Really tasty food and lovely location at Praia Du Luz
Whisky technically not on the sea front, if you sit outside you get great sea views.
Staff really friendly and attentive.
Food was delicious. I had fish cakes and they were the best I've ever taken.
Also food was really well priced.

Drinks are very good and food was well cooked in good time. Very welcoming team of staff and catered well for our toddler.

Loved it. First day lunch and wandered upon a gem. So lovely! Ordered a vegetarian burger, a goats cheese salad, homemade chips and a children's tomato linguine. All perfect and salad amazing! Thank you!

Fantastic night - hadn't made a reservation, but we had beautifully prepared cocktails at the bar while we waited on a table. Food was the best we've had in resort (and beyond!). Very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Onbeschoft lekkere tonijn gegeten (2x) 1evkeer met een pompoensoep met kokos en koriander, de 2e keer met een bloemkoolsoep vooraf. En dat tegen een zeer acceptabele prijs, echt een aanrader!

Enjoyed an excellent evening meal here on Monday last. The service was great and the food was delicious, from the converts to the starter (we all had the Monchique croquette which tasted as good as it was described by our server). Surf and Turf main course was quite superb, the fillet steak cooked exactly as requested and the piri piri prawns has just the right amount of kick. Overall, one of the best meals we've had in quite some time and not madly expensive!

Filet mignon vraiment tel quel.
Café liqueur tiède. Goute ni le café ni la liqueur.
Prix un peu élevé compte tenu des mets. Service correct sans plus.

Nous y avons déjeuné ce midi en terrasse. En famille ! Mon conjoint a pris le burger . Extra. Goûté avec ses frites maison et deux sauces en accompagnement. Pour ma part je me suis régalée avec un poisson frais et son risotto au potimarron. Succulent. Service de qualité et attentionné ! Nous recommandons ce restaurant vivement !!!

Atendimento muito competente e acima de tudo simpático e atencioso! Comida deliciosa e com opções vegan! Até sobremesa vegan comi (pode não haver sempre mas tive sorte)! Espaço acolhedor, cuidado e limpo.

Went here for a lunch and although menu small it had a great mix and our kids and us loved every bite. Reasonable drink prices and really friendly service. Will try at dinner time later in the week.

Quelques tables sur une rue peu passante
Nous avons pris des croquettes de poulet pour notre fils de 8 ans qui en a redemandé, délicieuses selon lui. J'ai pris les lentilles, super goûtues et un epicées. Quant à mon épouse elle c'est régalée avec la salade accompagnée de chèvre chaud. La mousse au chocolat vegan nous à agréablement surpris. Personnel attentif

Found this place via Google and what a wonderful suggestion it was. The service was exceptional and the food was absolutely delicious, it was the best meal during our whole 15 day trip along the Algarve. Atmospheric music and a really good table outside added to a wonderful culinary experience, if you get the chance definitely check them out, you will not be disappointed.

What a great place. We sat down and the staff was friendly and had good knowledge about the menu and what to recommend. Starter was great, also presented very nice. All meat from the main courses was very tender and juicy, the pork, the lamb and the octopus. Will recommend dessert as well.

Food like I have never tasted before. I had the Carrot tart to start, tuna main and dropped cornetto pudding. All outrageously delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. You could never be disappointed eating here. An experience I doubt will ever be bettered

Good quality food. Price is probably higher than in the rest of luz and the portions are quite small but the service is always excellent.

Great meal and lovely Cocktails! We been to Luz a few times in recent years with our now significantly extended family and this is constantly the best place in Luz.
Cocktails are great and the mixologist even did magic tricks for the kids! The food is really tasty and they go the extra mile with presentation. Save space for pudding!!
P.S. book ahead in summer!!

Awesome place! Great staff! The cocktails are the best in the area! The food is the best in the area! We have eaten out 2-3 times everyday and I can honestly say this place is a different class, if you like great cocktails and fine dining this is the only place we have been to that delivers.

Výborný servis, milá obsluha navíc s perfektní angličtinou byla přjemná změna. Dali jsme si krevety piri piri a mořského vlka s citrónovo-chřestovým rizotem. Porce byly sice menší, ale jídlo přesto stálo za to! Velmi doporučuji vyzkoušet na vlastní chuťové pohárky!!! Výtečné!

Worth a visit whilst in Luz, lovely food and great service. Been to Luz many times but never eaten here and we really should have, very nice, we'll definitely come back next time we're here.

