This hotel was amazing. The food was excellent .the service was brilliant every evening a chocolate was placed on the pillow and the bed turned down the staff were so helpful and very friendly highly recommend it.

Three nights stay with two rounds of golf. Everything was excellent. Dined twice in the grill restaurant both times the food and service were great.
Really enjoyed the golf as the course is in very good condition.
Although the hotel is a little old the service and staff more than compensate for this. Will be back next year. Thank you.

Service and helpfulness of staff is truly exceptional. Food and drinks excellent. A lick of paint here and there would not go amiss but that maybe me being over critical. The attitude of the staff at every level made our stay hugely enjoyable and most memorable.

My experience is only with the resort course which is 9 holes. The only criticism is cost thst I believe is too high for 9 holes. Alto golf is €29 for 18 after 2pm. I am paying €22.50 in a regular group at just after 8am just for 9 holes. The main course is excellent but I have only played there once many years ago.
I can comment on the actual hotel.
A walk around the main course is great as its the closest place to a park in this area.

Prima hotel in een mooi gebouw. In februari zijn slechts twee van de vijf restaurants geopend ( rustige periode). Goed Portugees eten: ruime porties niet zeer subtiel. Naast het hotel een mooie en aangename golfbaan.
In het hotel overheerst daardoor een golfsfeer. Veel Engelse gasten.

Henry Cotton's spirit and inspiration lives on in this magnificent estate.The golf course is in fantastic condition with the greens running at a lovely speed. Congratulations to the team who work here on the course and hotel. I recommend you start your experience with the breakfast then golf,lunch,sun,nap and down for happy hour in the bar before dinner in the grill.

Lovely hotel in Alvor - 10 minutes. Not an up to date establishment rather older hotel and all the more charming for it. Some nice restaurants within the hotel to choose from, wonderful facilities including outdoor pool, and of course the golf courses, not the best but adequate for most. All in all well worth a trip.

Hotel ideal para famílias. Tem um espaço exterior espetacular para quem gosta de caminhadas e prática de golf! A piscina exterior também é excelente para passar um bom dia! O staff é simpático e atencioso. Deveriam investir na criação de um spa! A única crítica menos positiva recai sobre o buffet, sobretudo o do jantar, que tem pouca variedade e qualidade, para o preço apresentado!

We booked this hotel because it looked great but mainly because of the all inclusive kids club for my 7 year old son. Hugo and all of the staff and activities at the kids club were fantastic.Plenty of activities for the kids and a few family activities too which were great. I particularly loved family football, morning yoga and my son happily playing in the kids club so we could read a book and have a swim in peace. The kids club have a wrist band system that was perfect for us. One band meant my son couldnt leave without us signing him out and one band on the days when we were close by and he could leave by himself and come to find us. The hotel was wonderful - location, room, staff were all great. The holiday was so relaxing. We have never done this before but are booking to go back again next summer. Thank you to you all.

Visited in June and September. Great food with new menus in Le Grill, the Italian Arllechino, the Golfers Club and Dunas at the private beach. Great staff supplemented by trainees this summer. Well kept large outdoor pool, spa and great walks around the largest of three golf courses. Kangaroo Club for children with improved activities. Hotel now 50 year’s old and needs investment. Nevertheless a wonderful place for a golf, leisure or family holiday.

A lovely hotel,beautiful setting,with very helpful dedicated staff,and a special mention to Carlos and Pedro ! Good size rooms, great pool, breakfasts,and facilities in general. Quiet location, well away from centers but free bus to the beach. You really need a car if you want to get about the area. Couldnt comment on the golf.The food was well outside our price range at the hotel restaurants,so we eat mainly in Alvor -a 10 minutes drive away.

No está en la playa pero cerca de todo; puedes dirigirte a muchos puntos del Algarve en coche desde allí. Lo mejor quizá sea el entorno. Como negativo, quizá el hotel sea como un 4 estrellas español, no un 5.

Sus días de gloria ya pasaron.
Muy limpio y personal muy atento, pero se nota la antigüedad de las instalaciones y la decoración de los años 70. Recomendable para los amantes del golf ya que cuenta con tres campos en el propio hotel. La distancia a la playa no es inconveniente ya que tiene servicio de autobús a la playa de Alvor y chiringuito propio.

Na verdade eu não tinha classificado, devo ter esbarrado no telefone enquanto estava desbloqueado. Mas aproveitando para fazer então minha avaliação, o hotel é excelente, assim como o serviço e a estrutura. Não tenho nada a me queixar. Recomendo!

