Small room but it was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming and for the price and location it's decent value for money.
The lack of sockets by the bedside was annoying and the breakfast seems expensive at 17 euro per person. Otherwise it was a good experience

Excelente localização perto da Praça do Comércio. Excelente recepção. Quarto bem projetado. Pequeno bar e restaurante no lobby. Café da manhã básico (15 euros).

Smallest bedroom I've ever been in, no space to the point you could hear the other person on the toilet. Booked a twin room but no space between beds. Very poor customer service and an extremely rude member of staff

Die Zimmer waren sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Lüftung war leider recht laut und die Straßen ebenso, sodass kein Fenster geöffnet werden konnte. Das Frühstück hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, war jedoch von der Qualität her höchstens durchschnittlich.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is great, the room was OK (except for the strong smell of fried fish from the restaurant on the first floor)
But...
When I was already on the road I received an email from the hotel that my card is invalid, my reservation is void and if I want to secure the booking I have to send them (by email) an 'authorization form' with full details of my card (including CVV2 security code) plus a copy of my ID/passport.
What?!?
I answered that my card is OK and I will pay upon arrival. No, they said, your reservation will be kept only if we receive the authorization.
Well, my trip was during off season, I was pretty confident I will find another hotel if needed.
Suddenly, one day before my arrival, my card was charged by a totally unrecognizable party with a totally unrecognizable amount. Since the only charge I was expecting was from TURIM, I did not call my bank to dispute the transaction. Later on the same day I received an email from TURIM:

Due to an error in our system, the credit card you provided was reported invalid.
After verifying this error, a credit authorization was made on your card, in order to guarantee your reservation.
At the moment your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed.

No excuse, no apology, they just let me know.
So, be careful, your card might be declared invalid too.

Nice, modern, clean hotel. In a great central location and polite staff. We stayed in a double room and the size was perfect for a few nights stay. Only negative is that the bed wasn't that comfortable.

En el hotel Turim Terreiro do Paço nos llevamos la sorpresa inicial de la calidez y atención con que nos atienden en la recepción muy por encima de lo habitual. Ahí las chicas saben hacer muy bien su trabajo y siempre están disponibles para ayudarnos a localizar un sitio o a hacernos cualquier reserva en un restaurante. También muy diligente es el personal de la sala de desayuno y la señora de servicio de habitaciones. Los ascensores funcionan correctamente, los pasillos son agradables, con mucha madera y en perfecto estado de conservación. La “habitación doble ejecutiva” 525 en la que hemos estado cuatro noches es exterior y de tamaño suficiente, quizás de 7 x 3 metros, incluido un baño correcto y cómodo aunque con puerta de cristal traslúcido que no impide que la luz llegue al dormitorio. Tenemos caja fuerte y nevera pero no armario que se sustituye por un perchero y una balda. Al día siguiente la sorpresa es el desayuno que me resulta espléndido. Comienzo tomando un plato de fruta a base de papaya y uva roja y blanca. Los dos tipos de uva están estupendos, pero la blanca no tiene pepitas y los siguientes días solo tomo uva blanca. Luego elijo un par de pequeños panes de semillas para tomármelos con queso, estupendo queso batido y un dignísimo jamón serrano. Un tercer bollito me lo tomo con mermelada de naranja ligeramente amarga. Finalmente, acompañados de una taza y media de café con un poco de leche me tomo tres o cuatro trozos de bizcocho bastante rico. Todo un placer conforme con mi pasión por los desayunos. Hay por supuesto otras opciones como un surtido de yogures y alimentos calientes propios del gusto de los norteamericanos en los desayunos como champiñones, salchichas, tortillas y alubias. En resumen un muy buen hotel aunque sin ningún lujo, excepto el personal que sí es un lujo.

Adorei a forma como fomos tratados na receção, com simpatia, sorriso, profissionalismo e o welcome drink. A limpeza é excelente e o quarto estava impecável. Boa localização.

