Hotel food and service brilliant only complaint is too many sunbeds round pool which could be bigger for size of hotel. Got back last night and last 6 days were awful by pool just too many peeps had to ask at reception for them to get us a couple of sunbeds after we had spent morning in albufeira.Also showers need a mat as are dangerous for elder peeps as very slippery. Did mention was told you can request one this should be made clear from day one. But had lovely stay staff Brill.

It is a pity that they do not stick to the rules regarding the evening restaurant I.e no shorts etc. Some people looks like they have come off the beach. The hotel and rooms are clean and very good choice of food would recommend it. To friends.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön an einer Klippe direkt über dem Meer. Hier findet man absolute Entspannung, da es um den Poolbereich tagsüber keine nervige Musik oder Animation. Beonders die (Yoga) Plattform sind einzigartig und man hat einen super Blick auf den kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Bars etc. befinden sich fußläufig vom Hotel entfernt. Besonders das Sportangebot (Yoga/Pilates/Fitnesskurse) haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zusand und die Hotelzimmer sind sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles in allem haben wir nichts zu bemängeln und von hier aus kann man super Ausflüge an der Algarve machen.

Initially, we were allocated room 0064 which looked out over the Main Street into Olhos d’Agua and was directly over an large air conditioning unit. We were unhappy with this room, but reception were very helpful and understanding, arranging for us to have a room on the quieter side of the hotel.The hotel is in an attractive setting overlooking the sea on the cliff top. The restaurant is large and self service, food is good and offers great variety. The opportunity to eat outside is also excellent. The pool appears to be unheated so as it was too cold, we didn’t go in. But there are many shady trees around the pool and plenty of sun beds available.Entertainment was a little hit or miss:There was a lot of duplication of music from the three duos on consecutive evenings, and the DJ seemed lacking an audience!Rooms were kept very clean and were comfortable.

Wir waren Ende Mai für zehn Tage bei ihnen zu Gast! Das Haus, die Anlagen und das Zimmer waren ordentlich, sauber und schon gepflegt. Das Essen war immer ausreichend und schon präsentiert. Ich persönlich mag es lieber stärker gewürzt, aber ich hatte ja die Möglichkeit, nachzuwürzen. Das gesamte Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und immer bemüht, uns zufrieden zu stellen. Das tui-team hat dafür gesorgt, das ich auf den Ausflügen entsprechend meiner Verletzung (gebrochener Fuß), vor Ort ebenfalls sehr gut betreut wurde. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit, und kommen gern wieder.
(Bitte sorgen sie dafür, das die Playlists der Künstler, abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden. Jeden Abend, die gleiche Musik wird auf die Dauer langweilig)

My Wife and I had a Fantastic time at this wonderful location in Portugal. The weather was amazing and the Pool, Food, Drinks, Room and Service was nothing but perfect. We recommend again and would definitely go back again if there wasnt so many other great place to visit in Portugal. The beaches are the best in the world, clean, flat, sandy and long!!!Love it.

Tui.Flieger kommt um 8.00 Uhr an-Zimmer sind erst ab 15.30 Uhr frei. Wo gibt es denn so etwas._Essen verkocht, schlecht gewürzt und immer das Gleiche. Morgendlicher Orangensaft besteht zu Zweidritteln aus Eiswuerfeln. Nie wieder.

Just returned from an amazing week at the Tui Blue Falesia. We really enjoyed our holiday. The staff work hard and are very friendly. Food and drink excellent. Gardens and chill out areas are great. The rooms are modern, very clean with lovely smooth bedding and soft fluffy towels. Safe is provided free of charge also pool towels. There is a fridge and kettle in the room too. We loved the a la carte restaurant and the bbq. Thank you for the birthday champagne in our room. What a lovely surprise! Looking forward to another holiday with you very soon.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit fantastisch angelegtem Garten und schöner Poolanlage. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Sehr, sehr leckeres Essen. Attraktives Sportangebot. Große, schöne Zimmer. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings ist der wirklich traumhafte Praia Falesia Strand nur über einen Fußweg und viele Treppen zu erreichen, was im Hochsommer sehr beschwerlich sein kann. Am Strand fehlt leider eine kleine Beach Bar, die zum Hotel gehört und auch kostenlose Liegen gibt es nicht. Schade...wer den Weg zum doch etwas entfernten Stand auf sich genommen hat, würde sich sicherlich gerne etwas länger hier aufhalten und sich über ein erfrischendes Getränk oder einen kleinen Snack freuen, der bei AI inbegriffen wäre.

en abril intenté reservar mis vacaciones en este hotel en julio y por más que miré no había ningún operador que pudiera venderme estas vacaciones ya que supuestamente estaba todo reservado, cual es mi sorpresa que hoy miro y veo que hay disponibilidad todo el mes de julio y en todos los operadores que quieras, no me parece una manera correcta de gestionar las reservas ni me parece un buen trato para un posible cliente, a fecha de hoy ya he reservado en otro hotel pero desde luego las ganas de reservar en este para el año que viene se me han ido por completo. y desde luego no creo que todo el mundo haya cancelado para julio y de repente queden todos los días libres..
También escribí un email al hotel directamente y me dijeron que no podía reservar directamente en el hotel (cosa extrañísima la verdad) que solo lo podía hacer lo através de una agencia, lo de poner una estrella de valoración es porque tienes que poner alguna para poder escribir sino no te lo permite

Très bon hôtel, très bien situé. Personnel très très sympathique. Pour info cet hôtel ne reçoit que des adultes. Possibilité de prendre des bus pas loin de l'hôtel, navette gratuite qui vous conduit jusqu'à une zone commerciale et bien sûr location de voiture très simple avec l'hôtel.

Finally an all inclusive hotel that is: adults only (hence quiet and relaxing), serves quality food, and displays excellent hospitality from the staff. Loved every minute of our vacation, and felt very sad to leave. Spacious rooms, great shower, beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. Will return!

Amazing facilities; they have an app you download and can book in activities during your stay. I enjoyed the full body work out with the coach Raquel; tennis at the courts, as well as the step class. They have an amazing sauna !! Also; such a great buffet dinner (probably the best I’ve ever had for buffets) and just as good a breakfast buffet! I loved that all of these things were included in our stay for no additional costs. It meant we could truly relax and enjoy ourselves.
Id also recommend doing a boat tour; we did the dolphin and cave tour - it was really fun !! just book through the tour agent on site. We went in April and it got cold - so take warm clothes when visiting this time of year

the food was absolutely amazing, so much choice and the staff were so friendly. We booked a double room which was brilliant with sea views and the bed was huge. Overall atmosphere was lovely, and everything was so clean and was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely go again.

Tout est parfait excepté l’attribution de la chambre au Rez de chaussée jardin avec vue directe sur le passage qui mène à la plage et le parking. A l’arrivée, hôtel non complet et vue le nombre de nuits réservées une autre chambre aurait pu m’etre Attribuée (même avec supplément) je pense que c’est à cause de la réservation effectuée via Expédia.

Espectacular. Hemos pasado 4 días en este hotel y destaca la tranquilidad del ambiente, la calidad del buffet libre, la profesionalidad de los trabajadores y la calidad de las instalaciones (piscina interior, sauna y baño turco entre otros). Además, tiene zonas de relax en las que puedes tomar el sol mientras miras a la playa y hay una playa de fácil acceso cerca de gran calidad. También hay un área de bar con copas en la que puedes ver mientras actuaciones en directo como bailes típicos de la zona o actuaciones musicales.
En cuanto a la habitación, el tamaño de la cama fue impresionante así como la calidad del cuarto de baño. Las vistas desde el balcón de la habitación fueron de calidad donde podías tomarte una copa y escuchar las olas del mar.
Por último, quiere agradecer a todos los profesionales del hotel por su profesionalidad tanto por su recibimiento (nos ofrecieron una bebida típica de allí nada más llegar) como por su disponibilidad para ayudarte con cualquier duda.

Lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas en pareja, con amigos o en familia.
Las habitaciones son grandes, luminosas y muy modernas, todo esta perfectamente limpio, el hotel cuenta con habitaciones con vistas bonitas al mar, tiene un precioso jardín, zona de spa con piscina climatizada, sauna y baño turco. También hay gimnasio. El hotel organiza diversas actividades de ocio dentro y fuera del hotel. Hay masajista, peluquería y un restaurante en el que sirven comida muy buena. Volveremos seguro.

Sehr gut gefallen haben mir der Außenbereich, Schwimmbad und Sauna.Die riesige Halle war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber, ebenso die Bar. Hier wurde ein abwechslungsreiches Programm geboten.Das Restaurant ist sehr groß, da kann es schon mal hektisch zugehen.Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Fabuleux ! Vue magnifique sur la mer. Espaces où l’on peut s’isoler u peu des autres vacanciers. Hôtel très calme idéal pour se reposer. Le spas est très bien, il y a une petite piscine intérieure et une salle de fitness en plus de la grande piscine et du jacuzzi. Je recommande bed gens plaisir.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Leider wurde man aber sehr oft früh morgens durch den Lärm im Gang geweckt, da das Hotel sehr ringhörig ist. Das Essen war leider nur mittelmässig. Oft kalt und wenig regionale Spezialitäten.

Full service in a wonderful environment.
Spacious, clean, big hotel with rather wide range of food service, offering several free time posibilities, great view to a wonderful garden, space for chilling out and swimming pool.
We had a room with (real) kingsize bed and balcony. You can walk on your own path to the private beach of the hotel or to a free beach nearby.
The hotel offers so many programs and possibilites to spend your time that we didn't even went into the city.
The only remark is that in the low season the spa opens rather late, only at 10:00.

Love this hotel, rooms fantastic... Biggest bed you'll ever see, staff wonderful. But they need to sort the all inclusive drinks out, not enough choice and then they expect you to pay for a decent cocktail... All inclusive means all inclusive!

Fantastico hotel! Un 4*s che merita proprio la classificazione assegnata. Peccato che non sia ad Albufeira ma ad Olhos de Agua a circa 13 minuti (7km) dal centro.
In ogni caso vanta una stupenda spiaggia a 200 mt circa , raggiungibile facilmente con un bellissimo percorso in legno (con panchine per relax). Da visitare.

For me excellent hotel. Food selection really very good. Wife Vegetarian but they gave Vegan options so good to try but all food exceptional. Main restaurant buffet but they do have separate Ala carte restaurant. We were given quiet room overlooking sea which suited us fine. Possibly not for families. Had been to this hotel before a TUI when it was an RIU but standard was still excellent. Very good gym facilities. Room safe included. All in all wish could have stayed longer than the week but hopefully will return.

Tolles Hotel, gutes TUI Personal was weiss wovon es spricht. Kleines Manko im Restaurant, bei HP stimmt die Bedienung nicht, da die meisten Gäste AI buchen wird man leider auch bei HP wie ein solcher bedient. Schade, bin ich bei TUI so nicht gewohnt.

This hotel was great, it was very clean and the food was good, but i would still recommend leaving the hotel if you want some great food. Myself and my girlfriend stayed for just over a week in October. The weather wasn't great, but with the indoor pool this didn't matter as when it clouded over we could use the indoor pool, and jacuzzi. The only down side to this hotel was that their is a school nearby and some rooms face this, which ours was. We specifically went to this hotel as it was adults only, so the playground of the school made it very noisy to sit on the balcony. Which we did want to do in peace.
Overall a good hotel, well worth the money. Had a great time.

Schönes Hotel und schöne Zimmer. Obwohl es eine relativ große Anlage ist, merkt man das nicht unbedingt. Die TUI Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind super, auch sonst ist das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Entspannen ist es angenehm, dass keine Kinder da sind.
Von der Klippenlage hat man aber im Hotel eigentlich nichts. Die Klippe ist eingezäunt und der Blick nur sehr eingeschränkt. Am Pool oder beim beim Essen hat man keinen Meerblick.
Tolle Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Bardzo fajny hotel. Nie dla dzieci - brak atrakcji. Dla rodziców, którzy dzieci zostawili dziadkom. Widoki na morze (ocean) z pokoju średnie.. Ale położenie hotelu ok. Do "miasta" trzeba iść bardzo naokoło, przy innych hotelach - nie ma skrutu. Męczące. Na plażę długie schody, ale plaża piękna. Fajne, duże plywy. Dużo muszli. Przyjaźnie.
Hotel raczej bardziej niż mniej elegancki. Na kolacje panowie w długich spodniach!
Obsługa miła i przyjazna. Miła atmosfera.
Czystość i sprzątanie - nie naganne.

Very beautiful resort Falesia Garden! Stay there on the third week of October. The words are not enough: beautiful place, adorable Falesia Garden Resort, the staff is Magna Cum Laudae, high quality food, tideness of the rooms without a spot, very close to the beach. TUI provides always high quality services from the moment you are booking till you are getting back home. I would always recommend TUI as a holiday partner. The only minus: 7 days are not enough. Il faut tout d'abord préciser que cet hôtel cible avant tout une clientèle anglaise, ce qui explique les choix culinaires. Le reste des clients sont allemands et belges.
Le personnel est serviable et très agréable. On peut dire qu'il se donne beaucoup de mal.
Vous avez du WIFI gratuit partout mais avec de petites coupures de quelques secondes assez souvent mais ça fonctionne. Je vous conseille d'apporter votre propre papier de toilette sinon vous vous en mettrez plein mes mains. Nous y étions du 26 septembre au 8 octobre 2018 et il faisait très chaud, 28°C le jour et 21°C la nuit. La pauvre petite climatisation n'arrivait pas à fournir et le ventilateur au plafond faisait un tel bruit que j'avais peur qu'il ne se décroche. La nuit, nous étions donc obligé de dormir avec la porte-fenêtre ouverte. Comble de malheur, il n'y avait plus de chambre avec vue sur la mer lorsque nous avons réservé. Nous étions côté ouest (côté village !) Grave erreur !
Notre hôtel se trouvait sur une colline face au village, aussi sur une autre colline, ce qui formait un amphithéâtre, le tout bétonné, ce qui amplifie les sons : c'était extrèmement bruyant jusqu'à 2h du matin car les touristes qui reviennent du village bien imbibés sont souvent très bruyants. Vers 4h du matin, ils viennent vider un conténaire de détritus et vers 6h la vie reprend son cours. En face de l'hôtel se trouve une école et que font les enfants toute la journée quand ils n'ont pas de salle de sport ? Ils hurlent dehors bien entendu ! Nous avions choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il est interdit aux moins de 16 ans. Pour pouvoir nous reposer...
Chose surprenante, les portugais qui sont si croyants, il y a bientôt plus d'églises que d'habitants, travaillent le dimanche matin !
Je vous conseille de faire les excursions proposées le long de la côte ainsi qu'à Loulè. Vous apprendrez à découvrir et aimer le Portugal et ses habitants. Ça vaut la peine !
En conclusion, cet hôtel nous a beaucoup plu et nous aimerions y retourner mais pas prendre de chambre sur le côté ouest.

Этот отель выбрала дочь и пригласила меня на отдых. Only adults и этим все сказано. Тихо,мирно, спокойно,не шумно. Бесподобная кухня, приветливый персонал, пляжи недалеко, можно легко дойти.Нвправленность отеля на здоровый образ жизни, кухня ПП, спортивные залы и т.д. Отлых очень понравился.