Ubicación bastante buena. Esta a 5km de portimao y a 6 de la playa. La piscina esta muy bien y los desayunos muy buenos. Tiene 3 restaurantes dentro del resort que son algo caros pero se come bien.

Agradable, pero al atardecer comienzan a salir miles y miles de mosquitos y es imposible sentarse en sus magníficas terrazas para tomar algo o cenar. Todos los días cogimos nuestros platos y nos tuvimos que ir dentro (dónde se solucionó parcialmente). Por lo demás, recomendable. Si no hay solución a los mosquitos, no volvería.

Meraviglioso, il servizio la disponibilità e cordialità dello staff sono semplicemente fantastici, la pulizia e cura del comfort per gli ospiti alla altezza e di più , struttura bella, grandissima, gli spazi abbondano e nonostante il pieno di alta stagione non ci si scontra con nessuno, piscina grandissima e ben mantenuta, 3 campi da golf, teli mare ed ombrelloni con sdrai inclusi sia in piscina che in spiaggia, navetta con orari prestabiliti per la spiaggia (10 min), ristoranti per ogni gusto e materie prime di alta qualità, miniclub 3-12 anni gratis, colazione strepitosa e prelibata vi dico che ciò che vi immaginate di mangiare o desiderate c'è, fidatevi!!!!! c'è un mondo de varietà di cibo da scegliere, in genere la definisco una struttura per chi desidera divertirse e rilassarsi in famiglia con o senza bambini

No fue lo que esperábamos.
La culpa fue mía por fiarme de la publicidad y no de los comentarios (que estaban acertados al 95 % ).
La habitación pequeña, y al poner una "cama" para una niña quedamos sin sitio para andar.
Me dijeron que cambiarían la "cama" de la niña, pero nada...... la dejaron dormir en esa cosa ( colchón spaghetti ) le decía ella ya que con 7 años tiene libros para el colegio más gruesos que ese "colchón" .
Los ultimos 6 hoteles de 4 estrellas que fuimos últimamente le dan un repaso en casi todo. Parece que en lugar de subir de categoría a 5 la bajamos. El desayuno no llega a ni a 4 estrellas por poco variado ni reposición
No todo es malo. La piscina es grande, necesita mantenimiento pero bien. A quien le guste el café, tienen una cafetera Nespresso en la habitación.

We always enjoy the Penina hotel. It’s comfortable, the service is very good and friendly too. It has a traditional feel which we like. The pool is brilliant and the breakfast is superb. As a bonus we enjoyed the complimentary, allocated beach chairs on nearby Alvor beach.

2020 update
the more that we play this course, the more we fall in love with it, this year we had two "new boys" join us, and having filled them with tales of just how good and how difficult this course could be, despite the wind blowing and the scoring low, to a man we voted that Penina would be the first course to play on the 2021 tour.
There is in this area a huge choice of courses, all of which have positive points, non of which score 10 out of 10 in the all important, staff, facilities, course, layout, course conditions and apres' golf facilities.
So many good holes, but this year the 180 yard par 3 13th semi over water with a right to left wind blowing the ball towards the water was super memorable !
see you again in 2021 !!!
Championship course is simply great, a throwback to the "Grande olde days" of parkland golf and country clubs, you really need to be on your A game around here to find any decent score as a visitor.... I made a pigs ear and a half of the front 9, but rescued a bad score out of a disaster, with 17 points on the back 9. Well worth playing.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in February and played on the courses every day. The hotel is quant very comfortable with good breakfast option and 3 different dinner options. The lunch offer was a bit limited and slow, so if your teetime is somewhere after 12 you might have very limited time for lunch (hopefully this is only outside the season). The courses are great with a very beautiful and charging championship course. We certainly enjoyed our time in the resort.

Played golf here, nice course. Dropped my GPS on the way round, left my details at reception and left several emails regarding if it had been handed in. No reply, service was poor in general in all honesty. From start to finish, learn to smile you miserable bunch!The only interaction I got was from golf reception so this may not be the case throughout the complex.

An elegant hotel with friendly staff, a great golf course and nice restaurants. The Nespresso machine in the rooms is a nice touch but bring your favourite capsules the choice is limited to ‘one’. The breakfast buffet is lovely make them open the sect sparkling wine ! “Because you are worth it” and you are paying for it!!!