Das Hotel ist schön und modern aber leider war das Fenster in unserem Zimmer defekt. Obwohl wir es gemeldet haben, mussten wir in diesem kalten Zimmer schlafen, was um diese Jahreszeit nicht akzeptabel ist (8.2.19).

Modernes Hotel in der Altstadt. Gute Nähe zu Baixa, Alfama und zentralen Plätzen. Zimmer ohne Kästen und Anlagen eher für Vertreter als Touristen geeignet. Eingangshalle, Frühstücksraum eher lieblos. Frühstück nur als teure Buffetvariante möglich. Für Kaffee oder Tee mit einem Kroissant oder Biskuit muss man ausser Haus. Mit etwas Liebe könnte dies ein gutes Hotel sein.

Sobre minha estadia no hotel Turim Terreiro do Paço recentemente ( 2 noites) quero fazer o seguinte comentário: o quarto que me foi atribuído era exíguo, sem espaço, sem roupeiro onde pudesse arrumar alguma roupa que ficou pendurada num "estendal" ou nas malas e casa de banho também pequena e com "vista panorâmica" para o quarto ou vice versa. Sempre que se usava o lavatório aparecia água no chão que surgia não sei de onde. Nunca vi isto num Hotel de 4 estrelas. Não gostei nem recomendo. Limpeza aceitável.Classificação de 0 a 10 dou 5 exclusivamente para os funcionários do bar e da recepção.

The hotel is nice, but we wint on november, we could not change the temperature in our room! It was extremely hot. We called the lobby and the program it like that. Theres nothing you can do about it, but deal with how hot it is. We opened the balcony door and it is extremely loud. We asked if they could changed our room to a room that faces to a less noise road. The front desk person only said uou are not on a buay road.

The room was well sized and the washroom was large. It was very clean both room and washroom. They have a bar and offer you a free drink ok the first day of your stay. Only complaint was that the TV after sometime will mess and play a very loud noise.

Minha experiência não foi positiva. Visto que existe uma desorganização operacional neste hotel, iniciando com o atendimento da recepção, refeitório pequeno e apenas 02 funcionários para atender a demanda do período manhã, limpeza e higiene do quarto e banheiro . Finalizando minha reserva de contrato foi para quarto duplo e o que ofereceram foi quarto de casal e não fizeram a mudança como prometeram.

Not living in the hotel so the rate is not about living experience of hotel. Tips here is Pay first if you'd like to book. The lady in reception is nice and hotel position is close to the shore. It's good. Also suggestion for the hotel if pay now option is the only selection may helps a lot.
Booked the hotel 3 month ago and got cancellation email just before 3 days before the trip and reason is card information wrong. 2 calls and changed card and hotel cancelled the deal again. When in Lisbon, got the message from bank. Hotel charged "hotel canceled deal" with the reason of card info wrong. It's successful changed?! The bill info is also not hotel name but IMOBIMACUS SA LISBOA PT which confused and international call to check with bank again. Walked to hotel and make it clear finally. Not the final yet. Charging and cancellation also generate exchange rate fee so have to pay. And all these was only for non existing deal.

Severely under-staffed, so the breakfast is a struggle; check-in and check-out constantly have a 20 min queue.

Bien situé. Propre et bien insonorisé. Je prenais le petit-déjeuner au Portela à deux minutes de marche car le prix du petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel me semble exagéré.
L’aerobus 1 vous conduit de l’aéroport à 10 minutes de marche de l’hôtel.

This hotel is disappointing for 256 euros a night.
The BAD
1. No check in or checkout times in the hotel's booking confirmation email.
2. No compendium in the room...you have to ring the desk to find out EVERYTHING! Dial 9 but how do you know what to dial anyway?
3. No porters...take your own luggage up.
4.No wardrobe.
5. One power outlet..nowhere near the night stand.
6. TV is small with no movies...and absolutely no in-room/in-hotel info accessible from the remote. What info is on display has such small writing you can't read it.
7. Toilet and shower lacks privacy with frosted glass and curtains. Floor tiles lacked grout and wobbled
8. No restaurant and breakfast overpriced at 17.5 euros in ridiculously small area. Adequate but very forgettable and cramped space.
And the GOOD?
1. Courteous and efficient staff
2. Bed is good and rooms are clean
3. Double glaze windows screen street noise but easily opened for more fresh air if needed.
4. Fantastic position near Alfama with lots of restaurants bars and street life
5. Parking nearby 20 euros a night.

