The area where the hotel is 5 mins from the beach, the food, the staff are friendly and all inclusive was fab. I met some great family. An Italian night for each guest can be chosen if required. Hotel and or Thomas Cook is always handy to ask information if required. I love the idea outside and inside pools. It would have been better with a kettle and cup coffee and tea in the room and extra outlets sockets would have been good in the room as we had a few electronics.

Hotel in Strandnähe. Abendbuffet mit reichhaltiger Auswahl. Nette und freundliche Bedienung. Indoorpool viel zu klein und fürchterliche Luft. Preise an der Bar überzogen. Abendunterhaltung der Animation ist niveaulos. Die Bar ist ungemütlich. Man geht besser raus in den Ort oder in die Strandbars.

Great hotel which is very well maintained. Very good breakfast. The hotel has a large pool with a childrens side pool, set in a lovely terrace/garden area. It is conveniently located near to the sea front, with a wonderful beach nd plenty of restaurant choices nearby.

Wir fanden es sehr schön und angenehm. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Angestellten sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Außengelände war auch sehr angenehm es lag kein Müll rum und das Abendprogramm war auch gut,wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely hotel and the buffet food is brilliant! Staff very happy to help. At 9.30pm we reported that our mini bar was not cold, they sent somebody up who fixed it immediately! Cannot think of a single complaint

Hotel der Vila Gale-gruppe. Zimmer und Essen soweit o.k., kleine Grünfläche mit bescheidenem Swimming-pool und Liegestühlen. Zum Atlantik-Strand sind es ca. 500 m. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt im Hotel wäre es mir zu langweilig, da es an Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten fehlt.

Hotel Vila Gale Nautico Portugal, is a largish hotel located in Armacao de Pera in the Algarve region. Currently staying here and the one thing they desperately need is insectocutors. There are literally thousands of flies living in the main bar. Evidently attracted by the lights but sheesh they need to do something about them. Also went into the main outdoor pool today. Not going in again due to the number of dead flies floating on the surface. The pool is not heated although it was 27 degrees air temperature the pool was still very cold. They do have an indoor pool which I haven't tried yet. The food is reasonable. There is entertainment Monday to Saturday, both for children and adults through the day and also they have a "band" called Neon Duo performing in the main bar on a Sunday evening. They are 2 blokes and it's all slow music... You know the style what I call a dirge... The rooms are well appointed with flatscreen TV and Aircon. Ours has a mini fridge for storing water (or your own bottle of juice.) Personally I wouldn't stay here unless I was on an all inclusive package. It allows you Super Bock on draught, which to be honest as an ale drinker is surprisingly quaffable. You also can get red/white/rose wine by the glass and the local sparkling fizz. It also includes local spirits... Not your major brands but these are reasonable quality served in a half decent measure. You also get bottled water available in your all in package. Food is so so. They do have a live cooking station which if the cook knows what they're doing is reasonable. Be warned they not all do... Some of the menu combos are strange.. boiled rice with cabbage anyone?
If you hire a car you can pay 7.50 a day to park in their secure car park or try parking at the front of the hotel. Just don't park down the back. Apparently that's not a good place to park. There is a large free off street carpark just down from the hotel (on your right as you come off the roundabout) that was where I had to park once or twice.
It is relatively well equipped for those who use wheelchairs or mobility scooters. There is a ramp to reception from street level. Also a ramp from reception to floor 2. Where you get a lift to all floors. I will say this much from level 1 to the outdoor pool and terrace there is a wicked threshold that causes my other Half's mobility scooter to ground when going over it. BUT... there is an alternative. Go to the indoor pool/garage/gym and health spa level and there is a ramp right up to the outdoor pool and terrace. So for disabled facilities they get a 7/10. There is a walk in shower in our room. However there are no grab handles or shower seats. And instead of an emergency cord they have a phone... Which I suppose is possibly better than a pull cord... Just depends on your perspective. Overall I've given them a 4/5 yes there's drawbacks, not least being some bug eradication is required. But the rooms are clean. Food is ok, the main buffet restaurant regularly replenishes the dishes. Local alcohol works just the same as the major brands. Ok maybe some minor taste differences but why pay 6 euro of a brand name when the local version is just as good AND included in the all inclusive package and works as falling down water in exactly the same way as your big brand... the inclusive wines are drinkable. Just don't sit in the sun all day imbibing alcohol then next day get behind the wheel of your hire car. The penalties are very strict.

