We had the absolute BEST experience with Jesús! We are from the US, but currently live in Saudi Arabia. We decided to elope to Portugal because it was on our travel wishlist. We had never been there before, so we were nervous about making all of the necessary plans and arrangements from afar. We started searching the internet for photos of weddings in Portugal and we fell in love with Jesús' beautiful and natural style. It seemed like every photo we liked was one of his. Not really knowing where to start in our planning process, Jesús was the first contact we made and we are so glad! He helped us to create the wedding of our dreams. We knew we wanted to get married in a particular location, a sea cave that we found a photo of online, but we did not know how to make it happen - or if a photographer would be willing to go there with us. He was familiar with the sea cave and informed us that we would have to kayak into the cave from a nearby beach (the only other option was to swim) and he was willing to go on this adventure with us! He helped us to get in touch with a local kayak rental business and our wedding plans started to take shape. Jesús was wonderful to work with from the first of many emails to finally meeting him in person months later. He is one of the warmest and friendliest people we have ever met! We immediately felt like he was a friend we had known for years. He was genuinely excited about our ideas and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Having picked to have our wedding in Spain our next job was to find a photographer, which is harder said than done being from New Zealand! When my husband and I decided to elope in Portugal I was extremely baffled on how to even begin planning our elopement. From the first email to Jesus he was such a pleasure to work with. He always replies promptly and super enthusiastically about your wedding. Picking a wedding photographer for a destination wedding is a little nerve-wracking. As we were doing a private destination elopement, the photos were one of the most important aspects in order to share the day with our loved ones back home. I immediately loved the work on Jesus’ website, but more importantly, from our first email on, Jesus was careful to ask the right questions about our relationship story & style to make sure his photography was a good fit. We just received the wedding photos yesterday, and THEY ARE AMAZING. He also put together a short slideshow of the day, which my family absolutely loved. If you are planning a wedding in Portugal you MUST hire Jesus Caballero for your photography. We got married at the Monserrate Palace on November 1st, 2017 during our 49 day European cruise. We hired a wedding planner and Jesus... Requested an intimate wedding affair with picnic and guitarist to serenade us during our picnic. We really wanted to see the Quinta de Regaleira after our ceremony and Jesus made it happen we changed from our wedding clothes and rushed through the Quinta with our spunky wedding photographer in tow taking snapshots of us in beautiful places. Oh my word, what can I say! I don't think words can do justice to just how amazing a photographer and person Jesus is! He is incredibly talented, generous, artistic, and fun! From the moment we chose Jesus to do our wedding and pre-wedding photo shoot, we have been nothing but pleased. We were over the moon to have found an amazing photographer, but she informed us that she was expecting her first baby and unfortunately she would no longer be available for our wedding. The second photographer was not a good fit for us at all. Our wedding date was creeping up on us slowly and we were under pressure to find an amazing photographer. One evening I was wedding planning and searching on Instagram when I came across Jesus' profile. I fell in love with his photographic style instantly. Beautiful natural light, not posed, stunning locations. When I wrote to him to enquire and he replied to say he would be happy to photograph our big day, I couldn't have been happier. Our wedding planner also confirmed she had heard great things about Jesus and had always wanted a chance to collaborate with him. From the very first interaction, Jesus has not only been a true professional who takes the most beautiful pictures, but he is also such a warm and likeable person. He came to our reception the night before the wedding and within minutes it felt like we had known him for much longer, and on the day of the wedding he blended in so well with our family and friends, capturing everyone so comfortably, that it felt like he was one of our guests. Now after the wedding, we communicate about the photos on social media as long time friends. The second photographer who we didn't choose to work with wanted full rights to our photographs and to choose which photos to post wherever they wanted. As parents of a young child, we were not comfortable with this at all and they were unwilling to negotiate. With Jesus it couldn't have been easier to find a balance between publishing photos and keeping our privacy. We so much appreciate how he has asked for our permission before posting our photos on social media. We have just received our wedding gallery and slideshow of photos from the wedding, and are in awe of how they capture all the best moments of our big day. The photos are so stunning that we are already trying to find another occasion to do a photoshoot with Jesus when we're back in Europe. Jesus is the BEST photographer we have ever had the pleasure to work with, and I can recommend him fully to anyone looking for a photographer to capture special moments in their lives. We had the pleasure of working with Jesus for our summer wedding in Portugal. Planning an overseas wedding was nerve-wracking, but thankfully my photographer cousin stumbled across Jesus Caballero's page and we both liked what we saw! Wedding ceremony is one of the most significant events in life. In my life for sure. For me and Alina it was important that this day was, no, not ideal, but ours. Mysterious, cozy, atmospheric, sacral. It was supposed to be the moment when time just stops and in all this world there are only you two and Jesus are exists and all your thoughts are completely turned towards God and to each other, and not to worries of any wedding day: the restaurant is nor, people are late, the car is late and so on. Therefore, we decided to escape from everyone and make this sacrament very personal, only ours. We have escaped for sure... very far, to the Edge of the earth, to the cape, where the wind kisses in the name of God - Cabo da Roca. The photographer who captured our sacramental ceremony was simply a blessing from Heaven for us. We found the best photographer on planet Earth (and on Mars too, in absentia). If you do not want to make a mistake, choose a photographer with the best name (well, and look in his portfolio too) - Jesus. For me, as a christian, was so incredible to imagine that someday I would start a letter to our wedding photographer with the words "Dear Jesus!" It was a tremendous day full of love, tenderness and a huge God's presence. Jesus "Senior" married us (on behalf of dear pastor Nikolay), and Jesus "Junior" photographed. And now he is not just a magician, who captured our day, but also a friend, with an incredible heart and unconditional, amazing talent. Praise the Lord for Jesus, for both Jesus

