Pulizia eccellente, colazione abbondante e golosa con prodotti tipici portoghesi sia dolci che salati, personale estremamente cordiale, gentile e disponibile, letto comodissimo, camera piccolina ma molto ben sistemata, dotata di climatizzatore, TV e WiFi. Siamo stati benissimo.

Nice little hotell. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. OK breakfast. But weird entrance as its in an appratment building. Not so soundproof, but mostly silent at nighttime. They gave new towels even when they didn't have too. That's a negative for an eco conscious traveler like me.

Hotel pequeno mas muito bem conseguido. Inserido num andar do prédio, o espaço encontra-se muito bem organizado. Foi uma ótima estadia de uma noite.

Genial experiencia. Habitaciones bonitas y muy limpias. El desayuno variado y riquísimo. Los trabajadores amables y dispuestos a ayudar siempre. Cerquisima del centro, tanto en metro como andando. Lo recomiendo!

El hotel está bastante bien situado a dos paradas de metro del centro, con un buen precio y habitaciones muy bonitas, además el desayuno está bastante bueno, creo que aunque se diga que es España los hoteles son mucho mejores, este no tiene nada que envidiar a los españoles, es más algún hotel español tendría que aprender de este hotel...por ponerle alguna pega, la cama para mi gusto era muy dura, pero para gustos los colores

Ganz schlimm! Als wir angereist sind, dachte ich noch, super Lage nicht weit weg von der Metro . Allerdings ging es im Eingangsbereich schon los. Es war als würde man gegen eine Wand in einer Parfümerie laufen.(Douglas ist harmlos). Im Zimmer war es noch schlimmer. Fester öffnen war auch nicht die beste Möglichkeit (siehe foto). Wir waren dann extra lange unterwegs, damit der Aufenthalt so kurz wie möglich ist. Morgens wurden wir dann vom Personal wach gebrüllt (7:30) weil der Flur direkt ans Zimmer grenzt und die Rezeption gegenüber von unserem Zimmer ist. Eine absolute Enttäuschung nicht zu empfehlen

La primera impresión es al entrar en el portal es viejo y huele a muerto, el hotel está en un segundo piso y no hay ascensor, con lo que hay que subir a mano las maletas. La habitación no está mal aunque en el baño la puerta es de cristal como una mampara de baño y no cierra hermético, el desayuno muy rico y la atención del personal excelente.

No 4 Stars hotel, is a HOSTEL. Is located in the second floor of a building with no elevators. The bathrom have a noisy fan and no amenities.
The bed was confortable but the room was too small (without wardrobe). We had problems with the shower as the water was cold. It seems to be that the Hostel had problems with the water pump.
Breakfast included but poor, pastries wear cut in pieces and seems to be bought some days ago.
We tried to call the hostel manager several times but nobody answer neither call back to us.

Leuke kamer met super ontbijt! Jammer dat het ligt op een zeer drukke vliegroute. Diepe slapers hebben hier wel geen kast van. Voor de rest perfect!

Nos ha gustado muchísimo, está en la segunda planta sin ascensor de un edificio típico Lisboeta, totalmente reformado y con todas las comodidades en pleno centro. Muy recomendable, el desayuno amplio y exquisito. La atención formidable. Limpieza de 10, está todo muy nuevo. Solo dos pequeños peros, complicado aparcamiento cercano, sólo de pago, subida no muy cómoda por amplia pero antigua escalera de madera, típica de novela de María Dueñas, y por último el agua caliente tardaba un poco en salir de la ducha y no era muy regular la temperatura. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

Hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Das Hotel liegt auf einer Etage eines Wohnhauses.
Unser Zimmer am Ende des Gangs war sehr klein aber für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend. Das integrierte Badezimmer war leider sehr sehr sehr klein und nur mit einer Milchglastür versehen. Intimsphäre war also gleich null. Das Klo war sehr sehr eng aber irgendwie hat man sich arrangiert.
Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab alles was man für ein gutes Frühstück braucht.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Die Lage war super. Durch die drei vorhandenen Metrostationen konnte man direkt in alle Richtungen starten.
Super war auch der Supermarkt direkt gegenüber.
Wir können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

BATI COM A CARA NA PORTA. Tinha uma reserva feita no mês de maio(cobrada no cartão). Meu vôo chegou as 22:00. Quando cheguei estava tudo fechado. Ia dormir na rua. Nenhum aviso! Parece q cliente é um luxo.

El trato, la limpieza y el desayuno excelente. Por poner pegas, falta espacio para la ropa, la tienes que dejar en la maleta, y subir con maletas dos pisos. La habitación estandar no es muy amplia.

Bed & Breakfast bien ubicado, atención excelente, cama confortable y buen desayuno, aunque con algo de ruido en la habitación.
Opciones sin gluten para el desayuno (avisando con antelación al hotel)
El alojamiento está en un segundo piso y no tiene ascensor.

Pulito intimo accogliente. Al secondo piano di un condominio d'epoca. Fantastico. Personale cordiale, disponibile e simpatico. Alla vs prima colazione vi faranno conoscere come si consuma la "pastel de nata" col caffè!

