Auch wenn das Restaurant von außen unscheinbar aussieht. Und auch die Menü-Karte ehrt schlicht gehalten ist. UNBEDINGT ein Abendessen hier einplanen. Die Tapas sind gigantisch gut. Und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top!

The food was out of this world! We went there on the last night of our holiday and really regretted not going sooner, we would have defenatly been there every night! Service and the owner was great too!

Tolle Tapas-Bar mit abwechslungsreicher Karte und tollen Desserts. Die Gerichte sind toll angerichtet zum Teil auf Schieferplatten. Uns hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Die beiden Damen haben ihren Laden gut im Griff und sind sehr gastfreundlich.

We've been to the algarve about 12 times over the years and this is one of the best restaurants we've ever eaten in here.
Lovely tapas selection as well as steaks, lasagne and other dishes. we came here twice on our last visit and also this evening and the quality of service and the food served up is outstanding. bery highly recommended.

We always pop in for dinner when we're in town. The food makes this place special and the beer is always cold. The chef sources his produce fresh every day and it shows on the menu at night. If you're in the area, make sure to drop in. Most recommended.

Great atmosphere and service. Menu varied and reasonably priced- although the main meals don't include accompaniments. Steak was very tasty and wine was cheap but very drinkable!

Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sodass die Tische und Stühle nahezu perfekt stehen. Es gibt allerdings ein bisschen wenig Platz.
Sonst ist alles richtig gut organisiert hab ich das Gefühl! Das Essen kommt sehr schnell meiner Meinung nach und die Portionen sind nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein.

I loved the food however can see that it would have been much better to go with a group of people so that everyone could have shared dishes and tried a bit of everything...which is what tapas is all about. I went on my own so hard to share then!! What would have been fantastic would be a 1 person tasting plate, with all amounts of many dishes so that I didn't have to stick with just the one. That is what I was hoping for from as Tapas restaurant. However I really enjoyed the food I ate, it was well cooked and delicious.

Ok eten maar niet bijzonder. Alles smaakt een beetje hetzelfde en is vettig met zelfde aioli sausje. Er zijn betere en authentiekere restaurants te vinden.

Gutes Essen, schneller Service. Scheint sehr beliebt zu sein, fast alle Tische reserviert, mehrere Gäste wurden weggeschickt da kein Platz mehr frei war.
Lustig ist, dass die grossen Tafeln mit den Tagesmenüs zu den Gästen getragen werden.

Das Lokal kann ich wirklich ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen, sehr tolles Essen (Tapas)+Tageskarte und das zu einem relativ günstigen Preis, 9 Personen 270 Euro, inkl Trinkgeld, wird zwar von Engländer betrieben aber sehr nett.

Freundliche Bedienung 4 Sterne - Essen 2,5 Sterne. Das "spanische" Restaurant wird von Engländern betrieben. Viele Speisen werden in der Friteuse zubereitet. Das Lokal ist gut besucht. Ich persönlich würde nicht noch mal hingehen.

Super schöne Tapas Bar. Die Tapas wechseln täglich und sind auf einer Tafel niedergeschrieben. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Schönes kleines Restaurant... Gerne wieder

Wir waren heute essen und es hat uns super geschmeckt. Teuer ist es auch nicht. Für 2 Personen haben wir 55€ bezahlt: Wein, Wasser, Oliven Mix Tapas, 3x Meeresfrüchte Tapas, 1x Brot Tapas und 2x Dessert sehr zu empfehlen. Service Top.

A cozy restaurant with some good food. The prices are reasonable compared to the quality. The staff is service minded and is easy to get in contact with. The food is good and contains a variety of fish and meet. I can recommend the fish cakes and the beef on the hot stone. A good place to eat

Great place to stop off for a beer n wine or food. The atmosphere seemed friendly enough staff where prompt in attending the table . Food was nice enough not over price . Took away 1 star as there chips are soggy and greasy which was a shame because the rest of the meal was spot on . I'd defo go there again minus chips .

Sensationell! Wir waren drei mal da und immer begeistert von Qualität, Service und Preis. Heute hatte ich die slow cooked honey ribs - mit Früchten und Sternanis.
Update: Heute nach 2 Jahren waren wir wieder hier und ich hatte extra vorher Nach den Rippchen gefragt :-) wieder sehr gut! Diesmal hab ich auch vorher ein Bild gemacht...

Excellent food at a reasonable price. 5-6 euros per tapas dish. Excellent staff and unbelievably fast service. 5 minutes after ordering our dishes were being put in front of us. Would definitely recommend.

Gezellige tapasbar langs de doorgaande weg. De menukaart is niet groot, maar ze hebben naast de standaard menukaart nog enkele specialiteiten die dagelijks kunnen verschillen.
Glaasje wijn kost €3,50 en een glas frisdrank €1,70
Eten is niet heel bijzonder, maar we hebben genoten!

Lulinhas fritas, bochecha de porco preto, chips de batata doce e camarão com alho. A comida estava muito bem confecionada e muito saborosa, o camarão apesar de ser "camarão com alho" na minha opinião seria mais "camarão com malagueta", muito picante... pedi cogumelos com algo não estão na foto mas provei e são muito saborosos! Recomendo!

Very nice place. Great tapas with lots of interesting dishes. We want to go back to sample all the ones we didn’t order the first time. Honestly feel this place is better than restaurants that are double the price.

Siamo stati due volte a cena in questo locale e abbiamo assaggiato varie portate di pesce, contorni e dolci. Piatti sfiziosi e ben curati e prezzi contenuti. Personale molto disponibile, attento e capace. Ci torniamo sicuramente.

Ganz nett, aber noch Potenzial nach oben. Die Sangria war bisher in jedem vorherigen Lokal deutlich besser. Die Tapas waren alle gut, die Stühle unbequem. Über die Chefin kann man geteilter Meinung sein, wir fühlten uns für dumm verkauft. Auch dass exakt 22:02 Uhr eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern weggeschickt wurde spricht für sich!

Prijzen tapas vanaf €8 dus niet echt porties om te delen. Gewoon je eigen diner samenstellen en geen tapas gevoel. Personeel loopt gestresst rond. Eten niet slecht maar gezellig is het hier niet.

Zou er zelf nooit stoppen om te eten, maar schijn bedriegt! Lekker eten, wijn kan wel veel beter... dat is wel het spijtige. Een goed wijntje bij de Tapas, dat had perfect geweest!

Arrived at O Amigo to a warm welcome, chose to have a drink on the front terrace and browse the Menu.
Chef came out and told us the Pork Belly was very good and comes with Crackling.
Went inside and was shown to a table straight away.
We ordered Olives and sundried Tomatoes Couvert, Garlic Prawns for Starters and Belly Pork for main between us.
Olives and sundried arrived along with four slices of bread and a pot of Allioli, we were half way through eating the Oliver, when the waitress arrived with the Prawns, she took away the few remaining Olives etc.
Prawns were cooked well but the garlic sauce was terrible it tasted of white wine that had not had the alcohol cooked off ( not nice )
We were just eating the last prawns when she brought the mains out.
Even though the pork was cooked very nice the overall experience was that of they welcome you in, then rush you so they can get your money then get you out.
Charged for the Bread and Allioli even though we didn't order it, we used it as we thought it came with the Olives.