Thank you Jesus for a great engagement session! I'll be the first to admit, I'm not very comfortable in front of a camera and felt compelled by my fiance. By the end of the session, thanks to Jesus, my anxious and uncomfortable feelings had gone. It was less of a "pose and shoot" session and more like an afternoon out with an old friend. On our 5 week trip to Europe from Australia, we thought it would be a cool idea to have a photo session around one of our destinations as a nice memento of our holiday. Upon researching the photographers in the areas we were going, Jesus kept popping up. I contacted him to discuss some options and he was a delight to deal with from the very beginning. Our session in Lisbon, Portugal was one of our favourite days of the trip and we learnt a lot about the city, went to a lot of beautiful places we would not have found on our own and we thoroughly enjoyed Jesus' company. It was such a fun day and we are so happy with the end result. It's hard to get good photos on a holiday, all ending up being selfies and taking pictures of each other, so we are very happy that we chose to have a session with Jesus and we hope we get to see him again one day!

We had the most wonderful time with Jesus. His friendly, easy-going attitude helped get me and my wife really comfortable and at ease during our engagement photo session, and it really felt like we were just hanging out with an old friend—and of course, he took some absolutely gorgeous photographs as a result! He wasn't afraid to put you where you needed to be to get the perfect shot, so every photograph was beautifully composed, but you never felt like you were simply being shuttled from frame to frame. We had an even better experience during the wedding itself. I swear I barely even saw Jesus during the entire day, and yet he managed to capture every moment we could have hoped for with jaw-dropping photos. He even managed to capture the entire sequence of our son taking his first steps with us after the ceremony was over! I could fill several pages gushing over his work—tl;dr: Jesus Cabellero is an expert photographer with a brilliant knack for capturing perfect moments. He was so much fun to have around, and he added a really special element to our wonderful day. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I live in Ireland but got married in Ericeira in Portugal in August 2016. I was organising our wedding in 6 months in a foreign country with a new baby!! I had to make a lot of quick decisions but one decision I took my time with was choosing a photographer. Having great photographs that really captured the essence of the day were very high on my list of priorities. I looked at a lot of different photographers work to figure out exactly what I was looking for. I wanted beautiful compositions that captured natural moments. And that is exactly what I got from Jésus! From the first time I contacted him he was so warm and friendly and professional. And he proved to be just that on the days before the wedding when we did our engagement shoot and on the day itself. Jesus Caballero was our wedding photograph. We were expecting something beautiful and honest and we got it. Not only that, we gained a friend as we realized he gets involved closely with the people that he works for. It was actually my now husband who found Jesus while Googling wedding photographers in Portugal.The first thing that captured us was Jesus beautiful photos, his work really speaks for itself. The second was Jesus himself and now after the wedding we honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to document our day. Being in Australia, it was a little daunting trying to find a photographer from the other side of the world but the warmth in the emails from Jesus made us sure that we had chosen the right person. Having Jesus as our wedding photographer was possibly the easiest decision to be made when organising our wedding! We instantly fell in love with his work and once we started communicating with him there was no doubt in our mind we wanted him to document our day. We chose to get married in my husband's hometown of Lisbon, planning and arranging everything from Manchester. Jesus travelled to Arcos de la Frontera in Spain to photograph our wedding in June.He was highly professional, extremely friendly and enthusiastic, capturing the mood of our wedding perfectly.He took us into town on the day before the wedding and took some beautiful engagement shots- I am not very good at having photographs taken but he gave us some simple tips to help us relax and feel comfortable.On the wedding day he organised himself without stressing us out and blended into the surroundings, taking perfect shot's and mingling with our guests, chatting and putting everyone at ease. One of the best decisions I made for our elopement!! We live in Los Angeles and found Jesus on the internet...after exchanging a few emails, I knew I had my photographer! He encouraged me to start a pinterest page, followed me on Instagram and Facebook, so I knew he was trying to get to know me, despite the oceans between us. The week of our elopement brought rain and Jesus politely offered me to option out, with no charge, due to the weather. I said no, we're doing this. And I'm glad I did!!! Our pictures are amazing!!!! He was often under an umbrella, trying to maneuver multiple cameras in the rain, running all around us and capturing the most special moments. He not only carried my shawl, our umbrella and several cameras, he carried a smile and such positive energy the entire time. It was contagious. Our pictures are amazing and it is because of Jesus. Since our elopement, he has been incredibly prompt on his agreement to send photographs, I've received a few sneak -peak pictures, a slideshow and gallery of our pictures, each one more amazing than the last. Receiving the USB next week will be so exciting!!!

