Amazing place lovely friendly staff nothings to much trouble .the maids have been in every day .Fabulous indoor and outdoor pools .fabulous food with great choices in the restaraunt at affordable prices lovely relaxed atmosphere.

The cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Room is excellent. Modern and firred out toa very high standard. Stayed in a suite, had a kitchen area, a seperate lounge with flat screen TV .
Bathroom was excellent and had a great shower. Bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a second flat screen TV.
Outside was a patio area with table and chairs. View was limited as suites are located in the basement. That said the greenery and palm trees on the skyline made it a very pleasant place to sit.
The basement loxation gave me plenty of privacy. So was a goid feature. Food in the restaurant was excellent . Plenty of free parking and only a short walk from the lively town centre.

I stayed in Pestana Alvor Park with a friend for four nights. And I want to say a big thank you to the fantastic, always friendly and acommodating staff - everybody of the staff did his best, to make our stay comfortable.
Nice pool - only the towel reservation of other guests was annoying - in a wonderful little park. Breakfast as well as dinner was excellent and our room was fantastic.
The beach is not far to walk and to get into the town is very easy.
We looking forward to come back.

I would strongly recommend this hotel. Rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff members are always helpful and friendly. This hotel has a stunning swimming pool as well. On top of that, the hotel is situated in great location, close to the beach and Alvor centre. Honestly, there is nothing not to like about Alvor Park Hotel.

Tenham cuidado, pois se fizerem reserva pelo Booking, ao chegar a reserva não corresponde. Pois tal reserva para 2 adultos e uma criança 8 anos efetuado atraves do Booking o quarto virado a sul com vista para a piscina, não existe segundo o funcionário da recepção, por nós questionado. Segundo o mesmo imputa responsabilidade ao Booking pelo texto e foto apresentado, sendo que na realidade esta versão existe sim, mas tem que ser referido nas condições especiais. Sinceramente esta explicação não me convence. O Pestana deve rever imediatamente este tipo de atitude, pois tem um nome e prestigio a defender, assim como o Booking.

Owned here since its construction. Rooms are looking a little tired now, air conditioning wasn't working and fridge didn't close properly although I understand its about to get a major refurb which will hopefully bring it back up to its former luxurious condition. Alvor is a lovely place and the hotel/ apartment other than the issues mentioned is great, generally peaceful with a decent pool

Went to the restaurant and enjoyed really nice food, well cooked and presented by a small, hard working FoH team to whom service is a priority. Very good value and I heartily recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic 7 days stay staff couldn't do enough for me and my wife and the other guests were also amazing our hats off to the club 32 . We will definitely be returning sooner rather than later. From the room we stayed in to the restaurant no faults to be highlighted . Oh and our pleasure to have met the infamous lucky .

My favourite place in Europe. I've spent several happy holidays here with my parents and friends. My mum loved it so much we brought her ashes here after she died which was her final wish.
The rooms are spacious and fresh, well looked after, the cleaning staff are amazing, so friendly and work so so hard to make your stay pleasant. The reception staff couldn't be more helpful and remember us every time by name.
The addition of the restaurant is great and the steak deal they do it not only excellent value for money but also tastes divine!
The pool can be rather cold but is clean and large with plenty of comfortable beds around it. The indoor pool and jacuzzi and sauna are also a real bonus!
It's walkable into Alvor town proper from the park and takes around 20 minutes though taxi is not expensive and the hotel has a car park if you're hiring a car.
Highly recommend this place. The top floor rooms have sea view which is nice to sit out on the balcony during the day or of an evening and see all the boats etc.

A must, visit the restaurant, wonderful food, brilliant staff, Victor the nicest person you could ever hope to meet. Price for two people, €38 for a 3 course meal with wine. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. We have been coming here for 14 years have made some really good friends and always look forward to returning.

Hotel calmo e muito agradável. Piscina interior excelente com sauna e jacuzzi. Restaurante com excelente qualidade preço, recomendo bife da vazia. Empregados simpáticos e sempre prontos a ajudar.
Vou voltar seguramente.

4 estrelas com uma excelente relação qualidade preço, nesta altura do ano, e atendimento irrepreensível na recepção,como se espera de uma unidade desta categoria.
Apartamento T1 espaçoso, e completamente equipado, foi perfeito para três adultos e duas crianças.
Wi-Fi disponível em todas as zonas que utilizámos, e uma boa selecção de canais de televisão.
Espaços comuns bastante confortáveis, e bem decorados.
Piscinas exteriores bem cuidadas, mesmo em pleno inverno.
Destaque para a excelente temperatura da piscina interior, e qualidade geral do spa.
Nota menos boa para o jacuzzi, cuja água se encontrava gelada, devido a mudança da mesma, o que não se compreende em pleno dia.
Ja conhecíamos o hotel, e certamente regressaremos.