Lovely hotel for golf relaxation and dinner. The two golf courses are superb, the hotel has a lovely calming and relaxing feel but is dated and lacks a bit of style.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The main restaurant dinner is a la carte and the food is of a very high standard. Buffet breakfast has lots of choice of hot and cold food, nespresso coffee machines in rooms and breakfast buffet. Fantastic location and grounds. Only a short taxi ride into town or a hotel courtesy bus to the beach. Highly recommend

Lets be clear from the start, this is not the five star resort they claim it is. 4 star is the most they could try for - but during our 5 day golf stay a number of issues prevented the best holiday possible meaning 3 stars are fair.
The service was poor. staff in the receptio desk were both particularly unhelpful but also tried to con us out of the €40 F&B credit each golfer was entitled to as part of our package. They would basically lie to try and get out of the conditions of our deal.
Then the golf pro shop refused to accept the golf tee time reservations we were given, that had been confirmed....claiming the computer says a different time. This meant golfers had to rush round at the last minute, which in turn spoilt theyr round of golf and therefore day.
The barman in the main lounge bar was surly and unfriendly, the manager of the restaurant took too much delight in locking guests out at precisely 10:30am (when they stop serving), the waiting staff took too long to do...anything, food took too long to arrive.....it all just felt pretty ineffectual. Oh and staff took offence to us using Uber and not booking taxis through reception.
The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere too.
There are plenty of other places to go - I strongly recommend you do.

Style vieillot et cher, 25 euros de supplément pour un petit animal domestique, sans plus de service.
Accueil compassé mais la chambre n'étant pas prête, à notre arrivée, nous sommes juste priés de bien vouloir attendre 30 minutes, à l’extérieur, alors que l'on vient de nous faire payé d'avance le séjour.
Note positive, le buffet du petit déjeuner en terrasse.

Vinimos con un bebe, la habitación en ningún momento estaba estaba limpia.
Es más tuvimos que avisar todos los días para que subieran a limpiarla por qué no se hacía ningún día.
Varios clientes a la vez que nosotros se quejaban de lo mismo.
La limpieza en este hotel es pésima, en cuanto a las habitaciones.
No cambian sabanas no vacían las papeleras, no descambian las toallas.
Pésimo servicio de limpieza.
Todos los días un problema.
Además y para colmo nos desaparecio un reloj de la habitación y nadie nos ha dado solución alguna más que deberíamos a ver utilizado la caja fuerte.
Hemos pagado 210 € por día por un hotel que además de no estar donde dicen en Booking y tener más de 15 minutos en coche de la playa no limpian las habitaciones y nos han robado.
Mucho ojo con este hotel.

We booked this hotel purely by chance as a last minute booking following a difficult few months. From the minute we arrived it was clear to see that the focus was on us as customers. The staff were incredible - helpful, welcoming, but above all friendly. This was apparent throughout the hotel and as time went on we felt as if they had known us for years, acknowledging us by name and always remembering our favourite drinks and food order. The hotel is amazing, good rooms, great atmosphere and environment and the restaurants and quality of food is superb. I must say that Sandro and Marianne are stand out individuals who deserve credit for all they do as does Duarte who is on the golf department who always went out his way to help my lad and after a couple of days always had our specific clubs ready for us to use.
I could go on but won’t, but will say I have never wished to return to the same hotel before but on this occasion we will without doubt be here again next year and look forward to seeing everyone again.
Thank you all for making a great holiday a truly outstanding one !

Llegamos a las 14 horas y no tenían preparada la habitación nos hicieron esperar hasta las 15:30, el check in fue desagradable y grosero. No pueden tratar así a los clientes en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Me sentí ninguneado. Se estropeó la TV, nos cambiaron de habitación y hacía mucho ruido. Después nos cambiaron a otra superior con unas bonitas vistas al campo de golf. Los camareros del buffer malisimo el servicio un día estuve esperando a que me trajeran un cappuccino 20 min, me tuve que ir sin tomármelo. El servicio y el trato no es digno de ser un 5 estrella. Le pongo 2 estrellas por lo bien que lo pasamos las 3 últimas noches y por el impresionante campo de golf que tiene. Por último decir que el minibar a parte del ruido que hace no puedes tocarlo porque automáticamente lo cargan en cuenta aunque no lo hayas consumido

Penina is a traditional hotel - not changed much since I last stayed there 20 years ago. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful and the swimming pool delightful. We had very attentive service at The Grill although I was disappointed to see few people eating there.