We had a great stay at this hotel, lovely rooms and the staff are excellent.We like to go out of season i.e.:April,may,September because the hotel is child friendly and has a childs activities throughout the busy periods as well as adult persuits ,but not quite are thing.

Uma estadia fantástica. O pessoal foi todo muito simpático e profissional, o quarto (ficamos num dos que foram recentemente renovados) era excelente. O pequeno toque de ter a ligação usb ao lado da cama é genial. Pena só ter sido dois dias, mas iremos voltar seguramente para umas ferias em família.

Um espaço muito grande e bem aproveitado,com áreas muito generosas e bem decoradas,os quartos muito bem arranjados, limpos e bem decorados. O atendimento é muito atencioso, simpático e dinâmico. Gostei muito do atendimento da Sra. Liliana no serviço de pequeno almoço,uma Sra muito atenciosa e sempre disposta a resolver qualquer problema ou dúvida que surja e sempre, sempre com um sorriso muito natural. Os preços estão a altura do serviço que encontrei.

Nie polecam tego hotelu. Jedzenie bardzo słabiutkie ( chociaż ja wybredny nie jestem to dwa lub trzy razy nie było co dla mnie zjeść [ nie wspominając o mojej 1.5 rocznej córce ] ). Tylko dla nas jako jedynych nie pozwolono zostać dłużej w pokoju i o 12stej musieliśmy go zwolnić i czekać do 15:45 na holu czekać na autokar. Jedyny plus do blisko na plażę z tego dostali jedną gwiazdkę bo tak dałbym zero jakbym mógł.

Hotel room is clean en large enough. Hotel location is good not to busy. Beds are good, pillows way to soft. Friendly English speaking personal! Food is oke, french fries are soft do to water heating system. Food is oke for a four star hotel, could be more choices during the breakfast and lunch. I would love to see some warm boiled eggs.
The heater lamps can't keep the spring rolls etc warm. The beer tap is not clean, the whole week I checkt. Swimming pool inside needs a renovation and cleanup. 7.5 out of 10

We knew of this hotel but had never stayed here and have been to this resort many times.We were kindly upgraded to a pool view room. It was a very nicely decorated and obviously with the name had a nautical theme to it, very clean and the upkeep of the room a high standard.We had a buffet breakfast included which had a very good selection of everything and a chef at an egg station to cook omlettes,fried eggs etc,it was also nice to be able to get breakfast til 10.30amThe hotel itself is at one end of the resort and probably a 20 minute walk to the other end but on the way there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.It also advertises itself as a child friendly hotel ,as we went out of season there were very few children there but activities were arranged by the pool and music played so I would advise that if you like a more child free zone only to go out of season .The staff were all very nice and pleasant and I found it difficult to find anything to complain about.Another nice thing is the management invite you on your last night to meet them and discuss your stay and give them feedback ,something you rarely experience nowadays .If I had to have a little moan it would be having to pay €2.50 per day for the safe , I havent done this for many years and seems a retro step.Wifi was also available and free of charge.

This post is a little late as our holiday was in June but such a fantastic resort, clean rooms, great food that was varied and changed most nights, great pool and poolside bar for drinks and snacks and best of all were the staff Marco and the team especially the kids club crew were all fantastic and made this a sensational first holiday abroad in 19 years, thank you all so much.

Muito mau. No receção deram-me a chave de um quarto que estava ocupado, quando abria a porta vi sandálias e roupa espalhados pelo chão. Voltei à receção onde me trocaram a chave e quarto.
O mini bar vazio, não tem serviço de quartos.
No bar para ser atendido indicaram-me para ir para uma fila indiana, santa paciência.
No porta cartões (chave) tem indicação que o hotel não se responsabiza por valores deixados no quarto.

Near the beach. Very family orientated and noisy with holiday reps entertaining children. Very popular with elderly groups. Food rated three stars, evening meal not good value for money compared to local restaurants. Evening entertainment very mediocre and no atmosphere in the bar. Overal not really good value for money.

