We booked a room with Breakfast but they didnt offered this service. After a phone call, 2e also needed to wait 20 min in the front of the hostel until someone appear to check in. There was no worker to attend us 'early' in the morning (9.30h!!). The room is also quite loud. It can be a cheap alternative for single travellers. No way of getting there with family.

Хостел очень чистый, прекрасное расположение. Но много дурацких правил: нельзя стирать, готовить только с 7 до 10 вечера. Завтраки никакие - кусочек сыра и кусочек ветчины. Также сутками никого нет на ресепшене, так что сложно получить ответы на вопросы

Weinig douches en wc's, ontbijt was prima. Goeie locatie. Ze maken veel schoon. Hangt een beetje gekke sfeer.

Depois de fazer a reserva no booking, onde o valor da noite era de 58€, cheguei ao hostel e foi me cobrafo 60€, a senhora da receção que estava la à 2 dias pouco conseguiu ajudar, um pequeno almoço fraco e em época baixa com meia duzia de hospedes, não haver agua quente para tomar banho é muito mau!! Não recomendado...

Posizione ottima. Pulizia ottima. Colazione con toast prosciutto e formaggio; altre fette di pane a disposizione, mele, caffè, latte, succhi, tè, marmellate e burro. Cucina con fuochi a induzione, microonde, bollitore e frigo a disposizione in orari prestabiliti. Camera privata con bagno in comune, mai aspettato, nemmeno 5 minuti. Camera molto silenziosa. Divieto di fumare nell'ostello, permesso nella terrazza. Unica pecca, il letto non proprio comodissimo, ma per il prezzo ci sta non pretendere miracoli. Lo consiglio.

Ostello pulito e accogliente. Ambiente giovanile, spazi comuni ben tenuti e puliti. Camere ampie, pulite e con lenzuola immaccolate . Personale gentile e disponibile. Unico appunto è he un paio. Di bagni in più sarebbero stati comodi. Ma nonostante ciò puliti. Colazione sufficiente e ben gestita negli spazi. Consigliato, ci si sente a casa.

Ostello nella norma. Ho soggiornato in camera doppia con bagno condiviso. Camera pulita e correttamente arredata ma non viene fornito il kit bagno. Il rapporto stanze bagni rende non agevole l'accesso ai servizi. Colazione di qualità sufficiente, nessun prodotto fresco.

Un lugar acogedor, te sientes como en casa y las personas del alojamiento son muy agradables, me encantó. Ah! Y la ubicación es excelente, pleno centro.

Sitio amplio, limpio, en pleno centro y con personal muy agradable. Con un baño por planta y con terraza para fumadores. Repetiría sin ninguna duda.

A la hora del check out tienes que irte del hostal así hayas desocupado tu habitación. No puedes estar en las zonas comunes, en otros hostales puedes usar las zonas comunes siempre y cuando entregues tus llaves y desocupes tu habitación.

Ogólnie w porządku. W styczniu jednak było przeraźliwie zimno. Grzejnik w pokoju nie działał, a przenośny przy tak wysokim suficie na niewiele się zdał.

Buena ubicación, la habitación bien salvo porque reservé una habitación doble con baño privado dentro y no fue así. Había un solo baño para toda la planta (un wc + una ducha todo junto) que además se inundaba y salía el agua al pasillo. Por lo demás correcto, salvo por el trato que nos dieron. Mal recibimiento y comentarios fuera de lugar como “no bajes las escaleras tan fuerte” o vendernos botellas de agua a precios diferentes cada vez. No hay ascensor y no hablan español.

El hostal es pésimo. Desayuno cutre (te dan una loncha de queso y de jamón York contada en un plato). Además es muy caro (nos costó 64 euros la noche). Encima el dueño es maleducado y mentiroso. No volvería. Awful hostel. Breakfast is very poor and bad quality. The owner is disrespectful.

Cómo veo que solo contestas a los que no te dicen lo "bonito" que es tu hostal, pues tengo que decirte que si tú eres el dueño podrías tratar un poco mejor a los huéspedes, aprende un poco del chico joven que está en recepción por la noche. Por cierto..dices que es que tú hostal es low cost, pero no creo que un hostal que cuesta 64 euros la noche con baño compartido y un desayuno que te echan una loncha de queso y jamón York contada en un plato, sea muy low cost. Si miras en Booking verás lo que es low cost (entre 20 y 40 euros la noche en las mismas condiciones) Ahí lo llevas.

