi même pour trouver la clé des vestiaires etc etc. Le point positif c'est que les appartements sont spacieux et sympas.

Just back from our honeymoon here and must say the rooms are very spacious & clean, we were a bit disappointed as we’d emailed once booked asking for a double bed because it was our honeymoon but were given 2 singles. The kitchen had great facilities (hob, washing mashing, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster) all of which would be good for self catering. Unfortunately we were all inclusive which was a complete waste of money as we had to eat out just about every meal as the food was terrible! Cold potatoes, soggy chips and just generally all inedible It is a lovely hotel but the lack of outside seating or terrace at night is a shame as our room was on the ground floor so our balcony was right at the front door onto the car park The reception staff were really friendly and always had a smile but the dining room staff could hardly even look at the customers never mind smile, although it’s probably because no one stayed in there long enough because of the food. The location however is great, right between the old and new towns and a beautiful beach only a 10 min walk away which is well worth going to. I would say this is a 3/4 star hotel and would have been happy to give a higher rating if the food was better.

Sitting in my room at this hotel right now .Well the sofa is totally unacceptable. It cuts the backside off me.Cleaner just left, last night's crisp crumbs still on the carpet. Made the beds that was it.Bar opens at 4 pm. Ridiculous. Since I've been here I get up early and have never seen anybody clean the pool. Pool area yes but not the pool itself. The back entrance to the hotel is filthy. Never gets a good sweeping. Entertainment above average. Staff very friendly. Promised courtesy bus to beach not available. The usual cock and bull. So make up your own mind. A good 3 Star at most.

We had booked a luxury room with kitchen and were given a free upgrade to a junior suite. Spotlessly clean and very helpful staff. The pool area was clean also. On site spa which we did not use but looked lovely. Highly recommend.

Wir haben das Hotel wegen seiner guten Bewertung ausgewählt und wurden enttäuscht: - essenstechnisch ist das Hotel auf Touristen aus UK eingerichtet, das Frühstück ist für Kontinentaleuropäer daher sehr eingeschränkt (Brötchen, eine eingeschweißte Marmeladensorte, etwas Obst Joghurt). Mittags und Abends hätte es auch mehr Abwechslung geben können.- man muss vor Ort den Safe im Zimmer kostenpflichtig hinzubuchen. Wir hatten einen - zum Glück, denn während unseres Aufenthalts wurde in unser Hotelzimmer eingebrochen. Andere Zimmer waren auch betroffen. Das Hotel sagte es sei das erste Mal passiert... Na ja sie können ja auch schlecht sagen, dass das öfter passiert.- durch den Einbruch durften wir das Hotelzimmer wechseln, dabei haben wir festgestellt, dass es in dem Hotel verschiedene Zimmer gibt. Unser erstes Hotelzimmer war für ein südeuropäisches Land schon ok - das Ausweichzimmer war aber deutlich besser. Wir hatten aber ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht, das aber erst nach unserem Umzug erhalten.- die Poollandschaft ist übrigends ok aber nichts besonderes, 2 relativ kleine Pools mit ca.1.50m Wassertiefe. Dort könnte man durchaus was tun, die Liegen, Sonnenschirme und der Pool können bei einem 5 Sterne Haus wirklich mal erneuert werden.- zum Strand ist es ungefähr 15 Minuten Fußweg.Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen und werden auch die Hotelbewertungen nicht nur zur Entscheidung heranziehen.

Booked a deluxe room. When i reviewed thus room on forte do vale website,it showed it as an apartment. There were no cooking facilities,no microwave,no iron,ironing board, no tea or coffee facilitird. Extremely diappointed at this as if id knkwn i would not have booked. When i asked to move i was given a blank no from the reception staff. Said they were fully booked but to come back next day. I did this and again he said no,that they had an unexpected arrival and i could not be accommodated.I find that strange as they were fully booked??? I offered to pay but again was told no. Will never book here or recommend this property as I feel totally let down.

Le personnel était très agréable et professionnel. Pour l'anniversaire de notre fille, un gâteau au chocolat lui a été offert avec une carte sans aucune demande de notre part. La nourriture sous forme de self était correct mais répétitive. Nous avons été obligé de changer d'apparatement après notre première nuit pour cause de punaises de lit. pas très classe pour un 5 étoiles....

