Hotel ubicato in posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro della città di Lisbona. Con una piccola passeggiata è facile raggiungere tutte le piazze storiche del centro storico. Bella location, un po retrò nella zona colazione ma, ugualmente molto piacevole. Camere piccole ma funzionali, con caffè espresso a piacere. Al rientro, nel pomeriggio, in zona relax, si può usufruire di tè, caffè e pasticcini. Per chi desidera, sala fitness. Unica pecca. In hotel, nessuno parla italiano, strano in un hotel 4 stelle!! Comunque nessun problema, alla reception tutti gentilissimi. Molto buono. Lo consiglio.

We travel in Europe often and know that hotel rooms are normally smaller there than in US. The standard room was very small. two feet from the bed to both walls and to the computer table. The main concern was not the size of the room, but the fact that there was no room for 2 suitcases. Half of the closet is occupied by a small fridge and a shelf with the coffee maker. The other half has a small chest of drawers in the bottom. it is possible to put suitcases on the chest of drawers, but in this case it is no room to hang clothes. We had to put one suitcase on the bench next to the computer desk and the other under the bench. There is an armchair on the other side of the computer desk. The room is probably fine for European tourists who come to Lisbon for a weekend. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is small, but newly remodeled. For longer stays a deluxe room would be a good choice. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in the city center, walking distance to museums. A lot of good restaurants, shops. cafes are close or next door.

Sono stato in questo hotel per 3 notti. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sulla posizione dell'hotel a due passi dalla metro e molto comoda. Personale molto gentile e premuroso,camere molto pulite e dotate di molti comfort. Non ho dato le 5 stelle in quanto la camera, seppur molto carina, è un po' troppo piccola ;inoltre l'aria condizionata un po' troppo rumorosa (comunque si dorme bene arrivando noi la sera cotti). In sostanza lo consiglio

Wir wohnten in einen sauber eingerichtetem Zimmer und fühlten uns dort sehr wohl.Alles war schnell zu erreichen und wir waren nach wenigen Minuten im Zentrum.Man half uns schnell bei Aktivitäten oder anderen Fragen.Wir kommen gern wieder.

Everything was nice and clean. The rooms are a little small as others have mentioned, and one king bed takes up most of the space but is still comfy! It is in a good location but a little far from the water/main attractions for tourists.

Para lo viejos y caros que suelen ser los hoteles en Lisboa, este hotel no está nada mal. Desayuno decente aunque no hay una gran variedad. Y el personal muy amable. Muy completo en cuanto a productos de aseo, tienes hasta kit para el lavado de dientes y kit de afeitado.

Smart clean hotel in a quiet area with easy access to walk into the Old City and port. We walked out and back every day as so central. Staff could not have been more accommodating for our requests. Room was clean and well appointed with balcony facing East. Very good circular swimming pool. Breakfast could have some more options especially with local fare (custard, almond tarts etc) and milk was limited to skimmed (so watery) and soya (acquired taste!) so missing the most popular (semi skimmed) otherwise it was perfect.

Pasear por aquí en otoño o primavera al caer la tarde es una delicia y puedes tomar algo en alguna de las terrazas, Lisboa ❤️.

Lovely hotel but standard room not very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.short walk distance to town centre and restaurants.great variety for breakfast.off main rd so no traffic noise.able to use outdoor pool and indoor facilities of sister hotel "thaTivoli"tea and coffee facilities in room..very clean and tidy all rooms have air-conditioning which you can control.There are also rooms with balconies at extra charge.The Tivoli hotel nextdoor which has entrance on main street has a sky bar with fabulous views day and night of Lisbon.

Hôtel bien situé sur l’avenue Libertade à proximité de centre historique et d’un métro permettant de visiter la ville Hôtel calme un peu en retrait de en l’avenue limitant les bruits de circulation Chambre familiale grande et bien équipée ....on regrette juste que les peignoirs aient disparu au bout de 2 nuits (séjour de 4 nuits) Possibilité de profiter des installations de hôtel Tivoli (même groupe) avec spa piscine et bar en roof topBref un très bon choix pour Lisbonne

This place has potential. But if you want a room with good air conditioning forget about it. Paid for an upgraded room. Had to be switched out and repack everything for another room that had barely better air conditioning. The breakfast is bland with the same thing served every single day. Not to mention the leak in the roof of the restaurant that took 5 gallon buckets to hold all the water. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

The pool is one of the best, very much enjoyed it. Air conditioner doesn't blow really cold which made it hard to sleep but overall very nice hotel.