Ein schönes Hotel zum wohlfühlen. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und fühlten uns wohl. Da zu unserer Reisezeit das Hotel offbar ausgebucht gewesen ist, hatten wir das Glück eines Zimmerupgrades. Nun wissen wir nicht wie ein Standard DZ gewesen wäre, aber das welches wir nun hatten war toll. Meerblick, Regendusche, wohlfühl Zimmer. Alles neu und nicht abgewohnt.
Ein allgemeiner Kritikpunkt zum Hotel:
es kann nicht sein das man ein Hotelzimmer mit Klimaanlage bucht und dann auch irgendwie eine Klimaanlage hat, die aber nicht richtig arbeitet. Zum einen kühlt das ganze nicht wirklich den Raum runter (vermutlich Leistung zu schwach), zum anderen ist eine individuelle Regelung nicht möglich. Es gibt nur an oder aus. Die Temperatur wird zentral gesteuert und ist dann wohl überall gleich. Das schlimmste ist aber, daß nachts die Klimaanlage Hausweit abgeschaltet wird. Ein schönes gepflegtes Hotel.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich ,kompetent und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer gut und funktional eingerichtet.
Im Bad ein Mangel , den 90% aller Hotels haben. Es fehlt ein Spiegel, den die Frauen
zum frisieren benötigen. Der von hinten!!!
Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas beschwerlich.
Trotzdem ein Makel.
Das Hotel wirbt mit Ruhe und Zweisamkeit.
Das mit der Zweisamkeit geht in Ordnung. Man hat nur vergessen mitzuteilen,
das ein großer Teil der Landeanflüge über das Hotel geht, trotz ca.45 min. Transferzeit.
Dafür ist die All Inclusiv-Getränkekarte sehr mager .
Trotzdem zur Weiterempfehlung.

Es war eine gute Idee, hier während der Fußball-EM 2016 in Portugal Urlaub zu machen und die Heimmannschaft auch noch siegen zu sehen... Die Stimmung strahlte komplett ins Hotel aus: Gute Einrichtung, abwechslungsreiches Essen, guter Service, lohnenswertes all-inclusive-Angebot... Und die ganze Zeit lag irgendwie ein tolles "Wir-Gefühl" in der Luft.

Wo der Tennisplatz ist ist durch eine Klimaanlage viel zu laut so das man Nachts nicht schlafen kann, etwas Lärmschutz wäre hier angebracht.

Tolle Lage!! Gut organisiertes 4 Sterne Hotel. Essen sehr passabel. Die Zimmer schick mit erheblichen Problemen bei den Abflüssen von Dusche und Waschtisch. Aber warum dieses unterirdische AI Getränkeangebot? Unglaublich schlecht die Basics wie Wein und Sekt. Aber auch die Liegen am Pool sowie Schirme und Handtücher ohne jeden Anspruch. Alles in allem nur für HP zu empfehlen.

Einfach nur klasse!
Wir waren Ende Juli 2018 hier. Der Urlaub war von Anfang bis Ende ein Wow-Erlebnis mit nur wenigen Enttäuschungen.
+++ Personal +++
Im Hotel angekommen wurden wir vom Personal behandelt wie die exklusivsten Gäste. Es gab ein erfrischendes Willkommensgetränk, während wir uns kurz in eine der bequemen Sessel-Ecken setzen sollten, wo wir nur kurz auf unserr "Einweisung" warten mussten. Aufgepasst: nicht jedes Mitglied des Personals beherrscht die deutsche Sprache. Für uns allerdings kein Problem, da wir auch gut mit unserem Englisch zurecht gekommen sind.
Ansonsten wird mindestens gelächelt, wenn nicht sogar gegrüßt. Eine defekte Lampe im Badezimmer wurde noch am selben Tag repariert.
Nun zum ersten Minuspunkt: in der Hotelbar kann es mitunter sehr lange dauern, bis man bedient wird. Dabei ist es egal, ob man bereits ein Getränk hatte (also nun ein leeres Glas) oder nicht. Wir hatten teilweise den Eindruck, dass gezielt an den Gästen vorbeigeguckt wird. Das fanden wir in Anbetracht des sonstigen Eindrucks und auch des Preises echt schade.
+++ Pool +++
Mitunter das wichtigste Element eines Hotels im Süden ist für viele der Pool. Davon gibt es hier 4 Stück:
- den großen "Hauptpool" draußen
- einen kleineren direkt daneben; dieser Pool ist kein Pool zum schwimmen, sondern mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Brausen ausgestattet
- einen recht große beheizten Innenpool
- einen beheizten Whirlpool innen
Leider, und da sind wir nicht die einzigen, ist der Außenpool nicht beheizt. Wir sprechen hier nicht von richtig warmen Wasser - aber ein bisschen beheizt dürfte der Pool schon sein. Ansonsten ist das Badeerlebnis zwar äußerst erfrischend, aber wirklich lange bleibt man nicht im Wasser. Schade, Minuspunkt Nummer 2.
+++ Strand +++
Der kleine Strand vor dem Hotel (über Treppen erreichbar) ist wunderschön. Empfehlung: nach dem Abendessen einen Spaziergang machen. Allein die Treppen zum Strand sind zu der Uhrzeit wunderschön anzusehen, ebenso der Strand. Zwar kann man den Sonnenuntergang von dort aus nicht ganz sehen, aber ein schönes Erlebnis ist es definitiv!
+++ Zimmer +++
Zum Zimmer lässt sich nicht viel sagen. Schön und modern eingerichtet, riesiges Bett, großes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche.
Eigentlich auch hier alles in bester Ordnung. Was dann aber wieder enttäuschend war, war der Wasserdruck der Dusche. Unser Zimmer war im 2. Obergeschoss, aus der Regenwalddusche tröpfelte das Wasser eher, als dass es wirklich lief. Selbst aus der Duschbrause kam kein stärkerer Strahl. Für Männer nicht so dramatisch, für Frauen mit langen Haaren schon. In einem 4-Sterne-Hotel mit dem Preis sollte so etwas nicht sein. Minuspunkt Nummer 3.
+++ Essen & Trinken +++
Das Essen und Trinken war echt super. Egal ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen: es gab eine große Auswahl, die jeden Tag unterschiedlich war. Dazu dürfen All-Inklusive-Gäste kostenlos 1x an einem BBQ-Dinner und 1x im Restautant ein 4-Gänge-Menü genießen. Uns hat das BBQ deutlich besser gefallen, aber das ist wohl geschmackssache.
+++ Abreise +++
Das Hotel bietet abreisenden Gästen eine Farewell-Lounge an. Soll heißen: Wer (wie wir) erst abends zurückfliegt und nach dem Check-out um 12 Uhr trotzdem noch den Strand/Pool nutzen möchte (inkl. Sonnencreme), kann dies ohne Bedenken tun. Die Farewell-Lounge bietet Männern und Frauen je eine Dusche, wo man sich nach den letzten Urlaubsstunden wieder frisch machen kann. Eigentlich eine tolle Sache.
Leider war auch hier der Wasserdruck unmöglich, zumindest bei den Frauen. Wenn die Dusche der Männer zeitgleich genutzt wird kommt bei den Frauen so gut wie gar kein Wasser mehr an. Leider unmöglich und als Urlaubsabschluss echt äußerst schade.
+++ Fazit +++
Trotz aller Kritikpunkte erhält das Hotel volle 5 Sterne. Warum? Weil der Urlaub dennoch einer der besten war, die ich bisher gemacht habe. Trotz des leider erhöhten Preises würde ich jederzeit erneut hier Urlaub machen.

Hotel elegancki, czysty, zadbany. Pokoje przestronne i świetnie wyposażone. Całość niedawno remontowana. Obsługa kompetentna i pomocna. Jeżeli chodzi o wyżywienie to oczywiście jest ładnie podane i w dużym wyborze jednak jakoś nie powala smakiem. Zaznaczam, że jest to tylko moja subiektywna opinia. Niestety wieczorami odbywa się tak zwana animacja. No cóż, niech wystarczy, że napisałem niestety i na tym temat zakończymy. Reasumując hotel wart polecenia. Najbliższe otoczenie to ocean i klif o reszcie nie będę pisał bo nie ma o czym jednak mi to odpowiadało bo pojechał tam odpocząć i po prostu nic nie robić. Jedynym cieniem jaki kładzie się na moim pobycie jest moment wyjazdu. Opuszczalem hotel o 6 rano mając w perspektywie czterogodzinny lot samolotem, niestety nikt nie pomyślał o udostępnieniu ekspresu do kawy lub herbaty. Cóż rachunek zapłacony więc do widzenia.

