Parfait entre pote! Par contre très mal isolé phoniquement

Currently staying here. The rooms itself is quite nice and with a good view. The biggest upset though is that there's not really any practical things for anything. No soap for hands, shower or dishes. No ovenmittens or dishwasher brush. Only one keycard for a whole room. The reception is across the street in another building.

Superbe hôtel. Nous sommes allés hors périodes scolaire. Personnels très à l'écoute, très agréables..hôtel en hauteur situé près du centre ville et près des plages 5min à pieds . Nous avons eu un apparut très propre vue sur la mer,avec terrasse ,transats petite table et chaise. Les petits dej, déjeuner et dîner buffet à volonté copieux,varié et soirée à thème..je recommande sans problèmes. Vous pouvez aussi faire des soins au spa ,sauna hamam bain turc jacuzzi et piscine chauffée intérieure car dehors elles ne sont pas chauffées..

Was a little worried about the steps to the old town. No problem just kept stopping for a rest. Well worth it to get to the Old town. The hotel was superb. Went self catering.Only prob was no washing machine as advertised on their website as one being in self catering apartments

Trevligt lägenhetshotell vars receptionist verkligen underlättade hela vår vistelse. Hjälpte oss med att boka utflykter, fixa med taxi till flygplatsen och gav oss allmänt goda råd. Stort plus för den servicen! Möjlighet till fin hotellfrukost om man så önskade, men det fanns även närhet till en liten "supermarket" där det fanns möjlighet att inhandla egen frukost. Hotellet tar endast kontanter, vilket kan vara bra att förbereda sig på. Ganska mäktig uppförsbacke att ta sig uppför med småbarn efter man varit på torget eller stranden, men mysig väg!

The hotel did not help us with our chek in. We had to look for our rooms and it was terrible. Though the rooms are clean and the premises is clean. The hotel did not have any wifi, no 24 hour room service.

Spotless rooms, cleaned daily, we had a balcony with sea views, but understand not all apartments do. The 98 steps down to the Old Town get easier as the days go by! And at least it burns off that last ice cream, or last beer, unless of course you get the Taxi back (3.90€) - be aware the Euronet ATM's charge to withdraw cash, which you don't find out until you get the receipt. The Millennium bank ATM, in the corner of the main square is free withdrawals (at the moment at least)

Os lençóis, camas tudo muito bem organizado. Pessoal atencioso e cuidadoso.

All the waiters and waitresses are great. Very attentive and recognize repeat customers which is fabulous. We don't remember everyone's name but we appreciate all the hard work that all of you do to make our stay in beautiful Portugal memorable Abrigada Nicole and Roger.

Staff are very welcoming. Apartment is very clean and spacious. Half board meals are exceptional with huge variety to choose from in the breakfast and dinner buffet, dining in a good class restaurant.

Local agradável com bar variado. Serviços como ginásio, piscina exterior e interior fazem com que a estadia seja perfeita! Recomendo vivamente a visita a este local !

This hotel is really lovely. The service is good, it has gorgeous pools and is very clean. The hotel is just outside the Old Town which has lots of lovely bars and restaurants. There were a couple of annoying this that I found from our 3 day stay. Firstly, you have to wear swimming hats in the indoor pool. We were not away of this so had to buy them for €5 each. If the hotel wants everyone to wear swimming hats, why not provide them? Also, we had to pay €2 to use a locker. Silly. Secondly, we had to pay for wifi. It was not expensibe but for a 4 star hotel, I really do think this should be included. Other than these two things, the hotel is really nice and I would probably stay again. Tip for young familes/ older people - there are a lot of steps to walk to get to the old town with the bars and restaurants.

Points positifs: - le personnel qui est agréable et à l'écoute - la piscine intérieure chauffée même si les horaires d'ouverture ne sont pas les plus adaptées - terrasse baignée de soleil Points négatifs: - mauvaise literie, j'ai eu mal au dos - oreillers pas du tout confortable - crise d'allergie toute la première nuit et j'apréhende vraiment la nuit suivante... heureusement que je n'ai pris que deux nuits... - pas d'isolation. Niveau sonore, on a de tout: les voisins qui crachent, des appareils qui sonnent, l'ouverture de la porte du couloir, etc. Bref, vraiment pas isolé... la clim/chauffage qui fait autant de bruit.. J'avoue être vraiment déçue de mon choix. Je voulais me faire plaisir en prenant cet hôtel 4 étoiles mais pour moi, il n'y a pas les prestations d'un hôtel 4 étoiles au niveau de la chambre. La partie encore qui me surprend d'autant plus est l'état de la baignoire... pour un 4 étoiles, je ne comprends pas.. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de faire des avis négatifs mais, je pense qu'il faut être honnête et dire les choses qu'elles soient positives ou négatives.