Personal teilweise freundlich, teilweise lustlos. Essen nicht schlecht. Es gab Freitags viel Fisch. Muscheln, Austern und Krabben und eine Fischpfanne. Die vier Sterne sind für die Lage. Würde hier jedoch nie länger Urlaub machen. Zimmer einfach und zweckmäßig. Nur eine Steckdose. In der Badewanne ist zwar ein Schutz vor dem ausrutschen, jedoch wenn man wie wir und unsere Gruppe plus minus 70 J ist, muss man auf allen vieren aus der Wanne, denn esbgibt keinen Haltegriff.

7 Aug 2018 terug gekomen na een week vakantie in dit hotel. Goed hotel, prima eten, aardig personeel. Netjes, schoon. Iedere dag schone handdoeken en een badlaken service bij de receptie. Bedden reserveren bij het zwembad mag niet tenzij je er meteen gebruik van maakt.. goede zaak! maar een handvol mensen legt er toch een handdoek op.
Kom je net als wij, aan voor 10.30 uur dan heb je pech en mag je betalen voor je ontbijt€11.00 p.p. je krijgt je all-inn bandjes namelijk pas om die tijd. En laat nou net het ontbijt tijd tot 10.30 zijn. Wij zijn, moe als wij waren, richting het strand gegaan om een full englisch ontbijt voor €6 te eten. Heerlijk met verse jus d' Orange. Verder 23.00 uur is de bar dicht, is er weinig te doen in de avond uren. Strand is prachtig, ligbedden en parasols te huur €15.50 2x. Wij wandelden naar het centrum. Weinig vertier, veel ijssalons en restaurants.

Hotel a curta distância da praia com bom atendimento. Buffet com bastante variedade e com opção de um grelhado feito na hora. Mesmo em Agosto havia sempre espreguiçadeiras disponíveis e ambiente agradável na piscina com várias actividades de animação. Voltaremos!

Beaucoup de bruit (on entend les gens marcher en tong dans le couloir comme si vous étiez dans une tente )Chambre petite rien à voir avec les photos très flatteuses de leur site comme le reste d'ailleurs (piscine, extérieur et vue....)
C'est un quatre étoiles mais portugais qui a mon avis vaut un deux étoiles et demi en France.....

Nice hotel. Pool area was nice but smaller then it looked in pictures. The buffet was a bit crowded on times but lots of food to choose from. There is a large beach a short walk away, as well as many restaurants and city centre area. Great base for exploring the algarve. Overall a great stay, fantastic staff and after travelling many places a great working AC was a great bonus!

Uma desilusão, desde a chegada. A parte renovada é recem construída, os quartos antigos ficam para os portugueses. Para mim, minha mulher é dois filhos abaixo dos 5 anos deram-me um quarto velho, sujo e pequeno. São iguais aos quartos duplos, mas fazem-se pagar por 4 pessoas, chamam-lhe quartos familiares e cobram mais de 200 euros/noite, para despachar.
A reserva foi feita meses antes e ao telefone foi dito que poderia ver o "quarto" pelas fotos do site. Publicidade enganosa pois o que se encontra é uma realidade diferente do que se vê no site. Um engodo e um engano.
Neste Verão quente não têm o AC ligado nos corredores, elevadores ou outras áreas comuns. Apenas na receção e restaurante.
Fraca ou nenhuma formação aos empregados e nota-se claramente o reforço a prazo dos empregados para o Verão apenas. Talvez o pior Vila Galé que já visitei. Pena, pois parece ter potencial, assim fosse o serviço a altura. Nunca mais pretendo voltar não recomendo.

Our first family holiday abroad with two young children, we was amazed by the online details and boy we were not disappointed on arrival, everything was correct and our room everything we needed, food and entertainment was fantastic left us wanting more any minor hiccups were dealt with promptly and politely, kids club and staff all brilliant can't put any negative comments as our whole experience has been 5 star we will be returning in the future

El hotel es una maravilla. En la planta 2 se situa la recepción y habitaciónes. En la planta 1, nos encontramos con la piscina, la cual esta fresca de narices para pasar un buen rato. El servicio del restaurante fue fantástico, la comida buenísima incluyendo los postres. En la planta 3,4,5 solo hay habitaciones, mientras que en la 1 se situa la piscina climatizada un gimnasio y una sala de masajes. La habitación era bastante acogedora,siendo el colchon y almohada muy cómodos. Si eres español no te vas a encontrar mucha gente de tu tierra por aqui, veras una gran cantidad de ingleses y franceses. A practicamente una calle tenemos la playa y un paseo bastante generoso.

