The food was pretty decent, and they did nicely to accommodate our reservation despite our being late. That said, I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant. Beside the 3,60 cover (times 4, 2 being children), they ‘secretly’ charged for bread, cheese, and butter... almost 20 Euro cover JUST to sit down. They also ‘accidentally’ charged us for a second bottle of wine. When I asked for an explanation, I was shown tiny print under the lunch menu and told I must be from “far away” and “was the first to question it”. Well, I’ve been all over Europe and understand the ‘cover’... this was insulting at best.
In all, super disappointed in a place I specifically sought out for this trip.

Hello everybody. Today we were in this restaurant because of an recommendation but we are very disappointed. The food was good but the boss and the employees were very impolite. We were traded like second class guests and we had to leave after 2 hours.

Très bonne adresse. Niché dans une ruelle près du Teatro do Infande, le restaurant est confortable et décoré avec goût, l'accueil est courtois et le service soigné. La carte offre un bel assortiment d'entrées et des plats de poisson attractifs. Nous avons apprécié les crevettes à l'ail (un incontournable) et un beau bar grillé (pour 2) parfaitement préparé, servi avec des légumes vapeur croquants et la bouteille d'huile à côté, impeccable pour ceux qui veulent garder la ligne La carte des vins est plutôt raisonnable comparé à d'autres restaurants. Pour les gourmands, fromages et douceurs sont aussi au menu. Nous gardons l'adresse !

Igual no tuvimos suerte, pero fue decepcionante, pedimos un arroz y no tenía ningun gusto, parecía que lo hubieran ervido y posteriormente le hubieran puesto los calamares. El bacalao, que se supone especialidad, congelado, mal cocinado, la cebolla que tenia que ser caramelizada, casi cruda y todo flotando en una balsa de aceite virgen que se había añadido al final.. Ha y encima caro

Un lugar de imprescindible visita, en una estancia en Lisboa. La cocina es fantástica, da igual el plato que pidas.. Siempre es fabuloso. Muy buen servicio y precioso lugar. He repetido todas las veces que he estado en esta ciudad y desde luego, seguiré haciéndolo.

It was so nice local food resrant. Staffs were very frindly. Foods were so nice and delicious. Price were lower than our expect. Even we ordered much. Highly recommended.

Magnífico!!!! Fuimos a comer y lo encontramos por casualidad. No había mucha gente y ya era tarde para comer en Lisboa. Pensábamos que no nos atenderían pero fueron muy amables. El pescado, marisco y arroz espectaculares. Y además calidad-precio muy buena. Lo mejor de Lisboa y totalmente recomendable

Comida excelente. Peixe fresco e muito bom com sabores incríveis.
Notamos que a STAFF, incl. Gerência fizeram questão de marcar diferença no atendimento ao cliente.
Os turistas estrangeiros tinha sempre prioridade em tudo.
Mas recomenda-se na mesma :-)

Cuisine très bonne, service impeccable. Mauvaise surprise sur la note finale, tout est payant : le pain, les gressins, le petit pot de rillettes de sardines à 2€, le fromage proposé à l'apéritif à 4,5€ et le comble l'eau du robinet servie en carafe à 1€ l'unité. Faites attention, surtout restez fixé à votre plat, sinon la note s'en ressentira.

The food is very tasty, perhaps a bit too salty, but what completely ruins the experience is the staff. Their careless and somewhat rude attitude ruin the mood.
Also, I believe its ridiculous to charge for tap water.

Super fresh and delicious fish. Delicately authentic atmosphere and fast service. Super recommended. Pulpo, clams, squids are a must. And catch of the day grilled was superb.

No es un lugar barato pero merece la pena por la calidad. El pescado está exquisito y el trato es inmejorable.
Éramos dos personas y pedimos dos platos principales de pescado, botella de vino y dos cafés y pagamos algo menos de 30€ por persona.
Recomendado el vino de la casa, muy buena relación calidad/precio.

