Ottimo albergo non lontano dal centro. Degno di nota per il fatto che è l'unico hotel all'estero dove ho soggiornato finora che ha il bidet e addirittura è provvisto di coperchio. La stanza dove ho soggiornato era grande così come il bagno, che era nuovo, confortevole, dotato di tutto l'occorrente. Colazione continentale a buffet provvista di tutto, dolce, salato, frutta, ecc. Consigliato vivamente

The hotel is well located. It's walking distance to most of the attractions. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and was hoping to check in early since my spouse wasn't feeling well. I even offered to pay extra to check in early but nothing was available. Check in time was 2pm and check out was 12pm. We were checked in at 1pm. Last day, I called reception to request to stay until 2pm and was told $7 euro per hour which I was fine with it and will pay the balance when checked out. At 11am, I left my spouse in the room to sleep so I can do a last minute shopping.
While he was sleeping, reception called him to come down to pay the $14 for the 2 hours. After paying, the maid knocked on his door twice to clean see if we have checked out. When I came back from shopping and we were getting ready to leave the room and it was only 1:35 p.m. the maid came knocking the third time. No one told the maid that we don't check out until 2 pm. Unbelievable. Beware.

Nach einem Raumwechsel, exakt so, wie beschrieben: Großes Zimmer, großes Bad und Ruhe. Zimmer geht nach hinten raus.
Auch meine Frau ist zufrieden.
Endlich angekommen!
Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut!
Im Zimmer sind USB-Anschlüsse für das Laden von Smartphones vorhanden.
Das kleinste und engste Hotelzimmer, welches ich jemals gesehen habe. Rund um das Doppelbett 1 m Platz. Und das nennt man stolz Komfortzimmer. Das geht gar nicht.

Me hospedei do dia 30 ao dia 4 de maio de 2019 .Hotel maravilhoso,ótima localização, quarto e café da manhã excelentes.Mas quero deixar meu agradecimento a Mariana Aquino a recepcionista do café e a Marilene muito atenciosas prontas para ajudar fica a dica a Mariana deveria estar na recepção, pois não tivemos o mesmo tratamento na recepção na hora da chegada. João o staff tb nota 10.Amei voltaria outras vezes recomendo.

Amabilidad por parte de los empleados. Habitación grande y limpia. Un buen buffet para desayunar. Parking de acceso por detras, muy justo para un coche grande y pocas plazas. La ubicación es buena y lo mejor moverte con Uber u otras plataformas. En el transporte público mucho amigo de lo ajeno.

フロントでチェックインに３時間半かかった。予約サイトとの連絡ミスで部屋は確保してあるが宿泊者名が一部不明ということで 全員のパスポートを提示しても スペインのボスの了承がないと部屋割り出来ないと…現場判断出来ない。添乗員のクレジットで保証するとの提案してからも随分待たされた。待っている間も何のおもてなしナシ 申し訳ないという態度もない

Gute Lage, ordentlicher Standard. Extrem laut direkt an einen viel befahrenen Straße. Die Zimmer sind durch die Klimaanlage völlig überreguliert und extrem trocken. Ich hatte dadurch sehr große gesundheitliche Probleme.

Wie kamen ganz sicher wieder! Dieses Hotel hat uns Gastfreundschaft pur gegeben. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt die Metro Station Parque. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war ein ruhiges Zimmer mit einer guten Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Highlight ist das Frühstück. Tolle Auswahl, ansprechend präsentiert und frisch.

Overall this was a terrific stay. The staff were unfailingly helpful and charming, large room and bathroom with huge soft towels, very clean and breakfast choices ensure you’re sure to find something you like. Noticed that all guests are asked at breakfast if they are happy with their room. And any faults are noted for remedying. Impressive.

Chegamos cansados as 9:00 após quase 24 horas de viagem e nos cobraram as horas faltantes para o check in, achei um absurdo, ginásio que não pode se chamar de tal, porém as demais situações nos agradaram. Quarto limpo, café da manhã bom e a moça que nos recebe no café da manhã é muito gentil.

