Páscoa 2019 Hotel com info de 4* diria eu a precisar de ser reformado, WC do quarto, ainda com cortinas, (aparentemente limpo/as), em x de portas de vidro na banheira, uau!
O restaurante? Fraco, coitados, uma tristeza, o pequeno almoço em que o Algarve que até tem um pão bom, aqui, coitados, almoço e jantar, coitados, para quem tinha TI-tudo incluído, fraquíssimo (o que encareceu bastante preço diário). Positivo, no Bar do Hotel, o Gonçalo, fabuloso, atencioso e competente, parabéns. Lamento, não me vejo a voltar.

Visited in February of this year, really lovely hotel,upmarket, rooms were tremendous, staff extremely pleasant, especially when we arrived back one evening to find Champagne and nibbles to celebrate my husbands birthday. Thank you very much

Foi excelente porque fomos recebidos da melhor maneira , com bebidas grátis, upgrade gratuito para todo o grupo no 8o piso e boas recomendações de restaurantes e bares. Os quartos são acolhedores , cama e almofadas fantásticas . Bom spa e gratuito . Estacionamento exterior com imensos lugares . Ao lado da Marina e a 10 min de quarteira . Também tem um centro com salas de congressos com excelentes condições! Recomendamos 5*

Très bon emplacement. Près de la mer, d'un supermarché, restaurants et autres commodités. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Personnel accueillant mais qui ne parlent pas français. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Nous avons été ravis.

We liked it very much the breakfast is very nice, very filling lots of variety. The coffee is just wow, fruit, cheese, boiled egg, omelette too much to mention you will not leave hungry. Hotel facilities are good too pools indoors and outdoors. Limited gym but still adequate car park secured, hotel staff are very helpful friendly

Boa localização, funcionários da recepção simpáticos e profissionais, funcionários do jantar de réveillon simpáticos mas pouco experientes. Ementa de réveillon boa mas pode melhorar a animação fraca. Quartos e áreas comuns são antigas e pouco conservadas ao nivel de hotel de 2 ou 3 estrelas. Spa foi dos piores em que já estive, hidromassagem avariada e sem água, sauna ligada mas sem temporizador (ampulheta) aparelho sem tampa com as varetas à vista e mais elevadas que as pedras (perigoso), pouca higiene, as funcionárias bloqueiam a entrada de menores de 16 anos mas permitem a entrada de pessoas vestidas e calçadas desadequadamente. Não vou voltar.

Muito agradável, quartos limpinhos e camas óptimas, pequeno almoço muito bom. Bem localizado com vista ao mar e o casino de Vila Moura. Funcionário muito prestativos. Adorei, é a minha segunda estadia em família e o hotel (pessoas e serviços) surpreendeu me pela positiva mais uma vez.

I have had a group of 32+ going to this hotel for the last 7 years and the much needed renovations really have taken the hotel from being good to being excellent. Great staff always eager to help, great buffet breakfast, clean and well laid out rooms and local to the marina with its bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Beautiful place to stay.1 bedroom apartment very big and comfortable. Staff are very kind and pleasant. Breakfast would set you up for the day plenty to choose from. Hotel is very central 2 mins from the beach and 2 mins from the marina. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return

Nice hotel, good swiming pool, great location near the beach and the casino.
The food is very satisfying and the service too.
The rooms are the big disappointment, old rooms, mine had a door (closed) in the middle, bathroom curtins that are outdated, it doesn't match an hotel with this potencial
Less important, it has a gym (if you can call it so) that is almost non existing

Excelente hotel y mejor atención. Pase junto a mi marido las vacaciones de agosto y nos trataron súper bien. Tiene unas habitaciones bonitas y limpias, con un pequeño balcón con buenas vistas. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, lo mejor el café, era de máquina de Nesspreso. La piscina y la animación fantásticas. Lo recomiendo!!