Wow! The dish was delicious, wine was excellent, service was great and Ambiente is both classy and cool. The tuna I had was definitely one of the best dishes I ever had. Dessert (Apple-caramel cheesecake) was both tasty and unique. See you soon guys.

Warum der Service so gelobt wird, verstehe ich nicht. Die Kellnerin lief 5 mal an uns vorbei ohne uns zu beachten; auch auf Zurufe hat sie nicht reagiert. Das Essen war echt gut, nicht günstig, aber das Geld wert.

Nice location by the sea, the staff are friendly and cater to your every need, the price for the quality & flavour of the food is unmatched.
Both me and my partner would've happily paid more for our meal and did so with a well deserved tip.

We stayed at Praia Da Luz for only 5 days and A Fabrica was our favourite lunch spot. Excellent menu, friendly staff and grear back ground music. Would recommend the fish cakes

In diesem Restaurant waren wir während unseres Urlaubs der 14 Tage ging drei mal Essen und es hat jedes Mal die gleiche perfekte Qualität gehabt. Verliebt haben wir uns in den Schokoladenkuchen. Eins der besten Desserts die ich jemals gegessen habe. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super wir haben für drei Getränke, dem Hauptgang und einen geteilten Nachtisch nie mehr als 35,00 € bezahlt. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt auch sehr gerne Extra wünsche .

Excellent food, with an impressive choice of vegetarian options (for Portugal). Try the seared tuna steak. Family owned restaurant just a few steps away from the main walk by the beach. Knowledgable staff about the best places to see in the Algarves. Very friendly/helpful bartender Carl made our experience. Thanks!

Great organic comfort food and seafood options. The town is not my vibe as the sun burned tourists eat burgers and fries and ice cream. A Fabrica provides the same but a healthier and quite tasty version. TIP: Luz is more like the South Algarve — if your digging the vibe of West Algarve — turn the car around and go no further.

Having read all the good reviews we were all looking forward to the experience, the first disappointment was that you have to pay cash only ! What’s that all about I asked the server, a shrug of the shoulders was the response.
Whilst it was written in the menu on the left side in multiple languages it isn’t really highlighted or stated when you book.
Anyway onto the meal, pretty much OK but pretty much not hot, one member of our party had undercooked meal which had to be sent back but the rest of us just took that on the chin and eat it because we had been waiting a while.
Getting a drink in between the courses wasn’t easy.
They might have just have had an ‘off night’ so might give it another try but there are places as good and better where you don’t have to go to the cash point before you go out to eat.
Must find out why they will only feed you if you hand over cash!!

Tous les plats étaient très bon. Il y a des plats végétariens et vegan. Attention, il vaut mieux réserver. Les serveurs sont vraiment très sympas et avenant. Un vrai resto pour se faire plaisir.

Très bon restaurant avec du personnel sympa. La carte de midi est différente de celle du soir. Je conseille de réserver votre table car il y a souvent beaucoup de monde. Hors saison ils ont des jours d'ouverture limités.

Visited here twice recently. Once was a family meal with kids and the mother-in-law. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were especially nice to the kids.
Second visit was with the Mrs on a date night. Again the service was impeccable. This time cocktails were involved and we sat outside. A wind storm (very warm, just windy) picked up and staff were handing out blankets for customers who wanted to remain outside.
I would easily recommend anyone to visit here, and we will defo return when we come back.

Friendly welcome at this local cafe restaurant just up from the beach in Praia da Luz.
Great food for omnivores and a really be nice vegetarian and vegan menu selection too.
Very welcoming to families.
I had delicious seared tuna with a a fusion-ish noodle salad, others had vegan burger and chips, Piri-Piri prawns, and a massive and very nicely made beef burger.
Top place really.

Very nice and well decorated place with very friendly staff. Original menu and the food was really good: we got the house burguer, with was a bit dry but comes with some amazing sauce, and the asian noodles with tuna, wich was really fresh and tasty.

Excellent service, food and amazing gin and tonics (recommend either the rose petal or the elder flower option). Good place for kids and adults. Food very modern tasting and caters for all and is far better that most restaurants in London. Kids get a nice pudding to accompany their meal. Cant wait to go back.

Good food, especially the A Fabrica burger. Snacks in the day and dinner menu for the evening. Service can be a bit slow despite good staffing levels - so don't go there if you are in a hurry.