Habitaciones nuevas y modernas. Ubicación inmejorable. Baño Compartido, en nuestro caso 2 baños para 3 habitaciones

Locale pulito! La reception non molto cordiale. Avevo La camera all ultimo piano molto carina, bagno in comune! Ostello pieno di giovani dove si può comunque riposare senza che si sia casino! A pochi metri dal mercato di bohlao! Colazione non ottima ma comunque accettabile! Consigliato per il prezzo molto adeguato!

Big, comfy and inexpensive in a great Porto location. Huge terrace, room for at least 6 with one huge bedroom with a double bed and a futon, plus another with 4 bunk beds. Kitchen could use some better cooking utensils, but just go out to eat instead!

Gutes Angebot für den sehr günstigen Preis. Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer mit einer Toilette die über den privaten Balkon erreichbar war. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist modern und meist sauber. Leider war das Gebäude sehr hellhörig. Geräusche von anderen Gästen sind nicht zu überhören. Nach 10 sind allerdings alle leise. Das Frühstück war einfach aber absolut ausreichend (Toast mit je einer scheibe wurst und käse, corn- und schokoflakes, kleine crossaints,2 sorten marmelade, nutella, und früchte). Die küche mit herd und ofen stehen für alle gäste zur verfügung. Auch hier war alles sauber. Die Location des Hostels ist perfekt. Nahe der Metro, Einkaufsstrasse um die Ecke. Und trotzdem nicht zu laut von aussen.

Adorei. O unico senão foi mesmo o colchão de molas que nos aleijou as costas. Caso contrario, tudo otimo. Peqeno almoço simples mas "eficaz" staff simpatico, tudo muito limpo e preços acessíveis. Recomendo :)

Недалеко от вокзала Сан-Бенто и основных достопримечательностей. Чисто. Стильно. Новая сантехника. Есть кухня, терраса, где можно выпить вина, приготовить чай или кофе, подогреть еду на микроволновке. Полотенца были бесплатно (где-то в отзывах я видел, что за плату, но с нас ее не брали). Но нет лифта и достаточно тяжело с вещами подниматься на четвертый этаж. Да и после прогулки по Порту ноги гудят, а тут еще надо забираться на значительную высоту. В душевой отсутствуют шампуни и гели, есть только жидкое мыло у рукомойника, до которого из душевой не дотянуться. Полное отсутствие каких-либо крючков или вешалок. Некуда ни одежду повесить, ни полотенца. Что касается завтрака, то он желает лучшего. Прозрачный листик ветчины и такой же сыра. Чего достаточно, так это хлеба...

Not so cool as it says. Education basics is not with the staff. You say good morning they doesnt answer you. Looks like high school but with you paying the price. One bedroom two people 4 nights 120€ and they even say you have to wash AND DRY your dishes. Make sure you dont come up here, if i could i would be on other place right away. The only Thing staff cares about is you paying, after that, you are a high school student and you are obligated to follow their rules. Como se diz em bom portugues. Uma bela ....

Hostel muito bem localizado, com quartos organizados e staff simpática. Disponibilizam café dá manhã grátis, o que é um grande diferencial na área. O único problema são os banheiros, são muito poucos para a quantidade de pessoas que hospedam, ocasionando muita espera em horários de mais procura. Mas, estão sempre limpos e organizados. A estadia foi ótima, recomendo.

Cheguei no dia 28/10 as 11:30h e a funcionária disse que eu nao podia entrar... perguntei porque pois eu havia feito uma reserva dai ela explicou que só as 14:00 h que era o horario do check in. Pedi para deixar as malas e disse que voltaria no horario. Sem problemas quanto a isso. As 13:50 retorno e um senhor disse que eu nao poderia entrar porque ainda nao eram 14 horas. Tive de esperar sentada na calcada ate dar o dito horario. No horario fiz check in fui para o quarto. Quando foi a noite ao retornar de passeio na cidade me deparo com 2 rapazes no quarto. Detalhe que fiz reserva para quarto feminino. Fui a recepcao reclamar e a funcionaria disse que eu havia feito reserva para quarto misto. Foi onde mostrei a reserva no celular . Ela.mudou a conversa e perguntou se o dono tinha me avisado eu disse que nao. Pediu desculpas e falou que no outro dia os rapazes iam para um quarto masculino pois eles haviam feito a reserva errada e que o quarto era feminino. Perguntei a uma.menina que estava no quarto e ela me disse que a reserva dela era para quarto misto.. isso ja eram quase 22 horas e tive de passar a noite no quarto com caras que nunca vi na vida. Problema com os rapazes nao houve gracas a deus mas o dono agiu de má fé e foi sacana comigo. Detalhe que ele nao fica direto no hostel. Alem disso um banheiro para todo o andar . Nao recomendo..

rooms were clean and nice, but the stuff, especially cleaning lady makes everything worse! She was so antipathetic and rude! And also breakfast, what a disaster - one slice of cheese and ham and tost bread. What's more that cleaning lady makes breakfast and cleans rooms in the same time - awfull! Also the same lady while preparing breakfast about 7/8 am, makes such a noise that it's impossible to sleep. Because of that terrible woman - i would never come back there and i wouldnt recomand that place. And so many absurd rules like no eating and drinking alcohol in the room or washing clothes in the bathroom!

