Entramos não nos disseram nada serviram as bebidas como se fosse um favor e tivemos que pagar antes de ser servidos falta de profissionalismo que pena lugar simpático staff errado

We ordered bombay gin and tonic but barman refused to serve in the goldfish bowl style glass. We had requested this type of glass because the glasses they served us with were too small to mix all the tonic with the gin. We were told it was policy only to serve premium gins in these glasses. So much for customer service, I thought that a little flexibility would have been better. As a result we left the two drinks behind us and would not recommend this establishment to anyone. In fairness the waitress was very apologetic.

Bar man was very ignorant. We had the same issue as the lady below re the service and gin glass. You need to change your policy. Wouldn't recommend to any one.

Being regular visitors to vale do lobo and the Praca for many years we were disgusted at the customer service at the newly refurbished 'The Deck' when we went for a pre dinner drink before dining at Amore. My husband ordered a round of drinks including a Bombay Gin and tonic and requested it was served in a balloon type glass as is my preference. The waitress informed this was not permitted but on my insistence asked the bar staff who flatly refused in a condescending and unfriendly manner that those type of glasses were only served with premium gins and Bombay was not premium. We decided to take our custom elsewhere and were served the drinks as requested in Breeze. Needless to say we will not be using THE DECK again until staff are given some training in customer service.

Bom dia, Este meu comentário serve para mostrar o desagrado e descontentamento relativamente a este restaurante. Tentei jantar ontem e a funcionária que nos atendeu mostrou logo desde o início falta de vontade em que fôssemos atendidos/servidos. Pois não nos arranjou mesa, com a desculpa de que o serviço estava muito atrasado, apesar de vermos várias mesas vazias. Ainda dissemos que estávamos dispostos a esperar. Voltou a dizer que o serviço estava muito demorado. Será por sermos Portugueses? E falamos em Português? Em resumo, fomos ao restaurante em frente, ao Monty, e fomos atendidos muito Bem, serviço 5 estrelas, recomendo. P Machado.

Fantastic place for cocktails and nightlife in the center of Vale do Lobo in the Praça. Great atmosphere and trendy set up makes it the place to be for late drinks in the Vale do Lobo resort. Live music is played every night during the summer months and in the day time the view across the beach to the Atlantic ocean is fabulous. A must visit if your are holidaying in the Algarve.
