Hotel situated along the river. Unfortunately no view from room. Staff all very helpful. We like walking, but it is quite a walk into town and the bus service was not very frequent or on time. Nice breakfast.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Po drugiej stronie ulicy jest helikopter do wynajęcia i jest to chyba najlepsza atrakcja turystyczna w Porto. Hotel oferuje dobrą kuchnię, a noclegi nie wiem, bo tylko tutaj jadłem. Tanio nie jest, ale jak ktoś jest w pobliżu, to można zajść i zobaczyć.

Ein schöner ehemaliger Bahnhof, der zu einem modernen Hotel umgebaut wurde. Supermarkt direkt nebendran. Frühstück war qualitativ hochwertig. Die Stadtmitte erreicht man zu Fuß in 15-20min jedoch teilweise über recht steile Straßen. Schöne Aussicht vor dem Hotel.

Personal muy amable pero deben mejorar el mantenimiento ya que hubo fallos en la climatización, en el desagüe del lavabo y en las persianas. Tratándose de una suite entiendo que el personal de habitaciones debería informar. La insonorización es otra asignatura pendiente. Por lo demás está muy bien situado.

This is a good hotel. The building is amazing with a wonderful rooftop bar which is great for sunsets. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices in a beautiful Art Deco style room and overall good value. I gave 4 stars because the high expectations set based on the photos were not fully met, especially as our room was not perfectly clean (lots of dust highlighted by the great lighting) and partly worn down. The location is good although a little far to walk to the city center. We would consider staying here again. The staff were wonderful too.

Be careful! We did not get the confirmed standard ! They recommended a restaurant 5 Oceans which was a real tourist-trap. The fish was cut at the table and ended up as baby-food!

Thoroughly enjoyed 2 nights stay, the food in restaurant very good and breakfast outstanding.
Perfectly located with tram stop outside for sightseeing and supermarket 5 mins walk away. Had expected to be able to use roof terrace (weather was exceptional for February) but terrace closed which great shame.

Hotel un poco apartado del centro pero a la orilla del Duero. En un paseo estás en el puente de Luis I. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Bañera enorme. Desayuno muy bueno y completo. Personal amable. Tuvimos un problema importante con la habitación y nos la cambiaron sin problema pero ocasionándonos la molestia de tener que trasladarnos. Recomiendo.

Le stationnement devant lHotel / hors parking couvert, nous avait été proposé gratuitement a l’arrivée, puis on nous a demandé 10€/jour à notre départ..en nous disant que les règles étaient differentes le 1er février. ! Dommage

The hotel is in a great location set in an historic building right by the river. The rooms are well designed and have everything you need. What really set this place apart was the exceptional level service from the staff who were attentive, responsive and truly made you feel that nothing was too much to ask. In particular Marta, who runs reception, went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and we had everything we needed. Not only that but the hotel restaurant does excellent food, in particular the daily lunch menu, which is amazing value and quality. We'll definitely be back.

Gorgeous interior design and great attention to detail. The staff were sweet. Good location as well (right around the corner from the tram museum) and you could walk to the Ribeira from here. Sadly didn't get to try the breakfast everyone's talking about as we had an early flight but next time. ;)