Fantastic hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and hotel are clean. Breakfast was also good. Swimming pools is great but the main pool is very deep so kids are better in the kids pool.

Sería conveniente que sustituyeran los colchones que son bastante antiguos e incómodos y que revisaran el agua del baño ya que le falta mucha presión y temperatura cuando te duchas. Por lo demás todo muy bien. Cabe destacar la calidad en la mayoría de los platos del buffet. Muy contento con eso.

Wir waren in dem Hotel für 7 Nächte inklusive Halbpension. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das WLAN war schnell. Der Poolbereich verfügt über ausreichend Liegen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut. Das Stadtzentrum und der Strand sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Der Fitnessraum hat uns leider nicht so gut gefallen, er ist schlecht belüftet, die wenigen Geräte sind veraltet und es gibt kein Freihantelbereich. Beim Abendessen ist die Auswahl für Vegetarier meistens nur auf Beilagen beschränkt, hier könnte eine größerer Auswahl an nicht Fisch/Fleischgerichten sein. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück und Abendessen war zum Teil langsam und wirkte unorganisiert, insbesondere was das abräumen und eindecken von Tischen betrifft. Viele Tische waren zudem für Zimmer/Gruppen reserviert. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir können dies weiterempfehlen.

Stayed here many times. This time we were upgraded. Initially nice until we discovered our air conditioning was out of order. Phones reception who sent the engineer who appeared to fix it. He said he would come back and check again when we were at dinner. On return from dinner the room was uncomfortably hot. I went to reception and the night manager said they would fix it tomorrow. I stated this was unacceptable so was told tomopen the window ! I asked for a different room and was told there was no alternative. I insisted that the engineer was called in. Eventually at 1.30 am I received a call from reception to say that we could move to another room ! Apparently this evening staff were aware the A/C was irreparable but had not informed the night manager that there was an alternative room. Not the best of nights !

Terrific staff & very clean. Needs a cupboard on wall in bathroom to put your toiletries in and toilet roll holder needs repositioning as impossible to use unless you're a contortionist! Food good but could do with a couple of comfortable armchairs instead of deckchairs in bedroom

Wir waren über unserem Geburtstag schon das 3.Jahr in diesem hervorragend geführten Hotel das mit sehr gutem Service, Sauberkeit, sowie Freundlichem Personal aufwartet als Gäste. Bekamen sogar an unserem Geburtstag Sekt vom Haus auf dem Zimmer serviert. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel was nice and spacious , the rooms were large and comfortable . The bath was small but there is a shower . The entertainment was adequate and the food was good. The excursions are quite dear and the nearest public transport bus stop is 15 mins walk however there is a miniature train that goes circular route ( two stops on the front one near the nearest supermarket) it's only €3•50 ..The beach is only 5 - 10 mins walk all in all a great stay although a bit remote .

Beautiful hotel would definitely go back or book with this hotel again. Staff friendly and helpful. Great kids club. Pool is lovely. Indoor pool if u want to use it u need to wear swim hat. Snack Nat has a great choice of foods and drinks. Great evening entertainment with songs and quizzes.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay at a Vila Gale hotel again. Plenty of sun loungers and the food was excellent. The main pool isn't as big as it looks in the picture but it's big enough! The staff are very professional and can come across as reserved at first but as you get to know them you realise they're very friendly and helpful.

Trashiest hotel experience of my life! I have no idea how this was classified 4 stars, someone somewhere is having a laugh. There was dampness in stairwell. Way finding sign posting was crazy and illogical. The clientele were horrible rowdy British people on all inclusive deals knocking back alcohol and shouting at each other across the pool. The food was depressing. Ordered a chicken salad and it came covered in cocktail sauce like we were stuck in 1980! The scrambled eggs were so overcooked they could doyble up as a weapon and the juice was not fresh but full of sugar and from concentrate. Toiletries were cheap. Decor looks like a cheap office block. The hotel does not have an iron in the whole hotel? Its apparently 4 stars but I have no idea how it got this rating? The phone in my room did not work. The tv automatically turns on and advertises how great the hotel was, I wonder how much they paid people to say it was the best hotel in the world ?(the propaganda didnt work as I was staying there???). On arrival I turned on the bath and the water was brown. So happy to have checked out. Outdated plc3 and a miserable experience.