The hotel is okay, its a functional place to stay with a buffet style breakfast.
The pools are a little small for swimming, fine for a quick dip to cool down in the summer months.
The spa area doesn't feel well designed for use, it looks good at a quick glance, but there isnt much in it. No where to shower or changing rooms after you've been there either.
Rooms - good size and nice to have a balcony, however they are not as clean as I would have liked. Additionally the toiletries don't get replaced once used, regardless of how long your there and neither do the tea and coffee pods, which is a shame as I'd like more than one tea and coffee a week.
Live music - really like the idea of live music in a hotel, so this is a positive. Downside is the live music is aimed at a much older market (70+), so a lot of people leave the bar area and find elsewhere to drink.
Staff - Not very friendly, there were a few that were quite nice and polite. However I found most were grumpy and just wanted to talk to the other staff members.

Not good reception staff is not helpful and they are rudh. i check in 12am. and i ask reception is food is available here or outside? he replied we don't know is not our duty to answer that. hotel services is closed and outside is everything close to is 12am. next day i find out in one cafe told me they open all night. so i went to dom Pedro and told him why you didn't tell me last night about the cafe open all night? he said to me i didn't told you because you might don't like. that's not good answer to me. and room is full of bugs and cockroach

Had a lovely time here. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing and comfortable hotel. The beach and marina are a 60 second walkaway, both of which are dotted with lovely cafés and restaurants. Recommend for a few relaxing days away in the sun. Thank you.

We're still @ this hotel after a week & have another week to go, so can honestly say,when we come back to Portugal we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The hotels location is excellent ~5mins walk to the Marina where there are many excellent restaurants,also don't be misled by reviews saying how expensive they are, they be a little more expensive than the ones on the back road, but definitely not over the top. There is also a bar (Crazy Bull) over the road who have happy hr 7~8pm. Don't bother with Grogans bar couple doors away,the waitress is SO miserable (not just with us).They have a board outside showing a jug & a glass of Sangria BOTH WITH fruit,but when my glass was brought ~No fruit!? (WHY call it Sangria!?) When I asked if they don't put fruit in a glass- the answer was just 'NO,& walked off!!- also it seems more closed than open,not that we would ever go back! I must also say if you are going on any excursions DEFO go to the 'Ticket Office' shop 10 mins from hotel, excellent prices (Portuguese tport hit & miss) all the staff are really nice & informative. The hotel is 5mins walk to a very busy beach (even the ones further away are the same), but there is absolutely no need to go there as the hotels gardens are brilliant,loads of shade from all the trees & the fantastic thing is not getting up ,@ 'daft o'clock' to secure a sunbed (tho some Morons still do & don't use them for hrs!)it honesty doesn't matter what time you want a lounger,there are LOADS of them~ this is a MASSIVE plus for coming back here. Also the staff are really nice & welcoming, especially Monika on Reception who is always helpful,& Miguel who as soon as we arrived took charge of the suitcases. The room 711 (7th floor, overlooking the front with sea view,with afternoon /evening sun), is great~ (many thanks for granting our request for a higher floor), & many thanks to all the ladies for keeping it so clean. The beds are so comfortable, & the pillows are SUPERB, sleeping like I never do elsewhere. The ONLY downside is breakfast time can be manic!!~especially after 9.3o, also the coffee machines take patience & determination!! That said, there are SO many pluses for this hotel,just don't bother looking anywhere else.

Ótimo para quem tem crianças dado que tem muitas atividades sob a alçada de duas Pessoas Fantásticas ( Paula e Bruno) ... que mantêm os miúdos e adultos ocupados !!! Location is spot on if you want to be a minute away from the Marina and adjacent Vilamoura beach.
Hotel itself is spacious, has a good pool and restuarant service. Rooms are also absolutely well maintained. Staff are always available and friendly.
Recommended. Probably the best value of the 'resort' style venues to stay in Vilamoura.

Tudo bom: localização, boa praia, comida, camas, (colchões) limpeza em geral, simpatia de TODOS os funcionários/as: serviço de quartos, limpeza, restaurante, bar (à menina Mami um beijinho ), animadores (Bruno e Paula).
Temperatura da água da piscina!! ️ ️do melhor.
Jardim bem tratado com muita zona relvada.