We stayed at the Avani for 4 nights. Every single thing was just as it should be and that was pretty excellent and well worth the 4* rating. We booked here because we wanted Baixa area and with a pool. Extremely well located to get anywhere we wanted and the shared pool with sister hotel, 5* Tivoli, next door was a delightful little oasis after hot day's sightseeing.

Hôtel au demeurant joli, personnel serviable et sympathique, bien accueillis. Bien situé dans Lisbonne. Gros bémol, la chambre dont la taille ne permet pas un déplacement facile à 2 personnes. La salle de bain étroite et sans rangement ni tablette pour poser ses affaires même pas dans la douche où le savon reste par terre. Et le point d’orgue : la Vue !! Vue sur mur, il fait nuit à midi dans la chambre, obligation d’allumer. La climatisation indispensable à Lisbonne est très bruyante ce qui ne permet pas de la laisser tourner la nuit. La piscine est partagée avec un autre hôtel, l’accès se fait en sortant de l’hôtel par le parking. L’hôtel ne possède pas de bar, il est à partager avec l’autre hôtel aussi. Mais la vue de celui ci ainsi que l’ambiance est superbe ! Le petit déjeuner se prend à l’intérieur uniquement, il est copieux et bon, bien qu’un peu cher à 15€.Pour autant nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Lisbonne, l’hôtel n’étant que secondaire.

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, walking distance from tourist attractions (10 minutes walk, or 5 euros for a cab ride). Included breakfast is mediocre selection (compared to other similarly priced hotels), we skipped about 2 or 3 days and went elsewhere for breakfast. Also, I would not recommend eating at the restaurant. Had two dinners, it cost about twice as much as some of the best restaurants in town, and the quality was not even close. (if you like salt, order the steak! or the lamb for that matter.) The restaurant is convenient if you want to stay at the hotel. You can also try the restaurant at Tivoli (the hotel next door which is owned by the same company), that hotel is 5 star and might have better food. Also try Tivolis Sky Bar (9th floor roof bar, expensive drinks but you get a nice view)Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden,leider war unser Zimmer etwas zu klein und da ein grosser Baum vor dem Fenster stand,etwas zu Dunkel.Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und liegt nahe an der Metro.Das Frühstück ist Grossartig.Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

OK hotel at an OK location. Big minus for stuffing the already tiny room full with unnecessary chairs so you have to lift your heavy bags to get them in the door: opening luggage is a hassle. The pool at hotel Tivoli is nice, the staff is friendly and the gym is ok, but we felt that this was slightly overpriced.

Not the best hotel I've stayed in. The breakfast was really bad, and our room was small and felt damp. The reception staff were very friendly though and I can't say anything negative on that front, but the hotel itself is tired and in dire need of a makeover. We stayed at the Jupiter Lisboa a week before this and the Jupiter was head and shoulders above the Avani. No comparison.

Everything at Avenida was excellent. Friendly staff, pleasant rooms and comfortable beds. Our room had a beautiful view over big gardens at the back of the hotel. The rooms with balconies overlook the parking lot at the front. Excellent location just off Avenida Liberdade but very quiet. The breakfast is also excellent. All amenities at the 5* Tivoli next door are at your disposal as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice rooms, extremely friendly and lovely staff, convenient gym. I especially enjoyed really hot water in the shower. Coffee available in the lobby. Stable and fast wifi.
Breakfast could have had more variety. Fruits were always fresh and sweet though. Something was not right with taps in our bathroom. They were very noisy while the bidet barely drained water out.
The view had a spacey yard with parking area and other buildings which was nice. Close to the main avenue seen from the balcony yet separated by the frontline buildings protecting from traffic noise.

É para mim o hotel mais agradável de Lisboa. Tem um ambiente muito familiar e descontraído, todo o staff é muito atencioso. Os quartos são fantásticos, o estacionamento dentro do hotel é muito confortável e a localização é suberba. Além disso tem um restaurante fantástico agregado ao hotel do grupo Olivier que frequento com muita regularidade. Recomendo VIVAMENTE!

