Wonderful food excellent value for money, don't go to the restaurant in the main square as very expensive and food not very good.

We had two vegan setain steaks and the desserts. The food was lovely and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend you check out this place! We're definitely coming back for more!

Great place, great food, great service. Compared to other places around here... I don't think you need to waste your time searching for better. Also, try desserts, they are just fantastic.

Superb staff, great variety of drinks, cakes and food, nice atmosphere, very speedy service and they are environmentally friendly replacing all their plastic straws with paper ones!

Es hat wunderbar geschmeckt! Super freundliche, humorvolle und engagierte Gastwirte! Man merkt richtig dass hier mit Liebe und Leidenschaft für gutes Essen gekocht wird! Kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen, ein Geheimtipp.

Our server was nice but only until we came inside, then he left and didn't bother asking if we were ready to order. Ordered the Portuguese style pork and the sauce was way too salty. Pork had an unpleasant smell and there was grisly pieces that were inedible. An absolute rip off for eleven euro, it was disgusting. Was told by a native lady at the desk that it's just the taste of the sauce even though it was definitely the meat. We were offered no refund and were given no apology. As I'm a chef, I know when food is of good quality and this definitely was not. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for better service and food quality. WOULD NOT GO BACK

Um local excelente para almoçar e jantar. Bons preços e comida de qualidade! Menu combinado, pratos específicos portugueses combinados com os pratos tipicos ingleses. Sitio acolhedor e com staff simpático. Recomendável.

I would recommend without any hesitation. A good selection of Portuguese dishes. Dishes that really are cooked to order. Unlike quite a few others nearby. Good food,friendly welcoming relaxing environment. Myself and my wife enjoyed a great lunch here. We will certainly go again.

A little piece of heaven, food was all cooked to order using fresh ingredients it is well worth a visit, for me it was fantastic as I am a vegan and they served vegan food as well.

Si vas a Albufeira y quieres comer o cenar Muy BIEN ,sal del horroroso centro turístico y muy cerca,dónde comienza la zona peatonal está el C19. Comida portuguesa de buena calidad,servicio atento e impecable,buena música y precio estupendo

Ate here yesterday, good service and a good monkfish cataplana. Billed for one item incorrectly but sorted quickly so no issues. Would eat here again

Very nice staff and good service. Food is excellent especially their home made chips. I would recommend the steak and chips . Only negative is the near 40 minute wait for the steak but well worth it in the end

Très bon accueil, gambas au curry et morue à la crème excellents. Personnel très accueillant qui parle français ou anglais.
Les plats sont préparés avec des produits frais, donc compter 30 minutes d'attente pour une Cataplana.
Attention pas de cb non portugaise mais ATM juste à côté.
Les prix sont TTC.

Not impressed. Our waiter was friendly and polite but the food quality and portions were disappointing.
- cash only
- the tiny plate of grilled chicken took 45min for some reason. We expected a larger portion because it took forever to cook. Flavor was good.
- I had the special Black Pig that was coated in salt. Tough texture & not enjoyable. Accompanying grilled pineapple was amazing but the frites were bland.
- The tomato / mozzarella salad is a joke. Terrible plastic tomatoes and thin slices of mozz.
- We also order ribs that were incredibly dry / too salty.
- The sirloin steak was great but again, heavy on the salt.
For a grill restaurant I was expecting better textures and flavors of the meats. Will not come again.

Nice food, and very nice staff. Price reasonable. The goats cheese pastry starter was really nice, and so was the "cream cod" !

Nous sommes tombés dessus par hazard en attendant le bus tour.
Très bon resto, j'ai bien aimer, nous avons prix le Bifteck portugais ainsi le porc au châtaigne. Le service est long car c'est fait maison,
La patronne est juste remarquablement gentille ainsi que les collègues.

Excelente qualidade e confecção. Menu pouco caro nos meses de verão mas dentro dos valores que imperam na zona. Nota máxima para o super simpático atendimento, onde mesmo com falta de pessoal nada faltou nem foi descurado. A repetir.

Excellente découverte ! Nous sommes venus ici par hasard après 5 jours passés à Albufeira et notre plus grand regret est de ne pas l’avoir déniché plus tôt. La patronne est d’une extrême gentillesse, parle très bien français, anglais, portugais. L’ambiance est très familiale, l’accueil des plus chaleureux. Tous les plats de l’entrée au dessert sont fait maison, ce qui explique l’attente que nécessite certaines commandes, et ils sont très copieux. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, rien à redire, tout était parfait. Je recommande ce restaurant bien au dessus de tous les attrapes touristes du centre de la petite station balnéaire.

I ordered a steak, asked for medium. They served it raw. I Kindly told Them that i ordered medium, but the Lady at the bar(maybe the owner) was rude and wanted to discuss what medium is. They took My steak back to give it some more heat. When she came with My steak it was TOTALLY overcooked and she was Even more rude.
As another customer wrote i can only agree on: Save your time and money and go elsewhere for better service and food quality. WOULD NOT GO BACK

Tardaron muchísimo tiempo en servirnos (por ello nos regalaron una ración de patatas) el plato de filete de ternera con salsa de champiñones estaba muy bueno pero no recomiendo la lasaña (solo tenía la pasta y la carne picada, muy seca). La atención es buena.

Wife couldn't have first 2 choices which were bbq chicken and chicken skewers so settled on spaghetti bolognese which needed more tomato in it I had pork Portuguese style which is chunks of pork and small potatoes in a nice sauce staff we're very pleasant and attentive and restaurant was nice

Special little place! Seafood is so fresh that they ask you to wait 30mins as they will prepare everything freshly from scratch for you. All desserts and chips are homemade as well ! I had the prawn curry and this was something from another world.. never tried anything quite like it - 10/10 ! Tried their Portuguese 3 layer cake (almond, orange and chocolate) - really interesting and definitely delicious, if you have a sweet tooth - you have to try it !

Do not recommend. I don't understand how all the terrible restaurants in this town get five star reviews. The food we had was terribly bland and poorly seasoned. The server was great, really great, but the male manager/host was really rude to him. I don't understand at all because he was doing a great job. Constantly micromanaging, passive aggressive, and apologizing for him as if he was embarassing. The server was great, the manager was embarassing.

Fui con mi mujer y mi hija pequeña. El dueño hizo poco por facilitarnos un sitio para cambiarle el pañal a la niña. Tuvimos que hacerlo en el baño de pie. Pedimos una cataplana de marisco(Aceptable) y uno de los platos del día, calamares. No los habían limpiado bien por dentro. Se lo dijimos al camarero y nos contestaron que era típico servirlos así en esa región. Para compensarlo, la dueña/encargada le hizo unas carantoñas a la niña. Lo único valioso fue el servicio del camarero, BASTANTE competente y atento.