Séjour du 11 au 15 sept 2018. Bel établissement. Enorme avantage, près de toutes commodités, les bus, les trams (28E entr'autres), dix mn de la gare, 40 mn de l'aéroport en métro (ps ne prenez pas les navettes le météo c est simple pas chère et rapide), à deux pas de la place do commercao, juste à côté des rues piétonnes et le tout SANS UN BRUIT. dix mn du TIMEOUT.
Personnel discret mais agréable, garde nos valises gratuitement le dernier jour afin d'éviter de les avoir toute la journée avant l'hôtel.
Chambre parfaite pour deux, literie ferme donc agréable, TV, salle de bain fonctionnelle pour deux avec WC à l'intérieur (seul bémol). Fenêtre avec bonne insonorisation.
Le personnel de chambre est discret, silencieux et assure une belle prestation.

Nice place very close to the center of Lisbon. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy.
Like anywhere else in Lisbon there is no designated place to load and unload your luggage, you must park at the Side of the road for it.

Das Hotel ist in absolut zentraler Lage wodurch es möglich ist, alle relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für die Fahrt nach Belem ist die Straßenbahn nur wenige Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt´s einige - auch durchaus - günstige und gute Restaurants. Das personal ist hilfreich, spricht gut Englisch - teils sogar etwas Deutsch - und nimmt sich bei Fragen ausreichend Zeit den Gast zu betreuen. Das Frühstück - mit glaube ich ca. € 17,-- - fand ich doch überteuert und habe es nicht genommen. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Lissabon.

Das top Hotel für eine Städtereise nach Lissabon! Wir haben hier ein wunderbares Hotel erlebt was ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann! Schon zu Beginn wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, unser Gepäck wurde für uns auf unser Zimmer gebracht und wir wurden auf ein Begrüßungsgetränk an die Hotelbar eingeladen. Unser Zimmer (Superior Doppelzimmer) war sehr groß, modern eingerichtet und verfügte über einen Kühlschrank mit Minibar, einen Safe, einen Wasserkocher und alles weitere was man von einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarten kann. Auf jeden Fall einwandfrei! Auch die tägliche Reinigung unseres Zimmers lief in diesem Hotel zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Doch das Hotel ist nicht nur aufgrund des spitzen Services und der tollen Qualität sehr zu empfehlen. Auf die Lage des Hauses ist einfach phänomenal!! Der Laufweg zu den nächsten Restaurants bzw. der wichtigsten Einkaufsstraße Rua Augusta beträgt weniger als 5 Minuten. So kann man ohne Probleme bis spät abends in Ruhe im Restaurant sitzen ohne sich dabei über den Heimweg Gedanken machen zu müssen! Grandios! Auch die Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks am Abreisetag verlief einwandfrei. Die Zimmer müssen am Abreisetag bis 12 Uhr verlassen sein - eine Zeit, an welcher es ebenfalls absolut nichts zu beanstanden gibt. Wir fliegen heute als sehr zufriedene Gäste wieder zurück nach Deutschland und freuen uns sehr hier die Nächte in Lissabon verbracht zu haben! Vielen Dank!

Personal muy atento. Hotel tan de diseño como poco práctico. Casi 150€ por una habitación-cápsula, sin bañera, sin armarios, sin apenas sitio para dejar tus cosas, donde chocas de continuo con muebles metidos con calzador. WiFi pésima, algo ruidoso, no atienden tus preferencias aunque las hayas expresado con mucha antelación, amenities a cuentagotas. Los lavabos de todo el hotel ¡no tienen cierre! Superable la relación calidad-precio. Lo mejoran dando ginginha de bienvenida, con conserje que mueve las maletas, hilo musical y otras apariencias que se quedan en humo. Eso sí: la ubicación es estupenda y está impecable de limpio. Pida habitaciones altas con vista a la catedral. No volvería a menos que moderara el precio, en consonancia con el servicio global.