Habitación amplia y limpia. Baño compartido limpio. Colchón incómodo. No muy buena insonorización. Desayuno normal. Ubicación excelente.

Bom quarto e ótima localização. O banheiro compartilhado tem somente uma privada e ducha, o que torna a dinâmica do andar um pouco difícil em alguns momentos. Tudo muito limpo.

Tolles Hostel. Saubere Zimmer und mehrere Bäder. Das Frühstück allerdings ist auswahlsarm und der Kaffee ist kalt.

La habitacion doble superior es fantástica

Me sentí estafada;resevamos una estancia para 5 personas y nos ofrecieron 1 cama de matrimonio, un sofá cama y 2 camas literas. Dimos por hecho que dos dormiríamos en la cama matrimonio y las otras tres entre las literas y el sofá cama.Nuestra sorpresa fué que al abrir una de las camas literas no había sábanas y al ir a pedirlas nos cobraron 10€ argumentando que como éramos 5, ellos ofrecían el sofá como cama doble... Nos pareció injusto porque no entiendo que teniendo una cama libre y pagando por la disponivilidad del apartamento 5 personas nos obliguen a pagar 10 € por usar un servicio de sábanas. Cuando exigimos la factura, no especificaron que cobraron esos 10€ de mas alegando que realmente cobraron un servicio de 6 personas a 5; por lo que reitero me sentí estafada...

“Cool” Hostel Never in my life have I encountered a name more misleading than the one chosen by the owners of this establishment. This “hostel” is located in a house that is actually not that ugly, the floorboards in the long staircase especially are really rather something, and appreciating them is made easy by the fact that our “room” was in the third floor. All was going more or less smoothly until in the morning, I went to shower and there was no hot water, now the very fact that I am writing this negative – and please make no mistake, this review is VERY negative – would make one think that I am perhaps a stickler, but when I was unable to access hot water, I just showered in cold water. My other half though, was understandably not as happy about it, showering in cold water in Europe in November is ok if one is not in Europe and if it is not November. The long and the short of it is that we fought with the shower for ages until we went down again – weary of encountering the VERY sour-faced cleaner and Shrek in reception, but when we eventually reached the ground floor, they said that they had switched off the water (they knew we had been trying because I had asked them about it at the end of my ordeal-shower) on purpose. At this point I have to admit a mea culpa, as all the business with the showers delayed us by ten minutes, so ten minutes after midday we left feeling disappointed and dirty, on account of not having showered. No matter, we thought, surely Oporto (or Porto for the Portuguese) had more to offer than this, and indeed it did, the city is gorgeous and its people hospitable and gentle, I can only imagine Shrek and his lieutenant were not from those parts. Sadly once we were back in the friendly surroundings of outside the “Cool” hostel (not because the area is nice, it is located in a steep, grey hill with heavy traffic), they had yet another trick up their sleeve for us; the ten minutes we had taken constituted enough reason for them to charge us for an extra night. They also claimed that we had used another one of the beds that were in the room, and indeed we had, in the middle of the night, freezing cold due to insufficient blankets, we reached to one of the other beds and used one of its retro blankets I can only imagine they got from a film set in the 70’s. So if you are into lovely staircases and climbing up and down them, the quiet of not that many guests (cleverer people than us), cold water, unfriendly characters, paying for two nights in lieu of one, I highly recommend this hostel, and in fact, on the up side, after staying there for just one night, life seems wonderful!, on the subject of payment of the extra night, we have contacted the police and hopefully they will rectify, if not, it’s not really that serious, we’re just happy to have been able to flee from the most dreadful hotel, hostel, guest house, bed & breakfast or motel experience we have ever and are likely to ever experience.

전반적으로 나쁘진 않았다.수건 잊어버렸다고15유로나 받고 체크아웃했다고 호스텔에 못있게한건 빼고.. 뱅기가 새벽에있었는데 밖에서 배외했다 -.-