Foi a primeira vez que estive neste hotel e não sei se volto! A parte da higiene a nível de quartos é fraca mas pior é na restauração os empregados na grande maioria não estavam bem orientados e com os superiores sempre a berrar! em frente aos clientes... A comida na maioria das vezes a faltar o prato principal em 7 só em 3 vezes é que havia, nunca havia loiça e muitas das vezes vinha suja isto por volta das 21horas...a animação do hotel não existe para portugueses... O melhor a destacar quartos grandes é uma boa localização para a praia...

Ruído constante durante a noite, segundo disseram devido a localização sobre pastelaria. Piscina sem guardassois suficientes. Parece que os hóspedes marcam as espreguiçadeiras todo o dia mesmo sem estarem a utilizar. Bóias gigantes, colchões, bolas e afins na piscina, que não é grande. Pessoas a atirarem -se para a água, o que parece não ser permitido, mesmo na piscina interior. Enfim , falta de autoridade perante estes ingleses pouco educados. Música e homens a falar constantemente ao microfone , numa suposta animação infernal. Internet sem ligação.Elevador frequentemente avariado.Tivemos de sair a meio da estada, foram corretos e procederam ao reembolso.

Hemos pasado 9 noches en este hotel en agosto y hemos estado muy a gusto, habría cosas que se podrían mejorar como el baño de nuestra habitación que podría renovarse un poco, pero aún así merece la pena, la habitación que nos asignaron estaba muy bien, ya que daba a la piscina y también se veía el mar desde su terraza. El personal que nos atendió fue muy correcto, a destacar los chicos de animación, también Daniel que nos atendió en la recepción y el gerente del hotel que estuvo con nosotros un rato preguntando qué tal habíamos estado.La zona donde está ubicado es tranquila, pero si paseas un poco por el paseo pegado al mar, tienes mucha oferta gastronómica y ambiente nocturno.Las playas son muy bonitas, y desde el hotel llegas andando en un momento.Imprescindible el paseo en barca para ver sus maravillosas cuevas y calas.

Je n’ai pas aimé cet hôtel même si objectivement il reste convenable sous certains aspects.
Tout d’abord la deco est vraiment vieillotte. Les chambres sur le theme marin ont vraiment style dépassé. Quand vous arrivez a la réception il y a une forte odeur de piscine ce qui est très désagréable. La piscine est plutôt bien et grande, beaucoup réservent leurs transat en posant une serviette dessus dès 7h du matin. Sauf que l’hotel n’accepte pas cette façon de faire et un employé surveille la zone pour retirer tous les effets personnels des gens qui ne s’installent pas sur les transats. Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié le restaurant de l’hotel vous y trouverez ts les jours des pates du riz des frites et une ou 2 spécialité selon les jours les salades sont les mêmes a quelques ingrédients prêts. C’est affreusement répétitif et manque vraiment de saveur. Quand in y passe une semaine en pension complète ça devient vite une angoisse.
Le personnel a toujours ete agreable et avenant, seuls 2 parlaient français il faut donc se débrouiller en anglais sinon vous risquez d’avoir du mal a vous faire comprendre. L’avenue piétonne qui longe la plage est très agréable la nuit meme s’il y a beaucoup de monde en été.

I only put 5 stars so people Will actually see this. The hotel was ok however the food was shocking. My 12 year old niece was served raw chicken and when reported no apology was given. I’ve never tasted food so poor. And even the drinks were horrible. Found underwear from the previous guest under my bed as well as an empty water bottle and a hell of a lot of dust. Family room was so tiny and we were charged £300 extra to put a cot inside the room even though when we arrived there was no cot and had to report this. There were hundreds of ants everywhere even waking up with ants on me. There were sharp screws sticking out of chairs on the outside area which I hurt my arm on. (I have picture evidence of all this however can’t post here) Otherwise the staff in the restaurant were good and worked very hard. (They are there all day and night everyday from breakfast till dinner) and the housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Location is great, right next to the beach.

