Excellent endroit où nous avons été très bien reçu avec des recettes originales et délicieuses et des bons produits ! Un super moment passé à discuter avec le couple qui gère l'endroit, une merveille dans les hauteurs de Lisbonne !

A fantastic dining experience with a local, personal touch. Joice and Luis (the two couples operating the restaurant) were super friendly. They explained the whole menu very well, told us a lot of things about Lisbon and even gave us lots of recommendations! The food was incredibly delicious. Try the Vinho Verde (green wine) too - it's amazing. The interior of the restaurant was very nicely decorated and many artworks in there were made by Luis! They have coffee beans from various countries for you to try as well. The price was really affordable too.
Overall, this was one of the best service and experience I've had at a restaurant and I highly recommend this place.

It was a very lovely and personal experience, the bar/restaurant is run by only 2 people but the concept works perfectly. It’s all about the little things, it is a very stylish, artsy and cozy little place. Joice and Luis, the two owners, made sure to set a very relaxed mood and it was comforting after the day in a busy city to completely forget about time and just enjoy the moment.
For us, it was the best place to eat in Lisbon, it has a very personal touch and we had a chance to get to know Joice and Luis a little bit. The food and drinks were outstanding and you can tell that they love cooking. We had to come back again the next day for the banana cake!

The best tasting homemade food ever. A small restaurant but absolutely worth visiting. The owners went above and beyond and were so welcoming. I will definitely visit them again when I'm next over.

One of the best spots in lisbon it was such a pleasure to be your guest. Cozy 8 seats inside and 2 outside. The owner are kindly and the food very delicious. Will be back in 2020 :)

La verdad que este es de esos sitios que describiría como "mágico"; especial en todos los aspectos y muy peculiar: empezando por el número de mesas del local, dos en concreto, y continuando con detalles como la escueta carta y la manera en la que los dueños te preparan los platos en el momento prácticamente como si estuvieras en la cocina de su casa, con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja y una amabilidad intachable. La comida muy rica (aunque escasa quizás) y precios aceptables. Quizás el único inconveniente al margen de su escasa carta, es que es muy complicado cazar una de las dos mesas que tienen, pero si lo consigues merecerá la pena la experiencia. Muy recomendado!

Absolutely marvellous place definitely will recommend it!!! Great food and prices - beautiful wine and must try courgette filled with tomato and cheese followed by bruschetta. Super friendly owners too! :) I would be definitely coming back!!!

Großartig! Wir waren mit unserer neun Monate alten Tochter hier, welche liebevoll umsorgt wurde, während wir großartig selbst gemachte Speisen genießen durften. Wir haben dann viel mehr Zeit hier verbracht als zunächst geplant. Weil das Ehepaar, das den Laden führt so unglaublich Sympatisch war.
Vergesst nicht den Bananenkuchen zu essen!!
Es ist wie bei Freunden in der Küche Zu sitzen.

Amazing, unique experience. Joice and Luis have crafted a unique experience where they take you into their kitchen to cook you an amazing meal. Not only is the food truly spectacular, but their company and conversation is somehow even better. There are only 2 tables in the place so you have to get there early to get a reservation.

Un lieu simplement sublime ! Pensez absolument à réserver, c,m'est ouvert entre 14h et 20h uniquement. La proximité des deux hôtes qui cuisinent devant vous est juste incroyable. Les saveurs sont parfaites, pour un prix relativement bas. Un conseil, allez en Uber / taxi car ça se trouve tout en haut d'une colline qui est au passage l'un des plus beau spot de vue sur Lisbonne, et ne commencez jamais pas ce restaurant ! Vous pourriez être déçus des suivants... La barre serait trop haute...

