We chose this hotel to be close to the university campus and it did not disappoint. We received a very warm welcome and a lot of advice and ideas about what to see and do during out 5 day stay. We followed this advice and enjoyed our visit to this beautiful City.The hotel was well presented and relaxed. Our room was immaculate every day with an excellent bath/shower room and a very comfy bed. We were pleased to have a great view too.Breakfast was delicious - great choice and well prepared. We also ate dinner on two occasions in the hotel and this was very tasty with courteous service.The hotel is located with excellent access to a regular bus into the City (and also the airport). As a result, we did not bother using the metro system at all, nor taxis. There was also a good supermarket across the road which was useful for picking up supplies ready for our days out in the City.We would definitely consider using this hotel if, and when, we return to Lisbon - taking into account the good value for money and easy transport links. Very satisfied.

Realizei a minha festa de graduação no restaurante do hotel, e todos os convidados adoraram. Muito bom restaurante, comida deliciosa e de óptima apresentação. Um grande obrigado a toda a equipa, em especial à cozinheira Edna por todos os mimos. Ao restaurante Pedro, Valter, Lúcia e Alexandra que tornaram o meu dia muito especial e inesquecível.

A very congenial hotel our of the city center but right next to a convenient metro stop. Quiet, clean, large rooms. Only shortfall is lack of electric outlets near bed. Very comfortable.

So the positives: friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet, but compared to other NH hotels I’ve stayed in, this feels very dated. A major problem is the lack of power sockets in the room - and no usb charge point, which is essential these days. The overall hotel is basic for the price charged.

Great stay nearby the University of Lisbon. the staff was very helpful and the hotel has good accomodations. Two small points for improvement: include more power plugs near the nightstand and bring back the restaurant menu from 2012, that was better than the new one...

Recomendable por el trato recibido por el personal del hotel. Así como por su buen desayuno. Cama un poco justa para dos personas. También la distancia hasta la parte antigua de Lisboa es un poco larga, para hacer el recorrido a pie.

Un hotel excelente. La ubicación es ideal, cerca del aeropuerto y a escasos 100 metros de la parada de tren/metro Entrecampos. Habitaciones amplias y desayuno variado.
Lo más destacable es el personal, todos super amables, desde recepción hasta restaurante. Mención especial a Lucía, que nos atendió muy bien durante la cena.
Consejo: en caso de cenar en el restaurante, pidan el carpaccio de ternera, muy bueno.

Los recepcionistas guian e informan amablemente a los huéspedes sobre todo tipo de dudas y preguntas que se tengan para ir a los diferentes lugares turisticos y ofertas incluyendo precios. El desayuno contiene una variedad de alimentos y bebidas para cada gusto. La habitación con baño limpia.

Un hotel muy confortable como casi todos los de la cadena, habitaciones magníficas y un sueño de calidad. Además un buen restaurante para cenar y con un local al lado para desayunar ligero si el buffet matinal es demasiado. Hotel rooms were a bit small and the showers underpowered, but the beds were comfy, rooms were quiet, and the evening concierge, Rui, is an absolute delight. This guy was the best part of our stay - friendly, helpful, and did everything he could to make our stay the best it could be.

It was a comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy access to city center with a direct bus, or via subway.
Supermarket, cafe and restaurants nearby if you need them.
Tip: Be careful if taking taxi from the airport. The price is about €8-10.

Location is close to the airport. Be prepared to hear all the planes as they land. Aircon was not working properly. Service was very slow....had to call a few times. Room was clean and a nice size. Expected more based on the price paid.

Hemos estado con 2 niños y la atención ha sido inmejorable. Todo el personal es muy atento, especialmente en recepción y restaurante. Nos ha encantado la estancia. Las instalaciones están muy bien y la ubicacion es perfecta con el metro al lado y muchos autobuses. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Facil de llegar, acogedor y detallista. Lo tiene todo "cerca" y la zona es tranquila dentro de lo que es una gran ciudad.
El personal muy agradable y todos hablan bien español. Ademas muy detallistas con los niños.

