Antigo solar com receção muito familiar. A decoração dos quartos e wc podiam ser mais aprimoradas, tendo em conta o conceito mas a simpatia e calma do alojamento já me fizeram voltar segunda vez. A piscina é bastante agradável.

Nous avons choisi cet hébergement un peu par hasard pour une seule nuit d’escale avant d’arriver en Algarve. Finalement, nous sommes restés une nuit de plus pour pouvoir profiter de ce lieu fabuleux. Cette vieille bâtisse et son jardin sont très beaux, extrêmement bien entretenus et au calme. La propriétaire est très sympathique, accueillante et parle très bien le français. Même si ce n’est pas sur votre chemin, ce lieu vaut le détour !

Amazing place, very calm and relaxing. The weekend we spent there was the hottest weekend of the year in Portugal with temperatures reaching 46C during the day, but spending the afternoon by the pool was just perfect and so refreshing. The owner of the house is such a sweet lady. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is willing to spend a relaxing holiday at the countryside.

Turismo de habitação excelente para uma escapadinha ao Alentejo, para quem vive na grande Lisboa. Local muito calmo, um dos quartos tem ligação com a piscina. Local de interesse histórico que sofreu alteração com o terramoto de 1755. Muito bom para famílias com filhos pequenos. Perto do Monte Selvagem (parque com animais selvagens). A proprietária é muito simpática.

We had a lovely stay at Casa do Lavre. Located in a charming small town, the guesthouse was an ideal escape from the other tourist areas that we had visited. Take a walk through the winding, vineyard-lined streets or relax by the refreshing pool on-site. The property is full of well-chosen antique furniture, carefully tended gardens, and stellar views of the Alentejo landscape. While the innkeeper does not speak English, she is patient, kind, and great to talk to in Portuguese, Spanish, or French.