There are a number of HF Fénix hotels in Lisbon that I know of -- Lisboa, Gardens, and Urban -- all fairly close to each other. I enjoyed my stay at Urban branch. It has great location (a short walk away from city center), it is modern, clean, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. Btw the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is awesome. I suggest adding it to your reservation. I believe the Lisboa branch is larger and probably has more amenities.

O andar que me hospedei havia hóspedes sem o menor respeito! Conversavam as 3 da manhã .... as 7 da manhã no corredor, batiam portas com força! Reclamei varias vezes com a recepção ! De nada adiantou! Eram indianos e coreanos ! Muito mal educados!
Estacionamento caro! E difícil de manobrar!
Não recomendo esse hotel! Foi caro e o atendimento não me agradou!

The location and breakfast are very impressive, the room deco and equipment are ok, except the breakfast buffet service is a bit rude. There are several times that I was asked and have to be interrupted to make room for their food and dishware supply when I was on my queue or preparing my food. I understand they are super busy but it is the first time in the hotel that I come across the service like that.

Hotel con poco encanto. No está mal situado. El trato correcto, pero no sobresaliente. El desayuno correcto, pero no excelente. Cumplen, pero solo eso. Sí tienes algún problema, no sé desviven y nunca han tenido ningún detalle en las tres veces que estuve alojado. No es malo, pero voy cuando no encuentro otra cosa.

Situé à environ 30min à pied du centre ville, cet hotel est confortable et agréable.
Le personnel est sympathique, le petit déjeuner très complet.
Vous pouvez avoir un taxi en moins de 5 minute.
Clim dans les chambres. Baignoire.
Seul hic, dans la chambre proche de l'ascenseur, un peu de bruit le matin à cause des gens qui attendent l'ascenseur...

Cuatro estrellas para un hotel de 4 estrellas, las habitaciones son amplias y muy acogedoras , cómo nota curiosa para españoles, tienen el canal 24h, la 1 canal internacional y una tele gallega, el bufete de desayuno está genial, muchos dulces incluidos los famosos pasteles de Belem y también mucha variedad en salado, estilo contienetal, el parking para hospedados esta bien de precio 9'90€ al día completo y estás a 15 minutos del centro turístico andando ( plaza de los restauradores) para completar la oferta justo enfrente está el metro, parada parque , de la línea Azul que te lleva igualmente al centro. La nota negativa del hotel, los ascensores, solo 2 para 14 pisos , llegamos a estar esperando 10 minutos para poder bajar, y no cuenta con otros servicios como gimnasio o piscina

Hotel a 4 stelle molto carino. Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione dolce e salata sempre abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto a dare una mano. Vicino si hanno metro e alcuni autobus. A 350 m dall'hotel c'è la fermata aerobus che porta in aeroporto. A piedi sono 25 minuti per raggiungere il centro. Accanto all'hotel si trova l'ambasciata e una stazione di polizia (per le evenienze) e un supermarket (Pingo Doce).
A 5 minuti a piedi dal parco Eduardo VII.

Fiquei em duas oportunidades neste hotel. É um hotel muito limpo, confortável com.equipe atenciosa e prestativa. A localização também me agradou. O café da manhã é um capítulo à parte, é excelente.

Nossa estadia foi tudo bem, o café da manha é maravilhoso. Só não dou 5 estrelas pois o hotel não tem uma área em comum divertida, não tem piscina, nem salão de jogos. Há um bar pequeno ao lado da recepção, e o cardapio de comida para o jantas é apenas petisco e alguns poucos sandwiches. Fomos bem tratados e a limpeza dos quartos foi dez! Recomendo o hotel.

Es un hotel pequeño pero que cumple su función. Un servicio amable y muy políglota que te ayudan a elegir tus visitas y te hacen buenas recomendaciones de que visitar aparte de que te dan la posibilidad de contratar excursiones. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y están limpias. No hay posibilidad de comer pero el desayuno, que sí puede incluirse en el precio, te ofrece una gran variedad de comida.

