Há pelo menos 5 meses que venho às compras neste Home Depot. 7/10 Estive lá, sempre que é como uma cidade fantasma, não há ninguém por perto para fazer perguntas, não importa se você está lá às 10:00 ou às 17:00. Eu estava lá há 2 meses, mencionei a um gerente de loja porque não há sabonete no banheiro dos homens, ele me deu o olhar de veado nos faróis. Há duas semanas, ainda não havia sabonete no banheiro dos homens, como Home Depot, WTF OVER???Mencionámos ao pessoal do Floor and Tile que queríamos uma estimativa de algum azulejo para a nossa casa. Os que nos telefonaram a perguntar quando podiam vir fazer a estimativa, mencionámos-lhes que fomos com outra pessoa. Eles disseram ok. Quatro meses depois e pelo menos 20 telefonemas depois ainda a fazer a mesma pergunta. Eu até falei com o gerente ao telefone, Oh, bem, cuida disso imediatamente. Um mês depois ainda não recebi a HINT!!!!. O atendimento ao cliente no Home Depot em Tucson é muito melhor, de longe!!!