O Estaminé é um cantinho muito charmoso no bairro da Graça tocado pelo casal Luis e Joice que faz tudo com muito carinho e dedicação. Comida ótima, bebida ótima, mas honestamente você não está indo lá por nenhum desses dois motivos: vai para uma refeição afetiva, vamos dizer assim, com esses dois. É mágico, difícil de explicar. Só reserve mesa com antecedência, porque há só duas ;)

essere ospiti della cucina di Joice e Luis è un'esperienza da provare.. poiché hanno vissuto per qualche hanno in Italia sanno consigliare i piatti migliori per accontentare i gusti di tutti.
cibo preparato e impiattato con cura e amore, sapori ricercati e semplici allo stesso tempo. ci sono solo due tavoli, quindi la prenotazione (o una telefonata prima di inerpicarsi sulla collina) è d'obbligo.

Just a wonderful evening full of love - only two tables so it’s literally the more personal
Service possible. Food was delicious and it’s incredible what they can do with such a small kitchen. Highlights were the mojito, chicken in coconut sauce and the banana dessert. The green wine was also lovely!

Aucun mot pour décrire à quel point ce lieu est magique !!! Mais je tente...Accueil plus que chaleureux, on a l’impression d’être des invités privilégiés et non des clients puisque nos hôtes cuisinent tout devant nous. Accords de saveurs exceptionnels, uniquement des produits frais, douceur et finesse en bouche, (orgasme du palais?) de la caipirhina maison au café moulu et préparé sous nos yeux, sans parler des plats servis entre... Un vrai bonheur pour les papilles. Une cuisine à la hauteur de la gentillesse et du sourire de nos hôtes !!! Merci à Joice et Luís pour cette parenthèse enchantée ! Un conseil....réservez !

Что вы хотите увидеть? Крутой ресторан? Нет! Домашнюю кухню? Да! Всего 2 столика. Семья из двух человек готовит всё при вас. Что-то (по запросу) местной португальской кухни. Что-то из местной кухни, но покупное местное. Хорошо раскладывают! Однозначно рекомендую! Душевная обстановка, прекрасные цены.

What a great concept in dining. Great food accompanied by great conversation. Everything fresh and delicious and right down the road from some spectacular views overlooking the town and Tagus river. Joice and Luis created a memory we will not soon forget.

Great restaurant, friendly and really nice staff and delicious excellent dishes. I had a perfect lunch here and enjoyed the tasty food so much. they made a special small table outside for us and looked often so nice friendly for us. They explained everything and the recommended green wine was amazing to this meal. Definitely worth to go, I highly recommend it.

We had a completely wonderful experience. Deserves more that 5 stars on the inflated Google scale. The food was packed with incredable flavours. We thoroughly enjoyed the eggplant lasagna and coconut chicken. Incredibly fresh ingredients. Cozy atmosphere with only two tables. Feels like you're eating in a tiny galley kitchen that is tastefully decorated with whimsical nicknacks. The hosts Joyce and Luis were extremely personable. Felt like we were being entertained at a friends in their home. Oh yes, the tapa plate was plenty for three to share as a starter and was indeed a work of art. Highly recommendable.

Their artistry is not only found in the food preparations but also hanging on the walls. A very small, quaint setting with delicious food. Thanks for fitting in a couple of Canadians! We enjoyed the experience.

Ein wirklich - wirklich kleines Bistro in den Straßen von Lissabon! nur mit Voranmeldung, aber es lohnt sich über alle Maßen!
Die zwei kochen und backen alles vor Ort mit Herz und Hand und genauso schmeckt es auch!

Un restaurante con un encanto especial. El local sólo tiene dos mesas por lo que recomiendo reservar.
Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. La comida exquisita, unos sabores espectaculares. Recomiendo sin duda que si estáis por Lisboa vayáis a disfrutar del precioso espacio que han creado Joice y Luis. Estaréis rodeados de piezas de cerámica artesanal y joyas hechas también con cerámica que además podéis adquirir!
Una preciosidad de sitio. Recomiendo la experiencia.
No podéis perderos las bolitas de queso!