Second day here and the staff is incredible, the building is fantastic and me and my second half are certainly enjoying ourselves. My second half has never gone on holiday with TUI before and she claims this place is far above her. We certainly adore the feeling you get walking around the place with so much to do. There's a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, barber's, Jacuzzi, spa, bbq hut and friendly staff to round it all off. Upon our arrival we were provided with complimentary drinks and upon the welcoming meeting the day after we were provided champagne TUI never fails to let us down and I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely this hotel is as the webpage cannot give it justice. Would recommend this holiday to anyone and its only our second day here. :)

Very good hotel, adult only is what you expect it's very very silent beside the pool. Rooms are nice big, everyone has a balcony(I think). My advice is don't pay for any trips via tui as they are expensive. For example we and my partner paid €7 Each to get to the centre and market from a trip shop just round the corner from the hotel. TUI charge roughly €20 Each to get there. So paying for trips outside of the hotel is a no brainer. Half board is ok. The only thing you miss out on is unlimited drinks on poolside if you do do this just go get a bottle of water from the shop. There isn't that much to do at this hotel and entertainment is pretty awful, however that is my opinion and some people may enjoy. Night life is pretty standard. Karaoke bars, ice cream shops. Pretty quiet around 11-12pm. If you came to play golf this is the wrong place. However they aren't far from this hotel. Cars, mopeds, quads can be rented to get around and prices vary starting from 15-50 Euros a day. Staff are pretty friendly. And half board and all inclusive isn't ran on a wristband system because the hotel stresses that it's a paperless hotel, this being said if you are half board you get a 'paper ticket/ receipt' everytime you want a drink which is a bit contradictive. All in all the hotel is nice, friendly, big, you will struggle for a sunbed if you don't get up at 6am and put your towel on a sun lounger (Very annoying). P.s the food is above average and you won't have much complaints about the food as they have buffets with different menus most nights, vegan and vegetarian sections. Would visit again but maybe not half board. It was 600Euros extra to go all inclusive. If its just drinks beside the poolside you want. You probably won't spend more than 200 on drinks in two weeks. Hope this review helps.

Dieses Hotel eignet sich meiner Meinung nach ideal für Pärchen, die sich in ihrem Urlaub erholen möchten. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen.
Die einzigen Nachteile sind, dass der Weg zum Strand über steile Holztreppen führt, was für ältere Menschen unangenehm sein kann. Zudem ist das Hotel relativ Abseits von Clubs und Bars gebaut, jedoch kann man für ca. 10€ mit Taxi nach Albufeira fahren. Dort gibt es eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten von Hüpfburgen im Wasser bis zu Bananaboot fahren.

I stayed at the Tui Blue Falesia Feb/Mar 2020.
This hotel has nice common areas and large bedrooms. The weather most days was cool and the common areas were cold and not conducive to spending time out of your bedroom relaxing in those areas. Sometimes in the evening I would take a light blanket to sit and listen to the entertainment.
The hotel is situated away from the main road and shopping area. It gets to be a pain after a couple of days having to walk back and forth to go anywhere. I would not recommend this hotel to seniors who like to get out and walk around the area. There is a steep hill down to the beach and restaurants. The town is small and about a 15 - 20 min bus trip from Albufeira. It costs about 2.5 euros one way.
The bed did not have a proper mattress. To me, it was equivalent to a 2 inch mattress topper. As someone with knee and hip issues, the lack of a comfortable mattress resulted in extreme pain. I asked to get an additional “mattress” but this made little difference. I spent 10 nights sleeping with pillows under my thighs. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The room cleaners did a wonderful job. I cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel.
I chose the half-board option. As a vegetarian, I was disappointed at the variety of main dinner courses for vegetarians. Yes, there were salads and a small station for vegan options but over cooked vegetables and 2-3 different types of potatoes and rice is not a great buffet for non-meat eaters. Fortunately, there was always a vegetable soup option that was good. The dessert bar and breakfast buffet were also good.
I booked a massage. As someone who has massages on a regular basis, I found it mediocre.
I can understand that the outdoor pool was too cold to swim in at this time of year. The jacuzzi was not working. It would have been beneficial if I had been able to utilize it to help with my hip pain. The indoor pool was warm but was only about a uniform depth of 3 feet. The steam room and sauna were good.
The reception staff were helpful and polite.
Overall, if I go back to Portugal I would stay at a different location and hotel.

Excepcional. Las instalaciones limpias y bien cuidadas. Las vistas a la playa de Falesia espectaculares, desde la zona de piscina. El buffet de desayuno y cena variado y de muy buena calidad. Los camareros muy atentos en todo momento, el trato exquisito. Las habitaciones amplias con una cama enorme. Nos recibieron con una copa de bienvenida, y en la habitación nos obsequiaron con botellas de agua, fuente de frutas e infusiones variadas. Por la noche hay música en vivo.

We booked this hotel not knowing it had been closed for 3-4 months there were only 30 people staying when we arrived. There appeared to be a full kitchen staff but the food was very poor even the "special meal" laid on at the A la Carte restaurant was very ordinary. Also if you want quiet request a room away from the school on the west side of the hotel, the school finishes at 3.00 but the kids are still there until nearly 6.00 and they are very loud.

Habe hier meine Flitterwochen verbracht. Wo soll ich anfangen? Ein super abwechslungsreiches Buffet, viele verschiedene Getränke, sehr nettes Personal. Es ist überall wirklich sauber. Der Pool hat eine ausreichende Größe, wenn man lieber im Meer schwimmt, könnt ihr das innerhalb von 5 Minuten über eine etwas längere Treppe erreichen. Ein sehr schöner Weg, da er an den Klippen herab führt. Ihr habt einen unfassbar weiten Blick, welcher im Sonnenuntergang am schönsten ist. Das Hotel hat mehrere Rückzugsorte. Schön ist auch, dass es ein Adults only Hotel ist, also zum Entspannen wirklich das Beste, denn hier ist es immer ruhig, nirgendwo Party oder Action. Abends sind zwar kleine Veranstaltungen, aber in einer angemessenen Länge. Ich empfehle euch noch ein Auto zu mieten und die Küste zu erkunden und dort ein bisschen zu wandern. Und eine Bootstour solltet ihr machen, sehr beeindruckend.

Ein sehr großes tolles Hotel mit großzügig eingerichteten Zimmern und und guter Lage. Bei der Lage sollte man allerdings darauf achten, dass das Hotel nicht direkt am Strand liegt, sondern darüber. Man muss erst einige Stufen nach unten gehen, um ans Meer zu gelangen. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, kommt vor allem beim Rückweg ins Schwitzen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bei der Buchung eines Zimmers mit seitlichem Meerblick, kann es aber sein, dass man wirklich nur sehr wenig vom Meer zu Gesicht bekommt. Abendessen war sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet - hier wurde jeder fündig. Der Außenpool bietet genügend Liegen, allerdings waren wir auch zur Nebensaison hier. In der Hauptsaison könnte es eng werden. Das Wasser des Indoorpools hätte gerne etwas wärmer sein dürfen. Es werden viele tolle Aktivitäten und Ausflüge angeboten.

Probabilmente in alta stagione sicuramente molto caotico essendo una struttura molto grande. È per questo che preferisco i periodi di bassa stagione come in questa vacanza per godere di tutti i servizi con tutta tranquillità.
Il tutto ad un prezzo vantaggiosissimo!!