O staff do hotel é muito educado, paciente e preocupado com o bem estar de todos. Vim com uma amiga e seu cachorrinho e lhe fizeram um upgrade de suíte para que tivessem acesso a uma varanda.
O hotel conta com uma academia pequena mas bem funcional para uma viagem curta a trabalho.
O hotel está super bem localizado, bem no centro de Lisboa.

Location is great, just off Avenue Liberdade, but room was very small. Staff not that helpful. For example, could not elicit clear directions to currency exchange. Included breakfast was very poor quality, so we did not use restaurant beyond breakfast. It was very expensive anyway.I recognize the hotel is at a premium location, and was a good location to explore a great city, but the room, breakfast and service were far below standard.

Bedrooms are roomy/comfortable/quiet. Nespresso coffee maker could do with some instructions and a different location (so you can see what you’re doing). Hotel is well located but a more direct route to pool area would be good. Flowers in reception in need of some tlc - more frequent water changes.

I very much appreciated the upgrade, unusual when solo! The room was very good with a balcony but there was a drain smell in the bathroom. To be fair l dont think that is unusual in hot europe as the room was very clean. As mentioned in other reviews the airconditioning noise outside the hotel coming from an adjoining office is very noisy, however only an issue if you want to sit on the balcony which is unlikely as not a particularly pleasant view. Ok with doors closed.

Ein sehr schönes Stadthotel in guter zentraler Lage. Fast alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber gut und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gibt aber auch im nahen Umfeld einige Möglichkeiten um zu frühstücken. Das Fitness-Studio ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Im Nachbarhotel gibt es eine Skybar die man unbedingt besuchen sollte, der Ausblick über Lissabon lohnt sich!

Really loved our stay at this hotel - the rooms were lovely and beds are so comfortable! It’s a short walk to the centre of Lisbon, very accessible and the airport bus stops across the road. The pool is in a lovely tranquil setting and there are amazing views from the Sky Bar locates at it’s sister hotel next door. Staff were really helpful and gave us a super recommendation for a beautiful family run, local Portuguese restaurant less than a minute from the hotel. Convenient if you didn’t fancy getting back into the thick of things after a day sightseeing etc! There are nepresso machines in each room which is a very nice touch but thought the coffee pods should/could be complimentary or at least a sachet/freeze-dry alternative could be provided instead of charging €1.25 per pod. Also please provide milk or creamer for tea/coffee!

We booked a twin room but were allocated a double. After discussing with reception we were moved to a twin room. Staff were accommodating. FreeBreakfast was very good . However the room was very small, smallest hotel room I have stayed in.

Tolles Hotel, mit nettem Personal, leckerem Frühstück und einem sehr schönem Pool (Nutzung des Pools vom Nachbarhotel). Außerdem ist die Lage, auf Hälfte der Avenida Liberdad, unweit der gleichnamigen Metro-Haltestelle, perfekt für Städteurlauber. Auch mit Kindern ist dieses Hotel sehr schön. Das angeschlossene Restaurant Olivier ist toll, man sollte aber, aufgrund des gehobenen Anspruchs, etwas Geld mitbringen.

Avani Avenida is located centrally in the beautiful city of Lisboa. It's a budget hotel offering Bed and breakfast in the package and is very popular with budget travellers. All the places to be visited in lisboa are closeby hence it makes sense to stay in this hotel.
The riverfront and many of the historic buildings are closeby and that allows you to walk to most of them.

Un consejo cuando vayáis a Lisboa, ni coméis en restaurantes del centro? Te ofrecen el plato super barato y es para que piques!!!! Luego te cobran 4,50€ por una botella de agua de 1l o 4 € por unas natillas de postre. Hay kebak o burguer que se comen platos combinados por buen precio y para unos días.... están a dos o tres calles del centro.

Al llegar nos dieron una habitación doble individual para dos personas y era bastante incómodo moverse por la habitación, además de tener las vistas de un mega conducto de a/a o algo así. Nos quejamos, nos cambiaron de habitación y fantástico!!!

Hôtel situé un peu en retrait du centre ville, proche de lavenue Liberdade et de la station de métro Avenida. Les transports sont faciles d’utilisations et bien développés. On peut également marcher pour accéder au centre ville. La ville est propre, pittoresque et contient de nombreuses ruelles riches en petits commerces et restaurants. Les endroits à voir absolument sont, le Château de St Georges avec vue panoramique exceptionnelle de la ville, la tour de Belem, Oceanarium de Lisbonne, Praça do Comércio, Ascenseur de Santa Justa etc.