Comparativamente a outros hoteis 5*... fica muito abaixo! Nao tem classe para 5 estrelas. Piscina sem ninguem para cuidar. Os hospedes tem de correr para fechar os chapéus quando há vento. O bar da piscina apenas abre da parte da tarde e tem muitas limitações de pessoal e recursos. A entrada do hotel é de 3 estrelas... nao existe ninguém á entrada para dar apoio. O seguranca á noite fala com os clientes como se estivesse a falar com bebados num tasco na sua terra. O bar, mesmo tendo espectaculos, apenas teve uma funcionaria, a quem presto a minha homenagem pelo excelente trabalho nas mesas e balcão. Tudo no entanto equipado para quem quer fazer comida em casa. Falta ainda muita classe para 5 estrelas.....

Va a ser extensa la valoración pero así la gente sabe realmente lo que hay y como es, la entrada al hotel muy bien, se esforzaron por entender nuestro idioma y la habitación estaba lista antes de tiempo, el trato del personal muy bueno y atento, las instalaciones el hotel es muy bonito tanto por dentro como por fuera, la piscina externa me defraudó un poco porque en lo más hondo medi a 1.40, me parece poco para ser la de adultos, además de que mi chico y yo no nos pudimos bañar porque estaba extremadamente fría ( nos gusta fría para refrescarnos pero era excesivo) buen horario de apertura, piscina interna muy bonita pero también la profundidad maxima 1.40, pero se estaba muy bien, el jacuzzy no conseguimos encenderlo y no había nadie para preguntar, además se veía en el fondo bastante arena, la habitación, es muy grande( en nuestro caso apartamento) el comedor con cocina americana, habitación con dos camas y baño,el sofá algo incómodo pero se podía estar, la cocina encontramos 3 bichos en el armario de las sartenes, pequeños, pero por el asco no las usamos, varias hormigas por el suelo, la bañera grande pero para un hotel de 5 estrellas espero mampara no una cortina de ducha que me volvió loca, no se porque pero se movía y se pegaba al cuerpo como si hubiese electricidad estática, lo mejor fueron las camas, grandes y super cómodas, pero la sabana de una de las camas estaba algo rota, y el colchon por el lado que no es viscoelastico, una cama mas comoda qie otra claro, televisores pantalla plana de 40 pulagas, hay animación todas las noches y está cerca de tiendas centro comercial playa... a pesar de las quejas el hotel está bastante bien pero se podría mejorar, por todo esto pienso que no debería tener 5 estrellas, lo recomendaría para gente que no le importen los pequeños defectos que e mencionado, aún así me lo pasé genial en algarve, hay muchas actividades y recomiendo ir

Destaco: Hotel para no fumadores con multas de hasta 750 €. Yo le pondría 4 estrellas porque bueno podría estar mejor aunque esta muy bien , insonorización de habitaciones buenas, cama confortable y sabanas limpias, televisiones planas y electrodomésticos decentes, el spa un poco desatendido, la piscina exterior estupenda con garito en el que tomar algo, sala de juegos bar y restaurante. Super goed hotel en super vriendelijk personeel. Elke dag schoonmaak en verse handdoeken, ook voor bij zwembad. Ontbijt is super, maar houden niet van buffet als diner, dus dat deze keer overgeslagen. Moesten helaas onze vakantie vervroegd afbreken wegens overlijden moeder/schoonmoeder anders de 2e week zeker nog meer genoten.

We stayed in room 125 overlooking the car park. We only stayed for 4nights so weren’t too bothered about the view. The room was huge & had good facilities. The noise from the seagulls, car park, people above woke us at all hours throughout the night. Noise just seemed to echo throughout the building & the walls are very thin. The location was good. 5-10 mins walk to the beach & 15-20 mins walk to the old town. I would recommend asking for a room on the top floor if you’re thinking of staying here.

But no tea or coffee or bottle of water for welcome. It is inside even 2 stars hotels provided. Knowing 5 stars policy, felt confused. No sleepers too. Umbrella have. So looks like they decide to correct "must list" by their own. Нормально. В тихом районе.

Bem equipado, não é longe da praia e quartos/ apartamentos grandes. A limpeza ficou a desejar, à chegada não havia papel higiénico!! Lençóis de banho apenas 2, éramos 4, quando vieram um estava roto. Pequenas manchas nos lençóis e fronhas das camas. Piscina interior, suja, cais de piscina não viu limpeza no período que estive lá. Ou seja, limpeza zero!