Mit dem Vincci Porto haben wir das für uns schönste Hotel der Stadt gefunden.
Die Lage am Douro-Ufer mit eigener Tiefgarage ist perfekt.
Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich Haltestellen der historischen Trambahn und von modernen Stadtbussen, die einen direkt ins Zentrum von Porto bringen. Wer möchte, kann auch vom gegenüberliegenden Heliport zu einem Rundflug starten.
Die Lage außerhalb der von Touristen überlaufenen Altstadt ist angenehm ruhig und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig zum Flughafen und zur Atlantikküste (z.B. Matosinhos und Vila do Conde)gelegen.
Das Hotel ist ein architektonisches Juwel. Das Gebäude erinnert spontan an die bunten Häuser im Art-Deco District in Miami-Beach. Die historische im Art-Deco-Stil erbaute Fischmarkthalle von Massarelos wurde in das 2015 eröffnete Hotel stilsicher integriert.
Die lichtdurchflutete Halle dient heute als stylisch eingerichtete Rezeption und wurde mit mit einer genial integrierten Lounge-Bar im 1.Stock ergänzt. Die Douro-Lounge ist über die umlaufende Empore erreichbar und bietet zu jeder Tageszeit eine interressante Perspektive in die Halle.
Im historischen Teil des Gebäudes, der durch moderne Edelstahl-Tunnel mit den modernen Neubau-Flügeln verbunden ist, befinden sich auch die großen und sehr komfortabel eingerichteten Superior-Zimmer und Suiten des Vincci Hotels.
Die Zimmer sind hell und haben bis zu 3 Fenster, die sich mit einem elektrischen Rollo perfekt verdunkeln lassen. Das Bad hat ebenfalls ein Fenster und verfügt über eine sehr große begehbare Duschkabine.
Das Lichtkonzept ist ideal und die Klimaanlage arbeitet nahezu zugfrei.
Das Superior-Zimmer erfüllt sämtliche Anforderungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotelzimmer.
Die Standard-Zimmer in den Neubauflügeln sind deutlich kleiner doch ebenfalls modern und funktional ausgestattet.
Im historischen Flügel des Hotels befindet sich ein schönes Restaurant im Art-Deco-Stil sowie die Douro Sky Lounge, eine tolle Rooftop-Bar, die atemberaubende Ausblicke auf den Douro, die Stadt und Sonnenuntergänge bietet.
Im Hotelrestaurant Alameda 33 findet auch das Frühstück statt.
Es ist das Beste, das wir jemals in einem portugiesischen Hotel erlebt haben.
Das wunderschöne Ambiente, die große Auswahl an hochwertigen Produkten und vielen portugiesischen Spezialitäten, die dezentrale Präsentation an mehreren Stationen machen das Frühstück zu einem entspannten Erlebnis. Bis auf die wässrigen Fruchtsäfte gab es absolut nichts zu meckern.
Dazu ein aufmerksamer freundlicher Service, der für einen reibungslosen Ablauf beim Frühstück sorgt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals im gesamten Haus ist überdurchschnittlich hoch. So hat das Zimmermädchen nicht nur unserere Nachtwäsche akkurat zusammengefaltet, sondern die Ladekabel für Kamera und Smartphone fachgerecht zusammengerollt - das war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam .
Wir haben das perfekte Hotel für Porto gefunden und werden nicht zögern, es bei unserem nächsten Besuch erneut zu buchen- zumal die Preise in der Nebensaison unschlagbar günstig sind.
Tipp: Falls Ihnen die obligatorische Fahrt mit der historischen Tram gefallen hat, empfehle ich den Besuch des Straßenbahn-Museums direkt neben dem Hotel.

I chose the Vincci Hotel for my short stay in Porto based on the look and style of the hotel plus the many positive reviews I read beforehand.
Good first impression on arrival, greeted at the door and shown to reception where I received a warm, friendly and very professional welcome. Check in process was very quick and efficient.
I was very impressed with my room choice, it was spacious and well laid out and had adequate storage and facilities for a short stay. I particularly liked the very spacious bathroom area, especially the separate shower with its very powerful large rain head.
The bed was very comfortable and overall there was very little noise disturbance from other rooms or outside.
A coffee machine and kettle are provided with coffee pods and teabags but these are not replenished each day which I was a little surprised by.
The bar area is above reception and is very comfortable and stylish with its large semi circular cushion seating. Service from the bar was very friendly and professional with a good choice of beer, wine, cocktails and spirits.
I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant on the first night and the service was very friendly and highly professional. Good range of food choices and the quality, taste and presentation of the food was excellent.
The breakfast buffet was also very good with a wide variety of choices to suit most tastes.
The hotel is located just outside the central part of Porto but you can walk to the Ribeira area within 20 minutes at a steady pace, alternatively you can ride the tram, or a bus, both of which have stops directly outside the hotel.
In the other direction you can walk to Foz do Douro, which takes about an hour or again you can ride the tram or bus from directly outside the hotel.
There a few restaurants and cafes near to the hotel too if you don’t want to venture too far.
Checking out was also very quick and the receptionist helped with calling a taxi to the airport which arrived in minutes.
Overall I was very impressed with this hotel, I like its large open loft style central areas plus the industrial conversion style to the rooms. It’s a very well run hotel, spotlessly clean and all the staff are very friendly, welcoming and highly professional. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the bar and restaurant offer good quality and service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would have no hesitation in staying here if I were to re-visit Porto.

