Es ist in Strandnähe. Ein recht großer Gebäudekomplex. Hellhörig. Die Apartementos sind groß und sauber. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preislich gesehen sehr gut. Es gibt einen Mini Supermarkt im Haus und einen Pool. Restaurants und Geschäfte und Bars alles fußläufig. Genauso die Bushaltestelle. Busse fahren oft und für kleines Geld in die Stadt.

Het is een toplocatie. Het eten is perfect en wordt met passie opgediend, de man maakt een praatje met je en je hebt zo nieuwe vrienden gemaakt. De medewerkers zijn dus heel aardig! Het hotel ligt op een prachtige locatie en de kamers zijn gewoon goed, er is niks speciaals aan, het is goed onderhouden. Met andere woorden, een top hotel!

Tem uma boa localização. Os apartamentos são muito espaçosos e estão sempre limpos. As pessoas são muito prestaveis e simpáticas.
Os apartamentos são um pouco antiquados, mas isso não faz grande diferença e é pena que a internet e se tenha que pagar.

Já é a segunda vez que fico nos apartamentos presidente e adorei!! Tem uma boa relação qualidade preço embora os apartamentos já sejam um pouco antigos primam pela limpeza e simpatia do pessoal as duas vezes que marquei sulicitei sempre varandas viradas para a praia adoro ver o por do sol sobre o mar ! Voltarei com toda a certeza !

Los apartamentos tienen una ubicación excelente, a 3 minutos andando de la playa, con al menos 3 tres bonitas playas próximas.Tuvimos además la suerte de que nuestra terraza daba al mar con lo que las vistas eran inmejorables.El trato del personal excelente así como la limpieza.La experiencia fue muy satisfactoria

This hotel is well located. However it urgently needs some renovation. Elevators do not inspire any safety, sink holes in bathroom stinks, and there's a hell lots of flies and other insects such as spiders and cockroaches. In the other hand, the apartments have a great view.

Excelente apartahotel, cercano a un par de las playas menos concurridas, y a un paseo del núcleo turístico del pueblo, y de sitios a visitar, como la fortaleza de Santa Catalina, el puerto deportivo o el museo local. Lo suficientemente apartado como para resultar tranquilo, lo suficientemente cercano como para disfrutar de toda la diversión disponible.
Los apartamentos son cómodos y amplios, terrazas amplias con espectaculares vistas al mar.
El servicio de recepción, limpieza, mantenimiento, etc es impecable y con la debida amabilidad; inmejorable relación calidad-precio En términos generales.
Me he hospedado en un par de ocasiones en este hotel, y lo recomiendo altamente.

Habitaciones amplias, cocina con multitud de enseres y baño en perfecto estado. La terraza muy amplia. Como parte negativa, los muebles están un poco viejos y los armarios tienen arañazos. Hay que pagar para tener wifi y el ascensor es un poco viejo. La playa está justo al lado del hotel.

Stayed here 4 years in a row now. Love the place. Relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant location. And the friendliest staff I've ever come across. Especially Alex in the bar. Nicest guy you will ever meet. Large 2 bed apartments cleaned every day . sea views are amazing and across the road from the beach

Habitaciones amplias, pero muy antiguas y mal cuidadas... Para el precio que cobran, ya podrían invertir en renovar. Adjunto imágenes del estado de las habitaciones, para evitar que otros se lleven decepciones como la nuestra. Ya que las imágenes que ofrecen nada tienen que ver con la realidad.

Stayed over a period of 7 days. Great location near the beaches shops and market. Big rooms too. abit of bug infestation with ants. Customer service came across very patronising. The hot water comes on every 45 mins. Cleaners clean everyday, but need to replace all towels. I also witness a male member of staff nearly assaulting a women but stopped abruptly due to inconvienence. there are nicer hotels closer to this one that i advise you to go to.

Primeiro ponto e mais importante, todos os funcionários com que tive contacto foram incríveis. Desde a recepção, à limpeza, passando pelo bar. No entanto, com preços em linha com o mercado pedia-se um pouco mais de cuidado com a manutenção. Com pouco dinheiro seria possível actualizar aqueles pobres fogões eléctricos, colocar blackouts novos em vez de remendar não dando para fechar em condições e trazer a mobília para os dias de hoje em vez de datada e maltratada. Para além disso, com o investimento feito num router em cada unidade é patético quererem cobrar 5€ por 3 dias de Internet nos dias que correm.
Mais uma vez, roupa de cama e atoalhados impecavelmente limpos e tratados, mas o chicote de cabo da tv, PARA VER OS 6 OU 7 canais tdt é falta de cuidado com o cliente.
Em suma o pessoal que contacta com o cliente mereceria as 5 estrelas, a localização também, as vistas também mas a equipa de gestão parece não estar à altura. Com algum trabalho e investimento este seria um espaço para cobrar muito mais por noite

Aunque no es muy moderno, es un excelente lugar. Servicio excelente, ubicación magnífica, limpieza muy buena. Trato de los profesionales que trabajan allí es impecable. Nosotros cogimos un apartamento con vistas al mar y dos habitaciones. Una doble y otra de matrimonio. Salón, cocina y terraza amplia. Primera línea de playa. Hay restaurantes cercanos que evitan coger el coche o transporte. Aire acondicionado. Muy buen lugar.