+ Excellent Location between old and new town (15 mins) and the beach (5 mins). Good pools outdoor & indoor, Sauna and Turkish bath + Staff very friendly and attentive; go out of their way to fix things or make you more comfortable. - Food at the restaurant was below average and I would not recommend Full Board as there are several good restaurants nearby - Rooms clean but bathrooms tired. - Indoor pool clean but surrounding areas around the pools need to be cleaned more regularly

Lieu très sympathique pour y passer de très bonnes vacances. Les chambres sont des "appart hôtel" de 70 m3. Très propre et le personnel est très avenant. Le plus est l'équipe de FRAM avec des animateurs géniaux. La restauration est très bien. Nous conseillons ce lieu dans le sud du Portugal à l'Algarve à Albufeira.

In desperate need of refurb. Cleanliness was shockingly bad, especially bathroom. Poor choice of food and quality. Although we don’t really drink, only local beer and cheap vodka / rum within all-inclusive so stay away from it if you do like your evening drink. Swimming pool (both indoor and outdoor) not the most welcoming place ever, but relatively good gym if you choose to use it.Also packed breakfast only and no lunch on last day as they were closing the hotel, despite having some gusts?!? Within positives, all team very friendly and helpful.

Room couldn’t fault at all. Spa was really good on the days that weren’t as sunny. Food was really tasty and good although the last day I asked for a coke from the back and it came with a cluster of ants which was off putting . Little things such as waiting for a drink at the bar when being the only person as the bar as no one was behind the bar, the pool bar not being open till 12 so not being able to get a drink from breakfast shutting to 12 was a bit of a pain. Some of the staff were very friendly others looked like they didn’t want to be there. Overall good stay but things to improve on .

Este hotel no merece para nada tener 5 estrellas. Es nefasto en todos los aspectos, el servicio de limpieza pésimo solo te limpian él suelo por encima y hacen las camas sin quitar las sabanas llevando 3 días con las mismas, él buffet no hay por donde cogerlo no hay variedad absoluta la comida de un día para otro siendo lo mismo todos los días. Él servicio de recepción tiene mucho que mejorar tuve que esperar 10 minutos ha que vinieran. Él todo incluido es una estafa no estra todo lo que con lleva un todo incluido los costels no entran, ni las botellas de agua, tienes que pagarlo todo. ¡¡¡¡SIN DUDA ALGUINA EL PEOR HOTEL DE LA HISTORIA!!!!!!

A 5 * hotel in Albufeira that really is 5*. The service was impeccable, the public areas very clean with no hint of any bits of repairs or dilapidations needed. Rooms were generous and, for once in Albufeira, everything worked. Pool was excellent with organised activities day and evening if required. Well done Rohan and your excellent team. We visited in June and I'm writing a review now as we are returning again in two weeks so will let you know are second experience then. Watch this space!

Good location for a launching point to discover the Algarve. Nice rooms.. apartment style. Easy to stay for a while! Good breakfast! Really great service from front desk and bellman!! Atriums and public spaces were ridiculously hot. Their big fluffy beach/ pool towels are very luxurious for the 10 euro rental for your full stay if you don't want to bring your own or purchase. Annoying that the gym was closed on Sunday.

Also- if you are a family with children, and if you must stay here, ask for a room far, far away from reception. The noise from the bar is atrocious. You will NOT SLEEP (especially on a bed that collapses in the middle).

Franchement déçue. Quant au personnel, très sympa, mais aucun échange entre les vacanciers. Beaucoup de choses à revoir...

Spacious room. Pool area was nice. Great location, short walk to old town, new strip or beach. Staff at reception were exceptional. Fridge in room came in handy for drinks. Only downside was daily housekeeping was just to change the towels. Sheets weren’t changed for a whole week and room didn’t get a dust or sweep in a whole week, so flood got quite grubby.

Cette hôtel mérite à peine une étoile cela fait quinze jours que j'y suis réveillé toute la nuit par le bruit les gens qui traîne les meubles toute la nuit qui hurle qui claque les portes les chambres sont très sale lit mal fait la nourriture toujours la même tous ai toujours trop cuit lugume crue les sorties n'en parlons pas beaucoup trop chère jusqu'au église jusqu'à la plus petite ou il faut payé l entrée alors que la entrée du sacré cœur a paris est gratuite le véhicule de transport une vulgaire camionnette ses vraiment une honte à déconseillé je ne suis pas prêt di revenir à dieu le Portugal

15 j en juillet 2019 c trop long à Part la chambre exceptionnelle par sa grandeur et ses équipements la restauration est à éviter absolument yaourt rance ne vous attendez pas à manger portugais ce n'est le concept de l hôtel choux fleur et choux bruxellles à l'eau pommes et poires vertes fruits en sirop en boîte on a retrouvé un cafard énorme dans la chambre le soir impossible de dormir rentrée des fetards entre 2h et 4h matin qui finissaient a la piscine jetaient assiettes mayonnaise et autres dedans le jour autour des transats jonché canettes vides et emballage nourriture dommage

The apartment was very worn , the couch needed to be replaced very uncomfortable to sit on . The big brown mat on the floor I would get rid of . The cushions were very smelly . The windows and patio door was in need of cleaning , you could just about see out the window .