O café da manhã já tem o pastel de nata em miniatura... embora precise de aperfeiçoar a receita - mas é de louvar a tentativa- há que continuar. Boa. Parabéns hotel, por tentar corresponder às expectativas do cliente. Este apontamento é para responder a outro cliente. Se tem interesse procure a minha descrição pormenorizada que fiz anteriormente. Sim é um óptimo local com um novo conceito tal como descrevi à pouco é de realçar que tem uma aplicação onde tomamos conhecimento das atividades da semana o que nos possibilita gerir as atividades da nossa eleição. Wunderschönes Hotel, kein Hochhaus-Baustil, sondern je nachdem welcher Hotelflügel maximal 3/4 Etagen. Großzügige Zimmeraufteilung, sehr komfortabel, Kingsize Betten!, Balkon...super Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet bei HP. Extrem zufrieden, kommen sicher ein 4. mal in UNSER HOTEL.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We went all inclusive and after reading mixed reviews of "all inclusive" experiences, we weren't quite sure what we were going to get. We couldn't have been happier with the the Tui team at the Blue Falesia. On arrival, we were met with a welcome drink and a run down of what we needed to know. At every stage the staff were friendly, helpful, always smiling and making us feel genuinely at home. The food selection was vast, something to suit everyone including vegetarians and vegans. With alcohol, they offered some traditional cocktails, as well as nice wines, and San Miguel beer. I had heard rumours that often hotels offered "own brand" or "watered down" drinks, but we didn't find this to be the case at all. They were generous, often strong drinks full of flavour. There was a pool bar (also serving snacks throughout the day if you miss the set meal times, offering things such as burgers, salads, ice creams) where you can get drinks and sit inside, or out on the deck (with partial sea view). Or there is a more formal bar inside, with comfy armchairs as well as decking with rattan chairs overlooking the pool. There are two pools, inside and out. The outside pool at this time (October) was very very cold, so if you're after warmer water temperatures make sure you go in season. The inside pool was a bit warmer, alongside a sauna, steam room and showers. On top of these amenities there was also a gym, spa (offering salon treatments such as massages/facials/waxing) price wise about 70 euros for a traditional massage. For exercise, there is a gym, fitness classes and a tennis court all included in the all inclusive price. We played tennis for most of the week as well as joined in with some yoga. This hotel is also adult only, which make it very quiet and relaxing, allowing us to meet some really lovely couples. There was a real range of ages at this hotel. We are a late 20's couple, but there was a really nice mix of people. The rooms were lovely and spacious, with a HUGE bed, armchairs, walk in shower, fridge, air con and balcony (with table and chairs outside). For out-of-hotel activities, the beach is about a 10-15 min walk from the hotel. The closest staircase to the sea (private beach) is a few mins walk up the road. It's a lovely decked staircase but there are quite a lot of steps! However there are benches on the way and the most amazing views. You can then walk round (over rocks) to the proper beach which stretches for miles. Here you can hire a lounger on the beach and there is a bar. We didn't go to this though so not sure on prices. The TUI team gave us a welcome chat when we first arrived letting us know all the activities that we could book and offered ideas of trips, restaurants and bars which was really helpful in finding our way around. We visited a local bar which had an on-site art gallery in the bar (the owners sell their own art), and they had a pool table and huge list of drinks. We then booked a cave and dolphin tour which was about 35 euros each, and was 2 hours. This gave us an hour of going into caves and then we had an hour or so finding dolphins. Very hit and miss but we did manage to see them! Was amazing but didn't have very much time to really enjoy before we had to head back in. We also booked paddle boarding where we travelled through many coves and caves and was a brilliant way to see the hidden beaches and caves. Finally, we also did the Wine Tasting experience within the hotel, this was really good fun, gave us a taste of Portuguese wine and snacks. This was really nicely laid out and only 8 euros per person. Finally, on departure, we were told out check out was 12pm, however we were told we could remain all day at the hotel until our evening transfer. We were given a key to the luggage room and then access to the departure lounge which allowed us to shower and refreshen up before we left. We felt so looked after and loved our whole experience, hugely recommend.

Fantastisch hotel. Blue fit en Blue app zijn geniaal. Heel kwalitatief hotel. Personeel van het hotel zijn top. Tui personeel quasi steeds aanwezig. Buffetten zijn schitterend. Gezonde voeding steeds aanwezig als je wil. Ligging is geniaal. Mijn mooiste verlof ooit ! Een echte aanrader. Heb er geen woorden voor ! Het was puur genieten.

Estuvimos 3 parejas a principios de Octubre y solamente puedo definirlo como "totalmente recomendable". Es la primera vez que hemos estado en un hotel "solo adultos" y ha merecido la pena, muchísima tranquilidad. Tienen un montón de actividades con monitores, aunque no nos dio tiempo a realizar ninguna). Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la cama enorme, todo muy bien equipado. El buffet bastante variado y el restaurante a la carta perfecto. En cuanto a la localización del hotel, si buscas tranquilidad, es perfecto, al lado de una playa preciosa para relajarse. Nos encantaría repetir.

Hotel tranquilo y muy confortable. Es la cuarta vez que repito y cada vez me gusta más. Se van superando año tras año. Paz y tranquilidad en todos los espacios al ser un hotel solo para adultos. El personal es profesional, eficiente y entrañable. La comida responde a los estándares de calidad y dieta sana.
Las habitaciones y baños, son modernos, limpios y confortables.
Restaurante PETISCO a la carta, experiencia de alta cocina.
Por todo ello y mucho más, felicito al Director y Personal del hotel por su labor y dedicación.

Wir sind das erste Mal in Portugal und hier im blue Falesia. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Es gab noch ein langschlaefer Frühstück, danach konnten wir auf unser Zimmer welches wir sehr schön fanden. Das Buffet für Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr reichhaltig!! Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Because they allow CATS in the outdoor eating area and let people at tables feed them from dishes that are for customers to eat off. If you like cats great my wife is terrified of them.

This was an adult only hotel. You must be 18 or over. Strange having no kids around. Loads of sun beds around a very large pool area. But
you do need to get down reasonably early if you want an umbrella. All inclusive or half board. Breakfast and evening meal are carvery. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. Dinner was the same, but felt the quality of the food was not great. But you would always find something to eat.
Live entertainment every night. Large bar and outside verenda to sit and relax away the evenings. Room very spacious, very clean. Hotel supply fresh water to drink every 3 days.
Staff very friendly (do tip them, they are paid pittens). Pool is large, outside jacuzzi, tennis court and a day bed which you should try.
Everything in hotel can be checked or booked on the Tui App. About 10 minute walk to outside pubs and restaurants.

Tolles Hotel mit richtig gutem Essen und sehr freundlichem Personal! Besonders die lokalen Speisen kann ich sehr empfehlen. Um zum Strand zu kommen, sollte man jedoch recht gut zu Fuß sein, um dorthin zu gelangen sind einige Treppenstufen zu bewältigen (Steilküste halt), aber man wird mit einem bzw. zwei tollen und sauberen Stränden belohnt. Von hier kann man mit dem Auto auch prima die Umgebung erkunden. In der Nachsaison überwiegt hier die ältere Kundschaft.

Estuve a primeros de octubre con unos amigos en el hotel y es un remanso de paz y amabilidad.
La comida es variada y sabrosa, y el trato del personal exquisito.
Cierto es que si quieres marcha no la encuentras pero en eso consiste, en ir a descansar y relajarte, y si quieres ambiente o marcha tienes La Albufeira a 15 minutos en taxi.
Destacar la variedad y calidad de las bebidas y siempre puedes probar el licor de medroño.
La filosofía del hotel persigue la calma y está enfocado a un cliente más que adulto, senior.
Claramente volveré y quiero agradecer a todo el personal del hotel su amabilidad.

Lovely Hotel, very clean, spacious and staff work very hard for you.
Shame they don't stop people reserving sunbeds and smoking around the pool. Also surprised as this is a blue hotel that smoking seems to be allowed in the rooms/balconies.
Reserving a room using the app does seem hit and miss as we booked our room back in May yet we didnt get the room and wasn't even mentioned at check in.
Meal times are very busy in the restaurant and waiters can be a bit too kean to clear plates. We stayed half board and whilst we expect to pay more for drinks we found drinks to be rather expensive, €2 for a very small stubby bottle of water, €3 for 3cl of san miguel. We were told men have to wear long trousers in the restaurant which is fair enough and have no problem with that, but then please enforce this rule or dont bother as every night some people were in pool/swim wear.
Very nice hotel and for us just a few niggles, and maybe too busy a hotel for us to able to return.

Zdecydowanie polecam!!! Cisza i spokój, wspaniałe jedzenie, niezwykle miła obsługa oraz piękny i bardzo czysty hotel. Dodatkowym atutem jest plaża. Po siedmiodniowym, tegorocznym pobycie, zarezerwowaliśmy z żoną kolejny urlop już za rok w tym samym miejscu, tym razem na 11 dni:)

Hotel ist schon recht teuer dafür bekommt man aber gut was geboten. Preis über TUI ist allerdings vieeel zu hoch. Haben über Nordotel einen guten Preis gezahlt.

