I totally recommend this place. Not only very nice food, but there is great atmosphere in this place, the chef reccommends spontaneously you some dishes and you see as he cooks. If you want to eat cheap and tasty, it will be the best choice to visit this place.

The best food in town. The outside is not very atractive but the food is very tasteful. Very cheap. You will not regret it.

Don't judge a book with its cover. I do understand the exterior does not attract travelers. However, this is a hidden place with a great homemade style Portuguese & Brazilian plates. They also serve some nice home-baked cakes and pudding. Don't be afraid. Discover this restaurant.

What. A. Gem. I came here on an early quiet monday night before the usual Portuguese dinner time and it was quite empty. The owner chef was courteous even though he didnt speak much English. He recommended a few dishes from the menu (which has English btw), but then he said he'd make me something special off the menu. So he did. It was bacalau (codfish) with shrimp, potatoes, cream and cheese. It was kind of like a casserole and omg it was sooo tasty and creamy. He makes most of the desserts himself and the chocolate balls are to die for. He also makes his own pudding and it's a big slice of heaven! I left satisfied and happy the owner chef is a good reason to visit the restaurant alone! The restaurant isn't fancy looking but you'll leave satisfied in a great mood for visiting such a local restaurant.

La comida muy rica y económica y los dueños más simpático no pueden ser. Si estáis cerca de la estación del Faro tenéis que pasar por este bar, lo recomiendo 100%

Dont let the dark seating area distract you. Flavio makes some of the best seafood dishes I've had in town. FRESH FRESH FRESH! Expect to wait a while for your dish but it's so worth it once you take that first bite. Very reasonably priced and spot on flavor!