Hotel muito bem localizado, mesmo em frente ao rio Douro, com diferentes possibilidades de passeios a pé nas proximidades. Próximo de transportes públicos e zonas de estacionamento. Os quartos são amplos e modernos, mas muito confortáveis. O restaurante do hotel é muito bem e normalmente não está muito cheio. O bar, no topo de edifício tem uma vista soberba, especialmente em dias de verão.

The service was great - staff very helpful: from receipt of packages prior to my arrival, arranging dinner reservations at a popular local restaurant, printing of documents, up to late check-outs... everything was on point and done with a smile.
They even provided a surprise board of chocolates, fruit and pasteis de nata on the day of my checkout.
Location is great, right on the water... the hotel being an old fish market. Very interesting for those of us that like a bit of history and back story. it’s also quite close to most places that you could walk (though be prepared to trek uphill sometimes)
Breakfast is generous, the selection good, and the quality fine.
The rooms are large, with great natural lighting, and the en suite bathrooms quite large.
I would no doubt recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of going to Porto for the first time, or returning and looking for a better experience!

Aufgrund eines plötzlichen todesfalles eines langjährigen freundes haben mich meine protugisischen freunde nach porto gesandt. da ich sehbehin dert bin, hat meine freundin alles für mich gebucht. der limoservice vom flughafen war hervorragend. das hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. ich kam fast ohne hilfe zurecht. ihre mitarbieter am counter waren sehr sehr hilfsbereit. am besten hat mir der helikopterflug gefallen.ich komme gerne wieder und bitte um mailinfos über günstige angebote.beste grüsse aus hamburg ihre gisela ch. bischoff

Habitación muy confortable y desayuno muy completo. El personal en general muy atentos aunque tuvimos un pequeño problema con los de recepción. Lo peor el impresentable del director del hotel que a raíz del problema sólo quería que no registraramos en las redes en vez de intentar por lo menos disculparse. Aún así recomendable.

Fint men slidt hotel i gåafstand fra centrum.
Hotellet ligger rigtigt godt. Det er muligt at gå ind til centrum, hvis man er rask til bens. Alternativt stopper sporvognen lige ude foran døren. Hotellet er meget flot og lækkert indrettet. Der er desuden en lækker bar på taget, hvor man kan nye udsigten ud over vandet og se sightseeing-helikopteren lette og lande. Desværre er der ikke rigtigt nogen udsigt fra værelserne, der samtidig bygget af billige og dårlige materialer. Vi kunne f.eks. ikke lukke døren ud til badeværelset. Morgenmadsbuffeten er rigtig god og kan klart anbefales.

It's a nice enough hotel but I have to dock two stars. One for location: You have to take a cab to get to downtown Porto. And two for the room: It smelled horrible two days in a row after housekeeping cleaned it. We called the reception to alert them but nothing was done about it.

At first I wasn't too impress with the hotel but one of the employee, Mrs. Margarida F., really help me during my stay in Porto.
I had a bad injury and she helped me to find a wheelchair in Porto and took time to give me good advices for that. Since I didn't speak Portuguese, she even called my next hotel in the South of Portugal to make sure they will have a chair for me at my arrival.
All these attentions made all the difference. Because of the amazing customer, I would go back to Vincci Porto anytime and will recommend it to my friends and family. Thanks again Margarida for your help!

The receptionist's service was the vest part of the hotel as she was very helpful and made our stay in Porto very productive. But the rooms and the Art deco design of the place were also special and unique.

Excellent hotel with a unique vibe and well located. The staff was extremely generous and understanding of the fact my girlfriend broke a leg right before our stay and took excellent care of us. Particularly Margarida Ferreira who went above and beyond our expectations. The hotel also has free parking in front in addition of underground (very spacious). The breakfast selection was vast and excellent. We would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Porto!