We were only in Lisbon for one night and this was a PERFECT dining experience. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was spectacular. Joice and Luis made us feel right at home. We will absolutely be returning next time we are in Lisbon. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

Od dziś Estamine w moim słowniku oznacza świetną atmosferę i cudowne jedzenie.
Lokal ma tylko dwa stoliki na 4 osoby każdy. Na kolacje warto zrobić rezerwacje wcześniej. Właściciele są w 120% zaangażowani w przygotowaniu posiłków kuchni brazylijskiej.
Wrócimy do nich na pewno podczas kolejnej wizyty w Lizbonie! ❤️

An exceptional dining experience and a very convenient stop after enjoying a great city overlook down the street. This is a very cozy establishment with two tables and the food being made at a counter right next to the tables. The owners speak excellent English and couldn’t have been nicer. They also offered a number of helpful recommendations on things to see and do in Portugal. The food was also excellent. A+!

Estaminet was a wonderful culinary experience. Such great cuisine and amazing proprietors/chefs. This is like being welcomed into someone's tiny personal kitchen and you get to see them prepare delicious food right before your eyes in a small space with just two tables. This is truly having your own personal chef!

Si lo que buscas es una experiencia alternativa, no lo dudes. Restaurante con dos mesas y como cocineros/camareros una pareja extraordinariamente cálida, alegre y simpática. La comida no podía ser menos, ingredientes de calidad y sabores muy muy ricos y variados. No olvidaremos nuestro paso por Lisboa, ni por estaminé, todo un placer.

Very unique experience and great value for money. Wonderful happy couple that serves you home made food in a super cosy place with only two tables so definitely book ahead...and get a bottle of green wine...yum:) and one of best viewpoints in Lisbon is only 50 metres up the road.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans ce petit bistro ! Une carte de choix, un accueil chaleureux et un lieu idéal pour desguster tranquillement tapas, jus de fruits exotiques ou la fameuse tarte à la banane.
Les propriétaires cuisinent à côté de vous et sont aux petits soins: une version rafraîchissante sans être intrusive qui se prête volontairement à la discussion.
Nous recommandons donc chaudement les tables de l'Estaminé où on retrouve une cuisine comme un accueil chaleureux et authentique.

Estamine is something more than just a restaurant. It is a place where you can feel like home! It feels like 2 wonderful people have invited you to their kitchen and they cook for you a delicious, home-made meal . Really delicious!! But it is not only the food and the excellent decoration.We had the best experience of our whole trip here. We shared our table with 2 travellers from Hong Kong, while the other table was being shared by italian and french visitors. We met each other and we all had some wines together. And of course with the lovely brazilian owners.It was really amazing that in a small place like this we met so many nice people! Thank you Joice and Luis. See you again!

Hard to really express how great and personal this experience is. I'll just recommend strongly you reserve ahead and that you don't let the word snack decieve you to the hearty and excellent food served.
The real joy though is the experience and conversation shared in an intimate setting with entertaining friendly hosts and meeting others guests.
Try the cocktails for certain (you can see through the lime slices), make sure and take home some art (which can be done for a token amount given the unique pieces and time invested) and most of all enjoy a unique experience I'm not sure you could have anywhere but a handful of places.

Come apri la porta di questo posticino incantevole, ti senti a casa. Il sorriso, la simpatia e la gentilezza di Joice e Luis è familiare ed avvolgente. Un ottimo cibo portoghese e brasiliano accompagnato da un buon vino o da una birra fresca. Posto ideale per una sosta: si appaga lo stomaco, lo spirito e l’umore!

Un concept tout a fait original ( pour moi ) , qui donne vraiment une ambiance chaleureuse , comme si les propriétaire nous invitaient chez eux ! Les plats sont simples mais succulents (mélange d'arôme très originale) et de plus j'ai vraiment passé un bon moment à échanger avec Joice et Luis !