Az apartman részében szálltunk meg, nem a hotelben. Az apartman nagyon tágas, tiszta és igényes. Az apartmanból az óceánra volt a kilátás. A hotelnek van wellness részlege is, amit felár ellenében lehet használni. Svédasztalos reggelire is van lehetőség. Parkolás az utcán ingyenes volt.

It seems that everything about this aparthotel has been designed for discomfort - from the unusable electrical outlets by the bed (rendered inaccessible by the immovable headboard), to the single beds that make it difficult for couples to sleep together, to no wi-fi in the rooms, to the TV barely bigger than an iPad, to the soulless, charmless decor. It's a litany of small tortures that add up to an unpleasant and overpriced stay. Everything about this hotel says "we don't care", so why should you?

The hotel was very nice our apartment was great the only downside was the breakfast it was cold and the staff were not that bothered when we complained about it

Brilliant apartment stunning views from our balcony. The appartment was allways kept clean by freindly and nice cleaners. The pool areas allways clean and tidy also and the grounds well kept. Theres a small super markedo within walking distance has a fair selection of goods. Food is good at the restaurant and again staff helpfull and kind. And also if a familly with young children they cant do enough for you. I can also highly recommend the roof top bbq stunning food and brilliant entertainment. We liked it so mutch we booked for next year allready. So if you want somewhere to stay thats not too far from the old town but away from the crowds thos is ideal only 10 minuites walk diwn the steps to the old tiwn. Or they do have a free minibus you go on to go up and down to the omd town.

This was a great place to stay. Very reasonable price, clean and well equipped apartment,. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend Cerro Mar.

Got a room with the best view of the ocean and the pool below. great apartment, only let down in the rooms were the beds which was a bit to firm for my liking. Location also great unless you have any kind of mobility issue since it is a lot of stairs to get up and down from old town.

Pool was lovely, as were staff. I've seen people complain about it being on a hill but it is not that bad at all... If you have a health condition then maybe avoid or get a tuk tuk up the hill. Gym was okay! Didn't get round to using the spa facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious, well equipped apartment with a high standard of cleanliness. We were lucky to have a balcony facing the early morning sun which is perfect for an early riser like myself.

Los apartamentos no tienen wifi gratuito, y la información sobre este tema es engañosa, ya que no especifica que es pagando. Hoy día es un tema importante realizar dicha especificación. En las piscinas no se hace respectar la norma de que no se pueden reservar las hamacas con dejar las toallas. En los días en los que hemos estado nosotros, incluso las han dejado desde el día anterior. Y lo normal es que se dejen las toallas desde las 7 de la mañana, y todavía a las 9,30 no se ha personado nadie. Ademas, en este tiempo, pasan empleados por las cercanías, sin que se adopten ninguna medida. No esta permitido el acceso de perros a la piscina, pero el hotel no adopta ninguna medida para que accedan gatos callejeros a plena luz de día

Fiquei hospedada de 31/07 A 04/08, neste hotel com minha família em viagem de férias, já estávamos em Portugal desde 22/07 e passamos por Lisboa, Arquipélago dos Açores/Ponta Delgada e Algarve/Albufeira. O quarto do hotel era muito grande, com bastante utensílios, a cozinha ótima. Mas tivemos algumas decepções, o Wifi não funcionava nem na recepção e tiveram coragem de vender para a gente um cartão para uso de internet que não funcionava. O colchão da sala era muito ruim.

Um Aparthotel normal, as acomodações são onde se espera deste tipo de instalacoes! O pessoal, sim, muito atencioso e simpático. Pequeno almoço bastante completo.

Super place to stay , shops and food just a short distance of a walk friendly staff lovely place clean and tidy at all times

Arrived here to very friendly staff who showed us clearly where our self catering apartment was on a map. The room was very clean and pretty modern. Bathroom was also very modern! The cleaning staff were very welcoming and always cleaned the rooms to a brilliant standard. We were room 312 which had lovely views of the pool and also a sea view in the far distance. The pool and surrounding area seemed to be maintained well and was power washed almost every day. You need to put towels out by at least 8:00am otherwise all sun beds would be gone.. The steps down to the old town weren’t too hard on the way down but was worse going up all 99 steps! The hotel is situated nicely in a quiet location with perfect access to the old town. The main beach was about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel also.

Péssimo atendimento e você é apenas um número e as pessoas não estão preocupados com.o seu bem.estar e sim.em tirar todo o seu dinheiro. Nunca vi em.lugar nenhum o hotel cobrar a Internet e cobra para chamar um táxi para você.achei um absurdo,viajei toda a Itália ,Espanha e somente neste hotel.em portugal isso aconteceu. E se diz um hotel 4 estrelas,não sei em que é 4 estrelas.

The hotel was clean and I was completely satisfied with the activities. The massage was to die for and the prices very reasonable. On the catering side it would have been nice to have a microwave oven in the room and breakfast in the restaurant could be more varied.

Great apartments everything you need and spotless, close to centre, however you do have a lot of steps but you get use to them. Definitely recommend