Not a 5 star hotel. Hygiene standards not great, staff not overly friendly. Not all services available to all patrons, often get told you have to be part of certain clubs yo avail of certain sevices. Food choices for all inclusive very poor. Hotel entertainment in the evenings was laughable. Most definitely wouldn't go back.

Christiano who was on the reception desk in the evenings was absolutely great , always happy , helpful and full of energy to help you in anyway he could. Would agree that maybe the hotel in general is more of a 4 star hotel , although it does have a lot of facilities and daily maid service , apartment ok kitchen area could really have done with being replaced and slightly better equipped , but was handy to have washing machine to do a wash towards the end of the first week of holiday , breakfast normal full buffet type , appreciate there is only so much that can be offered but obviously after 10 days it gets a bit the same but no fault of hotel really. Pool area nice a bit chilly as Unheated so a bit cold for young children . Problem we found was that people put their towels down at 8am on sun-beds for daily slot which is inconvenient if you turn up for a swim for an hour in the afternoon and half the beds had towels on but no one sitting on them!! Good location 20 mins to beach few nice restaurants quite near . My sons put me up which was the sofa in the lounge wasn't really adequate as he was 16 years old and could probably have done with something more substantial really . Handy can book trips ect at reception , found staff to be helpful and polite . Indoor pool and Jacuzzi ok along with sauna and steam room . Have to wear hats for indoor pool though ! Good size TVs in bedroom and lounge

I do not know why got bad review for this hotel, it’s a very decent nice hotel for 5 stars, it’s not very luxury but it’s very good for what you pay, we 2 adult 2 kids lived in a deluxe apartment! Very spacious room and kitchen, kitchen got everything, the washing machine is a bonus, fridge and big freezer! Hotel very clean staff very friendly! Buffet at night limited choices but we not really mind because we just eat once in the hotel! Free on site parking, free WiFi everywhere and very good signals! Definitely recommended

Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel and very large rooms / Apartment with a Kitchen (fully equipped), large sitting room with flatscreen TV, balcony and ample storage for cases, clothes, food, etc. Great facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, etc. 10 mins walk to the strip. Many restaurants minutes walk away. Would definately stay again.

Hotel de 5* coisa nenhuma. Mesmo 4*seria demais. A area da piscina exterior é pequeno e a area da piscina interior é a pior onde ja estive. Agua turva,e as bordas da puscina cheias de "lodo"verde, jacuzi frio, apenas 2 espreguiçadeiras e tres caldeirões estofados. Ambiente frio. Area pouco limpa e numa das paredes as caixas de controle de agua cheias de ferrugem. A casa de banho de apoio é fora do recinto e o mesmo para o ginasio e piscina exterior cuja porta de acesso estava fechada!... enfim um espaco nada convidativo a usar e muito menos proprio para relaxar... enfim.... muito má. De salientar o pessoal de receção simpatico, Nao usamos o bar mas o barulho da animacao muito alto a ouvir-se perfeitamente no quarto... Nada a repetir ou aconselhar.

Offered an upgrade when we arrived don't know why???'but it was just so disappointing the rooms are very tired large room fridge oven but no Kettle tea or coffee. we had an all inclusive deal but the bar only opened 12 midday so once you had breakfast then you could not get a cold drink for a 5 star rated Hotel leaves us wondering how they do there star ratings will not go back there recommend you avoid this Hotel.