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Die Lage ist super. Man kann sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen bzw in der unmittelbaren Umgebung passende Verkehrsmittel finden. Die Betten sind sehr gut, das Zimmer sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Verdruss verursachte einzig der Kaffeezubereiter. Mangels Gebrauchsanweisung habe ich versehentlich das Tischlein und den Boden darunter unter Wasser gesetzt. Man bekommt auch nur zum Einstand 4 Kapseln, alle weiteren muss man für je 1,50 € käuflich erwerben. Das Frühstück kostet happige 17,50 € extra, weshalb die meisten Gäste günstig und lecker im Café schräg gegenüber frühstücken, wo es u.a. eine herrliche Auswahl frischer Fruchtsäfte gibt.

Hotel molto carino e curato ma presenta delle criticità a mio avviso molto importanti.
1. Le camere.
Non ci sono prese elettriche, tranne una vicino la porta d'ingresso separata da un muro da tutta la camera.
Nulla vicino i letti e/o la poltrona posta davanti ad una finestra.
Nessuna presa elettrica in bagno, da nessuna parte.
2. Il bagno.
Porta d'ingresso del bagno in vetro, da metà altezza satinato, senza chiusura e ovviamente senza chiave, che per quanto si possa stare a proprio agio con la persona con cui si è fatto il viaggio, la privacy in bagno è abbastanza sacrosanta.
3. Comodità
Non c'è un armadio, nessun posto dove poter riporre qualsiasi cosa, i comodini e la scrivania non hanno cassetti, nulla.
Stanza al quinto piano ma per arrivarci dopo aver preso l'ascensore bisogna fare altri 10 gradini.

El aire acondicionado suena mucho y no es eficaz. Los dormitorios son muy pequeños. El transfer no llegó. La caja fuerte mal ubicada y el teléfono. Algunos trabajadores muy desagradables. No tiene closet. Jamás volvería a Turim terreiro. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Location is the only benefit of this hotel. Of the 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed at on our trip to the Portugal, this was by far the worst as a tourist.
- Sound proofing is bad. You can hear your neighbors conversations, every time they flush a toilet/take shower it’s loud, conversations from the hallway are heard very easily.
- No AC in February. We were told to open the window — which then was loud enough with 2am street sweeps and motorcycles that you get no sleep. AC actually blows hot air don’t turn it on (at least in winter months).
- WiFi is horrid. As travelers with limited cellular data, we expect good internet from a hotel like this to plan our day trips. Constant disconnects and speed that barely loads the google homepage. This totally within the hotels control to fix. We ran a speed test to see how slow the service actually was (photo attached). 0.8 Mbps down, 0.9 Mbps up.
- It’s a great location but comes at the cost of no hotel parking — that’s ok. But when we contacted the hotel in advance to ask about parking since we were arriving with a rental car — we received no response.
Our first time staying in Lisbon — but we imagine there are better choices than this for the money and a four star hotel rating.

Die Lage unterhalb der Altstadt (Alfama) ist perfekt für eine Städtereise. Meine Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Stadthotel wurden erfüllt. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Am Frühstücksbuffet nur Automatenkaffee; Zimmersafe zu klein für Laptop.

A part la situation géographique l'hôtel n'a aucun intérêt. 90€ la nuit sans petit dej (17,50/pers) pour une chambre mal insonorisé (on entend bien les voisins), sans rangement ou 2 adultes de marchent dessus une fois installés, je ne vois pas où sont les 4 étoiles annoncées ?

Por empezar con algo bueno, sería la ubicación. Está al lado de la Plaza del Comercio, muy céntrico.
Cuando subimos a la habitación, contemplamos con horror como, al asomarnos a la ventana, había algo así como una lona de obra a 50 centímetros, que no dejaba entrar luz. La vista, por cierto, era a un patio interior. La habitación ridículamente pequeña y muy ruidosa. Pedimos un cambio de habitación y fue más o menos igual. Además, se oía perfectamente a los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado.
Además por 3 noches, pagamos casi 400€ o sea que demasiado caro para la calidad que ofrecen. No recomendamos ni volveremos a un TURIM.