O lugar é bom e bonito, mas o cardápio do bar é muito restrito, tem tábua de queijos e frios, pedimos para fazer meio a meio, disseram que não podia! O wi-fi no quarto era fraco, tinha computador no térreo, mas o wi-fi era péssimo, sem condições de usar, faltava tb acesso para cadeirantes na entrada

Le personnel est souriant et très sympathique. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top (au bord du "Rio Douro") et ils disposent dun parking privé au sous sol qu'il faut réserver au préalable. Et heureusement que nous l'avons fait car très peu de places de parking à l'extérieur. La literie est très bonne, mais les chambres sont un peu étroites. Le seul hic pour moi:la vue. Nous nous attendions à avoir une vue sur le "Douro", mais en réalité seul les suites ont cette chance. Toutes les autres chambres mènent sur une cour intérieur qui n'est franchement pas très jolie à regarder. Dommage.

We booked 2 rooms in Porto for 3 adults 1 toddler and 1 baby specifically asking for a confortable set up, whatever the cost. We arrived and were chocked by the view of both rooms: against next building wall ! That is insane considering I did book this hotel for its view on the river. Of course I immediately asked for a swap that they dined with a harsh “No”.
We then asked to the front desk person if they had an area to play for the kids. She directed us to the parking lot in front of the hotel, against a high traffic road.
The regular breakfast room was closed renovation, so we had to take the breakfast in the basement with no view and super cold AC.
Not to forget, I specified on my booking that I would like to have a crib set up in my room. But no crib at check-in so I needed to ask again and again to have it.
We did request to have a room with bathtub that we never got.
The rooms are just basic and with minimal confort level, really far from fancy or design.
The lobby is ok and well decorated but the person that welcomed us at the front desk was cold, even slightlywould rude, and was reluctant to give any advice on the city or the surroundings. I suggest to move that person away from customer contact.
I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
Special thank to a young and helpful luggage boy that try to fix situations when or as he could.

Bien placé (entre la vieille ville et les plages, avec possibilité de trouver des places dans les rues parallèles pour se garer) grands lits, beaucoup de chaînes TV et petit déjeuner varie. Seul hic, difficile d'aérer la partie WC douche qui reste humide.

Un peu à lécart des attraits touristiques mais directement en face du Douro. Le taxi coute environ entre 7 et 9 euros pour se deplacer rapidement dans différents endroits à visiter mais on peut aussi le faire en marchant.

Most of all, the breakfast was amazing with freshly baked bread with various cheese and salami, which didn't get tired at all after 5 days of my stay! This restaurant also opens for lunch, and it's only ~10 euro with appetizer-main-dessert-wine, you shouldn't miss it.
The room is pretty old and can be moist (don't have ventilation - was staying on the first floor), but the breakfast... made me forget everything =p

Hotel muy bonito en la orilla del rio, ubicado en un antiguo almacen de pescados. Muy nuevo moderno y confortable. Personal atento. Habitaciones limpias y amplias. Desayuno abundante. No hay demasados lugares cercanos a pie para salir a tomar algo. Precio un poco elevado.

Bar Vincci. Como sempre só escrevo sobre que experimentei, assim atenção que este meu comentário é só para o bar existente no topo do hotel sendo este num espaço exterior. Local com vistas prevelegiadas sobre o rio Douro, bar descontraído para passar um bocado do dia e atendimento de qualidade, estes foram os principais pontos positivos desta experiência. O lado negativo, o Gin precisa de melhorar assim como o Porto tônico, já bebemos bastante melhor por vários pontos da cidade, quanto aos preços, apesar do espaço que tem sempre um peso importante na avaliação ser positivo as bebidas são algo caras face á qualidade. Ainda assim merece nota elevada pela excelência da vista que proporciona.#LetsGuide

Mau para grupos grandes. Após ter sugerido um menu, dado ser um aniversário, quiseram fazer à carta e não conseguiram satisfazer os pedidos! Sabiam que iam ter um aniversário e não tinham batatas "porque tiveram um problema com o fornecedor", a certa altura nao havia mais de uma tapa e só me avisam 20min depois de a ter pedido e o atendimento de mesa foi tudo menos profissional!
Uma decepção onde a única coisa que se safou foi a vista magnífica para a Ponte da Arrábida!

Un hôtel fabuleux, moderne, bien situé, pas trop dans le centre, c'est absolument ce que nous voulions.
Très beau, très grand, personnel adorable, le petit déjeuner est fabuleux.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, bien agencées.