Food is very limited for lunch and dinner so would.advise bed and breakfast only. There is not enough staff on reception so guests get very frustrated waiting to be seen. Reception staff are answering phones,booking taxis,dealing with check ins/out etc and the q is massive. There are only 2 computers at the check in but they could have seperate information space for anyone not checking in. Restaurant is cramped in the mornings the q for coffee is silly and no one telling guests theres another coffee machine around the corner ! The location of the hotel is brilliant though and everything is within walking distance. Will definitely visit Vilamoura again just not sure about Dom Pedro vilamoura.

Hotel de excelência, com uma vista fantástica sobre a marina de Vilamoura. Recepcionistas simpáticos e bastante profissionais. Quartos como as estrelas indicam, limpos, casas de banho limpas e desinfectadas. Piscina fenomenal. Peca apenas pela entrada algo confusa, devido á entrada de táxis e transfers. Mas recomendo, ou para uma estadia, ou beber um café.

Main floor looks superb, however....have 2 rooms booked, rooms are outdated (see pics), air conditioning lacking on the 9th floor, told main desk of issue twice still unresolved, today left for site seeing early in the morning, returned to our room at 4pm, room has not been cleaned, had to call front desk again, we left the room while they did so, returned to find items such as drinking glasses not replaced, had to call front desk again, been here for 3 days, 2 more days to go...let's see how this goes, not holding my breath ....how this hotel received 4 stars is beyond me...ugghh...will have a prolonged chat with our travel agent upon our return home about this booking....so here's an update from when I last wrote the above comments, last night someone was smoking in the adjoining room on the 9th, btw this is a non-smoking hotel with a room on the main floor designated for smokers, anyways, we went to the front desk to file a complaint, their seriousness about this issue and the horrible AC was at best non-commital and laughable, in the end they moved my kids to another room on the same floor, all this after midnight with us having to get up early for a boat excursion the next morning...just lovely....needless to say the AC in this now new room is not working properly either! We heard from another client in the same floor file a complaint with respect to the bad AC....stay tuned!

Very pleasant. Nothing of spectacular but very livable. A big hall full of sofa very comfortable. Tables and chairs around the swimming pool, great for those that don't pass the day laid down to roast under the sun but write, read, play. And personnel ready at every request, kind but polite. Less than five minutes to arrive at the marina with its restaurants, shops and bars

Boa noite! Posso explicar sim. E, agradeço imenso a vossa atenção. Fui passar aí o fim de semana do meu aniversário com o meu marido e os meus filhos. Desejei bom tempo (em Novembro, não é fácil) e, o desejo cumpriu-se. Ora, parece, que os vossos hoteis não estão preparados para tal. Foi uma TORTURA. Os quartos pareciam autênticas saunas. Era IMPOSSÍVEL estar lá dentro. Imaginem com duas crianças pequenas o desespero do calor. Tomavamos banho, e começavamos a transpirar. Para ver um sorriso na nossa cara era preciso abrir a porta do quarto e sair. Era um forno. Chegamos a ter 30graus dentro do quarto e não podíamos baixar a temperatura. Passavamos as noites de janelas abertas, destapados, de abanicos e os meninos agitados e nós desesperados. Acordavamos com calor, já em desespero. O staff era muito atencioso, o buffet excelente, o parque das crianças podia ser melhorado, mas até era bastante agradável no seu todo. Agora não conseguia de maneira nenhuma dar nota positiva. Foi HORRIVEL. MESMO. Não descansamos, não dormimos, o meu fim de semana de descanso e de celebração, virou pesadelo, vim triste e exausta. Sou de pedir o livro de elogios e de os fazer. Mas, fiquei mesmo muito triste com estes dias. Não sei se conseguem compreender. A experiência foi má.

My only gripe is the shower in the bath, not a proper shower. Other than that it's a great place to stay, great buffet breakfast and excellent staff. I really enjoyed my stay there and the golf was fantastic

The room was cold as the air conditioning was still on instead of the heating. We were there for 6 nights and for the first 3 we were very cold and uncomfortable in our room. We informed the staff on the first day but it took 3 days to sort out. We were on the top 8th floor and every morning at 4am the air con system came on and it woke us every time. It was very loud as it was just above us. We took photos.
The location was good.
The breakfast was good.