La experiencia no fue nada buena. Nos dieron una habitación con un olor a cocina verdaderamente insoportable. El botones nos da la razón, pero nos aseguran que estan completos, o nos esperamos por si a lo largo del dia hay alguna cancelación o nos buscamos otro sitio. Despues de buscar otro hotel, nos dicen que no saben si nos pueden devolver el dinero. Pedimos hoja de reclamación y nos la niegan, nos remiten a su web. Muy mala experiencia.

Very well located hotel, BUT our room felt like being in a closet. The toilet was right beside the head of the bed with a glass wall. No privacy. I think if you get a large room you are okay. However, our room was not inexpensive and It was cramped, broken tiles on the bathroom. The window opened to a back alley fullof cigarette butts. Depressing! I couldn’t wait to leave.

Nice location close to everything. The corridor were a bit dark to get to the room, the room felt a bit lock in but clean.Bought a very small toblerone chocolat bar for 4 euro, from the mini fridge, could not find the price anywhere, a bit expensive!!The staff was pleasant.

I was deeply disappointed in the accommodations, particularly as this is considered a 4 star hotel. The shower had a lot of black gunk at the corners, which looked either like mold or dirt. Thankfully I was only staying for one evening. Would not go back.

I called hotels.com 4 times prior to checkout. The length of the visit was reduced and I attempted to modify the reservation to reflect such. Hotels.com told me to contact the hotel. I called the hotel and honest truth the hotel agent laughed at me, informing me hotels.com was the only one with the power to adjust this. I called hotels.com again was told the matter would be corrected and I would be emailed. LOL you guys did nothing. Yeah you robbed me for 600$ because I couldn’t check out two days early but.. I am a flight department manager booking flights for upwards of 200 room nights a year. I won’t be using Hotels.com again!! You made 600 once and lost thousands because I will NEVER use your company again no matter what happens. Good job idiots

We arrived early, checked in and were told to come back later. Went away and came back at 1pm to check if room was ready. The guy at reception told us it was not without even looking and told us to go back at 2pm. We went out again and came back at 2pm. We were greeted with a smirk and an instant look at the watch, "it is just 2pm room might not be ready" comment, which made us very unwelcomed. Room was fairly spacious and had a window to open. Bed looked big. This is where it ends though. There was no information pack in the room. It was double room, yet only one cup for tea. No coffee. We asked for a second cup which never came for the 3 days we were there. The bed was comfortable, but had a really thick plastic under sheet which made it very hot to lie on. On the second day we went out for the day to Cascais, was extremely hot and got back to the hotel just before 5. We got in and our room had not been cleaned. We were too hot and tired to wait for another hour to complain and get someone go clean it. We had a shower and put up with it. Both days we had to queue for breakfast as they only have 10 double tables and 4 tables for 4 people. For a hotel that size this is unbelievable. And they don't let you take food to the room. When we did get in, half the food was missing and only 2 slice toaster for ALL guests. Second day was worse, one good thing was the other half of the food was missing we got to try everything. Be aware of it and do not bother with breakfast as their charge was rather high. Overall staff needs training and management needs to address the shortcomings. Definitely not a 4* hotel. Stayed in Browns in the past and it is much better. Will not be going back to Turim.

Pedia-se mais para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Tentei pedir indicações para apanhar o eléctrico para ir para Belém mas afinal eu percebia mais que a rececionista. Pequeno almoço fraco, nem sequer tinham a especialidade da cidade, pastel de natal. Como gestor hoteleiro pergunto-me, como é possível? Tem vários pontos fracos sendo o único ponto positivo a localização. Não voltarei.