Très bon hôtel propre et moderne...la chambre et la salle de bain spacieuse.Légèrement excentré mais calme et une petite 15 aine de minutes pour rejoindre les animations de la vieille ville. Station de tram juste en face donc bien situé et vu le confort et la qualité je ne léchange pas.Le petit déjeuner plus que bien fourni, du chaud au froid, du sucré au salé, rien ne manque et très bon.Le personnel agréable.Je le recommande vivement et si je retourne à porto, je retourne au Vinci hôtel, il est top

Nice place, nice sized room, plenty of space for 2. Bathroom was a little small, required dancing with the door to use the sink and the toilet. Large walk in shower with generous rainfall shower head. Also had a large in room safe that easily fit a laptop and several tables, with room to spare. Breakfast is ok, hot foods were lacking with only scrambled eggs, bacon, sauted mushroom, and beans available. Nice selection of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and pastries. plus self serve coffee. Air condition stopped working in our room but was quickly sorted out by the attentive hotel staff.

Das Vincci Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut eingerichtet, Bad genauso. Die Lage ist perfekt, vor dem Hotel Eingang gibt es eine Tram Station. Man kann mit der Tram sehr schnell die Altstadt und die Küste erreichen. Das Frühstück war grandios, es blieben keine Wünsche übrig

Super friendly service that let me check in early (I called ahead). Comfortable beds, black-out curtains and breakfast spread made this stay just perfect. They leave you a little local pastry ahead of your departure as well which was a nice touch.

Well located by the river with good access to both the centre and the seaside. With the historic tram right outside, it was very convenient for public transport even though Ubers were also really cost efficient for journeys to the centre.
Being an old fish market, it has quirky reception areas and room access. While eating and drinking here is on the more pricey side, bed and breakfast was very cost effective with a wide variety of food on offer.
I would recommend this place for business but also leisure stay.

Bom reaproveitamento do espaço que anteriormente creio ter sido um mercado de peixe.
O quarto era muito amplo, com pequenos detalhes que marcam pela possitiva!
A casa de banho era enorme, à maneira e com condições de um hotel 5 estrelas.
A cama também era mesmo muito larga.
Porém a manta extra existente no guarda fato estava suja e nao cobria a cama toda.
Café e água no quarto à descrição, um mimo!
Sem ligar o ar condicionado era impossível estar confortável no quarto!
Porquê ao sair do quarto e quando se retira o cartão/chip que liga/desliga a eletricidade o ar condicionado ligasse automaticamente para o modo de frio.
O que obviamente quando se regressava ao quarto, este estava um gelo!
Por um lado este promenor é bom, pois o frio mata as possíveis bactérias deixadas para trás por outros hóspedes.
Pessoal atencioso e prestável, contudo entrou um recepcionista (julgo eu que o era) pelo quarto a dentro sem sequer bater na porta! O que consideramos Inadmissível!!
O pequeno almoço era bom e com um cardápio variado!
Assim como um jantar que lá comemos, estava bem confeccionado.
A vista rio é parcial e fica de esquina.
O que baixou um pouco as nossas expectativas.
A localização é excelente! Mesmo frente ao Douro.
No geral gostei de lá ficar!
O terraço encontrava-se encerrado!

This hotel was absolutely stunning! The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff went out of the their way to help us and ensure that we knew all the best places to eat/visit. In addition, the complimentary breakfast was EXTENSIVE and even included wine! I would absolutely stay here again!

Está situado a la vera de la ría del DOURO.
El desayuno de mucha calidad y variedad.
La comida pedimos el menú del día, buen servicio y buena calidad.
La cena pedimos a la carta sólo que con la poca gente que estábamos en la sala la cocina iba lenta, estaba todo rico excepto el salmón que estaba para mi gusto seco por el resto todo muy bien.

We saw this hotel when we stayed in the area 18 months ago. Coming to Porto for a concert in January we decided to stay, we were not disappointed. The setting is great, the rooms really comfortable and kept beautifully clean. The staff were all delightful, including the lovely cleaners, who were always cheery and friendly. The breakfast has an extensive choice, all delicious with something for everyone and a very interesting local delicacies display. The lounge is gorgeous, open, airy an excellent conversion of the old fish market. We would happily return.