What a great experience working with Jesus. A talented artist who had the ability to put us at ease and who made the most of the free reign we gave him. We held a small, very loosely planned wedding in Portugal that was more dinner party celebration than formal wedding event. We asked Jesus to document the entire day without knowing how the day would unfold, only that our small wedding party each had a role in pulling together the ceremony - decorating, cake making, flower arranging. Jesus did a wonderful job capturing the spirit and energy of all our efforts throughout the day, we were very thankful to have found such an intuitive and skilled photographer.

We got married in September 2015 in Portugal. We first met Jesus around May in Lisbon for an engagement session, to get to know eachother. We connected from the first second :). Jesus is really easy-going, and a real professional. We walked around town half a day, very relaxed, without 'posing' but just spontaneous moments that were caught on camera. This past September my (now) Husband Jason and I flew to Portugal, just the two of us, to be married in Sintra Portugal. We made the exciting decision to elope after finding the work of Jesus Cabellero. When I reached out about a possible elopement he was so excited and so eager to help us bring the wedding we dreamed of to life. He put me in touch with a wonderful wedding planner and 6 months later the two of us were getting married in the Monserrate Palace in Sintra Portugal. From the vintage mini cooper that drove us to the palace, the intimate ceremony, a simple picnic followed by our first dance , the day was more magical than we could have ever imagined. And we had Jesus there to capture it all from start to finish. The way he captured our special day and told our story was amazing. Jesus was wonderful, we are so happy we were able to work with him. There is not one thing I would change about the photos. He is an artist and has such a great eye.

My girlfriend and I got married in Lisbon last month and we feel very lucky to have had Jesus as our photographer. When we contacted him he impressed us straight away by showing us some fantastic slideshows of previous weddings he had photographed in, which gave us an idea of what we wanted ourselves. He had many suggestions for nice places we could visit and he was very flexible in adapting to our schedule for the day. He asked for a lot of details, even wanting to know what the bride´s dress looked like and the type of the flowers. On our wedding day Jesus took us to some very beautiful places in Lisbon, it was almost like a sightseeing tour in fact. Jesus was good at giving instructions for what he wanted us to do, where to look and so on. But he was also very good at capturing moments that happened spontaneously when we weren´t being instructed or even conscious of being photographed. As he has such a fantastic personality he made us relax and smile so what we thought would be quite stressful turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. A few weeks later we have now received our wedding pictures and we are extremely happy with them. My wife insisted on us watching the slideshow seven or eight times in a row. I particularly like the composition of the pictures, sometimes focusing on the scenery and with us in a corner. Jesus isn’t just a photographer, he´s an artist! I suspect we´ll never get better photographs of us as a couple. When we were looking at his portfolio beforehand I admit that we thought he had just picked the very best photographs out of thousands and thousands, but it seems like he can produce this kind of quality for everyone. We were also hesitant about contacting him because we thought that someone that good must be very expensive, but his rate for three hours was very reasonable compared to what wedding photographers charge in Norway.

