Amazing experience - the wait staff is best we have ever had - they are completely on top of everything but not overly stuffy - just professional and fun! Had the tasting menu and everything served was superb - from the amazing appetizer tapas to the final dessert tapas. Different, incredible flavors. Wine tasting also excellent - great Sommelier who is also interesting and fun. I hope to visit again when they get their second Michelin star - which I am sure will come!

Nice restaurant with good service, waiters were very helpful and polite. We arrived just 5 min before kitchen was closing, but they gave us a table anyway, thanks for that. But the food was just disappointing. Patatas bravas tasted old, bocata de calamares was dry, mollejas were the best of all 6 plates we ordered. Still, nothing was remarkable.

Been to a few michelin restaurants in before but none was enjoyable. Staff was knowledgeable and you could tell they took pride on what they were presenting. A very relaxed atmosphere even though I felt inside an art installation facing the green. The cellar... I could stare for hours, what a masterpiece. We went absolutely crazy and decided to go for every single item on the menu, 24 dishes inc bread. Personally, the fish courses were my favourite but the overall presentation, flavour and beauty of each dish could conquer any food lover. I was stuffed and rolled out the Laboratory a very happy costumer.

Una de las paradas obligadas en Sintra si te gusta la buena mesa. Se trata de uno de los restaurantes que Sergi Arola tutela a lo largo del mundo, con categoría de estrella de Michelín, que desde luego no decepciona. Sala inmaculada con vistas a un paisaje verde increíble, atención cuidada en sala, fantástico sommelier, y por supuesto, una cocina fuera de serie. 3 menú degustación a elegir, o carta si lo prefieres. En cualquiera de las opciones, tienes que probar la versión de las tapas españolas que preparan.

The finest meal I have ever eaten in my life. If you are able to come here, expect an experience unlike anything else. Absolutely impeccable service, remarkable food, and an almost otherworldly setting.

Foi uma bela experiência gastronômica ao longo de quase 4 horas, tudo cozinhado na perfeição com um sabor fantástico, assim como a decoração do restaurante. A simpatia de todo o staff é extraordinária, sem dúvida que passou a ser o meu restaurante de eleição.

Im Golf Resort gelegen. Leider dem entsprechende Gäste. Essen bei der Preisklasse - mit dem üblichen unzusammenhängenden Firlefanz - leider nicht perfekt. Fleisch nicht zart, Fisch nicht auf den Punkt gegart. Bedienung sehr gut. Weinbegleitung nicht überzeugend.

This was an over three hours dinner, I had “Discovery” menu, started with some Spanish tapas, the whole menu was very well balanced, the view and decoration is great, service was very good. I like the last surprise in the golf ball, which is a remind message “love is always closer than you think”.

Penha Longa never fail. I've been twice at Lab and both dinners were immaculate, great staff (friendly and knowledgeable), very good food and great interpretations of the peninsula's flavors. Drinks at the bar and at the restaurant are on point.

Toda a gastronomia, desde as tapas, entradas, pratos de peixe, de carne, as sobremesas, tudo é criteriosamente elaborado segundo os mandamentos da cozinha de autor e servido com o rigor de uma equipa altamente especializada e cordial que saberá conduzir e aconselhar as suas escolhas. O Lab dispõe de Menus de degustação com preços por pessoa a rondar os 100€~150€ que é possivel harmonizar com vinhos diversos, bem como pratos individuais à carta entre os 35€~50€. A lista de vinhos é extensa e complexa com opções para todos os gostos e carteiras. Tudo isto, numa sala exclusiva e intimista situada sobre os greens de golf do resort da Penhalonga, enquadrado na encosta sul da Serra de Sintra, a 30Km's de Lisboa. Vale a pena passar por lá. Ótimo para uma experiência a dois.