We loved the place. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great and we loved our room. The hotel was once a fish market (of which you notice nothing) that has been carefully restored into a stylish, modern art deco style hotel. Some original details have been kept, such as the windows and the balconies in the lobby. It’s a beautiful building, right by the river Douro, and with public transport available close by.
A couple of weeks before our arrival they emailed my husband to ask if we would like to participate in the New Years celebration at the hotel. They offered a well composed menu with drinks for a really good price. The staff was so service minded and efficient.

Hotel simpático, calmo com excelente arquitetura localizado em Massarelos ao lado do museu do carro elétrico, junto ao Douro. Quartos espaçosos, com excelentes casa do banho. Pequenos almoços muito completos em sala bonita. As vistas dos quartos não são as melhores pois dão para as ruas laterais e do lado encosta. Pessoal muito simpático. O preço durante o fim de semana são um pouco altos. Recomendo.

Situado a la orilla del Duero, con una magnífica ubicación e increíbles vistas al río. Puedes ir caminando al centro de la ciudad o utilizar el tranvía que está a apenas unos metros del hotel.Trato del personal inmejorable, las recomendaciones del director para la oferta gastronómica, fueron sin duda un acierto. El desayuno muy completo con opciones para celiacos y alérgicos, calidad en los productos y mucha variedad.Limpieza e instalaciones de 10. Repetiré si vuelvo a oporto, sin duda!

Poco conocido puedes comer sólo pero con muy, muy buena calidad.
Vistas del Duero espectaculares.

Vincci Porto provided a very nice seeming new room, all things considered this was a very sweet deal. Location to oldtown Porto was very good - a quiet location with either a 25 minute walk in or one could catch the right next door transit trolley/bus.The restaurant was very good (and they offered a discount for guests) and the staff were all excellent and helpful (hotel/restaurant).Very minor as I was there to rest - there really wasnt any view from my room - just another building. I am sure some of the rooms look out onto the river - would be nice.

Poor cleanliness, lack of hotel hygiene, smell of sewage generallY in the room, in the hallway, in-room wine glasses never exchanged but sprayed and wiped down everyday, we noticed the same crack in one of the glasses until we complained, they were the replaced by bathroom glasses that are used for toothbrushes.

Fabulous hotel! I stayed here for two nights, and I would recommend it to absolutely everyone. Rooms are very clean, room service was absolutely OUTSTANDING, design of the hotel is really nice, and all the interior design is absolutely THE TOP! Room service was doing absolutely amazing job! They clean rooms so carefully, and arrange stuff PERFECTLY! When our car breaks the back tire, the guy from reception (his name was Manuel), helped us to change the wheal in our car! Everyone was so nice, so helpful, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Big thanks to Manuel for his kindness and helping us with our broken car tire We will be back!

Beautiful art deco boutique hotel, I loved our stunning bedroom and bathroom.
Our bed was a huge king size and I believe it was 1 mattress instead of 2 they usually have in Europe. I just wished we had more time in Porto to spend in our room. Good breakfast spread.

The property is in a good location but thats about it. The rooms were clean but looked out on to what look like a empty prison yard. The bar was supposed to be open until 12 but the bartender was gone by 10. The lobby had a foul smell to it and my wife alergies were atrocious because of it. I would not stay at any vinnci property every again. It was a horrible experiece.

We absolutely loved this hotel! My girlfriend and I had initially stayed at an Air bnb which was absolutely dreadful and we changed accommodation to this lovely hotel. Thank for saving our trip and allowing us to fully enjoy Porto!!
We really liked the style of the hotel. The staff were super helpful, we dined in the restaurant which had perfect service and lovely food. The breakfast buffet was far more extensive than we were expecting from the price paid.
We also ate in the rooftop bar a couple of times which has a beautiful view down the Douro river. As you can probably tell we ate in the hotel more than we initially planned but it was brilliant!
The location is halfway between town and the beach which was ideal for us. Uber each way was less than 4 euros and basically the same price than if we queued for the bus!