Unser Aufenthalt hier, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auf Zack. Es gibt eine große Auswahl am Buffet -auch für Allergiker oder Vegetarier/Veganer- , also für jeden etwas dabei! Im All-Inclusive Paket war ein Abend im A-la-carte Restaurant und ein Barbecue inklusive. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sauber.
Wir waren positiv überrascht von allem und würden dort wieder Urlaub machen!

The hotel is very clean and staff are extremely helpful.
The food is good with a great choice of cakes/puddings.
The down side was the evening as there are not enough seats to watch the show so we had to go to nearby hotel Porto bay and watched a brilliant jazz band.
The entertainment in our hotel was poor, some singers didn't have good vocals and the choice of songs was a bit dated.
The lifts were not cleaned regularly as there was sand at the sides.
Bedroom maids cleaning was in consistent for example my dressing gown was one day on chair another thrown onto bedside unit, on a good day neatly placed on the bed.
Also they don't replenish milk and coffee in the room every day.
All in all it is a lovely hotel but it's the little touches that make the difference

The property itself is nice. We have a spacious room and clean bathroom. They have 2 pools, an indoor and outdoor pool. We spent most of our time in the outfoor pool. It is an adults only place so its pretty quiet and people pretty much kept to themsleves. I would say the place has older adults though so if youre looking for nightlife, you might be better off in Lagos. The place is relaxing which is what we need at that time after several days of sightseeing.

Lovely modern hotel that is great for a relaxing holiday. Rooms were fresh and clean. Staff very polite all over the hotel. The food was good too with plenty of options. Entertainment was satisfactory but nothing special. (The Grooveline Rockband deserve a special mention for their excellent lively and entertaining show which was the highlight of the week's entertainment! )

Top Hotel mit sehr abwechslungsreichen Sportprogramm mit motivierenden Trainern beginnend mit morgendlichen Übungen im Yogaareal. Sehr ansprechendes Buffet morgens und abends. Nur leichte i- Tüpfelchen als Kritik. Z.B. schöne Sauna, aber ohne Aufgussmittel, oder ansprechende Aussenterrasse beim Restaurant, aber selten ohne Wartezeit zu nutzen. Immer freie Liegen zu finden.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen!
Es wird immer darauf hingewiesen vor Ort Missstände zu reklamieren.
Gesagt, getan....nur interessiert es wohl kaum jemanden.
Wir hatten wiederholt den penetranten Gestank im Zimmer reklamiert sowie ein verstopftes Waschbecken, keine Chance!
Zudem wird offensichtlich streng gespart, noch nie so ein eintöniges Buffett erlebt.
Die Motivation zur Animation war nicht vorhanden, abends kann man nur zeitige Bettruhe empfehlen, total tote Hose.
Fazit: Nach 30 Jahren Reisen, wohl das überflüssigste Urlaubserlebnis!

Vraiment de superbes vacances!
L'accueil, la gentillesse et l'efficacité de tout le personnel dès notre arrivée. Les repas variés avec beaucoup de choix, bien présentés et très alléchants. Félicitations aux chefs et personnel de cuisine! L'emplacement magnifique sur les falaises avec une très jolie promenade par des escaliers pour accéder à la plage (il faut éliminer les calories des délicieux repas ;-) ). La propreté de tout l'hôtel. L'aménagement, la propreté et le soin des extérieurs, des jardins, abords de la piscine... Les petits coins tranquilles un peu partout. Les délicieux cocktails et autres servis dans de jolis verres et bien présentés même en all-in. L'excellente organisation afin de rendre ces vacances inoubliables (par exemple la file très rapide afin d'avoir une place à l'extérieur est un très bon moyen de gérer les tables). J'oublie certainement des choses à dire car le moindre détail est pensé pour satisfaire les clients.
Seuls deux améliorations peuvent être faites :
- La piscine est vraiment très froide même en plein mois d'août (le vent refroidit l'eau) et très peu de personnes s'y baignent. C'est vraiment dommage quand on voit l'entretien et le soin apportés à la piscine. Peut-être envisager des panneaux solaires afin de la chauffer.
- La ventilation de la piscine intérieure est très bruyante et n'invite donc pas du tout à la relaxation. C'est dommage après un sauna, hammam et/ou un soin de ne pas avoir une piscine plus zen, moins bruyante et avec par exemple un fond sonore relaxant.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good location. Food is great (buffet, bbq and a la carte) The walk down to the beach (by stairs and then rocks) was a bit of a struggle, it's probably easier to walk through the village to reach the beach. All inclusive formula recommended. No kids, nice and quiet. Entertainment is not the best but it didn't bother us. We had a very nice stay.

The Tui Blue falesia olhos d 'agua portugal hotel is magnificent, the location is very good. The hotel staff, was very friendly. the buffet is spectacular has everything, and a lot of variety, they even changed every day, the cleaning service was excellent. the spacious room, overlooking the sea, a large and very comfortable bed. The tennis Court available every day and free. the other restaurant very nice with a magnificient dinner. the waiters very attentive and friendly. The barbecue dinner was excellent. It is a wonderful hotel, I it's the third time i go to that hotel, I recommend it 100%.

Just returned from this amazing holiday hotel. My husband and I could not fault the food. (I am a vegetarian and found a range of excellent quality food to choose from.)
I am extremely fussy about cleanliness. This hotel was spotless!
The huge beds were very comfortable, bathroom modern and spacious.
The one thing that stood out was the friendliness of ALL staff. Nothing was too much trouble!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone that requires an adults only hotel, that enjoys peace and quite with beautiful surroundings.

Es un hotel increíble, por su ubicación, por sus instalaciones, el personal que es súper amable y atento, su comida de calidad y variada. Además tienen un restaurante a la carta, disponible para una cena si estás en régimen todo incluido, ¡Y se cena de maravilla!.

Fantastyczne miejsce.
(...dopiero teraz mam chwilę aby uzupełnić wrażenia z pobytu a są bardzo pozytywne....) Zdecydowanie polecam wszystkim, którzy chcą odpocząć w spokoju i chillout-owej atmosferze. Zadbany basen i ogród jak również taras przy barze temu sprzyjają . Pyszne jedzenie a kolacja w O Petisco dopełnia wrażenie. Miła i życzliwa obsługa, dość duże, ładne, czyste i zadbane pokoje sprzątane bardzo dokładnie codziennie. I ten widok na ocean, choć ponad basenem.... A Team Tui Blue z zawsze uśmiechniętą Panią Sandrą na czele robi wspaniałą robotę. A butelka szampana w pokoju na urodziny żony bardzo mile zaskoczyła. Osobiście dziękujemy Pani Sandro... Z przyjemnością tu wrócimy.

The hotel itself is phenomenal. It is an adult hotel so you really do relax. The facilities are clean and the service is excellent! The food are amazing you can never go wrong. Beverages is the most exquisite never been in an all inclusive that they do not use draft alcohol this the place to be. The sub-director Javier is very friendly, the tui blue guides are very attentive Sandra and Suely thank you for all the staff for being great with us. The receptionists, the bars and restaurants all the staff has been wonderful to us. The rooms are clean our housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job to make our rooms comfortable. Facilities and activities are great. We would come back again, we are in all inclusive package and its truly worth it. Thank you so much!