Un hotel fantastico, con muy buena calidad precio. El desayuno muy variado con zumo recien exprimido y maquina de cafe. El hotel dispone de garaje (9.9€/dia) y esta situado cerca de la plaza marques de pombal, y se puede bajar al centro andando. Es ideal si vienes con coche propio ya que en Lisboa no se puede dejar el coche en la calle cerca del centro. Tambien hay un autobus que lleva directo a la zona de Belém, más alejada del centro.

Great service, delicious breakfast. Not too far from the center, takes about 30 mins to walk or 4-6 euros by taxi. Wifi on the first floor didn't work very well. Airplanes fly over so don't forget to bring your earplugs.

Gostamos muito dessa rede de Hotel. Ficamos do dia 03 ao dia 07 no HF Tuela os funcionários muito atenciosos. No dia 06 de Março foi meu aniversário e quando cheguei no quarto tinha Champanhe com bolinho. Fomos para Lisboa e ficarmos no HF Fênix Urban muito bem localizado e não tenho nada a reclamar os funcionários muitos atenciosos . Infelizmente tivemos que antecipar nosso vinda para o Brasil por causa do coronarirus mas em breve voltaremos Parabéns .

Our check in was at 2pm but allowed us to check in at 12. The receptionist was very friendly and the staff we encountered were all very helpful. The location was great as it was close to a metro station and bus stations. Lots of shops and a beautiful park nearby.There was a variety of food to eat for breakfast although some were cold. But overall breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Staffs are unfriendly with no smile, quite rude indeed. The breakfast was not that good either, with very limited choice. My room was located on the ground floor and right next to the road which is noisy and people can look into my room from the street!!! Remember to bring your slipper coz they don’t provide it to you! Overall it is a very bad experience, I strongly recommend not to try this hotel!!!!!

This was the 4th time this year that I have stayed at the Fenix Urban. The check in is always quick and almost always great at being able to check in a bit early. The hotel is spotless and the rooms well arranged an comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and there is a reason why I constantly return.

애매해요.. 위치도 그렇고; 조식도 좋다고는 하는 데 빵과 치즈 종류가 많은거지 전체적인 음식 가지 수가 많은건 아니에요. 그래도 조식에 로제샴페인과 에그타르트가 있는 건 좋았어요:) 평일에도 9시 30부터 사람들이 몰려 줄서는 경우도 있고 이 시간부턴 주요 음식도 떨어져 다시 채워지지 않으니 일찍 가세요.
사실 일찍 갈 수 밖에 없는 게 고층에 묵었는 데 아침 8시 30부터 하우스키핑해도 되는지 문을 두드리고(자느라 못들음) 없는지 알고 들어오더군요. 그래서 저녁때마다 쉬고있단 푯말로 꼭 바꿔놓았습니다. 하우스키핑이 너무 일찍이라 진공청소기소리 방마다 노크하는 소리로 강제 기상이었어요ㅜ
그렇다고 키핑이 잘된 것도 아니에요. 침대 위에 머리카락은 그대로 있고(전 긴 머리의 여잔데 왜 짧은머리가..?) 욕조와 세면대는 입실하자마자 내가 다시 청소해야 했으며 무료생수와 어매니티(다 따서 썼는 데)도 3일 동안 다시 채워지지 않았습니다.

Chambre plutôt exiguë pour un 4 *, salle de bain spacieuse et très propre. Par contre nous avons passé les 2 premières nuits dans une chambre accolée à l ascenseur, côté grande avenue. Heureusement la réception a gentiment accepté de nous changer de chambre mais en restant côté avenue. L isolation phonique est très médiocre.
L hôtel est placé dans un quartier agréable et bien desservi par les transports en commun.

This was the 7th time I have stayed at the Fenix Urban. They always help me with an early check in and are always helpful. They have a fantastic breakfast too with a wonderful hostess who I think is Maria. The breakfast room is kept impeccably clean and the tables cleared as soon as one leaves the table. The guest rooms are well laid out with a nice washroom and good amenities. There is a reason why I love returning to this hotel. The check in is fast and the staff curtious.