Fiz a reserva por telefone deram-me um preço sem fazer o desconto à chegada questionei e disseram que de facto nao me tinham dado o desconto do vip card 15%, retificado e pago logo. Subimos ao quarto e verifico duas camas em vez de casal depois de ter dito que queria essa condição. No quarto estava muito calor acendi o ar condicionado...piorou! Apos falar na receção disseram que no verao faz frio e no inverno calor política do hotel, entao cada pessoa nao deveria ter a opção de escolher? A colcha de uma das camas estava amarela e a outra branca...na casa de banho encontrei um bicho da madeira, no bide a rosca saía e no ultimo dia vou limpar-me a uma toalha e espanto uma toalha com vestigio de sangue...inaceitável. Quando fiz check out apresentei a toalha o funcionário pediu desculpa (coisa que ouvi varias vezes quando passava na receção) enfim uma desilusão.

Quando cheguei estavam 24º em Vilamoura e o aquecimento do quarto estava ligado! Pedi para desligar mas não o fizeram. Tive de dormir com a janela aberta e como estava muita humidade, e chuva, fiquei constipada... Pessoal atencioso, refeições agradáveis, pena as nozes estarem ranço- sas.

Com temperatura exterior de 27 graus dentro do hotel o AC so fazia calor
Ter que dormir de janela aberta com ruido intenso de outros clientes mais animados e nao poder fechar o blackout para impedir que as luzes das varandas entrem pelo quarto dentro.
Não entendo como em epoca de escassez energética mantenham as luzes acesas durante toda a noite sem hipótese de serem fechadas a partir do quarto.
Porque será que todos os hotéis mantém iluminação total exteriores durante toda a noite?

Excelente experiência, com staff simpático e atencioso, desde a reserva até ao check-out. Muito bom pequeno-almoço, boa localização e noites animadas com música ao vivo. A sala de jogos possui ténis de mesa. Impossível não ficar agradado com a surpresa proporcionada no dia do meu aniversário. O meu obrigado à Resident Manager Rosa Custódio e restante pessoal a estadia agradável que proporcionaram.

Quarto limpo mas decoração antiguada, peças metálicas com ferrugem e chuveiro mal desenhado (vidro apenas até metade do comprimento do poliban, sem porta, o chão da casa de banho fica muito molhado). O suporte das toalhas é no topo do vidro, perto do tecto, não é acessível a toda a gente. Não faz sentido o secador de cabelo estar preso pelo fio dentro de um armário, para pessoas mais altas torna-se inconveniente. O ar condicionado não tem temperatura fria.

Reception staff need training on customer care, not once did we get treated with a smile or a good morning. The restaurant food was dreadful food always cold, after 3 meals I complained for them to find out the hot plates were not working. I’m Gluten free (through illness) Not once could I eat a dessert, other than fruit. Also ran out of bread. We had to pay cash for everything, were not allowed to put anything on your room. So sad as the Rooms and facilities were A1.

Excellent hotel well maintained. Room immaculate very clean. Very friendly staff.. only letdown is the breakfast buffet. Good selection of food .If only the food that should be hot was not cold or lukewarm it would get another star. Entertainment in bar had two excellent lady singers on alternative nights. I could listen to them all night. Male keyboard player on other nights was too loud and not a good singer.

The room was lovely, excellent facilities, really good staff, cheap mini bar and lovely bathroom. The complimentary fresh fruit in the room was a nice surprise and nothing seemed to much trouble. The buffet breakfast was well presented, and very diverse and totally fresh. Overall a top place to stay.

Very good location, only a short walk to the beach or marina and local bars and restaurants. Rooms comfortable, very clean and a bath/shower and bidet in the ensuite. Nice gardens with pool and gym. Breakfast is excellent. The staff are efficient, friendly and approachable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel was really nice.The only issue we had was when the water from the shower hit the glass screen, the water ran along the bottom and spilt out all along the floor. We used the mat to catch it, but the mat ended up saturated.