We were 5 mins walk from the beach and small town.the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.every meal was laid out buffet style so you could just help yourself.food was very good and they had a kid's option.pool and outside area kept clean.only downside no tea/coffee in the room and no iron or board..but very enjoyable stay

Great resort in terms of view and surroundings. Also very close walk to the beach. Only thing missing is some amenities like an iron in the room, the beds are also not very comfortable. Overall the staff is very friendly except for the man who makes your eggs in the morning. On more than one occasion he was impolite or made a big deal on small requests like omlettes or even distributing the crepes. I would still go back to this hotel however based on the good qualities outweighing the poor ones.

Armacao est une ville neuve avec une construction immobilière sauvage et hideuse.
L' Hôtel est cependant très bien situé tout près de la plage. Plage splendide avec transats peu onéreux. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Mais le balcon est
inutilisable car trop de vis à vis. Armoire sans étagère avec seulement 8 cintres. Cuisine répétitive de style cafétéria. Hôtel où l'on ne parle pas français car la clientèle est essentiellement anglaise. Tous les jeux, tous les loisirs et activités sont exclusivement en anglais. Le personnel est poli, agréable et sympathique. Les animateurs sont charmants et prennent soin de l'encadrement des enfants.

Hôtel bien placé à 200 m de la plage. La chambre est correcte avec une petite terrasse. La nourriture est bonne mais le buffet propose souvent les mêmes plats. Des activités sont proposées au bord de la piscine. Dommage qu'elles ne sont pas faites en français. En parlant du français, presque personne ne le parle.

Hotel Vila gale nautical is in a lovely peaceful spot 5mins walk away from the beech bar's restaurant's and shops which there are plenty you can also book a boat trip along the front getting back to the hotel it was spotless and our room was spacious the meals were fine sometimes a bit repetitive the staff were all excellent especially the two lads in the pool bar high fiving everyone to make them feel welcome .we used to laugh at the ladies cleaning the pool area in the morning nattering away to each other they all seemed really happy being there .

Hotel bardzo blisko plaży. Pierwsze wrażenie doskonale. Mile przyjęcie. Recepcja bardzo szybko reaguje na wszystkie prośby. Zastrzeżenia mam do posiłków. Sala bardzo duża, nie ma tłoku. Ale sam wybór raczej skromny. Małe urozmaicenie. Głodny nie byłem, ale też nie miałem uczucia nasycenia. Po raz pierwszy spotkałem się z rozwadnianiem napojów. Pepsi z wodą jest obrzydliwa. A i woda z cytryną niezbyt smakuje. Mały wybór napojów dla dzieci. Dorośli także nie będą zbyt zadowoleni. Większość dobroci jest poza all inclusive. Pokoje ładne z klimatyzacją. Czyste z chwilą wejścia. Ale później jest różnie. Trafiłem na dzień ze sprzątaniem byle jakim, albo bez uzupełnienia napojów zimnych, herbaty, kawy i mleczka do niej. O czajnik też trzeba było się upomniec.

Hotel was very clean, but all inclusive at the pool bar was a waste of money under staffed long ques I ordered chicken baguette and chips with my son and waited over 20 mins for the food went to check what was taking so long and I could see my order sitting out behind the bar so waited at the bar hopping staff would pass it over at least to me but after waiting another 10 mins and being hungry I decided it wouldn't be fresh anymore and others where still being served before me so I give up waiting this was my 3rx time staying with Vila gale

É vergonhoso um hotel de 4 estrelas com uma diária para o quarto mais barato de 127€ , apresentar ao pequeno almoço apenas ameixas e pêssegos, não ter mais variedade de fruta e a razão apresentada é que os donos do hotel tem uma plantação com este tipo de fruta....
Apresentam em quantidade industrial feijão, salsichas, bacon, ovos fritos, mexidos tudo cheio de gordura!!!
E os hóspedes que não gostam deste tipo de fruta e muito menos de fritos porque estão habituados no seu dia a dia a uma alimentação equilibrada e saudável?
Reclamam, já pagaram e vão fora comer como deve de ser.

Wir, Ehepaar 67 Jahre alt, waren vom 13. - 23.6.2019 mit "Lebenslust Touristik" im Zuge einer Rundreise mit anschließendem Badeurlaub in diesem Hotel. Bei der Vila gale Gruppe sind alle Kinder bis 12 Jahre kostenlos, man kann sich also gut den Lärm vorstellen, den die hauptsächlich englischen Kinder veranstalten. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in Ordnung, Essen ist nicht so gut. Animation ist nur für Engländer, als Deutscher versteht man nichts.