Found the staff very helpful. The chef is so amazing. He did everything to try and accommodate us. Bedding is so comfy and location is near public transport. Main issue I have with this hotel is that, there are no sockets beside the bed. The only socket I found was way across on the other side of the room. I feel that's fundamentally wrong. Please do something about this. Otherwise, I'll be willing to stay here again.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. I had a room with terrace which I really appreciated. Nice spacious bathroom. The hotel is super close to the metro and also a walking distance to Gulbenkian museum. The downsides are airplanes flying right above (though you don’t hear them if you close the patio doors) and the mattress was a bit too jumpy, i felt the waves from every move my husband made. Probably good for 1 person ♀️

Hôtel 4 étoiles, en face du métro, pour aller vers le centre, et proche de laéroport, qui a un parking, et avec une chambre pour 4 très très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est souriant, à tout heure, et parle anglais. Lhôtel est silencieux ( double fenêtres, avec double vitrage, côté rue.) Et tempéré, malgré les 35° C dehors la journée. À recommander pour qq nuits à Lisbonne

Quiet hotel, right across a metro station which takes you to the center in 15 minutes.
Rooms are very nice and clean. The beds and pillows are very soft and good to sleep on. Our bathroom was equipped with a bath and shower head. Rooms are cleaned daily, I couldn't spot any dirty spots. Wi-Fi is okay for basic internet usage and the tv has over 100 channels. Overall a great hotel for a business trip.

We had the worst experience. The issue was not the service but the hotel itself. The room we were in was 107 and it was old. There was a sound (no idea what it was but it sound like a pipe or ice machine right on top of the room) that went off every 4 minutes or so. The AC did not work. The bathroom leaked every time we took a shower. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

The room and extremely dark and toilet is very old with broken facilities. Totally not worth to pay this price for such an old hotel.
The hotel is disaster, narrow road and parking space. The charge is €11 per day. You need to be extremely careful inside.

The reception on arrival could have been friendlier. I found the lobby had a weird smell. The room was also noisy with people coming and going. I felt the bathroom needed work, caulking discoloured around the tub.

Soundproofing great as being under flight path of airport we did not hear the planes. It is not the most central location but convenient for bus or metro to downtown. Many restaurants available in vicinity. Friendly reception and a decent breakfast. Choice of real or instant coffee as well as the NH choices which are usually good. Our room was listed as family room with a balcony but there was no balcony provided or any reasonable excuse or trade off given. Better hotel choices are available for future visits to this charming city.

Das Hotel ist bestens plaziert, nicht weit vom Flughafen, nahe der Universität und direkt an der U-Bahn, mit der man in 15 Minuten zur Altstadt fahren kann.Das Personal ist gut geschult und immer freundlich und kompetent, ihr Englisch ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gross und gut ausgestattet.Das Frühstück geht so in Ordnung, obwohl die Rühreier weniger wässrig und der Kaffee besser wäre, wenn er von den Bohnen und nicht mit Instant gebrüht werden könnte.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue estupenda. Tiene muy buena localización junto a la estación de metro y de tren. Además se ubica cerca del aeropuerto y la estación de Oriente. Las intalaciones bien, con buenas vistas a Campo Grande. El servicio del personal fue excelente, tanto de los recepcionistas, como de los camareros y el de limpieza. Muchas gracias a Rui por su cálida bienvenida y a Margarida por la atención mostrada.

O hotel é bom, mas precisa de uma modernização, senti falta de tomadas perto da cabeceira da cama para carregar o celular. O atendimento da recepção foi ótimo, pena que não me lembro do nome da funcionária, o pequeno almoço também foi muito bom. A localização é muito boa, perto do aeroporto. Minha estadia foi devido a um voo cancelado da TAP, o que me fez conhecer esse hotel sem querer, mas foi uma boa surpresa.

Amazing place to catch some zzs on long layovers. Easily accessible from the airport. The beds we very comfortable and the staff top notch. wifi was easy to access. My only issue was not being familiar with having to put your room key into a special place in order to get lights. Extremely simple once you know it, but fumbling around in the dark after a 12 hour day of travel, this can be confusing.