But when we got home after exploring Lisbon we were greeted with a bottle and 2 slices of cake. Still not added a 2nd cup. Comfortable bed. Had a good sleep. Very central for exploring the city. The location of the hotel is very good, it's basically 400-600 meters from many attractions and restaurants. The hotel don't have parking place so it's better not to come with a car. We took double bed room which was not huge room. Other than the room size the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The service in the hotel was very pleasant. Breakfast was good (try to find a deal that include breakfast). Ask in the reception for info about the different attractions, they were very helpful and saved us some time. Overall worth the money and would definitely will make your stay in Lisbon very pleasant.

Есть чайник, фен. Не понятно почему лишь ОДНА чашка в двухместном номере. Номер чистый, убирают регулярно. Беда с розетками, только 2 шт. с одной стороны кровати, так что берите удлинитель с розеточными блоками.

Не скажу, что довольна. Т.к. колбасы и сосиски имеют ну очень странный привкус, мне не понравилось совсем. Сыры-вкусные. Однако отсутствует какое-либо подобие овощей: ни огурца, ни помидора, ни листьев салата, ни маслин.
По итогу, есть сладкие завтраки, подобие омлета, варенное яйцо, грибы(варенные, почти без вкусные) и фасоль в томате. Иногда, но мало когда можно успеть взять хамона кусочек и жареный бекон.

Vi fick ett rum som luktade unket och vi fann mögel runt hela duschen och ett litet område i sovrummet. Sängen var väldigt hård och billigt material som prasslade hela natten när man vände sig om. AC:n kylde inte ner rummet ett dugg, även om vi tog på lägsta temperaturen (10 grader) och högsta fläktstyrka. Eftersom att AC:n var så dålig var vi tvungna att sova med öppet fönster, och det är ett väldigt oväsen från gatan utanför. Korridorerna var otroligt mörka och heltäckningsmattorna gjorde det svårt att dra sin packning till och från rummet. Hotellet kändes inte som ett fyra stjärnigt hotell och för det priset man betalar hade man kunnat få ett mycket bättre hotell.

The room I booked and paid for was not available so the staff tried fobbing me off with a cheaper and lesser room. I checked out for a stay in another hotel. My experience was unpleasant and degrading to say the least and killed the happy spirit I arrived in.

it's way below the basic business hotel. No water in rooms, no tea/ coffee maker and no wardrobe. The bathroom size is so small that I feared hitting my head on the glass walls. Their check in process seemed different for different guests. If you don't have a credit card they'll empty the mini bar. If you have a forex card they charge the entire stay amount upfront. It just seems like as though they have no trust whatsoever on their guests. The 2 stars are for the courtesy of the staff who were otherwise helpful when I needed a cab or if I needed some information

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, d.h. nahe am Fluss und auch die Shopping-Meile und Altstadt sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und der Schrank fehlt, aber ansonsten sauber mit bequemem Bett. Das Personal ist äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich.Die verschiedenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls nahe gelegen. Es lohnt sich, sich vorgängig über die verschiedenen Tickets zu informieren, um allfällige Überraschungen zu vermeiden.

Noisy area. We paid over $ 250.00 a night. Unfortunately we booked our room for 3 nights and paid no choice to go some where else. Nice and comfortable hotel right in the old town, perfect for exploring Lisbon. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the price per night was just great. We had a 'superior' room at the back of the hotel which was quiet and once we had figured out the air conditioning was nice and cool. No real criticisms although no coffee making facilities in the room, also the reception failed to tell us that the 'complimentary drink was restricted to a Cherry Liqueur! But for the price we paid for the room really not an issue. Did not stay for any meals or breakfasts, why would you when you have the most wonderful restaurants and cafes a few steps away. Who also wants to pay €17 for a breakfast when you can pay €6 for a lovely breakfast on the next street! Overall highly recommended.

Posizione ottima, a due passi da praca do comercio, in pieno centro storico. L'hotel è ben collegato con la metro (linea blu) che oltretutto unisce Lisbona con l'aeroporto. Stanze pulite ma un po' piccole. In ogni caso sono soddisfatto della scelta e consiglio questo hotel soprattutto a chi vuole visitare Lisbona in qualche giorno: l'ottima posizione, la vicinanza di metro ed entrambe le principali stazioni ferroviarie vi permetteranno facilmente di muovervi nella città, ma anche di organizzare escursioni giornaliere verso Sintra e Cascais.