Fantastic hotel. Great food and friendly staff. Upon hearing that I was on my honeymoon, they went out of their way and brought champagne and chocolate to our room. Thoroughly enjoyed and would love to stay again. The pool are is beautiful and private to those staying there and plenty for kids to do if in the season. The Thomas Cook "reps" for want of a better word were fantastic. Work so hard and putting on shows in the bar at night.

A parte do restaurante, as empregadas(os) muito simpáticas, não a qualquer coisa a pontar , a comida muito boa, até mesmo ver o próprio chefe a meter a carne ou o crepe na chapa dá uma boa imagem daquilo que se faz e a organização que é impecável..
Na parte da receção super impecável tudos muito amáveis e ainda dão boas sugestões, da para tirar duvidas e não só..
No bar tem bom atendimento e bom entretenimento.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach 5 minutes. The restaurant and pool area are located on the same level. Has a swimming pool from 2.0 metres to 1.4 metres, with a pool for younger children, also a indoor heated pool for children. The food is excellent, the staff are chef are friendly and a accommodating to dietary requirements. The reception staff are approachable and cannot help enough to ensure that the stay is a very pleasant experience. If all Vila Gale hotels are like the Nautico, they will be a hotel of choice on my return visit.

Points negatifs : Chambre bruyante au 3eme étage les portes qui claque tôt le matin et tard dans la nuit, la circulation...apparition de fourmis dans la salle de bain, réseau wifi très faible dans certaines chambres, buffet apparence de cantine, buffet dessert avec peu de choix, indisponibilité de certains coktails au bar déjà à 8h du soir (le bar étant fermé à 11h) , les animations sont parlées uniquement en anglais (pour les français vaut mieux prendre des cours de langues avant de venir).
Points positifs : Pour les alentours beaucoup de choses à visitées, bel environnement, temps superbe même en Octobre.. centre ville à deux pas.. idem pour la plage, hôtel en partenariat avec les entreprises de location voiture.

We can only say everything about our holiday was absolutely FAB! FAB! Lovely family orientated hotel, great location for a family of three with a young eight year old boy with the beautiful beach just across the road. Spacious rooms and bathrooms - clean daily. The food was lovely and plenty. Good size indoor pool and nicely equipped gym. The most friendly staff we ever dealt with - they all work hard and still manage to smile all day long. Our son Marcel loved the tomas cook's club and all the entertainmers. The town itself is quite-ish but the hotel and entertainment will keep you busy. Best holiday, perfect for us but it's our personal taste. Thank you.

Excellent hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, food was lovely, lots to choose from, stayed here for my birthday and the hotel put champagne and strawberries in the room, lovely surprise! Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Wonderful hotel, very clean. Staff very polite and friendly.food excellent, Entertainment wasn't great when we arrived,but picked up towards end of holiday, otherwise it would of been 5 stars.

Des supers vacances, avec un Uber on peut faire pleins de choses aux alentours (Albufeira, Praia de Marhina..) petite station balnéaire accueillante et sympathique! Proche de la plage, des restaurants et du centre ville !

C'est un hôtel chic et moderne dont les chambres ont un style maritime . La piscine extérieure est super et la piscine intérieure est chauffé. Je n'ai rien à dire sur le jacuzzi et sur l'hôtel

having just spent a very enjoyable week in this hotel, I have given the hotel a 4star,the hotel is in a lovely part of the town. The hotel is very clean & tidy, rooms very nice size, the food very good plenty of choice. Pool area lovely. Staff excellent,very friendly & helpful, The town very lovely place, the people very friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff seem to be great with the kids, only point why not given hotel a 5star is the entertainment on a night, is a bit boring, the entertainment staff really try to entertain, but it dose not come off, would much perfare the disco to start earlier and play music for all the generations there, instead off playing, the modern stuff, I would say not for the younger generation looking for night life.

