Such a beautiful hotel with so many services that it blows your mind. Though it is expensive, its worth it. Go there for one night and it'll be the best night of your life because of the beds. Yeah, you heard me. Beds. The mattress is amazing, the sheets equally. The whole sleeping experience at the hotel changes the way you view your life. Obviously I'm kidding nevertheless I do think the beds are quite comfy, the number of pools is impressive, the reception made me feel like a peasant, the services are many, the beach is beautiful and I don't even like beaches etc...

Très bel établissement bien situé, idéal pour les golfeurs et les joueurs de tennis. Les suites Océan Suites sont très confortables.

Отель хорош в любое время года! Мы приехали в марте. Все кругом зелёное, как летом. Очень ухоженная территория. Контингент отдыхающих в это время - пенсионеры и парочки с детьми.

O restaurante do hotel limitava o horário de jantar ! Pelo que este encerrava as 22h, o que implicava termos que jantar muito cedo, pois as 22h já não havia praticamente buffet disponível para o jantar.

Глядя на рейтинги и цены, мы ожидали гораздо большего от этого отеля. В первую очередь не понравился сервис: сотрудники ленивые, совершенно не мотивированные, через одного не профессиональные.
Во-вторых устаревшая и неудобная инфраструктура. До пляжа надо спускаться и идти по настилу достаточно долго.
Качество еды в ресторанах среднее, точно не уровня 5*. В округе приличных ресторанов тоже нет, поэтому надо ездить на автомобиле.
Ну, и будучи золотым членом Bonvoy, я не получил даже простого приветствия, а уж про upgrade даже речи не шло, хотя отель был полупустым.

Spectacular grounds and complex. Staff extremely friendly and overall a wonderful getaway. Misses it's 5 star rating due to lack of attention in the rooms and cleanliness.

Smoothjazz an der Algarve, schöne location. Allerdings chaotisch, was die Frühstückssituation im Haupthaus angeht, lange Schlangen. Speisen sind nicht 5 -Sterne- würdig, Standard-Auswahl. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I was at one of their restaurants and they made sure I had a good time.
I ordered the chicken for about 16€ including a small water. Very nice and served with Quinoa.
The place looks great and it was about 5 minutes down to the beach.

Beautiful resort nestled in the heart of the Portugese Algarve with access to a private beach, golf course and all the amenities you need. Excellent service, friendly staff and amazing location. Priced for tourists but worth every penny. You cannot go wrong here!

Durante anos foi o nosso local de eleição para férias de veraneio no Algarve.
Sempre adoramos o serviço, o atendimento, a variedade de opções de restaurantes e por ser uma das poucas opções com acesso à praia.
O Pinhal é muito agradável para relaxar durante a tarde em dias muito ensolarados.
Infelizmente de uns anos para cá, deixamos de passar as nossas férias por não aceitarem animais e infelizmente não temos com quem deixar o nosso cão e tivemos que buscar alternativas.
Recomendo muito!

As is stated ont heir website, luxury hotel with almost every possible facility available. The rooms all have spectacular views, the food is great with options for buffet in the morning to come with your booking. All the facilities are available for use (some with a fee however), and there is also a kids club which is useful for their activities. Would highly recommend and the price is definitely worth it.

This is a lovely property. The bedroom was spotless and serviced to a very high standard.The grounds and building are very well kept and beautiful. The beach is extremely pleasant and there was no problems getting a lounger each day. The biggest negative was breakfast. Chaotic and not managed well (as mentioned by many others). Service was good in some areas and not great in others. The food and drink is expensive but expected for this type of resort. Evenings can be a little quiet with not much entertainment or atmosphere in the bar. I would stay again, possibly when it was a little busier.

Superb hotel with astonishing golf course surrounding it like a scarf. Everything is in perfect shape, clean and well kept. The view on the ocean keeps a secret - the red cliffs, appearing when one starts walking around and finds the elevator providing a comfortable direct access to the beach.

Отель замечательный и обслуживание отличное. Очень близко находится пляж, на территории можно воспользоваться спа процедурами, есть спортзал, также можно играть в гольф естественно за дополнительную доплату. Для детей есть детские площадки.

Everything was great, the food, staff, rooms, all. Only we have small problem on the end, something was disappeared from our room, so, we are waiting for results of hotel management.