The staff is great, even let me check in early. It seems as if they are renovating the rooms because the room I was in was not renovated - it was like staying in a hotel from the 1940s. Lots of wood, bathroom in need of updating, shower very slow to drain, etc. The hotel is right across from the metro, which is great.The hotel is right next to the University of Lisbon and airport, which is convenient but if you open the windows, quite loud. The wifi was really strong and easy to connect to.

I was attending a conference at the nearby university. The hotel lobby is nice as are the staff. They allowed me to check in early, which was wonderful. I was on the 11th floor where they were doing some work - Im not sure if the have renovated the lower floors but my room felt like I was staying in a hotel out of the 1950s. Everything was clean but lots of older wood everywhere. The bathroom ceiling really needs to be redone as does the bathroom in general. The pictures of the rooms might be from the renovated rooms. The tub filled with water during showers and very slowly drained. The water temperature was impossible to keep constant -it would alternate between scalding hot and cold. Ive stayed in Lisbon in the past and preferred that hotel much more to this one.

The breakfast was good but not excellent.
The rooms were clean but we had a terrible sewer smell and had to change rooms. The water for the first night was brown with no explanation from the hotel. The location of the hotel is poor. There is nothing nearby but you can get taxi, uber or a bus.

Estuvimos los 4 de mi casa en una habitación cuádruple y todo excelente, limpieza situación del hotel ya que está al lado de autobuses metro que te lleva al centro. La atención del personal excelente sobre todo la recepcionista Margarita donde nos explicó todo lo de transportes y sitios etc.. Solo tengo que poner una pega, que una de las 4 camas que nos pusieron no se podía dormir en ella, tubo que dormir mi hija conmigo. Pero por lo de más volveria a repetir sin duda.

The NH Lisboa Campo Grande is a delightful hotel, conveniently located 5 minutes away from most of the major faculties at the University of Lisbon. I recently spent 5 nights at the hotel to attend a conference at the ISCTE-IUL and found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent views of Entrecampos. The continental breakfast buffet selection was very good, and the on-site restaurant served a nice range of dishes and bar snacks. I recommend it as a suitable place to stay for both business and leisure trips.

Great staff, very nice and helpful. the rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good. the only problem is that it is a bit far from the city. But very close to the university if you're in town for an academic conference.

This was a perfect location for our family of three. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the front desk staff was extremely helpful. We only had an afternoon to explore Lisbon and the desk clerk helped us make the most of that time. There is a great grocery store across the street and many restaurants within a short walk. The metro station is just outside the door though it may be tough to find this particular exit when you return. The only downside oh, and we found this through much of Europe, was the rather poor quality of the pillows. If you care about that sort of thing, you should pack your own.

I have stayed with this group before and they are excellent. This hotel is very well run and the staff very professional. They were, without exception, incredibly helpful and friendly and made one feel very much at home. I could find no fault and would stay in this hotel if I even returned to Lisbon. I would recommend it without reservation.

Localización óptima para comunicar con aeropuerto y con la red de Metro. Situado en la zona universitaria de Lisboa.
Necesita reforma para resolver conexiones de carga en los equipos informáticos e incrementar la insuficiente presión de agua en sus cañerías.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Metrostation Entre Campus (rote Linie). Die Bilder der Zimmer in der Hotelbeschreibung sind die renovierten Zimmer der Galerie. Diese sind modern eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und haben eine begehbare Dusche. Zimmer 6 der Galerie ist prädestiniert für Flugzeugfanatiker. Von 6 bis 24 Uhr kann man stündlich ca. 10 - 15 Flugzeuge hören bzw. relativ nah von unten bei der Landung betrachten, da das Hotel direkt in der Einflugschneise des lissaboner Flughafens liegt. Mit etwas Glück und der richtigen Windrichtung kann man auch startende Flieger aller Größen sehen.