Esperaba algo más confortable. La habitación tiene unos muebles de líneas rectas y modernas pero poco prácticos.
Pasar más de una noche resulta sofocante.
El principal problema es el baño. Se accede por una puerta de cristal sin marco y que elimina cualquier intimidad. Molesta la luz y el ruido. El cristal corredero de la ducha, no ajusta bien y el agua, si no pones una toalla, llega al dormitorio. El extractor del baño funciona por la noche y molesta al dormir.
Por otra parte, el cubre colchones tiene un lado de plástico y resulta muy caluroso.
En lugar de armario hay una barra con 5 perchas y ni un solo cajón en la habitación. No existe ningún enchufe cerca del cabecero. La verdad no me sentí en un 4 estrellas.
El personal es muy agradable. Te informan de sitios interesantes para visitar y te orientan en cuanto a establecimientos.

Great for short stays but not so good if you do not like living out of a suitcase. The location is excellent and the service very good and friendly but standard rooms have no clothes storage except one hanging rail and the safe cannot fit a standard IPad! Public space is limited to the combined restaurant and bar as there is no lounge and you may have to queue for a place at breakfast at peak times.

Gutes Hotel mit Haken.
Das Hotel liegt für Urlauber ideal zwischen dem alten Teil Alfama und dem Stadtkern von Lissabon. Alles ist Fußläufig erreichbar, die Metro, der Bus und die Tram ist 200 Meter vom Hotel entfernt.
Der gesamte Service macht eine gute Arbeit, insbesondere die Rezeption, die bei allen Wünschen über die Maßen weiter hilft. Ein Stern extra.
Das Hotel wurde vor einem halben Jahr frisch renoviert. In entsprechend gutem Zustand ist das ganze Haus. Auch wenn es draußen mal laut ist: Die Fenster sind schalldicht. Dafür kann man deutlich hören wie und wie häufig der Zimmernachbar das Bad nutzt.
Für Urlauber und Familien ist die Einrichtung etwas unpraktisch, denn die Zimmer sind sehr klein und es fehlt ein Schrank oder ein Regal. Wir haben aus dem Koffer gelebt. (Ein Stern Abzug)
Ich habe das Frühstück gesehen und war froh, daß wir Dank einer Falschbuchung keines im Hotel gebucht hatten. Es ist mit 17 Euro je Person für die gebotene Leistung utopisch teuer. Im Umkreis von 50 Metern um das Hotel herum gibt es drei hervorragende Cafes, die abwechslungsreiches Frühstück für ein Viertel anbieten. (Ein Stern Abzug).
Für Geschäftsreisende ist das Hotel bedingt geeignet. Es gibt ein kostenloses Wi-Fi, daß auf ein MBit Up/Down begrenzt wurde. Für Mails und Recherchen ist das genug, aber Videokonfezenzen wie Skype verlangen etwas mehr.

Alles in het hotel is nieuw en werkt. Goede internetverbinding. Prima airco en geluidsisolatie. Maar: bedden hebben plastic onderlakens, dus je ligt gegarandeerd broeierig de hele nacht. Enorme turn-off.

Albergo di media qualità.
Stanza piccola, con bagno con parete e porta in vetro trasparente (se si usa di notte, il partner viene svegliato: che trovata geniale!). Silenziosa.
La cassaforte non è ancorata alla parete, ma si muove liberamente, tanto che chiunque potrebbe portarsela via, semplicemente svitando lo sportello del mobiletto in cui è contenuta.
Non c'è spazio per le valige, né un armadio per gli abiti, che vanno lasciati all'aria.
Non ci sono canali tv italiani, ma solo inglesi, francesi, tedeschi, russi, cinesi, spagnoli e perfino algerini.
La hall è così piccola che contiene una sola poltroncina! Lo spazio rimanente è utilizzato per la colazione, con tavolinetti addossati uno all'altro.
Personale disponibile e professionale.
Posizione molto buona (adiacente alla piazza do Comercio) e alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici e metro.

