There was no real lobby when we arrived, just an intercom and a locked door. A couple hours ago the man texted us he would be in the building to unlock the door from inside from 2 to 5 o'clock. We rang the buzzer... nobody opened the door. We rang it again. NOBODY CAME. We even texted him and called him, he didn't respond. It was 3 o'clock then. We decided just go return our car and wait there. We decided to call the travel agent and see what was up. The agent called the lobby guy, and he responded and said he had been at the hotel the whole time and was waiting for us. We got there and he opened the door when we rang the intercom. The room was nice and cozy, and he said breakfast would be served at 8 AM. It was served an hour later. Pretty annoying experience.

I am really surprised to see ratings of 4-5 for this place. We stayed at Shiado for a couple of nights, the intention was to stay for about a week but we could not stand it. The room was dirty and not well maintained. The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. After we arrived there, it was very difficult ro find people to address our concerns. If you are luck to locate people to talk to, their attitude is almost like "if you do not like it, you can go stay somewhere else" and that is exactly what we did. We found a much nicer place which was also cheaper and stayed there until it was time to leave Lisboa. The location is nice but you can always use public transportation to go everywhere: it is very easy and cheap. Enjoy your stay in Lisboa.

Chambre agréable mais chère pour le rapport qualité.prix. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une chambre dans un appartement. Accueil chaleureux mais pas un mot de français. L'entrée est très difficile à ouvrir, et odeur d'égout dans la salle de bains. Equipement rudimentaire. Par contre excellent petit déjeuner.

Posizionata in zona centralissima, 1 solo posto auto quasi impossibile da raggiungere, colazione non prima delle 9, il secondo giorno ce l'hanno portata alle 9:35!!! Pulizia molto migliorabile

Die Suite unter dem Dach. Total überhitzt und AC zu schwach ausgelegt. Hohe Parkgebühren und keine Zimmerreinigung und keine frischen Handtücher. Suite under the roof. Terrible hot and AC powerless. High parking rate. No room cleaning and no fresh towels.

Dans la vieille ville de Lisbonne, quartier animé, restos bars.. Joli appart propre, personnel aimable. Baignoire à remous.. A conseiller!

Hôtel-concept idéalement situé : central mais dans une ruelle calme permettant de bonnes nuits de sommeil dans une suite confortable et très spacieuse. J'ai profité de la baignoire à remous chaque soir après de longues journées de marche.

Décoration soignée, en revanche hygiène légère... localisation très bruyante, pas vraiment idéal pour se reposé le temps d un week-end end...

Quarto muito frio, colchão finíssimo,a tv internet não funcionam. Bastante barulhento durante a noite. Má experiência.

Chambre sympa mais porte d'entrée directement sur le lit, très bien les amoureux

Very good hotel, great location in the center of Lisbon, but in the night it is quiet. Perfect for visiting Lisbon's attractions. Also, the bed is the best bed I have slept on while away!! The shower is hot and powerful, and the jacuzzi with castle view is a very welcome extra! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and kindness, Dimitri and Carol of Shiado Suites! I can absolutely recommend this place!

Habitaciones lujosas, baños con toallas y secador, cafetera de cápsulas gratuito, televisión plana, etc. Lugar muy céntrico de Lisboa, con restaurantes, pubs y tiendas alrededor. Tienen garaje, algo estrecho, con reserva previa. Dmitri fue atento y simpátuco, podíamos contactar con él por Whatsapp en cualquier momento

Our apartment was kinda huge although had lots of wasted space. No couch, sofa, no desk, limited wardrobe. Kitchen was smelly. Good location though!

Good location, in center. Metro (underground) is at 5 minutes away. Clean rooms, nice staff. They have parking if you come with car.

Aviso a navegantes: Quise alojarme con mi familia y mi perrita y a pesar de que anuncian que admiten mascotas me pidieron pagar en efectivo la habitación y una fianza de 500€ también en efectivo. Si hubiese reservado por Booking (podía haberlo hecho) hubiésemos tenido un problema.

excellente adresse à Lisbonne dans le Bairro Alto où l'on se sent chez soi. l'accueil est adorable les chambres confortables les salles de bains sont vastes et très belles. tout est doux et confortable. j'y reviendrai