Hemos pasado dos noches en el hotel y nos ha gustado muchisimo .
Las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y con todo tipo de detalles ademas muy tranquilas y silenciosas.
La ubicación excelente a mitad de camino entre elcentro de Oporto y las playas de Matosiños, con todo tipo de medios de transporte en la puerta el tranvia y varias lineas de autobuses.
El desayuno muy completo.con todo tipo de productos de primerisima calidad.
La terraza preciosa para tomar unas cervezas al atardecer viendo el sol ponerse sobre el rio.

Nice hotel, with medium spaced rooms. The hotel has a kind of a industrial type of aspect which I liked but probably won’t be for everyone. The breakfast was also good with some variety and the central bar is also very nice to have a couple of drinks and jus appreciate the wide area where it is located
The hotel is placed on the center of the city so it has a really great location and you can even walk to some sightseeing spots and for the rest a short trip by cab or Uber will get you to where you want to go in just a couple of minutes.
I’ll give it a 4 star instead of a 5 because it just misses the wow factor on the rooms.

Ojo con los mapas de la ciudad en los que no figuran la mitad de las calles y que están sin su nombre en muchos casos. Si no te gustan las iglesias o sus fachadas y el contenido mejor sólo pasea. No es tan barato Portugal como dicen y en muchas cosas es más caro.

The staff at the reception is exceptionally nice and helpful. Room-service very fast and tasty. Breakfast bufffet has a wide selection and is well done. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well equiped.

Expensive 4 star not ideally situated for the centre. Not disable friendly. Wi fi intermittent in the bedrooms. Garage 10 euros a night. Restaurant staff need more training . Rooms not cleaned until 3 pm.

El hotel es grande y decorado de una forma muy original entre industrial y moderna. La atención de los recepcionistas fue impecable, informando de todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y no las busques con vistas al Duero, no las tiene. El restaurante tiene un menú a mediodía por 11 euros que está muy bien, por contra el desayuno que ofrecen es más caro que el menú del día, cosa difícil de entender. Está a suficiente distancia del centro para dar un buen paseo, aunque tiene transporte público en la puerta para los menos caminantes.

As good as its usual self (price performance, breakfast buffet, convenient location) but this time the exterior facade maintenance work was a bit of a bad surprise for us, our floor was a big cloud of thick dust that we had to navigate thru to reach the elevators.
They should not have taken guests in on our floor with this kind of construction work going on. Also the stylish greenish blue walls of our room was so dusty don’t know whether it was due to this maintenance work or housekeeping negligence..

Hotel muito bom. Pessoal atencioso e bom atendimento. Os quartos tem um bom espaço o banheiro é grande o chuveiro é bom a TV tem muitos canais incluindo também canais brasileiros, americanos, espanhóis, inglesis, eurosport e mais. O café da manhã (pequeno almoço) é simples mas muito bom. A reposição é rápida e todos os produtos são de bom qualidade. O restaurante merece uma nota muito boa. Tem poças escolhas mas são todas (aquele que não esperimentamos) muitos boas, incluindo as sobremesas. Vale muito se hospedar nesse hotel.

Ein klasse Hotel in der Top Lage. Ein historisches Gebäude aufgepeppt, und auf Vordermann gebracht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und Modern. Die Klimaanlage ist auf 30°C einzustellen möglich, wenn man's will, Das Frühstück ist üppig and zu empfehlen.
Die Bedienung im Restaurant ist aufmerksam und die leeren Teller werden sofort entfernt.

Это не просто отель, это опыт. Этот отель - реконструированная рыбная база. Архитектура стиля модернизма, которая была бы обречена на гибель, теперь отель Vincci. Очень хорошо сделанный, с просторными и светлыми номерами, с терассой. Здесь огромный холл, где можно читать или просто проводить время. Зато видно, несколько прекрасна для жизни архитектура авангарда. Единственный минус - это удаленность от центра (25 минут пешком)

This is a nice art deco style hotel right next to the river, and about a 15-20m walk to the Old District. The rooms aren't huge, but they are modern and well appointed. They offer a rather extensive breakfast, though we felt it was average at best. If you can get a good deal to stay here, I think it's well worth your consideration.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück und gutem Restaurant. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Bushaltestellen in die Innenstadt und ans Meer, direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Blick auf den Fluß und auf die große Autobahnbrücke. Leider war den Schallschutz nicht optimal. Well run, great reception and housekeeping staff. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are a good size. Very good bathrooms. Only drawback is the location which is about a 20 minute walk into the city centre. That said, there are good nearby eateries and the walk into the centre is a pleasant one.

