Felipe Jiménez Hernández: It's a very large ground floor with 3 bedrooms and a huge American kitchen + salon with a beautiful large wooden table, sofas and a TV system with many channels and movies. The air conditioning is strong enough not to notice the 2018 heat wave! Also a garage with ping pong, darts, etc. and a garden with bbq (we used it 3 times) and an inflatable round pool (quite large for its type). You have everything I've described entirely for your own; Larry and Yvonne, who are great hosts, live upstairs, but you won't even notice they're there if you don't need anything, and you don't need to be quiet either (as they make clear). However it's good to have them upstairs (available with a whatsapp) in case you need something (like help with the entertainment system). Everything there is top quality, almost luxurious. It feels good to have good things in your hands, so you will naturally try to treat them well. However if there's an accident (like a broken glass) there's no problem. Also, if you need something different, they provide; we asked if there was a full table cloth (instead of the stylish personal mats they normally provide) and they soon brought one for us. Food and beverages were there for us on arrival. We also used some supplies, like carbon for the BBQs, which we didn't restore before leaving, and it was no problem. You can cook your own food with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need and more. There is a supermarket a 10-minute drive away where we bought all our food. The dish washer and the washing machine work very well. The river beach 10 minutes away is great if you like that kind of popular places, and the Mira de Aire caves, 30 min away, are beautiful. To visit Lisboa you can drive 40 minutes to Santarem, leave the car in a free parking lot, and and take a train ticket from there. Very recommendable altogether.

Entrei à procura de jóias imobiliárias com intenção de compra. Eu realmente não consegui experimentar a loja. Entrei um pouco depois das 17h pensando que era uma hora perfeitamente normal para fazer compras numa quinta-feira e só tive a oportunidade de ouvir os caixas reclamarem de como estavam falidos, depois virei-me para mim e, sem saudações, informaram-me que a loja ia fechar dentro de 5 minutos. Notícia de última hora, malta. Se você está falido e opera um negócio, provavelmente deveria expulsar as pessoas... Foi indelicado e fui adiado, por isso saí.

Eles são uma história necessária para empreiteiros como nós...têm muitas coisas boas...mas POR FAVOR, morde a bala e contrata mais algumas pessoas!! POR FAVOR!! Eles têm pouco pessoal. Num fim-de-semana, se tiveres de fazer uma pergunta... BEM SORTE!! Tive de fazer uma pergunta de pintura. Havia dois funcionários assediados e várias pessoas à minha frente à espera com perguntas. Às vezes você tem que vaguear pelo porteiro procurando alguém, qualquer um para te ajudar. Muitos corredores estão entupidos com escadas de plataforma laranja e caixas grandes...provavelmente porque simplesmente não há pessoas suficientes para as guardar. A falta de pessoal é grave...faz da experiência do Depósito em casa, que costumava ser boa, uma provação.