Hotel had changed its name from Tivoli to Avani which caused some confusion. In a car park not pedestrian friendly. Staff excellent and hotel very clean We had a nice larger room with balcony view of the car park. Convenient for the metro and visiting city sights.

2 stars for the location,for the rest, I am not to sure.
We book a family room where you can't fit more than 2 people (basically it is a standard room with one extra bed). You have a balcony but it is next to building exhausts(so noisy and smelly in the morning), there is a pool but it is shared with other buildings. Pool restaurants is extremely expensive and not specially good (16 euros for a tiny sandwich with a couple of crisp). Carpets in restaurant is full of stains and old. Not a good experience, will not come back.

Hôtel très bien situé, à 100 mètres de la bouche de météo Avenida. Il est possible de rejoindre le centre ville à pied en 15 mn.Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. La piscine est très agréable pour se détendre, serviettes fournies.Je recommande cette hotel pour profiter pleinement du centre ville.

Clean, modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent free wi-fi. Breakfast could be improved. It's good but it's always the same, so after a few days of staying here you wished they had something else. The heated mirror was a nice surprise (good after showers).

A good but not spectacular 4 star hotel. Good size rooms, clean, good standard breakfast buffet. The restaurant is a little tired looking - and it's a little irritating that the pool is not actually accessed through the hotel but is shared with the hotel next door (and very expensive poolside bar!) but a solid choice for the price and location

I first booked this hotel for 2 nights only as I was not so sure about how convenient is its location. As that was my first time in Lisbon, I was thinking that staying around Chiado or Alfama would be better and more convenient to go out and explore the city, specially during the night. From what I experienced, however, I can say that it is very easy to move from AVANI Hotel to any of those areas using either taxi or public transportation (there is a Subway station just a few meters from the Hotel). For that reason I booked this same hotel for 4 more nights with no regrets!
The room is quite spacious and very well decorated. bathroom is clean with all sort of amenities available.
Staff is very courteous and breakfast was delicious.
I would certainly consider to stay at AVANI hotel in a next visit to beautiful Lisbon.

Het is een een schoon, modern hotel op een goede plek in Lissabon, de mensen die er werken zijn aardig en de kamers zijn mooi en schoon en iedere kamer heeft een goede televisie.
Het zwembad is een klein stukje lopen en niet erg interessant. De drankje bij het zwembad zijn wel erg duur.
De prijs is wel redelijk maar de prijs van het ontbijt had wel wat lager gekund, gelukkig is jet ontbijt optioneel.
Al met al een prima hotel om vanuit 's ochtends Lissabon in te lopen en 's avonds weer in terug te komen

Idéalement situé.chambre propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner moyen. Un peu chère surtout que avant vous pouviez bénéficier de la piscine de l'hôtel voisin .plus de piscine mais prix inchangé.

Sehr gute Lage:ruhig und trotzdem sehr schnell zu Fuß oder mit der Metro in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt.Essen sehr gut (Restaurant Olivier des Hotels ist sehr gut). Zimmer sehr gut.Fitnessstudio noch nicht fertiggestellt. Training extern möglich, jedoch mit am Wochenende sehr eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten

A typical 4 star hotel. Helpful staff and quite clean. The wifi should be totally free, but by getting a membership (free sign in) we were granted free access anyway.

Hôtel proche du centre ville idéal pour visiter. Personnel agréable et à lécoute. Petit déjeuner très copieux malgré un tarif un peu élevé ( 15 euros ). Chambre très propre , si je retourne sur Lisbonne je séjournerai dans cet hôtel.

Nice hotel close to Metro station and 10 min walk to Praca da Figueira where you can catch a tram to various destinations. Wi-Fi is not free and breakfast is 15 euro per person. Air conditioning did not work first night but fixed next day, though no concession for the uncomfortable hot night. Lots of high end shopping around but would need to walk about 15 min to Praca da Figueira to get food.

I enjoyed my 5 days there and found a nice cluster of restaurants and cafe close by. It was about a 15 minute walk to the centre of the old part of Lisbon but if I felt tired after a day of walking and exploring I got the metro back. The staff were very nice and helpful and the room very comfortable.

we very much enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Jardim. It is a good quality hotel, the service was great, and the rooftop bar (sky bar) is a great place for cocktails and a view of the city