"Never mind the noisy planes flying right over this hotel, it’s just One flew over the bed bug’s nest"
I stayed in the NH Campo Grande hotel in Lisbon for 3 days while on a business trip (between 14 and 17 of March, 2018). To my surprise, I encountered a very unusual problem for a 4 stars, 95 Euro per night hotel: the room in which I stayed (no. 503) was infested with bed bugs (“Cimex lectularius”, percevejos de cama in portuguese). After my first night I noticed a rush on my skin which I first thought was due to some bad food. However, the problem got much worse after the second night when I noticed bites on my skin (in patterns of consecutive three). It was pretty easy to find on the side of the bed the guilty insect which had sucked my blood. I smashed it and it was full of blood and smelled pretty awful. By now the allergy had got extremely bad with red areas all over my skin, terrible rush and anxiety. When I complained at the reception, handing over to them the dead little beast in a paper napkin, the staff was kind and responsive. They agreed to change my room and to pay for the medicine I took from the pharmacy (14.48 Euro, precisely). However, this thing ruined my stay in Lisbon and affected at least one of my business days. As I am writing this, I have blisters on my skin and I am thinking that I will never ever go to an NH hotel. Never mind the noisy planes flying right over this hotel, it’s just One flew over the bed bug’s nest.

Good location if you're passing by Lisbon as it is central but close to the highways. Easy access to subway but the more touristic spots are not walking distance. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Las habitaciones son amplias y mu limpias. El desayuno buffet tiene el nivel habitual de los NH de su categoría. La red WIFI funciona bien en las habitaciones y muy bien en la planta baja. La ubicación es perfecta para cualquier viaje de negocios y está dios pasos de la Biblioteca Nacional, campus de la Universidad de Lisboa y archivo nacional Torre do Tombo.

La visite était dans le cadre dun séjour professionnel: le point essentiel était la proximité avec lUniversité de Lisbonne, accessible avec une petite marche à pied ou en deux stations de métro. Pour notre dernier soir à Lisbonne, nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour nous rapprocher de laéroport. Nous étions à environ 10 minutes de laéroport. Cet hôtel, bien tenu, et avec un personnel qui parlait autant français quanglais, nous a plu. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale car nous étions 3 adultes et un bébé. La chambre comprenait 4 lits simples; on en a collé 2 ensemble pour la maman et son bébé de 8 mois. Le prix obtenu avec Expédia était très raisonnable mais le petit-déjeuner nétait pas compris ni le stationnement. Comme nous y étions un samedi soir, nous avons pu stationner gratuitement. Il y a quelques restaurants autour dont un bon resto chinois. Cétait tranquille et nous avons bien dormi. Nota: on a dû changer de chambre car de leau provenait du plaflond mais tout sest fait vite et tout près pour une chambre pareille à la première.4 lits simples

This hotel provided emergency accommodation when our plane made an unscheduled stop over in Lisbon. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept well. The only item that prevented a 5-star review was the food service. We waited an hour for a club sandwich and yoghurt. The sandwich eventually came after an hour (and was presented in a take out box as asked as we had to leave) but the yoghurt has to be cancelled - personally I cannot understand why a yoghurt couldn't be delivered in a hour, the restaurant only had to serve two tables.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und dies leider nicht bekommen. Stattdessen haben wir ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, einem Zustellbett und einem Babyreisebett bekommen. Mein jüngstes Kind ist allerdings auch schon viel zu groß für ein Babybett, es ist halt kein Baby mehr. Wir lagen also zu zweit auf 90 cm und haben kein Auge zugetan. Ich musste am nächsten Tag völlig übermüdet den Flug angetreten. Das Hotel an sich ist aber ok.

Wir sind um 2300 im Hotel angekommen. Wir hatten eine lange Reise gehabt und waren sehr müde. Als wir ewas essen wollten sagte sie uns das alles um 2300 geschlossen ist. Sie versuchten uns auch nicht zu helfen, Pizzakurier oder etwas. Da erwsrte ich schon etwas mehr von einem 4* Hotel.