When my partner and I got engaged in Lisbon whilst on holiday from Australia, an additional surprise was a photo shoot he had organised with Jesus. We spent half a day with Jesus and it was filled with stories, laughter and completely new experiences. From drinking ginja, to getting off the beaten track and mingling with locals in the old town, we had such a fantastic day and saw areas of Lisbon we wouldn't have seen otherwise! My husband and I had only 3 months to organize our wedding last winter and I was under a lot of stress looking for a photographer. From the minute we met Jesus, we were completely at ease and felt very connected. He was such an easygoing photographer and blended right in with our group (who, incidentally, LOVED him also). Jesús is a great photographer and his pictures capture natural beauty. We hired him for our wedding and the result was great: beautiful, natural pictures that tell our story. For our honeymoon my husband and I decided to hire a photographer to capture some of our time in Spain. I found Jesus on Fly Away Bride and loved how he composed his photos. I contacted him via email with several questions and he promptly replied. I could assess from the email that he had a great personality and loved what he did. Once we agreed on a city to take the photos, he provided us with a contract and requested we pay the deposit via Paypal. A few weeks prior to our session, Jesus confirmed with us the date and location of where would meet as well as a list of suggestions of places and sites where we could take photos. On the day of our session my husband and I were 30 minutes late but Jesus had patiently waited and had a positive attitude when we arrived. We spent several hours with Jesus exploring Madrid, taking photos and learning about him and his family. After our time with him we felt like we had gained a new friend. After a few weeks, Jesus sent us a slideshow of our photos and a link to download our pictures. We are very happy with our photos and the overall experience with Jesus. He is very passionate about photography and is very dedicated to building his brand and developing his craft. I would highly recommend hiring Jesus and we will be using him as our photographer again when we are in Europe.

Jesus is not just a photographer but he is a friend. My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Spain, a country neither of us had ever visited. My wife found Jesus's catalog and immediately knew he was the right photographer to capture our love and passion within a new country neither of us ever visited. What was meant to be a 2 hour photoshoot with a professional photographer turned into a 5 hour hangout with a friend. Jesus became our friend very quickly and in time grew to be our life's inspiration. As a young married couple he was able to teach us so much about life, love and a passion to stay true to oneself. Jesus is the type of individual that others would strive to become. His story is one that I often repeat to friends and family as a lesson to never give up one's dreams. I trust that Jesus will be available to photograph our 1st anniversary, 5th anniversary, and hopefully many more to come. If you hire Jesus you are not hiring a photographer you are hiring a friend!

We were looking for the not so typical wedding photographer and someone who could capture our story in the most natural way. Jesus was exactly what we needed. We first met Jesus at our engagement session and it was truly a nice experience. He made us feel very comfortable and we spent a great time together, just sharing stories, experiences and ultimately having a great time. At the wedding, we barely noticed him, which was exactly want we wanted. Still, he managed to capture the most important moments in the most simple, yet most beautiful way. As a professional, we could not have found anyone better. As a person, he is the friendliest, funniest and most interesting guy. He can always find a way to make you comfortable and relaxed. He engages with the guests and also makes them feel special. We could not be happier with the choice we have made. The memories of our special day would not be same without Jesus' help. It was truly a 10/10 experience.

We are so glad that I found Jesus taking engagement photo for us when we travel to Lisbon! He not only took very nice photos for us also a great guide in Lisbon!! He treated us yummy portuguese pastries and gave us lots of travel advice in Lisbon! :) I really love his natural style on photography and he know how to make us be relaxed! the photos are really nice!! great experience! Jesus did for us family photo session in Lisbon in May 2015. Jesus is an incredible photographer and professional. It is nice to see someone who is truly inspired and passioned about his job. He has a great vision and imagination for the pictures, he can figure out the lighting, good posses and unique places for photo session. All you have to do smile and be yourself and Jesus will take care of the rest. It is our second photo session and it is difficult to get good shots together, but Jesus makes it works. During photo shoot, Jesus shows us interesting places around the city and suggested couple places to eat. Jesus has interesting background and beautiful story of his life.