The swimming pool was a great size with easy access. The hotel had the basics but for the price was disappointing. There were several all male groups (possibly golfers and / or stag parties) which made the bar area very noisy. The staff all has a down trodden demeanour - when you asked they were pleasant but did not try to do any extra. There were no instructions for air con or coffee machine in room and no information about hotel facilities or things to do- you had to know what to ask.

Good location and swimming pool. Accessible room was very poor - the shower was not fixed to wall so sprayed everywhere - no towel rails or hooks and nowhere to put shampoo etc. Door to bathroom was slide but no runner on bottom so swung. Toilet seat was loose.

Generally excellent but at times the loud and often bad language of the golf groups needed management . We sometimes felt the need to move indoor or out dependent on where these groups were sitting. I am a golfer and have been on many a tour so know the fun for the group but also the responsibility to other guests.I see this as a joint task for the hotel and golf tour management.

This was our second visit to this hotel. Have to say that last year was much better. The pros are definitely the staff who are fantastic, especially the man in charge of daytime entertainment, plus the location is perfect, grounds and pool.However last year was couples of all ages, this year there were several large rowdy groups of men on golfing breaks who were extremely rowdy , drinking by the pool with loud music unchecked which spoilt our experience somewhat. I’m not a killjoy but after last years holiday was not what we was expecting. So I would no longer recommend this hotel for a quiet couple break.Also the air con in the room didn’t work properly and the bathroom was a bit tired, had to do this thing with the toilet or the water kept running into the bowl rather than filling up the tank!!

From the moment that the glass doors open for you and you approach the check in desk you are greeted by friendly professional smiling staff members who only have one thing on their minds. To treat you like a valued customer and for you their visitor to have the best possible holiday.
Nothing is too much trouble for them, everything is fully explained regarding breakfast timings, where to go, towel service, safe key, WiFi access code and password.
Breakfast is well laid out in the huge restaurant and you have a lot of choice. It probably would be quicker to list what you cannot have rather than what you can.
I also had a buffet meal one evening, again plenty of choice. The waiters are all very attentive looking after you for drinks. Like breakfast you may dine inside or outside, which ever you wish.
As of yet I have not taken the opportunity to participate in a sports massage, it is on my list of things to do next week.

I must admit I was worried about our stay initially, after seeing some negative reviews about the hotel being ‘dated’ and ‘the rooms being small’, however upon arrival it was totally the opposite! We had a standard room which was super spacious and even went on to the balcony to see that we have a breathtaking sea view. We were in the 4th floor. Staff were really friendly, especially the evening bar staff! Great clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and tasty with lots of selection. At night before dinner, we Went to the crazy bull across the street for happy hour 7-8pm. Marina is close by with lots of resturaunts. Also, there was no fight for any sunbeds, it was chilled. Only downside was that there wasn’t any umbrellas but there were trees for shade.Overall great stay!

Tudo o resto até poderia classificar de BOM. Inadmissível o facto de nas condições de reserva estar mencionado, estacionamento disponível no local, o que não corresponde minimamente ás necessidades de alojamento no hotel. Mais de 15 minutos para conseguir entrar no hotel e efectuar o check-in, devido ao "engarrafamento" de veículos. Explicações dadas na recepção não aceitáveis e pouco cordiais para quem chega para descansar e tem que esperar e procurar um lugar fora do hotel. Seria preferível mencionar nas condições de estacionamento "carece de reserva" ou "não garantimos disponibilidade". A isto chama-se informação enganosa e irritante para quem procura descansar e relaxar. Lamentável

Tiling in the bathroom was very sloppy finish and needs redoing. The new pool attendant boy for the second half of our stay was rude and a little upstart. This is not a family friendly hotel. Breakfast was fine given the cost to stay here.