Wir haben mit Balkon gebucht aber 2 Zimmer ohne bekommen, nach dem ich mich beschwert habe gab es auf einmal 2 Zimmer, Balkone waren während den 5 Tagen nicht einmal gewischt und die Fenster nicht einmal geputzt :-( uns wurde das Hotel nicht vorgestellt, nur die Karten gegeben und das wars:-( der Schiebetürenschrank war defekt und eine Schublade hat gefehlt, das gleiche mit der Balkontür die mit Mühe aufging! Die Zimmerbetten waren täglich gemacht, aber geputzt wurde gar nichts! Der Service bei der Bar war im schlafmodus! Das essen aber gut! Für diesen Preis hätten wir einiges mehr erwartet, keine 3 Sterne würde ich geben! Wir haben viel zu viel bezahlt! Danke fürs Verständnis!

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Hotel liegt fern des Zentrums, dafür aber genau in der Ein- und Abflugschneise des Lissaboner Flughafens. An vernünftige Nachtruhe ist nicht zu denken. Außerdem gibt es eine gigantische Baustelle vor der Tür. Die Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer, egal ob an- oder ausgeschaltet auf 26° C dauerhaft aufgeheizt. Das weit offene Fenster hat keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Laut Rezeption war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht beeinflussbar, obwohl ein Schalter dafür vorhanden war (wohl nur Deko!) Das Frühstück an werktagen war gut, am Samstag und am Sonntag wurde die Auswahl immer magerer, so dass man kaum noch Auswahl hatte. Das Servicepersonal war unaufmerksam, langsam und trottelig, unprofessionell. Die Zimmer waren altbacken eingerichtet und verhältnismäßig klein. Der Zimmertisch war nicht nutzbar, weil mit käuflich zu erwerbendem Knabberzeugs zugestellt. Die Betten waren gut. Fazit: Nie wieder in dieses Hotel.

Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Metro Station Entre Campos. Keinen Lift oder Rolltreppe. Nicht für Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Leider trifft das auf viele anderen Metro Stationen zu, was aber unabhängig vom Hotel bewertet werden muss.

Das Hotel macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Fluglärm habe ich nichts mitbekommen. Für Menschen, denen es wichtig ist, das Fenster öffnen zu können, ist das Hotel keine gute Wahl. Zum Frühstück gab es von allem eine kleine Auswahl. Leider gab es höchstens zwei Sorten Marmelade.

The staff couldn't do enough for you,warm and friendly. The hotel was impeccably clean and modern.Maids were brilliant, lovely and came every day with fresh towels etc and a smile. Food was delicious and well portioned. The location is 30secs from a bus stop, 3min walk to metro and taxis around the corner. Takes about 8mins to get into town. Wifi is free and quite good. Brilliant A/C and choice of channels on TV. Very happy with my experience here.

Das Hotel ist top in Schuß, das Zimmer war schön, nicht angewohnt und sauber. Das Bad hat etwas modrig gerochen, war aber auch tiptop sauber. Es gab eine Minibar, die wir ausgeräumt haben, so daß wir den kleinen Kühlschrank nutzen konnten. Die Umgebung ist zwar nicht sehr schön, aber dafür liegt das Hotel direkt an der Metro-Station Entre Campos, mit der man schnell und unkompliziert in die City kommt (1,40 Euro für eine einfache Fahrt, 6 Euro für eine Tageskarte). Ein weiterer Vorteil ist der Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite (Continente), wo man alltägliche Bedarfsgegenstände, Essen und Getränke bekommt. Einziger Nachteil ist, daß das Hotel direkt im Einflugbereich des Flughabens liegt, alle paar Minuten kommt ein Flieger (sehr nah und sehr laut) am Fenster vorbei, bei offenem Fenster war der Lärm ohrenbetäubend. Die Fenster waren allerdings ziemlich gut isoliert, geschlossen hörte man den Lärm kaum noch, Schlafen war kein Problem. Klimaanlage war auch relativ ruhig und hat gut funktioniert, konnte man problemlos über Nacht laufen lassen. Das kostenlose WLAN hat ebenfalls gut funktioniert (wir waren im Zimmer 906). Die Betten waren uns persönlich zu weich, aber das ist wohl Geschmacksache... Summa summarum, gutes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Das Hotel liegt günstig zwischen dem Zentrum von Lissabon und dem Flughafen. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in ca. 15 Min. im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die belebte Straße hört man durch die Schallschutzfenster kaum. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Overall the stay was brilliant. Carlos checked us in way ahead of check in time, and was so helpful. He gave us a map of lisbon and told us all the popular tourist spots, how to get there and which places to avoid. The room was spotless and so comfortable. Staff were really helpful. Only minus would have to be the buffet breakfast. 11 euro each and they have a really small selection of the weirdest type of foods. Keeping this in mind, we would return again.

