3ème séjour pour moi , il est très agréable, les chambres sont grandes et les petits déjeuners copieux. Nous avons diner au restaurant, les mets y étaient très gouteux et les serveurs aux petits soins.

Hotel que deixa um pouco a desejar. Quartos um pouco degradados, principalmente nas parades dos quartos com bastantes marcas, bem como as varandas que se encontram algo degradadas. Alimentação bastante fraca e caríssima. Pequeno almoço paupérrimo. Deveria ser bem melhor para justificar as estrelas que austenta

Fui a um almoço de batizado neste hotel e devo dizer que nunca pensei que pudesse existir um tão péssimo serviço à mesa. A incompetência foi tanta que nem dá para acreditar! Preço demasiado elevado para o serviço que oferece. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Hotel almost ruined my brother's wedding with incompetent booking and down right dishonest treatment. Aircon was terrible and the fitness centre is useless.

Absolutely disgraceful, incompetent service. It is so difficult to know where to start. It's really like something out of a comedy film, I've never seen anything like it in my life. -we had a wedding with many guests from all iver the world staying here. Although we booked 6 months in advance some guests were told they had no reservation. Then when we spent 1 hour proving they did, the staff finally agreed. Then when we left and the guests came back from the car to get their bags, the same thing happened "sorry, no reservation". It required another half hour discussion (in portuguese so no language barrier) to resolve the issue. Turns out they manage some of their bookings on pen and paper and the guy who did these bookings was on holidays! -they messed up all the pricing and were trying to charge us over double. That was another 1.5 hour discussion, they agreed they made a mistake and all was resolved. Until the next day (our wedding day) when they tried to hit us up for more money. We had to yell at them to shut them up and explain it was the wedding day and we are not dealing with their incompetence. -we booked a salon for the morning of the wedding where hair-dressers and makeup artists would come and prepare people for the wedding. They assured us in advance it was all booked. Then on the wedding day, when the hairdressers arrived, they claimed there was no room available. They spent half an hour trying to sort it out. We eventually had to have the hairdressers come into one person's bedroom and people got their hair done on the beds. Because of this mess-up, some women missed out on getting their hair done on the wedding day. -We requested a chair (yes a simple task!) For the hairdressers, who were now trying to do their work in a crammed bedroom thanks to the hotel's incompetence, and the chair arrived 3 hour later ! (As we were leaving for the wedding). -To sort out the booking mess the reception decided to call the bride on the wedding day. I yelled at them and told them not to. I found out later that they did anyway. They stressed her with all these issues. -everyone ended up late (and stressed) for the wedding. - one of the guests, although having checked in, was not checked in on the system and the hotel staff double-booked the room!!! -one guest came back to their room with an open door as the cleaners didn't close it after themselves. -they promised a discount with the group booking but after all of the hassle and their mathematical incompetence we ended up paying full price. -minor detail, but how can a 4 star hotel have no iron? So much pain dealing with these people.

Estuve para un evento de floristas que se realizaba en la ciudad y la verdad es que el hotel creo que no podria ser mejor, todo muy limpio y comodo, el desayuno y la cena tambien estaban muy bien

Hotel com ar business sem dúvida. Restaurante caro e pequeno almoço com pouca variedade. O Wi-Fi não funciona correctamente apesar de terem vários APs sendo impossível utilizar a Internet. Televisão 4:3 no quarto pequena com razoável oferta de canais. 2 camas individuais pequenas juntas a servir de cama de casal. Garagem de difícil acesso para veículos tipo carrinhas.

The hotel is clean and the rooms modern and quiet. WiFi is not great and patchy at best on Upper floors and the gym etc are average at best. BUT the staff made this stay amazing and really went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable... Very friendly, good English language both understanding and speaking. Everything I asked for was dealt with professionally and with my happiness in mind. Would definitely recommend on customer service alone.

Nice interior design and nice laid out hotel. Stayed for a few days with a young child and staff were accommodating and helpful. Food room services could have had a wider select but the swimming pool saved the day when a friend came to visit us.

First of all for all of you who value the bed and sheets... This hotel definitely knows how to make you sleep well with providing the perfect sheets, pillows and mattresses! ;)Now if you are without a car it might be pricey to take a can.. The hotel is about 40-50 minutes away and thats by car. I assume there are buses that go to Porto but we were by car so its better for you to call in advance and check with the hotel (maybe they have shuttle services).The rooms are very spacious, clean.Wifi works well and they have free parking. You have convenience stores and gas stations nearby in case you want snacks.The hotel has a restaurant.Its a nice hotel, a bit far but we got a nice deal and very good quality.

Una experiencia agridulce. El hotel está bien, las instalaciones son nuevas y de diseño, y el personal es amable. Lo que es un desastre es su restaurante. La cena escasa. Con lo bien que se come en Portugal, y en este restaurante te quedas frío. Además, te cobran en exceso por lo que no has pedido, por los aperitivos, el pan y los complementos. Es bochornoso, porque parece como que te timan. El desayuno fatal, un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede tener un nivel tan bajo; muy bajo nivel, muy poca variedad, y muy baja calidad, en especial el zumo de naranja sabe a rayos, aguado. Por último, la WIFI no funciona; te dicen que sí, pero no va, no fueron capaces de arreglarlo y me quedé con las ganas. En fin, hay más oferta, NO REPETIRÉ.