RESTAURANTE CON COMIDA DE MUY BUENA CALIDAD Y LUGAR MUY AGRADABLE.
El restaurante está en el marchoso Barrio Alto de Lisboa, cerca do Largo do Carmo.La comida es de muy buena calidad ofreciendo diversas entradas, pescados, carnes,arroces,mariscos, postres y una buena carta de vinos.Hemos comido unas almejas al Bulhao Pato, Corvina, un arroz de navajas y postes de higos y helado. La comida estaba estupenda, el servicio y el trato muy bueno. La comida es de precio alto, pero merece la pena por la calidad ofrecida.El restaurante es recomendable.
Conviene reservar porque el lugar con un bonito decorado marinero no es muy grande y se suele llenar pronto.

We came having received a recommendation but ultimately left disappointed. The service was generally nice but half of us had very good meals and a few were really let down. Sorry but I can’t recommend this one.

Very good seafood and special dishes. Staff was attentive to our food and drink restrictions and they reacted quickly when they realized that one the orders did not comply with our restriction.
Prices very moderate for the seafood they cook.....

Had the soft sheep cheese and octopus salad for starters, grilled sea bass with vegetables and potatoes for two as main and cassata for desert. Waiters were kind and professional. Calm atmosphere with mainly tourist guests on a Sunday night.

unfortunately, i cannot recommend.
the quality of the food doesn’t justify the price and the service is too slow.
on top of that, the guests are being billed for items that have never been ordered but simply put on their tables such as: olives, non-fresh bread and butter.
steel water (not mineral !) are also billed.

Very mediocre seafood dishes. All tasted bland. Quite overpriced for the taste. They also charge for the bread and butter which was served without us ordering it. The only good thing was the ambience of the restaurant.

Amazing octopus salads, Brazilian meat was tasty. The wait staff not very friendly and unwilling to answer questions. The owner was great, told us how to make the octopus salad

This place is pricey.The servers seem totally disinterested and will not smile or act like they care one bit. The owner came by and she was nice but the rest of the folks seemed like they would rather have been somewhere else. This was my second visit.

Definitely do not go alone. They'll seat you in a sad corner by the service area, and you'll feel like the dunce in the corner.
Food is alright, but definitely not worth the price. 22 for a middling grilled squid that would be better in a cervejaria.
Service was terrible, one literally told me "take that napkin off the plate" in a rude voice.

The food is prepared with fresh produce, but with some noticeable imperfections, like fragments of clam shells and a bit of sand in a fish stock, so it's probably slightly overpriced for what you get. The service is attentive but slow.

Wir hatten uns entschlossen mal schön Meeresfrüchte zu essen. Da dieses Lokal relativ gute Bewertungen hatte, hat es uns hier her gezogen. Die Preisklasse ist etwas gehobener als die anderen Lokale. Ich hatte eine Fischsuppe (6 Euro) die sehr gut geschmeckt hatte. Als Hauptgang gab es King Prawns (2 Stück + Reis für 36 Euro). Von Geschmack her ausgezeichnet, aber der Service könnte etwas besser sein, die Mitarbeiter sahen alle so schlecht gelaunt aus. Gerade in einem Lokal dieser Kategorie könnte das besser ein.

I was impressed with the level of service, the generous portions and excellent dishes. Had probably the best pork cheeks of my life here - which says a lot for someone like me who isn't into meat dishes usually. Would love to visit again!

-If I lived in Lisbon, I would come here often.
-Super seafood Portugeuse & Brazilian-style.
-5 star service.
-Very warm, home decor w/ splashes of luxury & prestige throughout.
-The spiny lobster are to die for: FINGER LICKING GOOD.
Overall, a superb seafood restaurant!

Great food and excellent service. We came in very late without a reservation and 8 of us(including 3 kids). The staff found us a table and were very patient with us. Highly recommended. Fish was very fresh and the flavors were awesome.

Really good fish and seafood options and great selection of wine to go with it. Waiters are efficient and attentive. You may wait a bit for the food and that's because everything is freshly prepared for you. There are two meat options for the ones who don't like fish although you should really get here for the seafood or fish. Bit expensive comparing to other places in the area and totally worth it.