He vuelto a pasar mis vacaciones de verano en este maravilloso hotel y sigo encantada con todo: la amabilidad de todos los empleados, la limpieza y la confortabilidad de todas las instalaciones, la buena calidad y la variedad del buffet, las bebidas de primera calidad, el gimnasio bien equipado, las saunas nuevas y la piscina cubierta, así como el jacuzzi de la piscina interior, y por supuesto el jardín atlántico cuidado con muy buen gusto y sus miradores de madera que invitan al relax.
También valoro mucho la ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto de Faro y de Albufeira, ideal para realizar excursiones por toda la región de Algarve.
Quería tener una mención especial para Mónica, Manuel y Welinton, unos camareros tan amables y delicados que consiguen hacer más dulces las vacaciones.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön, verfügt über ein schönes Außengelände und tolle Zimmer. Der Strand ist wunderschön, allerdings muss man einige Treppen hinabsteigen. Die Küche ist reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Besonderes Lob verdient das Personal, das nach einen verpassten Flug aufgrund unseres Verschulden ihr bestes gaben und uns spontan für eine weitere Nacht ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellten. Sogar bei der Buchung eines ersatz Fluges wurde uns geholfen. Der Ausflug nach Lisabon ist übrigens sehr empfehlenswert. Fünf Sterne voll verdient! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Wir besuchen derzeit die Honeymoon Suite in diesem Hotel (Flitterwochen) und sind absolut begeistert!
Zur Begrüßung lag eine handgeschriebene Karte und Sekt zur Gratulation.
Das Zimmer (Meerblick) ist schön und gepflegt!
Es gibt wechselndes, sehr gutes und hoch qualitatives Essen (Süßkartoffelkuchen - torta de batata doce, ein absoluter Traum!).
Ebenfalls gibt es jeden Tag etwas neues. Ja, das Fleisch/der Fisch ist ab und zu gleich - aber immer in einer anderen Kombi!
Ich esse jeden Tag einige Teller und ich kann trotzdem nicht alles probieren.
Sehr viel Auswahl, aber frisch! Die meisten Gerichte werden vor den Augen frisch zubereitet.
Besonders lobend ist auch die "gesunde Ecke" wie Low Carb und Vegan!
Auch hier schmeckt alles!
Der Orangensaft ist frisch gepresst und hat nicht mehr Wasser/Eis als einige hier behaupten.
Es gibt morgens auch noch andere frische Fruchtgetränke (Smoothies).
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und allgemein ist es ebenfalls schön dekoriert und auch sehr gemütlich!
Einige vom Personal können sehr gut Deutsch, wer aber Englisch kann, kann sich mit allen unterhalten.
Die Umgebung/Lage ist ebenfalls ein Traum!
Von mir und meinem Mann gibt es daher definitiv verdiente (!) 5 ⭐️!
Es waren (sind gerade noch) sehr schöne Flitterwochen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!

Chambre Spacieuse avec très grand lit, un balcon avec table et deux fauteuils et plateaux de courtoisie rechargé tout les 3 jours. Grande salle de bain, avec douche, wc et bidet, le savon douche est à disposition. Tout est très propre.

Fabulous hotel the first Tui Blue and Adults Only hotel we have been to. Would certainly recommend. Rooms were lovely and everywhere spotlessly clean.
Great facilities and we took part in a couple of the exercise classes which were good and used the gym.
Enjoyed the indoor pool sauna and steam room.
Food was very good, lots of choice. I am gluten free and the staff even took me around restaurant first night to explain the labels on each dish. Also had separate gluten free bread, cereal and cake along with toaster for Gluten free bread only.
Hotel had really calm atmosphere and all the staff were amazing could not do enough for you. Lots of lovely touches from a wonderful Tui Team

The resort is perfect. The quality of service, room and food are truely amazing. Even if it was fully booked we didnt feel crowded and enjoyed a perfect week away. Falesia beach is short wolk away through steps, absolutely worth the efort. We did all-inclusive but there are plenty of shops and restaurants around if you want to go HB. We will definitely be back.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage oberhalb des Meeres. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und bieten auch genügend Platz. Es gab eine tägliche Reinigung. Die Matratzen in den Betten sind sehr komfortabel, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Das Bad und auch die Dusche ist schön groß. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut, es gibt Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet, manchmal war das Essen leider nur lauwarm, aber es wurde stets frisch zubereitet. Die Kellner im Speisesaal waren alle sehr bemüht und immer freundlich. Vom Garten der Hotelanlage hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik und den Strand Praia da Falesia mit seinen atemberaubenden Felsformationen und Farben.

Wir waren Ende Februar da und die Anlage war perfekt wir haben am folge Tag erst erfahren das es sich um eine Wiedereröffnung handelt.
Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich.
Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen (selbst für Veganer/Vegetarier war extra eine Ecke eingerichtet)
Da wir schon im Februar da waren und es noch relativ leer war, kann ich mir vorstellen das in der Hauptsaison es zu einer Schlange Bzw Stau an der Kochinsel kommen kann.
Ansonsten war alles rundum perfekt

Stayed in the Tui Blue Falesia from 2nd to 5th April. My wife and I were checked in by Diogo, a lovely efficient gentleman on our arrival. The layout of the hotel and all mealtimes were given and we got checked in early as I had requested prior to our arrival.Really nice rooms, huge bed, excellent shower and large balcony with quality furniture on it. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone as it is spotlessly clean, food is good, rooms are great and the pool area was large with no rush for sunbeds. Good gym, indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The steam room and sauna were not up to much thoughFree return shuttle to Algarve shopping centre from front door. I could not believe how quiet Olhas de Agua was during Easter week, lively enough during the day but really quiet at night.Ate at Pickwicks Tavern twice, nice wholesome food and tea/coffee. However on our last day we discovered Restaurant Cabrita and were sorry we did not discover it earlier. Would highly recommend their food and house wine all at very reasonable prices.If you are after a quiet holiday with no screaming kids then the Tui Blue Falesia is for you and I would go back to it in a heartbeat. It’s a pity they don’t heat the beautiful outdoor pool which looks so inviting but is absolutely freezing.Thank you Tui Blue for a wonderful short break.

Excelente hotel em todos os aspeto: limpeza, alimentação, com alternativas inovadoras para vegans, vegetarianos e em geral para os amantes da gastronomia e em especial as atividades do Bluefit (atividades do ginásio e também outdoor) com especial ênfase para o profissionalismo e simpatia dos professores, Bruno, Joana e a outra professora). Apenas um senão, a sala do banho turco que não se encontra terminada e por isso não conseguimos usufruir durante a semana e a sauna, com uma temperatura a rondar os 30 graus, apesar de marcar (fora) os 90°. De resto, uma experiência verdadeiramente a repetir. Parabéns a todo o staff.

A lovely hotel on the cliff top overlooking beautiful beaches and close to the village centre. The rooms were very spacious and clean with huge beds and shower. Well tendered gardens and lots of choice on the breakfast and evening buffet. Fantastic indoor pool and spa area too. Restaurants and cafes within 15 min stroll.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt wirklich gut gefallen! Wir haben eine Woche im Hotel und der Umgebung aufgehalten. Das Hotel überzeugt mit Stil und einer schönen Anlage an Klippen direkt am Meer. Am besten hat und der wunderschöne Strand und die Buchten entlang der roten Sandsteinklippen gefallen, die man über eine Außentreppe (viele Stufen) erreicht. Bei Ebbe gelangt man auch entlang des Strandes zur Promenade des Ortes Olhos dAgua. Hier gibt ein paar gute Restaurants und kleine Läden. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber (überall gibt es Desinfektionsspender) und das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die modernen Zimmer sind schön und funktional gestaltet (guter Wlan-Empfang, riesiges bequemes Bett) und verfügen über Balkone mit Ausblick auf Garten/Meer. Der Außenpool war noch zu kalt, aber wir haben den beheizten kleinen Innenpool + Whirlpool und die kleine Sauna genutzt. Es gibt jeden Tag Ausflüge und Sportkurse, über die man via App, Touchpad in der Lobby und Hotelchannel informiert wird. Wir waren aber meist mit unserem Mietwagen auf eigenen Entdeckungstouren entlang der Algarve. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ist sehr gut bestückt, aber auch die größte Auswahl verliert nach ein paar Tagen den Zauber. Ein paar Speisen sind zu trocken oder zu wenig gewürzt, aber die meisten Speisen sind gut zubereitet. Das Hotel ist vor allem für Paare geeignet, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