Habitación grande y espaciosa. Nos hicieron check-in antes de tiempo a pesar de que no avisamos de la hora de llegada. La primera noche me encontré un bicho en el baño, una tijereta. El baño tenía los grifos descascarillados, el botón de la cisterna roto y bañera con cortinilla. El servicio de limpieza, vergonzoso. Hay hoteles de tres estrellas que le dan doscientas vueltas. Teníamos una habitación familiar que consistía en un pequeño apartamento, la limpieza de la habitación se limitaba a estirar la colcha por encima de las sábanas, sin siquiera sacudirlas y a vaciar papeleras. En el salón ni entraban y del baño, los mostradores ni los tocaban. La cocina no la usamos, pero los vasos en el fregadero estuvieron toda la semana. La "limpieza" de la habitación pasaba a las 2 de la tarde, con lo cual, con dos niñas pequeñas nos pillaba ya en la hora de la siesta, casi. Los domingos directamente, no pasan. Estábamos a media pensión, por lo que fui a recepción a pedir que nos preparan un picnic para el desayuno de uno de los días, que salíamos de excursión y me dijo el recepcionista que ese servicio no se hacía. Acto seguido pregunte en el restaurante y me dijeron que no había problema ¿?. El día antes de irnos volví a pedir el desayuno para llevar ya que hacíamos check-out muy temprano y cuando fuimos a recogerlo a la mañana siguiente no estaba, se les había olvidado. La zona de la piscina se limpiaba cuando abrían la piscina y ya, así que por las tardes el suelo estaba asquerosito. El personal muy amable, sobre todo el del resturante, a pesar de todo. En general me pareció cutre y no lo recomendaría.

Nos encontramos actualmente en este hotel. No es ni de lejos un 5 estrellas. Ayer nos volvieron a poner las mismas toallas q habíamos dejado en el suelo del baño, la cama de los niños la dejaron sin hacer, el servicio buffet del restaurante bastante mediocre, si llegas a la cena a partir de las 8.30 (hora en la q llegamos la mayoría de los españoles) ya no queda prácticamente de nada, la península de ensaladas sin lechuga ni tomate ( vacío el bol), el vino y zumo de polvos rellenable, los camareros poco amables y desbordados...en fin bastante decepcionante para lo q hemos pagado

Nos encontramos actualmente en el hotel. Es un hotel tranquilo y en el que en general se está cómodo. El gran problema es la falta de personal. Todos hacen de todo, y además los domingos no hay limpieza en las habitaciones (de lo cual no avisan en ningún momento y en ningún sitio) , como mucho cambio de toallas y a esperarlas con paciencia. De todas formas las habitaciones no se limpian a diario, se limitan a hacer las camas. La comida escasa en variedad y en calidad. Es un todo incluido sin incluirlo todo y escaso. Además las toallas para la piscina TIENES QUE ALQUILARLAS!! por 10 € (no te las dejan con un depósito). En definitiva un hotel de tres estrellas que aspira a cuatro.

Huid. Estuvimos la semana pasada para celebrar una despedida de soltera, y fue realmente un infierno. Llegamos al hotel a las 12 de la mañana, con una reserva hecha con un mes de antelación, y resulta que al llegar, teníamos que cambiarnos a otro hotel de la cadena porque había overbooking. Nos derivaron a un hotel donde no trabajaban el todo incluido que habiamos pedido. De ahí nos derivaron a otro hotel, en el que cuando llegábamos a las habitaciones, estaban ocupadas... Así estuvimos 5 horas hasta que aceptamos una solución o más bien un parche. Nos arruinaron la mitad del día. La cadena MSM es un desastre, y a nosotros nos trataron como si fuesemos ganado. En la despedida del novio pasó también lo mismo. La razón: admiten más reservas a última hora, y si les sobra gente, te derivan a otro hotel, aunque no tengan las mismas condiciones que contrataste, una estafa.

Hôtel confortable, le mobilier mériterait un peu plus de modernisme Appartement très spacieux et très propre Literie confortable. Par contre , en demie pension , la restauration rest très basique et répétitive qui ne correspond pas à un cinq étoiles. Le personnel est réactif pour solutionner les petits problèmes ( lavabo bouché, réglages de La climatisation) . Parking gratuit très apprécié à lhôtel.

Im Februar/März wenig Gäste, daher sehr ruhig. Für uns genau das Richtige. Restaurante und Bar am Anfang nicht immer offen. Durch eine gut ausgestattete Apartemantküche für uns kein Problem, da uns auch im Urlaub das Kochen spaß macht. Vor dem Hotel hält die Bimmelbahn, aber auch zu Fuß ist alles gut zu erreichen ( Strand, Restaurant, Altstadt, Stripp ). Für Regentage gibt es einen Indoorpool, Whirlpool, eine Sauna und Fitnesscenter. .Als Ausgangspunkt um Albufeira und die Algarve zu entdecken ideal. Gehört zur MGM Kette mit mehreren Hotels in Albufeira. Ab April /Mai werden die All Inclusiv Gäste überwiegen und wir würden dann dort keinen Urlaub verbringen. Aber für die Wintermonate sehr zu empfehlen.Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Arrived at hoel at 1pm only to find out that we was unable to check into our room until 5pm? Had to leave our luggage in luggage room. Went for lunch, very poor! Went to pool area, no spare beds and the ones that were left were broken. Pool had lots of broken tiles and sharp tiles were just lying on the side of the pool where people had obviously put their feet on. Drinks around the pool area below standard - in fact, we had one drink and that was it! Spent the rest of our holiday at the beach and paid for drinks/meals at restaurants outside of the hotel. What should have been a reasonably affordable holiday tunred out to be very expensive. Also, our room had broken fixtures, door handles broken air conditioning in need of a service!