We will let you know once they have sorted the niggles. We are club members and there was no offer of e welcome drink on arrival. A great place for a holiday. Golfing has gone expencive and now they charge 40 euros for a buggy but the courses are very much a must to play. Don pedro villamoura is a great hotel but Don Pedro marina is by far better and is still my favourite. If u love golf love chilling and not night clubs then this area is one hell if a plce to go. We r back again october for a longer trip and that will be our 7th visit in 5years .

A nice hotel, buffet breakfast good, cooked was warm at best, tea and coffee tray on request only we waited 2 days for one to become availadle, which was not replenish through out our stay, lots of sunbeds enough for all guests that are located around a beautiful pool area. Balcony area of room was nice but would benift from a light to enable guests to enjoy the night reading or relaxing with a glass of wine. Rooms a good size with bath and showers. Falta de atención. Tuvimos un problema la primera noche; entró en mi habitación a las 00:15 horas de la noche una persona mientras dormíamos, pudo abrir la puerta con otra tarjeta llave diferente a la mía dándonos un buen susto a mi mujer y a mi, lo comuniqué a la recepción del hotel y no hicieron ni caso, solo se limitaron a hacer una comprobación de la cerradura y no nos han dado ningún tipo de explicación por parte de la Dirección. Para nosotros es un problema grave ya que estuvimos intranquilos el resto de la estancia.
La limpieza es mediocre.
Para nosotros no corresponden cuatro estrellas a este hotel, ni creemos que sea buena la relación calidad-precio.
No pensamos volver a este hotel.

After going for over 20 years, we were concerned that the recent refurbishment would change the excellent areas of the hotel.
Of course, no worries. The new front door area is an improvement; the new flooring does reduce the sound (but I am not sure how long it will survive in the bathrooms); the new window and doors in the room offer some sound proving; so all good.
What hasn't changed - the excellent staff, the lovely feel of the place, the gardens, so all the good things are unchanged.
The new name, due to the purchase of the golf courses, is a little naff. They could have called it Dom Pedro Jardon (garden in Portuguese), which would have been more relevant.
Still the same great hotel and planning to book for 2018 shortly.

Well run hotel. Very clean. Good food .no criticism of staff. Only minor moan is waiting for lifts but that is no real complaint. 2nd visit here and would certainly return.

Beautiful location in cintra, right off the water. Decent food, friendly staff, beauty back area with a pool. Everything in the room was clean.

Localisation proche Marina. Personnel très accueillant, à l' écoute. Préférer les chambres vue mer. Hôtel spécialisé golf mais envahi par les golfeurs britanniques très bruyants et se vont au restaurant en t-shirt, short et claquettes. Les repas sont variés et tout à fait corrects.

Just back from 10 day stay.Absolutely lovely holiday. Hotel very clean. Staff very polite, no problem in helping and explaining any query. All staff work very hard. Food excellent, caters for varied tastes. Never hungry. Would definitely return.

What to say about the Dom Pedro Golf Restaurant Grille and Conference Centre,
Despite the staff really working hard the management of the this hotel are in full
denial that they are there to run a hotel, their eyes are firmly fixed on the restaurant.
grille (neither of which close until 1030 pm) and especially the conference centre.
The evening entertainment is at best inept, a variation of "DJ's" running music off
their lappys, is it no wonder that the hotel guests go somewhere else for their entertainment and holiday atmosphere. I don't know who came up with this concept
but it leaves a sower taste for the holiday evenings

This is a great hotel in Vilamoura. Great location. Nice and pieceful, yet minutes walk to the Marina. Would recommend this hotel. We will go back to this place. Reasonable price also. Service was good. Rooms were typical hotel rooms. Did not like that you needed to pay for wifi. Thats just a shocker these days.

I stayed at Dom Pedro Golf with my husband From 23rd to the 9th of July and will be retuning in August this year.We had a lovely stay here and will be bringing 4 members of my family.We had exellent sevice all round,ie reception staff,waiters,and waitresses'bar staff,cleaning maids kept our room clean and changed towels as often as we neaded them. not forgetting the doormen. my husband and I couldn't fault the hotel on anything,we are realy looking forward to our stay in August.