Antigo pavilhão de desportos da associação de moradores de Massarelos hoje transformado num bonito hotel, quanto á opinião só tenho mesmo a exterior , passei bons momentos , além de desportos como canoagem e hóquei albergava também uma creche e um centro de dia sénior , acho que foi bom para todos , pois o hotel construiu novas instalações para a creche e o centro de dia e o edifício que se detiorava é hoje uma referência para Massarelos , também com o recente inaugurado vila galé.

The Vincci Hotel is a converted art deco fish market right by the river. As you might expect it still retains it deco charm....And has been tastefully converted to this hotel. Ate in the resteraunt, which was up there with any fine dining you'd find in the city. As you might expect the breakfast choice is excellent. Rooms are more boutique style. The standard rooms have a balcony, but no view...... It has a tram stop right outside which take you to the main tourist areas... Would stay again...

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en un lugar emblemático de la ciudad de Oporto, a escasos metros del puente da Arrabida. Las habitaciones presentan un diseño moderno, muy amplías y provistas de todo tipo de accesorios para hacer la estancia aún más especial. El servicio proporcionado por el staff de recepción fue excelente durante mi estancia. Para concluir, quiero dar las gracias a un miembro concreto del staff de recepción, Jorge, por la dedicación, amabilidad y disposición mostrada durante estos días.

Un hotel espectacular. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en él y repetiría sin dudarlo. Destacable: La amabilidad del personal, el diseño del hotel, las vistas, la ubicación, las habitaciones, la limpieza... pero si tuviera que elegir dos cosas serían: el desayuno buffet (genial) y las camas (las mejores que he probado en un hotel). No es barato, pero merece mucho la pena os lo aseguro. Recomendable 100%.

When the taxi stopped at the door, we thought oops maybe this is a mistake (the façade looks like a warehouse). The second we entered and saw the lobby we realised we had made a great choice. The decor and furniture are minimal but classy. The room is a bit small but big enough for a 3 day stay like ours. The only thing that bothered us was that the bathroom lacks intimacy as the doors are super thin. Breakfast is awesome and the mojito we had at the hotel terrace at midnight overlooking the river was delicious.

Ausschlaggebend für uns bei der Buchung war die Lage des Hotels: gute Anbindung Richtung Innenstadt UND Strand. Wir kennen die Vincci--Kette bereits aus anderen Städten und waren auch hier sehr zufrieden, wenn auch mit kleinen Abstrichen:Positiv:- gute Lage (direkt am Fluss, ca. 20min in die Altstadt zu Fuß, ruhige Gegend)- gute Verkehrsanbindung (Tram und Bus vor der Tür, U-Bahn ca. 1km bergauf)- Bars, Cafés und Restaurants sowie Supermarkt in Laufweite- Service an der Rezeption (z.B. behilflich bei Leihwagen-Reservierung)- Frühstück (gute und große Auswahl, aber wenig Abwechslung)Ausbaufähig:- mehr Service bei Anreise (wurden in anderen Vincci-Hotels bislang immer aufs Zimmer begleitet, auch war man uns meist auch beim Gepäck behilflich)- Nespresso-Maschine auf dem Zimmer vorhanden, jedoch werden die Kapseln nicht nachgefüllt - bei 12 Nächten einfach schade

Muy buena opción para visitar Oporto. Se encuentra a orillas del Douro, en una zona residencial ya cerca del ponte arrabida. Puedes ir paseando hasta la ribera o tomar el bus o tranvía. En taxi el viaje sale x 6€ apx. Hotel cómodo, una antigua lonja de pescado perfectamente restaurada. Todo tipo de comodidades, trato exquisito x el personal. El desayuno de muy buena calidad: Tostadas, Nespresso, zumos, bollería... variedad justa pero calidad excelente. Nespresso tb en la habitación. Camas muy cómodas con carta de almohadas. Muy bien insonorización de la habitación, con la calle y con el baño. Muy útil para esto la puerta q separa la habitación en sí, del pasillo con el baño de la habitación. Baño con ducha en habitación doble.