Never visited in July before despite visiting anything up to 4 times a year but wont be doing so again. Too noisy kids end even more noisy parents (mainly English). Bar prices are still a rip-off: Why pay 3.50e for 330ml of beer in a plastic cup when you can buy Sagres/ Super Bock, San Muguel etc in the nearly mnini-market for as little as 1.20e. Fanta orange 3.00e.

Just spent 4 days here at this hotel, what ever happens dont go all inclusive, the food was really bad... you have been warned.

Hotel com quartos amplos, tipo apartamento com cozinha, closet, armários, internet boa, ótimo café Da manhã, tv nos dois quartos, banheiro amplo, limpeza. Ótimo custo/beneficio. Perto da praia. Só o uso da piscina térmica, spa e academia pago a parte.

Lovely modern and clean hotel with well equipped self catering apartments. Part of the MGM Mutu Group who took over from Petchey Leisure. Well worth a visit.

Just returned from 3night stay.Cannot say anything negative about the hotel.The reception area was bright clean and very modern.Our apartment was amazing with well fitted kitchen,spacious lounge and bedroom.The staff were all helpfull and very polite.I needed to find a 24hour chemist at 12.30am,the night receptionist found one for us ordered a taxi,explained to driver who promptly drove us there.Cant thank him enough.All in all great weekend break will DEFFO go back.

manche abläufe sind noch nicht perfekt - zB kann bei der bar aufs zimmer gebucht werden - beim frühstück scheint das unmöglich zu sein.sonst ein top hotel!!

Cuando llegamos al hotel querían alojarnos en una habitación de la planta baja que daba a la calle, con lo que nos negamos desde un principio, ya que teníamos hecha la reserva con muchísima anterioridad y no queríamos estar al ras de la carretera. Nos cambiaron a la primera planta, argumentando que no tenían más habitaciones libres; las vistas daban al aparcamiento pero por lo menos no estábamos en la planta baja.La habitación estaba bastante bien, con una cocina bien equipada, un amplio salón, un cuarto con dos camas cuyos colchones no eran muy cómodos, y un baño bastante grande aunque la presión del agua de la ducha dejaba mucho que desear.La zona de la piscina nos gustó, no tuvimos problemas en ningún momento para coger hamacas y la piscina era amplia, con dos zonas diferentes de baño.Para aparcar el coche no tuvimos problemas, siempre encontrábamos algún sitio libre; eso sí, los sitios para aparcar eran muy estrechos, sin mucho espacio para abrir la puerta del coche.En resumen, un buen aparthotel, pero bastante más normal de lo que parece a priori.

Great location 10 mins to old or new town.Shuttle bus from hotel to various locations free.rooms r large with separate sitting room and all the kitchen utensils u will need if u are staying in , staff were very friendly and helpful.Price was very good for this hotel compared to hotels in same category.Great pool area loads of beds.They also have a shuttle service to and from airport at very competitive rates.U wont be disappointed with this hotel.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub war es ideal..Schön großes modernes ApartmentKüche war gut ausgestattetMatratzen leider etwas durch gewesen und die zwei einzelt an einander gestellten Betten, waren etwas nervigEs war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich. Innerhalb von 5 - 10 min ist man zu Fuß am schönen Strand und 10 -15 min in der Altstadt.Der Pool war sehr angenehm tempariert und es man findet immer eine Liege

This hotel is clean and very impressive looking inside and out, rooms are well appointed and generous in size.we had room 213 which overlooks the pool and has the sun in the early evening. Its great for couples and families and well located for both the old town and the strip, a walk of around 30mins to both if you fancy or just use the free hotel bus if you dont. The staff were great and really friendly. We used yellowfish transfers and again dont have any complaints, professional service and can recommend. We will definitely return for another short break