De maneira geral, a estadia foi satisfatória (setembro/outubro-2019). as instalações são bem cuidadas; O lobby tem estética italiana, com mármores e mobiliário contemporâneo. O quarto amplo e as instalações são muito bem conservadas e limpas; cama e travesseiros excelentes. Sentimos falta de um espaço interno voltado para o relaxamento. Restaurante bem ambientado e o pequeno almoço está mais para um grande almoço, devido à variedade do cardápio a serviço do cliente; Infelizmente a simpatia não me pareceu ser o forte do atendimento neste hotel, especialmente na recepção onde as atendentes atuam de forma excessivamente fria e impessoal, passando a ideia de que você estar ali ou não é algo absolutamente indiferente. A exceção está no Restaurante, onde o atendimento da equipe está um nível acima. Impossível não fazer um elogio especial à funcionária Raquel - extremamente simpática, prestativa e muito profissional. Essa sim, trabalha a imagem da empresa, cativando o cliente e fazendo-o sentir-se bem por estar ali.

Situated in a busy area, one has to keep window closed at night due to noise.That said room was perfectly clean and fine and had a kettle, mini bar and safe as standard.

Fenix beach is a resort on the closest Island to Cartagena. If you want to escape the crowded and touristy Playa Blanca Fenix Beach is an interesting option. You can eather book an hotel or plan a day trip. They offer a luxury and quiet beach experience without the usual agressive commercial people around. If you plan a day trip, or book a room Fenix offers a boat shuttle that brings you to the Island Tierra Bomba. Once there they offer a warm welcome and you can choose your chill out cussion / seat at the beach. There's also a free pool. Waiters serve cold drinks and cocktails at the beach or by the pool. If there were any downside I would argue the view on the Cartagena skyline. At one hand it is a beautiful view on the city, while you are chilling out on the beach. On the other side the view on the city does not offer complete natural Carrbibean experience. Therefor you would have to pick one of the Rosario Islands. All in all an excellent escape from the city.

Terrível experiência. Pagamos 133€ para não dormir. Reservamos quarto com 2 meses de antecedência e o misero quarto que nos colocaram foi colado ao elevador, ou seja barulho dos hóspedes, do elevador. O ar condicionado fazia imenso barulho e o quarto estava quente e com ar condicionado ligado não conseguimos dormir. Descansamos por umas 3h no máximo, pois logo cedo começaram os barulhos contínuos de quem parecia raspar algo em outro quarto. As almofadas são muito desconfortáveis e na casa de banho gel de duche estava vazio. Ou seja pagámos para não dormir e nem ter conforto. Não descansamos e precisávamos conduzir carro extremamente cansadas. Já estive em hotéis que paguei 60€ a 70€ e com uma qualidade superior , com preocupação no bem estar de quem lhes dá o ganho.

Un buen hotel donde dormir, con un gran equipo de trabajadores, muy amables y atentos a hacerte pasar una agradable estancia. Está muy bien comunicado con el metro a dos pasos del hotel.

Chambre spacieuse et lit king size très confortable.Nous étions au 14eme étage et parfois on entend le métro. (?)Les portes claquent donc gare aux voisins indélicats qui rentrent à deux heures du matin en criant et rigolant. Petit déjeuner correct mais manque de vrai pain et de café (j'ai du demander 3 fois). Bons gâteaux.Une petite attention pour mon anniversaire, très appréciée....

For me, the room is enough for 2 people and clean. Just fit for 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was good as well. Staffs were kind. I had been kind of afraid because of reviews here but i got satisfied.

Quarto Muito pequeno.... hotéis em Lisboa não há carregadores de malas... tivemos que levar as nossas pelo elevador....estacionamento é pago e absurdamente péssimo de localização e muito pequeno... assim como difícil para entrar muitas curvas... NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE HOTEL... quanto a limpeza dos quartos é boa

Estivemos neste Hotel mês outubro 2017.E fomos furtado na chegada do Hotel ainda estávamos na sala da recepção a bolsa de uma amiga .Nos vimos pela câmera do Hotel.O contratempo foi esse fato lastimável porém é um Hotel com conforto Boa hotelaria

The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Bathrooms are nice. Views aren't all that. Staff are friendly.

É um hotel hiper vem localizado, confortável, bonito, um ótimo café da manhã e um bom atendimento.