hotel très accueillant dés à l'entrée!! personnel très souriant et gentil. Les chambres irréprochables et niquel même le service des femmes de ménage non seulement attentionnées mais avec le sourire et un effort à parler le français. En gros un hotel que je recommande chaudement.

freundliches Personal, sauberes hotel - aber keine 4 sterne mehr (alles ziemlich alt) bis in die City sind es ca. 5 km, Metro aber in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and a pleasure to come home to after a day of meetings. The location is a plus for access to the Metro, etc. It is 10 minutes from the airport.Excellent breakfasts, free WiFi.A pleasure all around.

We were only one night in the hotel and it was a very nice stay. Very convenient to the metro (right across the street). Very clean, nice amenities, great breakfast, a very pleasant experience. there is no parking for guests so we turned in our car and saved some money and took the metro to to the airport the next day, which was right across the street. Good price and good experience. Highly recommend. Is a bit noisy since right in the city. but that is to be expected in a city.

It's actually a 3 star hotel, a bit old, but comfortable. Breakfast options are limited.The staff it's very nice and is always ready to help. Easy to get down town, the bus station is just in front of the hotel. They have free WiFi.

Ein ordentliches Zimmer, dessen Fenster dank Vierfachverglasung den ungeheuren Lärm der landenden Flugzeuge fast komplett ausblendete.Gute Idee: neben der Nachttischlampe konnte man neben dem Bett noch ein schwaches Nachtlicht anknipsen, das den Partner nicht störte. Ungewöhnlich: Die Benutzung von Wlan klappte nicht, die Computerbenutzung sollte schwer Geld kosten. Aber das sehr freundliche Rezeptionsteam übernahm es, uns über das Internet zum Flug am nächsten Morgen einzuchecken. Herzlichen Dank, besonders an Olga!

Gutes hotel für ein paar tagen, metro ist in der nähe, ich habe dieses hotel genutzt um nahe am flughafen zu sein mit dem taxi ca 10 min 6-8 euro.

The airconditioning was not on for the whole hotel obviously to save costs. My sleep was patchy and uncomfortable, I tried to leave the window open when I wasnt in the room, but I had to close it when in the room to keep the street and airplane noise out. Also the WiFi was too slow except for emails. Breakfast was just passable. Otherwise it was OK.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug im Hotel, im Prinzip war alles in Ordnung. Laut aufgrund des Fluglärmes, aber es sind Lärmschutz-Fenster eingebaut und somit ist nichts zu hören.Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Probleme, es zu finden - vielleicht sollte man in der Homepage vermerken, in welche Richtung man gehen soll, wenn man aus dem Aerobus aussteigt? Das wäre wohl hilfreich...

Although it is a bit old for the 4 star status it's quite confortable and peacefull. The staff it's very nice and is always ready to give you a hand. Very clean

Hotel was clean and functional but nothing special. I would not give it four stars. The airconditioning was inadequate in our room and others in the hotel said they were freezing. The location is somewhat out of the way for those wanting to see Lisbon. It is close to the university, so if you are visiting the university is a good location. Not much in the way of amenities... no shower cap for example.Also the hotel claims free internet access but only for 30 minutes and only in the lobby! The pay-for service is expensive and not very good.