Nice hotel about 5 mins walk to 3 brothers beach in Alvor. Rooms are very spacious and have kitchenette for doing snacks although no cooking facilities. Microwave toaster kettle and sink. Food in restaurant is good value for money. The breakfast is proper English and only 8 euros. Staff all very pleasant. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. A nice indoor spa and pool area. Makes it a great place to get away for a quite time

Dieses Apparthotel ist schon einwenig in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service ist gut und sehr freundlich. Der einzige Mangel ist der zimmerservice & insbesondere der Mangel an der gründlichen Reinigung des Badezimmer.

Lovely resort, immaculately clean with daily housekeeping. On site restaurant was excellent for dinner and very reasonably priced - special promotion 3+ course dinner for 2 with a bottle of wine and bottle of water for 38 euros. Restaurant staff super nice.

We go back here every year and have never been disappointed. A major improvement over the past two years is the bar and restaurant run by the extremely friendly Victor and his staff who always go out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant experience. With excellent food. A 3 course meal for two with a bottle of wine for just €38. All cooked fresh to order. Cannot fault it.

Had a wonderful stay here last week. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and big. The location of this hotel is perfect as it is a short walk from Alvor town.

Probably the nicest, friendliest of the Pestana hotels in Alvor due to its size and excellent design. There are bigger more spectacular hotels in locations virtually on the beach but they don't have the same personal feel.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel on several occasions over the past few years and to be honest, I can't fault them. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful and, I was even greeted with a bottle of wine, chocolates and a hand-written note when I got to my room on my last stay. Indoor and outdoor pools and a great location for both the beach and the town. Looking at staying there again later this year. Recommend.

Lovely 6 days in Alvor Pestana park hotel...lovely pool..8 minutes walk into town...moved from a studio into a 1 bedroom apartment....definitely worth while...studio a bit small, so definitely book an apartment...reception so friendly...thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel

Had a great week in Alvor apartments very spacious and clean lovely pool area and very nice friendly staff. Bit dated, but as we went out every day, bus stops just outside complex. 10 minute walk to town and you get bus to different towns, lot cheaper than taking tours. Would definitely recommend it, it is also quiet

One of my favorite hotels in Algarve. It's calm and the people are super nice. The pools are excellent and it has a lot of shades. 10min walk to a beautiful beach. Has some nice night life in walking distance. I highly recommend.

Fantastic apartments. Studio / 1 bed / 2 bed options available with A/C. Bar and restaurant facilities. Immaculate outdoor pool. Indoor pool, sauna and steam room all free of charge. Staff always friendly. Location close to beach and a 10 min walk into the town of Alvor. Have stayed here many years and wouldn't choose anywhere else in Alvor.

Had a lovely time at this hotel , the only complaint I had was the resident cat !!! Although I am an animal lover I didnt like the supposedly white cat that loved to sleep in the seated area at reception . It was a Nasty and unpredictable cat and although I knew not to go near it but children might not be so knowledgeable . Reception staff are always friendly and helpful .

We have been going to Alvor regularly over last 12 years and usually stay at Alvor Praia, another Pestana hotel. First time in Alvor Park and we will chose it every time we go back.

This hotel has always been good but it managed to up its game since our last visit. In addition to great staff and clean spacious rooms, it has added new large screen TVs and a restaurant. The location is convenient for the town and its quaint harbour. Our grandson made lots of use of the indoor pool in February this being just one of the amenities. The customer services staff are excellent and just couldn't do enough for you. Well done Pestana!

This is a spotless hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff. It is a short walk from Alvor and or the beach.Our only gripe was that we couldnt find it for a good half hour because there were no signs, but the receptionist in a sister hotel drew us a map.

We booked a studio but landed up with a hotel room, no dining table, no couch, we had to watch TV. sitting on the bed, this studio was nothing like the studios we have had at this hotel before.

Wir haben es als sehr angenehm empfunden, in einem geräumigen Studio mit Meerblick zu können.Essen kann man selber machen, muss man aber nicht. Allerdings sind die Preise im Hotel im gehobenen Niveau angesiedelt.Frühstück haben wir meist selbst gemacht, Abendessen waren wir im Ort. DIe Auswahl an Lokalen ist dort groß und das Essen frisch und schmackhaft.Praktisch ist, dass der Pool gleich dabei ist, Handtücher kann man ausborgen Auch ein Bademantel ist im Zimmer.Und sonst geht man eben zum Strand, ca. 10 Minuten.

Bei dem Hotel handelt es sich um ein Apartment-Hotel, in dem man ein Apartment mit Bad und Küche bewohnt, aber nicht auf den Hotel-Service verzichten muss. Wenn man sich nicht selbst verpflegen möchte, besteht die Möglichkeit, in einem der zahlreichen umliegenden Restaurants zu essen oder im Gebäude zu frühstücken (englisch) oder mittags kleine Gerichte zu essen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr schöne Poolanlage im Aussenbereich und Sauna, Whirlpool, Dampfbad im Innenbereich. Ausserdem gibt es einen Fitnessraum und eine Bar. Zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu fuss.