Get ready for a very intimate and pleasant time. You can stay here for a long time and not even notice it, both the owners are very nice and they make every dish right in front of you while chatting and exchanging their stories with you. I am the wife, the 5.5month pregnancy woman who was in urgent needed toilet and asked for your help in your restaurant. I am not looking for trouble here, and i wanted to let it go until i saw your reply to my husband, which is totally a big lie! 1) from what you wrote in the comment, I am 100% sure there was no language problem during our communication in your restaurant, so you should clearly understood what my husband said with English and why we came to you; 2) as his wife, I was right behind of him with a big obvious belly and I saw and I heard the whole conversation between you two; 3)your restaurant was not full, ok, I was not sure in very inside, But what I saw in the door, there was obvious 2 seats outside available; 4) my husband asked for buying a beer and sit down then I could use your toilet, But you said no. I even asked my husband: if it is possible that you buy a beer to take away if they are really that "full". My husband replied to me " no, they said not possible". The whole procedure, I was just very confused. It could be such a easy thing but so difficult for you. What I said is 100% truth. And what you replied to my husband was totally a big lie.

A really laid back and nice little place a 10 minutes walk up the streets from the city center. The most positive things we experienced at our visit at Estaminé have been said in previous reviews allready, so no need to say anything else than that we are very happy to have found it there during our stay in Lisbon. Simple but lovely menu of tapas. The kids loved it to. Happy times! Thanks! ❤

Don't be fooled, the place looks nice from the outside. inside, though, you will meet the most cold hearted persons (owner) of entire europe. We went inside and were treated very disrespectful without any reason to do so. My pregnant wife (5th month) did need to visit a batroom very urgently, this was rejected even though I clearly explained it. Offering to order something didnt help. They sent us away, knowing that up on that hill there is no toilette around, which was a huge problem for my wife. Our trip to Lisbon was marvelous so far, the locals were very kind. Usually. Except for this cold hearted place. One star. Wish could give less. The view up there is nice though. Just avoid this place.

The two Brazilian hosts of this small place invite you in to have a taste of food from their home. The place has two tables, so either book early or be lucky! The food is really good especially the soft, chewy Brazilian Bread and Banana Pie with Ice Cream.
I think you can also order takeout from here as we saw someone pick up food.
Be sure to also try out their juices. The cashew juice is really tasty!!

It's already been a while now since I came here (August), but it's stuck in my head and I've been meaning to come back ever since! The place is tiny, but this just gives it a really cozy atmosphere. The kindness of the owners contributes to the great vibe, making it feel more like you're sitting in a friend's kitchen. Luckily a friend who makes great food! Don't even get me started on the banana cake dessert. I totally recommend this place!

Decorated by the nice Brazilian couple who run it, this place is a delight to eat in and to look at. Handmade art and furniture too, which is amazing. It had just two tables then I went, so the intimate, cozy and quiet atmosphere is guaranteed. The food is impeccable as well, with decently sized portions at an adequate price. A great place to go and try new things, buy some handmade jewelry and maybe hire the owner to decorate your house (because he definitely has skills - I want my kitchen to look like this restaurant).
Reusability is the word to describe the looks of this place, as both tables and chandeliers are made out of windows.
Definitely a great find (which is why I made sure to add it on here).

Very cosy and welcoming place, set up by a cute Brasilian couple. If you want to experience some tasty coffee with freshly crushed coffee beans or an awesome lemonade/juice for a good price you should totally visit that place.

Se siete italiani fermatevi perchè questi due "ragazzi" brasiliani, in realtà marito e moglie sono veramente forti. Vi chiederete perchè fermarvi se sono brasiliani, ebbene hanno vissuto in italia un paio d'anni e quindi non vedono l'ora di ripassare l'italiano.
Parlando del posto, pochi posti a sedere forse 8/10 ma è bellissimo così rende tutto più amichevole. I piatti sono delle tapas un misto tra cucina portoghese brasiliana e italiano. Quando sarete li fatevi consigliare non ve ne pentirete e se vi rimane tempo guardatevi il tramonto poco più su al miradouro da sinhora do monte.