Fantastic swimming pool, the golf courses and wide spaces. In addition the hotel staff makes a concerted effort to please all there guests. The rooms are nice including the bedding, breakfast buffet and the gardens. They have their own beach with washing facilities. Plenty of free parking and easy to drive to Portimoa, Lagos, Albufreira and Alvor.

O que me fez ir para esse hotel foi por ele permitir animais.
Mas só permite que eles estejam no quarto. Dão um preço e quando chegamos lá pedem para pagar 25€/dia pelo animal.
Senti que fomos enganados e que pagamos um valor e o animal só podia estar fechado.

Je n'ai pas utilisé les facilités de l'hôtel mais seulement celles du golf: enchanté ! Accueil, entretien, practice, parcours école assez technique, tout est au rendez-vous pour se faire plaisir, parcours école à 21€ et practice à 5 avec 48 balles fin juin.

Hotel dotato di molti conforts: camere ampie e modernamente arredate, ben insonorizzate, bagni molto belli e funzionali, ottima la colazione a buffet, che presenta una amplissima scelta sia nella bevande sia nei cibi, sia nel dolce sia nel salato. L'hotel dispone di un campo da golf di 36 buche, e pertanto di un grandissimo parco, estremamente curato, dove anche per i non golfisti è estremamente piacevole passeggiare. Per i pasti, che peraltro sono piuttosto cari rispetto alla media portoghese vi sono tre ristoranti la sera, uno italiano, uno à la carte e uno buffet, e di giorno si può approfittare dei vari bar con terrazze esterne (uno è la club house del golf, un altro è situato a bordo piscina). Peraltro a soli 4 km, sulla costa, c'è il paesino di Alvor che dispone di ottimi ristoranti ampiamente fruibili. L'hotel dispone anche di una spiaggia privata collegata da una navetta gratuita e lì vi è un altro ristorante. Parcheggio privato all'interno della struttura compreso nel prezzo del soggiorno. Unica pecca, peraltro molto sentita, il wi fi a pagamento nelle camere: 40 euro la settimana. Visto il costo complessivo di un soggiorno ritengo che questo servizio dovrebbe essere compreso nel prezzo stesso.

Very disappointing - we had booked for 4 nights and only stayed for 1 night - the room was allegedly with a mountain view, but strong binoculars were needed to see any mountains - we were shocked at how small the bathroom was, and using the shower & bidet had real physical issues - we were charged 5 Euros for someone to bring a bottle corkscrew to the room to open a bottle of wine - this is a hotel trading on past glories, and urgently needs room upgrading to modern standards.We were not offered any recredit for the 4 nights accommodation we had paid for on arrival, and this is particularly galling given we moved on after 1 night, and needed to pay for a different hotel.

Hotel is a little remote so to visit Portimao or Alvor requires transport. The Hotel is preparing for the busy period so work still needs to be done to get it to the Star Rating it has. Some areas are scruffy and require manicuring. Asked if we could have a extra 1hr to check out but this could not be accommodated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was very good. Breakfast selection was also excellent.

Great old school country club. Bar, restaurant and patio really comfortable, food good too. Course is the archetypal parkland layout without the usual distractions of apartments down both sides of a fairway. You can feel the history here.

È un ottimo hotel a cinque stelle,immerso nel verde, con campo da golf.si trova sulla strada 125 venendo da Lagos sulla dx,poco prima di svoltare per l'uscita di portimão ospedale.
Poco dopo sulla sx c'è un ristorante locale e dietro sulla DX per andare alla zona delle seis Marias ( zona periferica di portimão) dove c' è una chiesa, spesso c' è parcheggiato un camioncino che vende frutta.

Like a time warp, in some good and not so good ways. We first stayed there 20+ years ago. Food is average ( almost feels like it was the same as 20yrs ago and food has come a long way since!) , Italian restaurant is okay....but its about time they started using fresh not frozen veg! Pool freezing, sun beds comfy, staff very friendly and lovely. Rooms a bit dated, our first room was quite small two people couldnt walk past the end of the bed....so check first.But very peaceful and we would return

Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Zimmer sind leider keine 5 sterne wert sehr kleine Zimmer, keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank. Wir hatten Mountain view gebucht und das ist ein Witz. Zimmer geht zu Straße raus, Berge sind winzig am Horizont zu sehen. Das so zu verkaufen ist nicht in Ordnung. Man muss ein Zimmer zur Pool Seite buchen. Personal überwiegend freundinlich nur. Essen war leider nicht so lecker und dazu sehr teuer. Wer 5 Sterne erwartet wird von der leistung keine vorfinden. Nettes 4 Sterne Hotel. WICHTIG man kommt da nur mit Auto weg. Hotel liegt an einer Schnellstraße und da ist weit und breit nichts zu erreichen zu Fuß. Ist leider nicht so im Internet dargestellt. Pool ist sehr schön. Golfanalge ebenso schön.