We have take a room with seaview, wonderfull to see the sea and (red) cliffs from your room. And see the sun coming up, wonderfull. The breakfest and diner were very good and tasty. Im Juni/ Juli 2017 freuten wir uns auf unsere Hochzeitsreise in diesem Land, in diesen Hotel "genießen" zu können! Doch leider, war dieser Urlaub in dem Hotel, alles andere als zu genießen! Kein Conciegre der dir die Koffer abnahm! Das Zimmermädchen flog nur durchs Zimmer, da nenne ich Sauberkeit was anderes! Die Minibar mit gerade mal 3 Softgetränken wurde nur 2 mal die Woche aufgefüllt! Der Pool schien nur zur Deko, denn zum abkühlen waren die Temperaturen im Pool zu eisig, man holt sich ja den Tot ! Über einen beheizbaren Pool sollte man dringendst nachdenken! Das Essen war soweit lecker doch muss man denn alles Durch braten? ! Für al in musste man jedes zweite Getränk zahlen, das kennen wir nicht so! Al in ist al in, da hat man doch mehr auswahl als nur ein Rot-, Weiß- und ein Rosewein, eine Sorte Bier sowie eine Sorte Sekt, ...
Meine Liste ist noch unendlich, aber ...
Wir haben vor Ort auch mit der Managerin gesprochen, doch viel geholfen hat es nichts! Verständlich man kann das Hotel auch nicht von heute auf morgen auf einen Schlag verändern! Am schönsten von der Hochzeitreise, war das Land an sich und nur aus diesem Grund werden mein Mann und ich wieder kommen, aber nicht mehr in dieses Hotel!!!

Het beste hotel wat ik ooit gezien heb. Heel vriendelijk personeel, ruime en schone kamers, heel lekker eten, ruim assortiment. Elke avond is er entertainment maar op de kamers merk je hier niks van. Je kan hier ook genieten van de wellness en gaan fitnessen. Er worden ook trips georganiseerd. Dit is een heel mooi hotel gelegen op de rand van de kliffen, als je hier de trappen naar beneden neemt komt je op een rustig strand. Zeker de moeite hier!

Großes ü18 Hotel in grandioser und Lage an den beeindruckenden charakteristischen Pine Cliffs. Zugang zu den öffentlichen Stränden über verschiedene Treppen.
Pool für die Größe des Hotels für mein
Empfinfen zu klein aber nie zu voll. Weitläufige, sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Palmenbestand.
Weitläufige, helle und luftige moderne Lobby mit Rezeption.
Klimatisierte Zimmer mit modernem Standard und mit sehr unterschiedlichen Blickwinkeln Richtung Atlantik. Ordentlich, gepflegt ohne Wow Effekt aber mit Kingsize Betten und recht großem Bad.
Speiseangebot sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich mit Höhen und Tiefen.
Personal von freundlich und aufmerksam bis leicht genervt wirkend.
Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen gut. Die Toiletten im Pool-Bar- und Lobbybereich lassen jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Einige Schlösser funktionieren nicht, alles wirkt ein wenig vernachlässigt. Insbesondere die Toiletten der Poolbar stinken abends.
Fazit : nicht ganz umgesetztes Sensimar - Konzept , vieles wirkt noch ein wenig wie gewollt und nicht gekonnt. Zumindest das durchweg mehrsprachige und fleißige Personal erfüllt mMn allerdings die geforderte Qualität vollauf.

Wat een hotel! Een ganse belevenis er te mogen logeren. De chef heeft een goede groep in zijn keuken en de gerechten zijn heel lekker. Er is voldoende keuze voor iedereen en alles is vers.
Het hotelpersoneel spreekt diverse talen en kan je altijd helpen in geval van nood. De kamers zijn verzorgd en voorzien van airco. Het buitenzwembad is mooi aangelegd en word goed onderhouden

We loved this hotel. We stayed for a week in August. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and asked for a bottle of bubbly for our anniversary to be left in our room and we had two given us over the course of the week! The food was lovely, although if you were there for two weeks might get a bit samey (but hey, you're not cooking!). Only improvement I would suggest is more bar staff of an evening, though that's the same for the bars down in the village.

Sehr große, schöne Zimmer mit sehr geräumiger Dusche (riesiger Regenduschen-Duschkopf) und großem Balkon. Unser Bett war unverhältnismäßig groß und sehr bequem. Alles sehr sauber.
Riesige Auswahl an den Buffets. Uns hat das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt und es war von allem immer reichlich vorhanden.Auch hier alles sauber und ansprechend.
Der Strand ist herrlich, man kann sehr weit entlang laufen, obwohl er nicht problemlos zu erreichen ist.
W-Lan funktioniert im Haus sehr gut, im sehr großen Garten teilweise.
Negativ, und deshalb nur vier Sterne: Wir haben festgestellt dass wir als all inclusive Kunden im Restaurant und der Bar nicht so zuvorkommend bedient wurden wie die Gäste, die bezahlten.
Das zweite Glas Wein beim Essen wurde nicht gebracht, Bedienung bediente die zahlenden Gäste und schaute demonstrativ an uns vorbei. Nicht nur einmal, sondern immer wieder.
Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett, vom Zimmermädchen bis zu den Kellnern.Besonders nett, schnell,aufmerksam und freundlich war die stets gut gelaunte Dame an der Pool Bar.
Adults only Hotel. Herrlich ruhig.Auch nicht ständig Musikberieselung, sehr erholsam!

Hotel is clean and reception staff very professional. Rooms are big with nice facilities. Unfortunately the place is let down by very rude, unpleasant and not very professional waiters and bartenders (not all of them but most)Luck of standards is very obvious looking at team members. At least food is good. If you don't mind awful hospitality service please book ASAP!!!

This has been one of the most relaxing holidays my wife and have had. From our arrival the management and staff have made us very welcome and at ease. The rooms are very good and the hotel in general hosts a high standard of excellence. We would recommend the Sensimar Falesia in a heartbeat. Congratulations to all the hotel for making our stay special.

Mi esposa y yo llevamos yendo de vacaciones a esa zona unos diecisiete año, durante los cuales hemos estado en distintos establecimientos hoteleros. En las instalaciones que actualmente ocupa el Hotel Sensimar, estuvo el Riu Palace durante diez años durante los cuales acudimos todos esos años, incluso en alguno de ellos hemos repetido la estancia en dos ocasiones en la misma temporada, siendo nuestra experiencia muy satisfactoria. Después de la profunda remodelación realizada por la nueva dirección, hemos visitado este hotel el pasado año y repetido en este y queremos manifestar nuestra más sincera felicitación por los días tan agradables que hemos pasado, deseando poder disponer de otras vacaciones para de seguro volver a visitarles.

Tolles Hotel, leider mit mittelmäßigem Essen. Abwechslungslos und qualitativ eher auf dem Niveau eines 3* Massenabfertigungshotel. Qualität der Zimmerausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und der Service zuvorkommend. Auch die Lage ist sensationell. Es fehlt hier und da etwas Herz und Detailliebe um ein wirklich sehr gutes Hotel, welches nicht auf Luxusgäste abzielt, zu werden.

Auf unserer Rundreise durch Portugal haben wir hier eine gute Woche verbracht - der Service und das Hotel sind außergewöhnlich, man bekommt wirklich viel geboten für sei Geld. Besonders gefallen hat mir die sehr zurückhaltende Animation - man hat immer wieder Angebote, allerdings kommt kein Party-Cluburlaub auf. sehr zu empfehlen ist die Halbpension, Frühstück und Abendessen sind hervorragend und runden das Erlebnis wie den Urlauber ideal ab.

Heerlijk hotel waar je je meteen thuis voelt.Schone kamer met badjassen. Dagelijks werden er nieuwe waterflessen en koffie op de kamer bijgevuld De buffetten waren erg goed. Super lekker eten! Het personeel aardig en attent. Mooi aangelegde tuin en zwembad. Ook de massage in de welness was heerlijk. Auto gehuurd maar ook dichtbij een mooi groot strand met leuke beach club. Een aanrader voor een ontspannen vakantie!

Stayed one week with my wife. Every thing was excellent, the food, personal the room and location. The promenade a long the beach or on the cliffs trail to Vilamoura were fantastic.