Städtereisen in Kombination mit Badeurlaub. Besichtigung der Felsformationen und Grotten sowie Erholung an tollen Stränden und Bummeln durch die Promenade.Negativ war die laute Geräuschkulisse und die laute Kantinenatmosphäre im mittelmäßigen Restaurant. Das Hotel ist für Familien gut geeignet, für Erholungssuchende weniger. Das All inclusive Konzept ist durchdacht, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Stayed here for a week at end of May 2013. Absolutely brilliant. Its in a bit of a quiet location but that suited us. The hotel itself is really nice and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food is as good as you should expect really and if I was being super critical I'd say it's the weak point. It's edible and didn't make us ill but the mrs and kids were happier with the food at the poolside bar - burger chips pizza etc - all free. Although its all inclusive I do recommend trying the Indian restaurant that is situated within the holiday inn - I forget what its called but its the best we've had and we're quite fussy. Back to the hotel - the entertainment was also very good for the children. During the day the kids club is great and at night there was also a disco and games to tire them out. I'd definitely like to return one day.

This place should generally be avoided by anyone under age of 50. Unless you plan to go to Portimao every day there is very little to do in hotel neighbourhood and hotel itself.

Zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und wie immer äusserst zurfrieden. Zimmer sind top und sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet ist aussergewöhnlich gut und super abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Lage direkt am Strand und in direkter Nähe zu Armacao de Pera. Personal sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Gostei bastante do Hotel, digna-se de um hotel de quatro estrelas. Muito bom atendimento e higiene. Pena é os quartos não estarem devidamente isolados acusticamente, pois ouve-se tudo de uns quartos para os outros.

Nice hotel, lovely swimming pool and hotel staff couldnt do more to help you. The room could have been cleaner but was not dirty. If you are looking for lots of restaurants nearby ie: saving a taxi fares then this is not the town to be. Really surprised at the lack of restaurants although those which are there are very nice.

This was the first holiday my partner and I went on together and found this hotel catered for all our needs. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were an ideal size for the two of us however we requested a double bed but got two twin beds placed together - although we did get a free upgrade and had a spare guest room, and a outdoor patio! - very nice! The pool area was really clean and pleasant. Their clientel is of an older age range, however this again is perfect for those that are looking for a nice quiet get away in which case was perfect for us. We had a bed and breakfast package and the breakfast was amazing. The quality of the food was really nice and catered every possible breakfast type you could ask for. The resort itself was rather quiet we found restaurants are a bit limited to what they offer however nonetheless still pleasing. We did say we would like to return here again but another relaxing holiday. So thumbs up to Villa Gale Nautico.

Vey nice clean hotel. Room was too small for an extra bed so if you have a child maybe get a suite. Excellent pool. Entertainment was o.k the reptile show was good except you cannot take photos, only buy the ones they are taking. Only sell internet access by the hour & you have to use it all in one hit. No hotel telephone or cash facilities. A short walk from amenities & main bus stop. Lovely beach. Didnt feel happy leaving 4 year old at childrens club, lovely lady running it but activity was with sticks so not good with eight year olds pretending they are spears. Excellent toddler pool but no shelter over it. We ate there most nights as the children could play on the grass. Food was o.k but I guess you get what you pay for. Definately recommend resort, cleanliness of hotel & pools.

The hotel was very comfortable and staff friendly and efficient. Reception staff are fluent in English. Breakfast was first class with an excellent choice in both continental or English. There was live entertainment on most nights we were there and both pools were clean and large enough to swim exercise in.

Hotel in guter Lage, Ort sehr schnell erreichbar. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur Straße überqueren. Langer Sandstrand ausgezeichnete Qualität in Richtung Albufeira, andere Richtung mit herrlicher Algarve Felsküste. Hotel sauber, Bar mit Unterhaltungsprogramm jeden Abend, fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz wünscht, bei geringer Belegung abends und mittags speisen a la carte, sonst umfangreiches Buffet. Service und Reception ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 150 m vom Strand entfernt an einer Ortsdurchfahrtsstrasse, ist aber meistens nachts ruhig. Mich hat die arrogante Art der Leitung und der Mitarbeiter des Hotels genervt. Für jede keine Liestung musste bezahlt werden, Bademäntel konnten nicht geliehen werden, sondern nur für teueres Geld gekauft werden. Das Essen war in Buffet-Form und total langweilig, jeden Tag ob Frühstück oder Abendessen das Gleiche. Die Servicekräfte waren äusserst lahm.