Wir verstehen nicht warum mab sich noch auf einen heruntergekommenen Laden etwas einbildet.
Schlechtes unfreundliches Personal.
7 bis 8 Min. Startzeiten, was schon am Loch 4 zu einem 20 Min. Stau führte.
Bunker seit Jahren nicht gepflegt mit uralten Spuren von Lastwagen auf ges. 5 Bahnen.
Sir Henry dreht sich sicher täglich im Grab um.
Fazit.
Überteuert.
Überfüllt.
Alt aber Schlecht.
Kein Geld Wert.

Das Hotel ist im mediterranen Stil aus den 60zigern gehalten. Die Einrichtung ist entsprechend etwas sperrlich, da die Zimmer relativ klein sind mit ca. 25 qm. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Ein Mix zwischen englischer und portugiesischer Küche. Einzig die Kinderfreundlichkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Nous avons profité de la superbe piscine et du cadre verdoyant.De la navette de l hôtel qui vous dépose à la plage et vous ramène !Mais aussi de la nécessité davoir un véhicule si lont veux voire les alentours, bien que une ligne de bus passe devant lhôtel.Sinon les nombreuses crique avec une mer à température agréable.Le reste des offres pour touristes ( delphinarium, piscine à toboggan ) sont surpeuplées et narrive pas à suivre !

Des prix inintéressants. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Très sportive. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Cependant, les repas du soir laissent à désirer. Vous trouverez mieux à l'extérieur. Toutefois, il faut pourvoir louer une voiture à la semaine.

Bon hôtel en terme de confort mais 3 points essentiels à prendre en compte :-aucune animation a part un guitariste solo qui vient jusquà 23h-très loin de la plage - la navette dépose à la plage et passe par la petite ville alvor. Le problème après est la distance entre la plage ET alvor ....-mes enfants de 10 ans se sont fait masses....sans aucune autorisation !!

Fantástica resort. We play Golf in "Championship" and the Golf course is easy to play.

aunque las habitaciones del hotel han sido remodeladas, pertenecen al concepto de hotel de hace 60 anhos, las habitaciones son tan pequenhas que para abrir alguna de las puertas del armario hay que mover la mesilla de noche, entre la repisa que se encuentra a los pies de la cama y la cama hay 35 cms, hay casi que pasar de lado.es un regreso en el tiempo, el mobiliario es de los anhos 50 y solo es nuevo en las habitaciones y en el jardin.al llegar nos quedamos sorprendidos con la habitacion, ademas de ser de pension por lo pequenha que era, el balcon se le caia la pintura en techo y paredes, estba sucio el banho con pelos en el lavabo cosa que despues de 5 dias alli no nos estranho ya que dejamos un papel en el suelo del banho y ahi se quedo desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, pasaban la fregona pero el papel ni lo movian ademas de ni limpiar el inodoro o la encimera del lavabo.el primer dia y debido a las quejas nos cambiaron de una habitacion de cama de matrimonio a una de dos camas pero eran lo mismo, muy muy pequenhas para un 5 estrellas y la limpieza un desatre, la gobernanta no hace un buen trabajo es subestandar para este clase de hotel.en fin por precio y por instalaciones no lo recomiendo de ninguna manera. eso si los campos de golf y las piscina muy bien, el club de playa bien, lo usamos pero las toallas casi transparentes de lo usadas que estaban, subsestandar para 5 estrellas.Por supuesto todo esta con fotos por si se les ocurre resp que falto la verdad

Excelente trato del personal, muy acogedor y tranquilo por estar alejado de la zona turística; playas, restaurantes, centros comerciales, etc. etc. Las playas más cercanas se encuentran a unos 5km y son de buena calidad. La estancia en el hotel ha sido muy buena. Cuenta con una gran piscina muy bien atendida por el personal. Nada en contra del servicio de desayunos, todo correcto y con una gran variedad de productos.

