Schönes Stadthotel mit stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmern mitten in der Einkaufsmeile von Lissabon. Die Zimmer scheinen recht neu renoviert zu sein. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.Für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!

Super zentrale Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und vielfältig.

super schönes Hotel, etwas kleine, aber schöne und sehr saubere Zimmer.Etwas laut da alle zur Fussgängerstrasse hinaus das Fenster haben. Badezimmer super schön und zweckmässig. Super Lage, genau in der Hauptfussgängerzohne. Der Frühstucksraum ist etwas eng, aber das Frühstückbuffet für ein 3 Sterne Hotel Top, jeden Tag sogar frische Früchte. Im Eingang steht immer Portwein und die tüpischen Törtchen zur Verkostung bereit, was ich sehr toll finde.

Le personnel sest montré très accueillant et de bons conseils pour les visites ( un grand merci pour le fado!) La chambre est de taille convenable, confortable et propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Lhôtel est idéalement situé ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de chose à pied.

Klein aber fein. Sehr sauber. Sehr nette Begrüßung durch den Nachtportier. Das Personal äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Dass der Ausblick nicht anders ist, kann man sich schon denken. Super zentral gelegen. Preis- Leistung einfach gut.

Very nice place, receptionists were very friendly and helpful, they welcomed us with a tiny 'pastel de nata' and a glass of sweet wine, a great start! The room was nice and clean, furniture and decoration new.

Muito bem localizado, na rua Augusta. Bem perto da estação Baixo-Chiado do metrô. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, fomos recebidos com uma taça de vinho tinto e um pastel de Belém. Voltaria sem dúvida novamente.

Bel hôtel récemment rénové. Le personnel est vraiment d'une gentillesse et serviabilité incroyable, tant à la réception qu'au petit déjeuner. Et toujours de bonne humeur!
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon, pain brioché sans gluten sur demande lors de la réservation.
Les chambres sont très propres, les chambres mansardées très petites mais bien aménagées.
J'ai vraiment passé un très bon séjour.

Stayed here during my weekend city break in Lisbon. Absolutely fantastic stay. From the moment I stepped through the door, till the time I had to check out - everything was perfect. I was greeted with an offer to have some port wine and local pastries - accepted both with great pleasure. Staff are very accomodating and courteous. Interior is modern. Location is very central, which was perfect for my city exploration. Overall I highly recommend this place. Thank you to them for their hospitality!

Great hotel, location is really good, right in the heart of the city and only a few mins walk to old town or equally to the newer half ! Staff at the hotel couldnt of been more helpful and always friendly and polite! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely 4 days in Lisbon. The Be Poet Baixa hotel was excellent overall and in a fantastic location. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but was fine for us. We missed having a kettle in the room for our early morning cup of tea but that was a small detail overall. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel pequeño y coqueto situado en pleno centro histórico de Lisboa, a un paso de la Plaza del Comercio, con lo que su situación es privilegiada. El personal es muy amable y trata de ayudarte en todo momento. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario, son especialmente bonitas las vistas de las situadas en el ático que dan a la calle principal. Cosas a mejorar: un extractor en el baño (no hay, y tampoco tiene ventana), y armarios para la ropa más cómodos. En cualquier caso, hotel muy recomendable y sin duda al que regresar en nuestra próxima visita a la capital lusa.

Be Poet was the perfect place to stay. We spent 4 nights here and would definitely return. The staff were incredibly helpful. The superior double room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great. There were many restaurants close, so there were lots of options. My only suggestion to the hotel is to add a few shelves or drawers in the room to put some things.

It was a great stay, the hotel is located in the middle of the city, on road without cars. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The room was super clean and felt like new, I was alone in a one small bedroom which was perfect for me.I highly recommend it!

Excellent location with friendly and helpful staff who really made our stay a wonderful experience.Rooms are very small but did have everything you could possibly need and the bed was very comfortable. There is even a choice of pillow types. They were very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was a real bonus, served buffet style with lots of hot coffee, or tea.An excellent little gem in a fabulous location.

The location of this hotel is superb, right in the middle of everything, walking distsnce to all the bars, restaurants and sights. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and gave a great start to the say. The staff on the reception were probably the friendliest I have ever known, and we had dealings with 5 different ones over the 3 days. Superb, well done !

Excelente ubicación en la principal calle de Lisboa, acceso solo a pie pero muy cerca de todos lo interesante que ver. La habitación muy muy cómoda, la atención del personal inmejorable y los pastelitos de nata y tu cosita de oporto a tu disposición en la recepción del hotel son la cereza del pastel. Simplemente muy contenta con mi estadía.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Ideally placed in the centre of Lisbon, a pleasent 10min walk away from Barrio Alto. Breakfast was good quality and the room spacious, quiet, clean and well catered with complimentary water and coffee.

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß oder mit der Tram/Metro/Bus erreichbar. Die Haltestellen sind alle nicht weit entfernt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Wir wurden an der Rezeption immer gefragt, ob alles passt, was wir unternommen haben, oder was wir noch vor haben. Bei Fragen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants... erhielten wir immer eine ausgezeichnete Auskunft. Auch das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr aufnerksam. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen.

Un personnel très accueillant, une chambre spacieuse et propre en revanche la vue sur des travaux, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre avec le bruit et aucune luminosité, le seul point négatif. Le petit déjeuné est excellent, L’hôtel est très bien placé, il est en plein centre de la vieille ville de Lisbonne.

Prima ligging, comfortabele kamers en bedden. Faciliteiten zijn prima op orde. Goed ontbijt met Portugese lekkernijen. Medewerkers zijn zeer behulpzaam en zeker Silvia is heel attent.
Op mijn verjaardag werd ik s morgens bij het ontbijt verrast met happy birthday en bovendien een verjaardagstaart.

Die Spaghettis sind sehr gut. Leider sind die Kellner wenn man vorbeiläuft sehr aufdringlich aber das ist überall so dort in Lissabon.
Ich habe eine Carbonara gewählt und war voll danach. Sehr gut gemacht auch wenn die Portion auf dem Bild sehr klein aussieht man wird sicher schnell voll sein. Würde eine Vorspeise daher abraten, ausser man hat einen Riesenhunger. Preis/ Leistung soweit so
gut.

Staff very kind and rooms very clean and modern. The hotel is in the city centre, not far away from Praça do Comercio, from the elevador de Santa Justa and from Rossio.We really enjoyed our stay there. We highly recommend it.