Отель хорошо расположен. Рядом две станции метро разных линий. Также удобно забирать машину. В пяти минутах пешком SIXT, и ещё недалеко Europcar. Кому дальше путешествовать на арендном автомобиле, удобно. Напротив отеля супермаркет. Очень приятное впечатление оставил персонал. Вкусные завтраки. В целом всё хорошо.

Super bonne réception .tres serviable sympathique .les chambres très propre et le petit déjeuné au top. Très près des stations métro .le lieu calme et situation géographique superbe..conseil pour toute question resto déplacement etc etc .....vivement conseiller

We enjoyed our stay at Silk Lisbon. The deluxe room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Nice atmosphere and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Very comfortable and clean, apart from slight humidity / some mold on bathroom wall. Location is alright, the neighbourhood is pretty, with good metro connections (or a short taxi drive to the centre). No elevator, the stairs in the building are a bit crooked but other than that, everything was in good condition! Would recommend if climbing two flights of stairs is not a problem.

Salve a tutti voi che leggerete la mia recensione al Silk,Inizio nel dire che è ubicata a 50mt dalla Metro Parque e a 3 fermate dal centro,come arrivate sarete accolti dal sorriso dello staff (una ammenda...non ricordo il nome della ragazza le chiedo venia )e sopratutto dalla simpatia e disponibilità di Blanco (hola) è un edificio antico all'esterno ma dentro è disposto da camere moderne e con tutti i confort,la pulizia regna ovunque, la colazione (compresa) è abbondante e varia per tutti i gusti,soprattutto le deliziose pastel de nata..potrei elencare ancora ma credo che se qualcuno si fosse trovato o si troverà male è perché sta' Male con se stesso....un abbraccio a tutti..tornerò quanto prima!!!!

È un B&B curato, pulito ed a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro, ma ciò che lo rende speciale è Blanco ( il proprietario ) con il suo staff. Lo consiglio!

Βλέποντας την είσοδο θέλεις να το βάλεις στα πόδια. Ανεβαίνοντας τους δύο ορόφους αναρωτιέσαι γιατί είσαι ακόμα εκεί. Χτυπώντας την πόρτα όλα αλλάζουν δια μαγείας.
Αρωματισμένοι χώροι Η ποιό τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση στην reception . Πανέμορφα δωμάτια. Καμμία έλλειψη. Καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα καθημερινά.
Πρωινό με πολλά γλυκά Τοπικά και λιγότερα τυριά και άλλα.
Είχαμε μία τέλεια διαμονή γεμάτη ζεστά χαμόγελα και εξυπηρέτηση όλες τις ώρες του 24ωρου .
Το Ευχαριστώ είναι λίγο για την τόσο θερμή αντιμετώπιση!

Second floor and no elevator
Nice and clean room but very very small. There is no room for big luggage.
The bathroom is also very small. The walls are so thin you can even hear what people from the other room are talking.
We can t sleep in the morning because breakfast was served right behind our room and everything was so noisy.
Not so close to the city center. 4 metro stations away.

地下鉄の駅から歩いてすぐのところにありますが、少し分かりづらいです。初日は見つけられず苦労しました。
受付が3階分程上がった階にあります。エレベーターがないため、大きな荷物の方はご注意ください。
部屋はとても清潔で広さも十分、不自由なく快適に滞在することができました。
どのスタッフも大変親切で好印象でした。対応に温かみがあり、また利用したいと思えるホテルです。

Situado num apartamento já antigo,mas os quartos são remodelados,no entanto é super caro, só mostram as fotos do quarto pq todo o resto,desde a entrada,recepção,zona de pequeno almoço não justifica o preço...
No meu entender é um 2/3 Estrelas e por isso deviam baixar o preço, pois a pagar o que pedem,mais vale ficar num hotel...

Haben zwei Nächte im Silk Lisbon verbracht (Zimmer 203) und waren wirklich begeistert. Das Hotel liegt recht ruhig abseits des Stadtkerns und es ist relativ ruhig. Metrostationen gibt es drei Stück in der Umgebung perfekt um überall hin zu kommen.
Unser Zimmer war wie neu und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet was uns am meisten gefallen hat. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das Frühstück war klein aber gut.
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit wir mussten sehr früh zum Flughafen und es wurde uns extra ein Frühstück gemacht sowie ein Taxi organisiert. Super!!!!

Me alejé sólo por una noche, el dueño que se llama Blanco nos atendió excelentemente bien, muy amable y cálido. La habitación tiene un buen tamaño y la cama es muy buena. Por la mañana el desayuno es abundante pudiendo elegir comer cosas dulces y saladas, por lo que el precio esta más que bien. Linda decoración. No tiene ascensor ya que el edificio es antiguo. Se encuentra en el tercer tercer piso del edificio y por dentro es totalmente distinto a lo que se ve por fuera.

Hostel muito agradável, requintado e cuidado. Tem pequeno almoço e casas de banho nos quartos. Tem também televisão e AC. Staff muito simpático e atencioso. Preço bastante bom para a qualidade do serviço. Não têm elevador e as escadas do prédio são muito antigas, mas o Hostel está super moderno.

Clean, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a good though not huge selection. Some of the staff do not speak much English but most do. They also speak many other languages, like French. Good wifi.