Alles in allem sehr gut. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren als Paar unterwegs und kennen sehr viele Hotels an der Algarve. Dies ist zwar ein klassisches Golfhotel, aber auch für nicht-Golfer wird hier etwas geboten.Z.B. ein sehr schöner Jogging Pfad mit knapp 4 km Länge direkt in der Anlage und der frisch gepresste Orangensaft zum Frühstück + Omletts haben uns den Urlaub angenehmer gestaltet.

Es un hotel clasico de diseño y mobiliario. La habitacion doble es pequeña y si esta en la zona central no tiene ni terraza. Mucho lujo en el hall pero poco en la habitacion. Todo es muy caro en los bares aunque el servicio es bueno. La piscina enorme y los jardines enormes tb. Buena zona para los niños con monitores. En la zona hay mejores opciones.

Its rare for me to write a review but this resort deserves praise . Every member of staff not only spoke perfect english but were extremely welcoming . We did experience a problem with our room door ( 328 ) but the way this problem was rectified showed how important we were to them as a guest and that we enjoyed our stay with them . Will definitely return , next time with my golf clubs as the championship course looked amazing .I would like to see the extra beds upgraded to a higher standard which is the reason I gave 4/5 for room comfort.Special mention to Carlos at consiege . Top man.

A notre arrivée nous avons eu un souci avec la réception qui à tenté de nous donner une chambre inférieure à celle prévue. En effet nous avons réservé une chambre double avec un lit double King size et 1 lit bébé supplémentaire. Dans un premier temps ils nous ont proposé un Studio avec 2 lit jumeaux et une mezzanine. Ensuite ils nous ont proposé une petite chambre avec un lit double sans pouvoir mettre le lit bébé en nous indiquant que les lit double correspondent à ces chambres. Nous avons refusé les deux chambes en disant que cela ne correspondait pas à notre réservation et aux phtos du site (Tête de lit en bois couleur wengé). Cest alors quil nous ont clairement dit que nous avions réservé une chammbre et non une photos et que cétait Expédia qui avait mis des photos commerciales. Après une vive explication et le fait que nous allions apppelé Expédia pour faire une réclamation, ils nous ont enfin donné une chambre qui correspondait à celle réservée en nous disant quil nous faisait une faveure. Faites donc attention et imprimez les photos de la chambre car elles ne sont pas toutes identiques en surface et en équipements. A part ce problème, très bon hotel, petit déjeuné copieux très bon, restaurants très bon, changements des serviettes de toilettes 2 fois par jour. Personne à recommandé à lacceuil : SANDRA. Très professionnelle, souriante et serviable.

Härligt hotell med mycket bra service. Golfbanan är i toppklass. En mycket vacker stor trädgård. Härligt stor swimmingpool. Flera bra restauranger och bra frukost. God service i synnerhet för golfare. Ordnade smidig transport till och från flygplatsen. Mycket prisvärt hotell. Mest medelålders och äldre gäster.

This is the place for you if you like golf and relaxing. The hotel is very comfortable! Standard room could have a little bit more space. The hotel is very clean , with good pool, pool area and grounds.The hotels location is not ideal as it is a little way to the beach. Free shuttle available only till September 30th as the beach club in Alvor is closing by this date.

Das Penina hat trotz der Größe doch auch Charme. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und die Möglichkeiten der sportlichen Aktivitäten sehr gut. Unser Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können. Es hatte einen tollen Blick zum Golfplatz und Pool. Der Teppich in unserem Zimmer wäre besser ausgewechselt, da durch die Flecken der ansonsten gepflegte Eindruck etwas einegschränkt wurde. Für Golfer mit Sicherheit eine sehr gute Empfehlung

Nous avons passé 10 jours en famille dans cet hôtel en août dernier. Les points positifs: le buffet du petit-déjeuner FANTASTIQUE, la décoration de lhôtel alliant tradition et modernisme, les jardins luxuriants très bien entretenus, le golf très agréable, la piscine immense, les nombreux terrains de tennis, et surtout le club pour les enfants: un véritable paradis pour eux ! Les moins: la propreté de la chambre qui laissait vraiment à désirer, surtout pour un établissement 5 étoiles, le personnel pas tellement souriant, les tarifs exorbitants pour le restaurant buffet, et les lits jumeaux alors que nous avions demandé un lit King Size. Dans lensemble, cétait tout de même très bien, et nous envisageons de retourner dans cet hôtel lors dun prochain séjour en Algarve.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre exceptionnel. Région magnifique : point idéal pour une visite de lAlgarve ouest. Une infrastructure propre à lhotel sur la plage à 5kms très appréciable.