L'hotel è ben curato e pulito. Facile da raggiungere con la metro, infatti si trova proprio nel centro della città. Il personale è gentile e disponibile a fornire informazioni sulla città, luoghi da visitare e cose da non perdere. Ti fanno sentire a tuo agio sin da subito, e ti coccolano con un aperitivo di ben venuto, il liquore tipico del posto, la ginjinha, assolutamente da assaggiare!

Pagamento al check in, desueto, camera piccola con bagno a vista, pareti in vetro un lato, verso il letto protetto da genda semitrasparente. Non c'è il bollitore, c'è la cassaforte, la tv non si capisce come funziona ma non siamo qui per vederla, solo curiosità. Nella hall non c'è un salottino.

An sich ein gutes Hotel mit gutem Service. Die Lage ist perfekt.
Leider wurde auf dem Flur so laut Musik gespielt das man kaum schlafen konnte.
Und auch auf Nachfrage wurde die Musik nicht abgeschaltet. Das hat die Nächte doch stark beeinträchtigt.

Hotel com ótima localização. Próximo da praça do Comércio e da rua Augusta. Pode-se ir a pé a locais turísticos de Lisboa. Os quartos são pequenos porem muito limpos e aconchegantes .

Nice hotel, but our room was v small and an odd shape with the window located at the end of a small passage meaning no view and not much daylight. However, given all there is to see in Lisbon you probably wont be spending much time in the hotel!

Sehr schönes Hotel Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet.
Auch sehr gut gelegen wenn man mal in die Stadt gehen will.
Preis ist schon etwas hoch besonders das Frühstück.

Stylish hotel, small rooms though and good usage of mirrors to create the appearance of more room. I suppose it suffices if you're going to just explore the city. Can be noisy due to the plumbing, you sometimes water the water flowing through the pipes from other rooms (above you). Price is decent though and overall not bad at all. Good service and reception. Haven't tried the breakfast, rather expensive.

Perfect find if you're traveling solo. The hotel is centrally located and in the heart of Lisbon along the river. Front desk staff were nothing short of helpful upon my arrival. Not only was I offered a welcome cocktail (a local cherry liqueur) but one of the receptionist actually took 10 min of her time to walk me through a list of "must-see's" during my stay, circling them on the map and suggesting the best available options in regard to commute. To echo another review, had I not been traveling alone (and not from New York, where these things are very common), an average traveler may find the room a tad small. Hotel is clean, service up to par.

Great location, close to the Tagus river, and walking distance to many attractions. I upgraded to the executive rooms which were spacious, and modern. Very helpful and professional staff - Bridget in particular - who helped us with local tours reservations.

Hotel céntrico em plena zona histórica de Lisboa, a sua localização é uma grande vantagem pois encontra se muito próximo da praça do comércio. Os quartos são bons no entanto pequenos para quem viaja com crianças ou com bagagem e também não possui armário. O staff da Receção e pequeno almoço são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno almoço é um pouco pobre para o que se paga. Duas/tres variedades de fruta, fiambre, ovos mexidos e pouca coisa mais..

You're paying purely for the location! It's in a great spot - walking distance from a lot of the main spots but my god the room is tiny! This isn't suitable for a couple with a lot of luggage. If you're going there for business, perhaps staying for 1 night then it's ideal. I've never stayed in such a small room before. The bathroom isn't appropriate either. Housekeeping re-use the same bedding when they do your room - I've never seen this before! No coffee or tea in the room. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel accueillant et prévenant. Propres et climatisées, les chambres sont cependant un peu petites mais le but d'un séjour à Lisbonne comme touriste n'est pas de rester dans sa chambre.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Metrolinie entfernt. Man ist sehr schnell mitten im Geschehen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und auf einem guten Standard was die Ausstattung anbelangt. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.