Me encantó! Reservamos algo rápido y sin embargo nos sorprendió para bien. Fuimos 3 adultos y un bebé. Nos pusieron cuna nueva. El apartamento súper limpio con cocina, microondas, frigo y tostadora. El tercero durmió en el sofácama del salón, colchón nuevo aunque un poco ruidoso. La habitación daba al mar y al campo de enfrente.. precioso de noche con la luna. Hay que coger coche para ir a cenar o pasear, porque está fuera del centro, pero era lo que queríamos. Está en plena naturaleza y primera línea de playa. La playa tiene acantilado así que hay que buscar las escaleras.. pero de momento es de las mejores que he visto en todo el Algarve!!!

Kamers en bed zijn prima, ruim genoeg voor 4 personen, 2 volwassenen, 2 kinderen. 2 min lopen van prachtige stranden, dicht bij boulevard met restaurants. Zwembad is prima, restaurant intern is geen aanrader. Periode augustus bezocht.

Appartement ligt op een goede plaats. De boulevard is vlakbij. Leuke kraampjes en restuarants waar je kan eten. Sommige kamers kijken uit op de zee. Als je naar deze appartement komt is het aan te raden, boodschappen te doen. Zeker water, water uit deze kraan drinken smaakt naar zwembadwater. De badkamer zit vol met schimmels, schimmel tussen de voegen van de tegels en kit randen. Appartement wordt wel dagelijks schoongemaakt en beddengoed wordt verwisseld. Alleen de keuken raken ze niet aan, omdat het” jouw” keuken (huisje) is.

Not a fancy modern hotel, but clean and big fully equipped apartments almost like a small flat. Clean service every day. Nice view on ocean. Located in calm area but only around 10 minutes to main turistik center. Nice, small and not overcrowded beach just 300m from the hotel.

Spent 10 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thought the apartments were great with a large balcony and a decent view over-looking the pool area. The rooms were cleaned daily and found the beds very comfy. We went self-catering so can only comment on the bar snacks which the kids found very tasty. The pool, though small, never seemed to get over-crowded and we never had problems getting a sun-lounger and the beautiful beach is only over the road. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate out every night either in Praia da Vau (5 minutes walk) or Praia da Rocha (10-15 mins depending on how far you want to go). We did not consider this a big distance at all as it is a pleasant walk and you can even walk all along the beach. We prefer to be a little way from the main drag though as you do not get the noise. A very enjoyable stay at a hotel that we would recommend without a doubt.

Ok for the price and for a 3 stars hotel. But breakfast got boring after day 1, the airco was pure heat, the bath needs renovation and WiFi was 5 euro per day. In general not bad, easy access to a nice side of the beach.

Not a bad location. Nice views if your on the beach side. It's in a quiet area and the beach is just across the path and down the steps. A bit far out for bars and restaurants if you are not able to walk very far. Rooms are basic compared to some places. Very dated decor throughout. We had 2 single beds pushed together despite requesting a proper double. Very uncomfortable sofa (couch). Cleaned regularly. Kitchen is decent but the kettle was old fashioned. You had to put it on the hob but it didn't whistle or give any indication of when it was boiled and that left the handle hot. Small cups otherwise a decent amount of plates cups ect. Pool loungers were worn out and need replacing. The food wasn't bad and a good variety of drinks alcoholic and soft. Nice staff. On site shop is OK for drinks and snacks but not really goid enough to cook a full meal.

Mooie appartementen. Op het balkon hadden we uitzicht op de zee. Erg mooi, al moet je wel geluk hebben met de kamer. Sommige kamers hebben namelijk geen mooi uitzicht.
Vriendelijk personeel.
De bedden waren wat hard, maar je kon goed slapen mede door een goed werkende airco.
Het internet is wel ERG traag en duur, webpagina's kunnen doorgaans alleen vroeg 's ochtends of 's avonds laat worden geladen. We aten nooit in het eigen restaurant, dus of het eten goed is weten we niet.
Schitterende kliffen en een mooi zandstrand zijn op max. een paar minuten loopafstand.

My Wife and I have just returned from the Presidente Aparthotel and we really enjoyed our stay there.The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is very clean with the cleaning ladies constantly on the go.It is an ideal place to stay for couples looking for a quiet stay and parents with children as it is so close to the beach and is not too far from the main strip of Praia Da Rocha.We had our meals out most times and cooked in the apartment and only had the odd drink in the bar with with another Family we had met from Ireland but it was very quiet.We would recommend a short walk up to Vau for a breakfast in the Patrimonia or Jacaranda which are beside one and other,then walk down to the beach and walk all the way back down to Praia Da Rocha,which is probably about half a mile but a beautiful stroll.In Praia,there is an Irish pub called Croke Park which is great craig and You'll be well entertained by Seamie and Gary who are brilliant.There is another place called Claires which is great to eat in and another bar called Taffy's Bar which is really good for a laugh with very funny and friendly staff and customers alike.We would love to return to the Algarve and would have no hesitation in staying in the Presidente.

Spent 6 days there September and I will most definitely be there at some point this year , I liked the staff found them very friendly , breakfast was really nice and the apartments I could not fault . I would highly recommend it . Fred Conway .
